Food portions generous, staff attentive but very noisy. There were 10 in our group and the venue not really suitable for such size on group.

Hot dog was rubbish rubbery and solid and drenched with ketchup to the brink

We visited Frankie & Benny’s for dinner, we were served with fast and reliable service, delicious food & affordable prices. An ideal family night out, will be visiting more often.

The staff were nice enough. Food was ok, but more expensive than a microwave ready-meal from the Co-op (And they're expensive) which seemed to have been cooked in the very same manner (in a microwave). £60 for 4 meals and 4 soft drinks, pretty much a rip-off considering the meals were ready-meals!

Had a fantastic meal here at Frankie and Benny's. It was a family birthday meal so there was a large group of us. Everything we ordered was lovely. The garlic bread was really nice, the calzone bursting with filling and flavour and the burgers really juicy and lovely. Can't fault the customer service and the attention shown to the birthday boy. We had a great time

As you expect from a chain restaurant. Food was ok, a little over priced with no frills attached. Good for families. No real atmosphere. Quick service and turn around.

First time in Stoke and we love a F&B's meal. Food was absolutely fab (cooked to perfection but this isn't why I'm posting a review! From the moment we stepped foot in the restaurant Charlotte was amazing. Getting us to our seats best placed for our little 1Yo, to making sure our 6yo was also entertained, upon asking Charlotte to make a few changes to our sons chicken wrap she had the kitchen make him up a build your own chicken wrap station on his plate with seperate pots 🥰. Her politeness and willingness to help as much as she could just made our evening so much better that we had to tip her twice. Safe to say we left with smiles on our faces and couldn't stop talking about the night. I would highly recommend this place not just for the food but becasue of the wonderful customer service we received as a family. Thank you Charlotte. Scott, Katie, Arthur & Molly. X

Myself and 3 friends decided to visit Frankie & Benny’s after going bowling, as there is a variety of good options available and it usually just does the job. As soon as we walked we waited to be seated for around 15 minutes, during this time all members of staff were aware of our presence but seemed to have priorities set elsewhere which was understandable as they were clearly understaffed and rather busy. After eventually being seated, we were served by a very kind gentleman who was constantly attentive and maintained a good attitude whilst being busy. We were told that our food would’ve taken at least 25-30 which was fine at the time. Until we watched 3 of our dishes sit under the light getting cold whilst members of staff would just wait and watch for the final meal to be ready. With working in hospitality myself, I understand it’s more pleasing for all food to be sent out together but I struggle to see the point when it’s sat there for 10 MINUTES. My carbonara was cold which I had send back and after being microwaved, it was better and hot. The side of fries we ordered were luke warm at best as well as both pizzas being only just warm. Totally understand the difference between having a team full of strong servers and being understaffed. It was just such a shame to watch the food get cold for so long. The tables are dirty and sticky as well as members of floor staff having to go and help in the kitchen. Would’ve helped if they knew that food goes cold after so long! Wouldn’t recommend unfortunately

I can’t say anything, pictures will talk for itself. Ordered a medium sirloin steak and this is what I got 😂 first picture. Then… I did ask to do something about it and the ‘Chef’ did for me a medium one … and the second picture again talk for itself…I am trying to be respectfull paying my bill and just go somewhere alse where the cleaning company does just the cleaning not cooking. CHANGE THE CHEF as soon as you can… those are the only good words that I can tell about the Chef, or whoever cooked my steak…

Ordered on Uber via Bird Box, didn't realise F&B have other names but honestly the best wings we've ever had. we have been searching for some good wings that are flavourable for ages and we've finally found our go to. Buffalo wings are absolutely amazing!!! so tasty and cooked just right. The Korean chicken burger was also bomb, tasted super nice and was better than other takeaways we have been too. definitely recommend BirdBox/F&B and will be ordering again 100%.

Wrong item delivered to table....Pasta cold and dry...Burger bun was charred and inedible....DRINKS VERY EXPENSIVE...Incorrect item included on the bill TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR THE COST OUR LAST VISIT..

AWFUL EXPERIENCE !! Disgusting food. Terrible service. Will not be returning. Put me off for life. Arrived and took 20 minutes before offered drinks which then took about 30 minutes to come. Ordered mozzarella sticks but no cheese was visible inside. When food finally arrived after an hour of waiting even though the restaurant was not busy, we were shocked. The food was cold , the bacon was raw , the pizza base was not cooked thoroughly and the cheese looked out of date. We were put in an awful seat even though the rest of the restaurant was available. Smell of fish surrounded us. Unwelcoming staff. Worst meal of my life. Paid £50 for an appalling meal. I have enjoyed Frankie’s and Benny’s before but this experience of poor food and service will stop me from ever going again.

Not the greatest of visits. Booked for 10 people only to be split over two booths table next to us would have fitted all of us comfortably but apparently it was reserved. We were there two hours and no one turned up within the time we were there. We had to push the two round tables together and ‘make do.’ Ordered cups of tea and they were tiny for £2.30. When we ordered a second one we got a bigger cup for the same price. Felt ripped off. Milk came in an espresso cup as well not a milk jug. Toast well that was more like warm bread, had to send it back as it was only toasted on one side, still no better when it came back. Bacon on the pancakes was cold, the extra eggs we ordered were cold. By this point we had given up so didn’t say anything. Wasn’t even busy at all. Usually very good as well.

Well, this place has gone down hill! Waited 10 minutes or so before anyone came to the front desk to get us seated, waiters went passed but no-one said anything. Food was OK but nothing special. For 2 of us cost £50, definitely not worth it!

Came out for a meal with a friend for a meal and the meal was cooked to our satisfaction and the server was wonderful. She made sure the order was correct as I have a food allergy so she made sure it was cooked and prepared separately from other food.

Great server Aura. Quick service and good food (though slightly average premade pancakes). Would come again as something for everyone.

Horrendous service. Waited 1 hour for starters, the restraunt was almost empty. Potato skins black. Burgers tastless. Staff more interested in talking to each other. Used to love this place, have had great meals in the past. Worst meal and experience for many years. Certainly won't be returning.

We had walked in to try the breakfast as my partner really wanted to try it. Our waitress took us to our seat and asked that we use the QR code on the menu. After scanning the QR code, we realised it was displaying on both our phones that it had expired. So my partner tried waving to the waitress (with the red hair) who seemed too busy staring into space in the corner. After she was walking to give someone their food, she saw us waving to her for some assistance, but she decided to ignore us and looked like she was starting to take a break. After 15 minutes of waiting, we decided to walk out and not eat here again. Not a pleasant experience.

Amazing value for money. Party of 13 as a class trip for lunch. Charlotte our waitress was so welcoming and attentive. We have already booked for next Wednesday for lunch again. Charlotte is a real asset to the Frankie and Bennys team.

On arrival we were greeted by Charlotte. Polite, engaging and very helpful. Prompt service even with a large group of 14. Charlotte took the time to chat to us and find out further information with regards to booking a pizza experience lunch. Great service and with a smile. Thank you for a lovely experience.

It was the first time (and last time) we went to this chain restaurant. It’s nice restaurants but… The table was filthy although the staff wiped it with bleach which was smelled as soon as we sat down. We ordered the beef and chicken steak and salmon. The food was just okay, nothing special on it, small portion and not warm enough. We waited 25 minutes which would be okay if other customers who came later,didn’t get their order before us. Waitress said they needed to prepare steak and salmon from fresh, hence the delay. But … the steaks are done in 15 minutes including lie down. Sides and sauces are pre-made. I don’t understand why food in this restaurant is so overpriced if you will wait long and food is lukewarm. Paid £80 .

Absolutely diabolical... Two of us had booked a table. The table was wonky, the bench was falling apart. Our food didn't come out together, then they forgot something completely. The chicken was so overcooked and not edible we left 3/4 of our meals. The place was relatively empty but the waiting on staff were too busy standing around on a mobile phone. We certainly will not be darkening there door again.

Was a good place. Food was tasty, drinks were a good size for the cost (large diet coke), and the dessert was great. Only qualm I have is there could be a bit more space between the table and the seat, but I'm a larger person so I would say that! Would eat there again though, happily.

I have been to this restaurant many times and always found the food to be great. Not been for a while but on this occasion the food was bland and tasteless. In the middle of winter they had the air Con on full and the place was freezing. I won't be returning unfortunately.

Nothing like it use to be. Food just average nothing to write home about. Did not take long for food to come after ordering as it was really quiet.

Charlotte was amazing. She was warm and welcoming and a big smile of her face. Charlotte didn't rush us to choose of the menu or what drink to have which was important to us as we wanted to spend time together. She has been outstanding and any company is lucky to have her.

Served by Aura, a lovely, kind and polite waitress who excelled at her job as being our server for the night. What an amazing experience for popping my frankie and bennys virginity! The floor staff were all so lovely to us and even went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with our food and drinks. They didn't laugh at us when we (two adults) asked for crayons and a colouring page. I was so stuffed and the lovely server brought us a box for our leftover garlic bread 😋 all in all good experience even if it did mean we had to come to Stoke. Xx

Food was good and what we expect from F&Bs. Aura our waitress was very pleasant and friendly. The food took quite a while to arrive, but was worth waiting for.

Food was average at best. It was expensive for what we received. The service was awful. Only 3 or 4 tables were occupied and yet the service was slow and lacking in attention to detail. The staff appeared happier to stand at the bar looking at their phones than to serve.

Had a lovely meal here last night, service was wonderful and really made my birthday. Aura went above and beyond to make sure our meals were correct. Thank you !

Served by the absolutely amazing (insert 5 more positive adjectives) Saskia who not only made the drinks but served and slayed the house down. Never seen a server with so much passion and will to get my food to me. Her cocktail skills were fab and quick almost as if she was a bartender herself. She had such a nice attitude and presence, it was almost as if she was extremely skilled at managing. I'll definitely be back soon and hopefully shes the server again. The Lasagne was yummy too thank you chefs.

Service and atmosphere was good. Food was also good but I thought that the Caesar salad portion was rather small in comparison to everybody else’s meal. The portion was more suited to a side dish rather than a main meal. The calamari was also delicious and very fresh.

Earlier today my girlfriend and i went to Frankies and we had a great time - we ordered a pizza as well as loaded buffalo chicken fries. Not only was the food and the atmosphere great, our server called Maddie was very helpful when we were choosing food options and was always very pleasant to talk to. Overall a great meal and would highly reccomend.

Loved this restaurant so much whilst I was a uni student. Perfect place to go for birthdays and family meals. The staff were great when we went for a friend’s birthday and brought out the cake for us and even let us use the fountain candles. We were so incredibly grateful. The cocktails and food is always AMAZING, cooked hot, fresh and delicious and if on the off chance there are any problems, they sort right away. I once had a friend complain the coleslaw wasn’t to her liking and they didn’t charge for it. (Nothing against the coleslaw, just wasn’t made the way she liked it.) The staff are truly kind and fantastic, very attentive and cheerful/friendly throughout the many visits we had to this Frankie & Benny’s from 2019-2023. The place is always clean despite it being a very family friendly restaurant and kids being there often - I’ve never noticed any food on floors etc - cleanliness is maintained at a high standard. Highly recommend the New York grill option and the bacon and chicken pasta (I always asked for bacon well done). And cheesy bacon fries. 😍 Beautiful food, wonderful staff and very easy to park and access. Drinks also amazing and if I recall correctly, they do blue light/student discount - not sure if they still do. I have been in little groups of 2-3 and bigger groups of 8 and they never fail to go above expectations. Even when having food delivered, it is always hot, fresh and super yummy. Highly recommend. One of my favourite places to eat out when at Staffs uni. 10/10.

Always enjoyed eating here as the food is not dripping with grease and service good. However today my lads order was wrong twice, mine was wrong, my wife’s meal they had automatically added cheese without asking and to top it off, they started clearing plates away while my wife had not finished her meal. Maybe some staff training is needed and good service will resume, I would have passed these comments on while there but no opportunity was given
