Waited 20 minutes for food at MC Dive...!! That's really not nice!!! Foreign employees who don't understand anything... and no one else cares.

Unfortunately, this isn't the first time something was missing from a takeout order. That's another way to make money. It's annoying when you unpack the bag at home. The food is just like everywhere at MC: it's okay when it's quiet, but when it's busy, you really need patience. Cleanliness is okay, especially outside and in the restrooms, and often on the tables. Still, you do it every now and then... and get something.

I know that people have a lot of stress, but what kind of BigMac is that? Otherwise I can only recommend it, it's quite quick and tastes good.

We had a relatively large takeaway order today. This included 4 Happy Meals. When our children unpacked everything at home full of anticipation, they noticed that all four toys were missing, and a cole and two fries were also missing. This time it was actually very disappointing and caused long faces.

Everything used to be great here. Everyone was always friendly, everything was quick, the food was hot and great, nothing was missing. Today we experienced the complete opposite. We waited a few minutes at lunchtime to be able to order. Then drove up to pay where a car was waiting in front of us. It took and took. Then the man paid but didn't get any food. We waited again. Then we finally moved on. It took a while until the young man came to pay. Then he said "Your food is coming soon!". After over 5 minutes we still had nothing and we honked. 2 waitresses (man and woman) looked. After 2 minutes we honked again. The person who served us made hectic and very annoyed gestures. He then slapped the cola on the table, where everything was full. Then he pulled out the food and said "If we honk again we'll get our money back and we should leave!". Very nice. As I said, the cola leaked and stuck everywhere, the fries were hot but only 3/4 full and over salted and my burger was cold. The label on it said it was already 15 minutes old. Nuggets were ok and so was the wrap. It's doubtful whether we'll come here again when the stressed-out young guy is here!!

Condition is very unfriendly. Food wasn't great either because the fries lack salt as always

It's a disgrace that at every other branch, you can order extra sauce for your McFlurry for an additional charge. In this branch, this isn't possible, despite several offers. Instead, you get rude answers and are treated like a fool.

Very busy during our visit, ordering terminals often hang up

Went there to eat ice cream and we were thrilled that a McFlurry only cost €3. Large portion and great price. Service, well, as it feels like in every McDonald's you stand in line forever until it's prepared and if you want to pay in cash you stand there for a long time before someone cashes in. Staff constantly under stress.

It's just a McDonald's, almost like everywhere else. Luckily you can still order normally from one person and don't have to go to such an annoying column.

It's a disgrace to charge 9€ for a burger and then not even give it away... and on top of that there are only incompetent staff there who don't even know how their own technology works. That was the last time I visited the McDonalds branch.

Today we were at McDonald's in Auerbach again for many months. First of all, one point deducted for cleanliness, you could/should wipe the tables more often. The food today was actually much better than it was months ago (maybe it was because there was a "kind of bigger boss" there, which we noticed from conversations. But the burgers today had real lettuce and tomatoes on them, which tasted and looked very appealing. The staff was also friendly It would be really nice if things continued like this even without a big boss. Then over time many customers could certainly be won back and there would be fewer bad reviews that put people off...

Too small and staff unfriendly and vegetables taste very disgusting here and not very disappointing like at other McDonalds

Waited 20 minutes in Mc Drive for an incorrect order (Mc Drive empty except for one car in front of us) in the parking lot it looks like shit

Waited 7 minutes at the intercom to place my order, then waited another 16 minutes at the first window to get my order. They are already a sporty second choice for a fast food restaurant 🫣

Unfriendly, annoyed staff. Tables are all dirty, bins for residual waste are all full. Food was so-so. There was no milkshake either. When there was a gust of wind, both doors opened and there was a strong draft. Staff inattentive, only wipes table when asked.

Today on Mc'Drive you can't even get the cardboard straws anymore, it would have been enough if you couldn't get them in the restaurant anymore, but it's a no-go in the car. It should now be taken as constructive criticism. I was at Mc Donalds in the McDrive around 10:40 p.m., I placed my order and there were 2 other cars in front of me, at counter 2, i.e. at the front counter (2), I saw that an employee had reached into a bag of chips and herself then licked his fingers, really without any fun, how can you be so incompetent as to put this bag of chips where the customer can see it and then lick your fingers in full view and carry on? Then there was the communication problem, it shouldn't come across as racist, but she didn't really understand me. The "M" burger, which is my favorite burger, was supposed to have a sticker for the Monopoly game as far as I know, but it wasn't there either. It honestly made me think and I probably won't go back. It would be nice if the employees were trained again in this matter. It would be interesting to see Team Wallraff there, what kind of defects they would find there.

The ice cream is always really good. Because of self-service, there is no pressure to order and you can choose the ingredients, complete your order and pay in peace. McFlurry again at any time.

Once again not everything that was ordered/paid for was received at the drive in. The lady at the ticket counter was very annoyed and unfriendly, I've never experienced anything like that at MC (October 31, 5:20 p.m.). Check your order before you go! Missing goods!

You should always check at the MC Drive that the goods you bought are in the bag. In 8 out of 10 cases, something is always missing. And that's not just any sauce, but also citizens that cost more than €8. The problem starts when you order, when the person you are talking to doesn't actually understand what you want to order. But whatever... just go to the store and order there.

There are a lot of strange people around here, including talahoons. But as always, food tastes good at mc.

So I find it very unfriendly, I ordered my breakfast via the app at 10 a.m. and was there at 10:20 a.m. and at 10:30 a.m. there is no more breakfast and I stood there for a whole 10 minutes until it was my turn. The whole store was full empty but at 10:32 I get the answer from the staff that they are too late Ps: Simply hire more young staff or motivated workers

Regular McDonald's. In the evenings, like almost everywhere, a meeting place for young people. Plenty of parking on site.👍

Once again something was forgotten. Either the number doesn't fit or something is completely missing. The service staff at the drive-in is completely overwhelmed with everything. If you complain immediately you will be brushed off rudely. You could hide the missing thing in the car. Absolutely no words!

Underground...almost...there was nothing here...10 minutes in line at the MC drive until you could finally order, the line of cars was getting longer and longer 🙈 foreign employee who obviously barely spoke German, and the shift management...creepy 😱 ..we continued at the checkout..got the wrong order...hardly understood German either..it's working for you 🤣

Food average for Mc D. Toilet (men's) wasn't particularly clean. Children's slide tower was closed. Service staff could be friendlier. Otherwise average Mc D...

Hello. I just wanted to get a cold drink at the McDonalds in AE today. Since the employee at the counter unfortunately didn't speak German, two other colleagues who weren't able to take my order properly had to come along. This was very disappointing for me and I also asked the other staff about it but all they got back was a very disappointing “That’s not my problem”. You might want to consider whether the staff shortage is actually such a pressing problem that you're hiring people who majored in singing and dancing at school. Thank you very much but I won't visit this place again.

Picked it up at the mc Drive, discovered at home that one of 3 burgers (the M) was missing - very poor performance on your late shift Talahon...

Food good. Staff friendly. But every table was dirty, some with garbage. But there was absolutely nothing going on and the staff stood bored in the corner or sat at probably the only clean table and had a good time. Hygiene grade 6

The food was nothing to complain about, as was the ambience. Unfortunately we had to wait quite a while for our food, even though there wasn't that much going on.

We've been there many times, that says it all, so it's good and tastes good... We also often went to MC Drive and I have to say that I wasn't often happy. There was always something missing, from sauces to fries to a whole burger... I have to say I'm less satisfied. That's why I hope that it can be done differently....maybe it's just the schedule that makes such mistakes happen...I'll still continue to go to Auerbach and hope that it won't happen again. LG Rico

Today the food was worse than it has been for a long time. Hamburger Royal TS was cold, cola without carbonation and without ice cubes and a hair in the ice. We definitely won't be back that quickly

I think it can be done better! You should at least be able to expect that the tables are clean and the tray returns are not littered with waste. The friendly service was positive, which I also expect as a guest.

Such unfriendly and incompetent employees! Children's wishes are not fulfilled. I am shocked! Dirty tables and overflowing returns.

Food was warm to cold, tables weren't wiped down when asked, after 30 minutes only 1 table out of 6, there wasn't much going on and the staff were just standing around in the kitchen, let's not talk about the toilet for now.....

First of all, I'll quote from a job advertisement from McDonald's "You are service-oriented, positive and friendly" Unfortunately, none of the employees seem to meet these requirements on April 30th. Later in the evening we made our way to MC Donald's in Auerbach because the restaurant was explicitly supposed to be open until 11 p.m. without any reference to different opening times between the restaurant and the drive-in. We entered shortly before 10 p.m. and went straight to the ordering terminals. In the background I could already hear the employees bickering among themselves. "We'll close at ten so we can take away..." etc. There was enough whispering that at least one of the four men heard it. To be honest, I have no problem if people in the catering industry insist on finishing work on time, but instead of an employee coming to us and explaining to us that the food can no longer be eaten in the house, people are now talking in the background about it Torn apart by lavishly paying customers, that's not possible. But at least the employees there stick together! Sometimes you have to be a pig so I just ignored what was going on in the background, just to see how the situation was handled... So we ordered it in the house and when we went to a table with one of the greasy number plates I heard the next whisper. Again, loud enough so that you can just hear it, but never directed directly at us as a group! Completely horrified "They're just sitting here!" Of course we'll do it! So far we only indirectly knew that the oil stand was open until 11 p.m. But hey, finally one of the employees moved towards us and gave us "10 minutes to eat, then close it in here" Funnily enough, the food wasn't even ready in 10 minutes, dear fast food restaurant, just by the way. So we ordered the food to take away. The kitchen then complained that we wanted to leave some things out of the burgers. Here too, the ability to work as a team is positive... at least. One of us then took another look at the MC Donalds website to make sure we hadn't read it wrong, but it also says 11:00 p.m.... the instruction came immediately! The restaurant closes at 10 p.m., the drive stays open until 11 p.m.! The fact that this additional information is not changed on the website of a multi-million dollar company is either due to the reality of the opening times or they simply don't make it, both would be sad. We then asked if we could eat the food outside on the terrace, which shouldn't be a problem if we were gone by at least 11 p.m. One employee didn't want to comment at all and then asked, I must assume, the shift manager. She replied with “I’ll spear then!” Didn't really answer the question, but at least I think it's nice that the shift manager doesn't put herself above her colleagues with a little customer friendliness, but is on the same level as them with equivalent unfriendliness, a real team player! So when we got our food we were then described as “unfriendly” in the same undertone... it's quite possible that we were a bit pissed off... I'm not exactly informed about the ingredients list for a Big Tasty Bacon, but in other branches there were significantly more bacon strips on them than on all the ones we ordered overall. At least there was one on mine... A rogue who thinks something bad was audibly complained about from the kitchen. I really don't understand why it was so difficult to just talk to us directly and explain the closing times...the employees present that evening have absolutely nothing to do with this industry!

It's just McDonald's. Food is ok, employees mostly too 😄 If something goes wrong, in most cases it can be sorted out without any problems.

Very dirty, there is food everywhere on the tables and on the floor. Just disgusting, otherwise the food was okay but the citizens clapped together a lot.

*Update* Tables dirty, long wait to order even though not busy. Staff straight forward. Things have noticeably deteriorated here. Just a simpler, chic McDonalds. Nothing special and also with enough seating.

The staff is always friendly. Even if something is missing from what you ordered, the service is always great and friendly. The drive in is ok, but the waiting bay is a bit small, especially with a bus or van it is difficult to get past stationary vehicles, or you close the waiting bay with the bus and others have difficulty getting past.

Hallo Leute, hier mal eine kurze Bemerkung am Rande. Ich bin hier Grade mit paar Kollegen de Festplatte neu formieren. Wir haben insgesamt 135.58€ bezahlt und es haben 6 Bürger und mehr gefehlt und mehr (geschätzter schaden 50€). Einfach nur traurig damit man seinen Job nicht richtig machen kann und das bei einem so angesehenen unternehmen. Und und dann noch frech kommen warum wir so spät da sind, obwohl noch über ne Stunde offen war. Einfach schlecht und alles in allem eine Enttäuschung...... Dercks*****

Ich war mit meiner Family wieder mal in Auerbach bei MC Donald's. Es war bereits das zweite Mal wo ich ziemlich enttäuscht wurde. Erstmal funktionieren die Bestellungen an den Servicestationen nicht richtig, dann gab es keine Big Rösti mehr und dann dieser Pfeifton in einer Tour. Wir werden dieses Lokal erstmal nicht mehr besuchen.

Mit dem MC Donalds App kann man sich mal was zum Essen dort leisten. Da mein Mann und ich schon zu den älteren Semestern zählen und nicht so fit mit diesen neumodischen Bestellmethoden vertraut sind,waren wir sehr positiv überrascht, dass die Servicekraft bei Drive sich uns angenommen hat und uns mit diesem App Zeugs wirklich eine sehr große Hilfe war. So etwas Nettes ist bei den Mitarbeitern von McDonald's selten und muss einfach erwähnt werden. Die Burger selbst, waren, wie in den letzten Jahren okay. Anmerkung: in den 80igern waren die Burger größer und geschmacklich wesentlich besser.

War schon öfter mal da, doch irgendwie kommen die Mitarbeiter nicht hinterher, Tische oft sehr dreckig und es fehlt auch häufig gerade im MC Drive bestelltes Essen, leider oft zu spät bemerkt

Wir können die schlechten Bewertungen überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. So ein sauberes Mc Donalds und so freundliches Personal kennen wir von keinem anderen Mc Donalds.

Einfach Unfassbar was die sich da erlauben. Sowas Dreckiges und schäbiges hab ich schon lange nicht mehr gesehen. Das Personal ist unfreundlich. Die Burger sehen aus, wie hin geschmissen und teuer ist dieser Dreck mittlerweile auch noch. Ich weiß nicht wer der Betreiber von diesem Bunker ist, aber Sie sollten sich in Grund und Boden schämen. Ich hoffe das dieses Ding irgendwann zu macht. Dann geh ich doch lieber nach Zwickau zu BK!

Alle Mitarbeiter stehen nur blöd rum und reden miteinander, anstatt sich um unser Essen zu kümmern. Wir warten schon über 20min auf unser Essen. Schlechter Eindruck

Die letzten 3 mal ging immer etwas schief - 1. und 2. mal dachte ich naja passiert, sind ja alles nur Menschen. Heute wurde ein Big Tasty Bacon bestellt und was war nicht drauf? - Bacon. Da lohnt sich doch der Burger 😅🤦🏻‍♀️

Wir waren mit Enkelkind hier. Ein sehr dreckiger und ungepflegter McDonalds. Der Service ist völlig überfordert. Selten so einen schlechten McDonalds erlebt ,schade😒

Für den heuten Andrang zum Samstag Abend, war die Wartezeit auf das bestellte Essen völlig ok. Essen war wie immer in guter McDonald’s Qualität. Was ich allerdings stark bemängeln muss, und das betrifft nicht nur diese sondern mehrere Filialen, dass es die Mitarbeiter beim Packen des Happy Meals nicht hin bekommen, das gewünschte bzw. ausgesuchte Spielzeug in die Tüte zu legen. Diesmal suchte sich mein Sohn explizit ein Buch über Dinosaurier aus, wir nahmen die Bestellung entgegen und sind damit nach Hause. Leider ohne Kontrolle der Tüten auf das Spielzeug, was ich ehrlich gesagt bisher nicht als nötig empfand (zukünftig aber immer machen werde!) Denn erst daheim stellten wir fest, das er stattdessen einfach eine kleine Spielzeug Kuh bekommen hat. Jeder der Kinder hat, kann sich wohl die Enttäuschung darüber vorstellen und unseren Versuch als Eltern, die Situation dann irgendwie zu retten. Ob nun vertauschte Tüte oder unbedacht falsches Spielzeug, ich finde das geht bei Kindern einfach gar nicht!

Völlig inkompetentes Personal.... wirklich in jeder Hinsicht....
