Actually the rudest and most miserable lot of staff.

Missing 2 items that were ordered. Not good enough considering when you pay for food you expect to receive it.

Arrived at 8.30 pm they told us that we had one minute to order, then they rushed and arrogantly ordered with a very rude person at the counter. We ordered in two minutes seeming like we were too many. First and last time.

Typical KFC. Busy place but lots of staff so served quickly. Food court to eat in.

Possibly the worst KFC I’ve ever had. The chicken was undercooked, more like Kentucky Boiled Chicken. It was very greasy. Fries were okay. Not the best service. Wouldn’t recommend.

Took my daughter for lunch not a good experience for the quality of food. We had the bargain bucket (6 pieces) the chicken was very greasy, I don’t think it had been mixed in 11 spice mix , the fries were very salty, I think the cornel would be upset if he was alive. Come on K.f.c get the consistency back!

Very bad experiences. I bought a 8 pounds zinger burger meal. The burger was not hot definitely not fresh. Fries was cold and potatoes was not even peeled of. The drink is kept with ice for so long so it's alot of water in pepsi. Definitely would not go there again to waste my hard earned money.

Service was fantastic! I wasn’t familiar with the menu but the cashier was so friendly and helped me choose my meal. The food was fresh and I have to say I was really pleased with my meal, will definitely recommend and would come back again!

No delivery made. The delivery person was not patient to wait for me

Shocking services I went and ordered a zinger tower burger meal for it to come ice cold when I went to complain I think the manger called adil said there’s nothing he can do which was absolutely shocking from a manger then he gave me a another to be the exact same until the kind lady at the front told me to wait I’ll do it for you fresh but for a manger to say there’s nothing I can do is absolutely absurd wouldn’t recommend it wasted just 30 mins of my break.

Food was nasty, service guy was rude, didn't listen to what we ordered and so we got the wrong item and was told that's what we ordered and can't be changed in no uncertain terms. I would avoid this particular kfc restaurant even if I was starved for days just for the shear level of rudeness. Wasn't eve that busy at the time. Atmosphere is noisy as it's in a food court of a shopping centre as to be expected.

The most disgusting service I have ever witnessed. We were stood waiting to be served for at least 2 minutes whilst they all stood and stared, they then went and got a young girl to do it (like they don’t know how to do their job). Once food was received it was stone cold, we then witnessed two staff members have a full blown shouting argument in front of a queue of customers waiting to be served. I have never witnessed service so awful in my life and the manager should be ashamed of the team he has got employed, as well as their own skills in ensuring their team are providing a good service.

Fantastic KFC store. Food was fresh and hot! New recipe chips are great tasting. Fast service. Wish stores like this could teach the other KFC stores how to do it

Ngl, that was grim. Gravy was basically flavoured water, and the chicken was greasy and cold. Ahh.

Unhygienic staff, one member of staff coughing into his hands and then carried on working. Staff needs more training in basic health and hygiene.

Today evening I went to KFC Arndale. Very very arrogant and rude behaviour from staff. It was closing time and they let us in and closed the queue. While ordering, one lady staff came and took the food box and said order is closed and asked us to go. We knew it was closing time and still they only let us to order and there's a proper way and manners to talk to customers. They should learn it now or never. This is so humiliating and will be never going there!!

Don’t book it by the App because they don’t even acknowledge the orders Happened twice in a week

I went to Manchester Arndale KFC and bought a meal for myself and asked if I could buy some hot water for my 6 month olds bottle, the staff member told me bluntly no. I asked if I could buy a tea and just not have a tea bag and the staff member told me no again. I’ve never been anywhere before that refused to allow me to buy hot water for my babies bottle. To be honest I’ve never had to pay for a tiny bit of hot water for my babies bottle but I have never asked for free water. What would they do if I wanted to buy hot water for myself. I will never use this restaurant again if I am being honest, I will probably never go to KFC again knowing that they refuse to allow me to feed my child when every other food establishment I have been to has happily accommodated me. I ended up asking Subway if they would sell me some hot water and they said they would not charge me for a bit of hot water to feed my baby and gave me some for free. I didn’t even buy anything from them. It wasn’t just the denial of hot water it was the blunt no I got and no explanation of why. Even the people behind me in the queue commented on how disgusting it was.

I somehow got sent 11 cookies rather than the burger I ordered? How does that even happen?

Asked for a Popcorn chicken snack bucket and got my popcorn chicken and chips in separate packing and not in the bucket , this resulted in me having less food than i shouldve as the bucket is made for bigger portions. Asked for it to be put in the bucket and they instead put the food in a box whilst it’s still in the packaging - said it’s the same thing

Quite possibly the worst KFC I've ever had. The burger bun was stale, chicken burger overcooked and I had to drink my beans because there were no forks left. The guy behind the till was so slow and somewhat rude.

Chicken popcorn was delicious and the chips were ok. The customer service however was lacking. The woman didn’t communicate well with us.

overall the food was nice and it came really quick. however I didnt like the service as the cashier that dealt with me was incredibly and I mean incredibly miserable, mumbled all of his words and was just extremely unwelcoming. the other cashiers appeared to be a little more cheerful but that doesn't change the sour taste that mine left in my month. I work at kfc and understand that its not fun at all but at least put a bit of a smile on and do the job that you're paid for man.

Didn’t receive my order even thought it has been delivered

Extremely slow service. Ordered for pick up yet still had to wait in queue as they didn't even prepare our meal. The short queue still had us waiting for a long time whilst having more than enough staff to deal with the queue. Once we were finally served we had to show the whole order and wait as they didn't prepare anything defeating the point of a stream lined pickup service. The team leader was also off to the side teaching someone how to use a phone in an incredibly slow manner and was unable to deal with enquiries.

It's KFC I don't have to say anything about it.

Delivery driver can’t do a simple job without lying

The worst customer service ever. I was there to collect my mobile order from the KFC app, I queued for 10 minutes and the man with a red cap rolled his eyes and stopped serving me, doing some boxes in the back. Then after 5 minutes a woman came to me and asked the same question again. It took me around half an hour to collect a mobile order. Worst and inefficient!

Food was great. Packaging was awful. Large gravy put at the bottom of bucket meal which poured through the paper bag which was ripped. Other packaging crushed and bag was delivered with a big rip down the middle with food coming out!

If you want KFC famously CRISPY chicken then don't come here because it ain't crispy. It's sickening, dry, bland and not worth it. I wasn't asked what drink I wanted nor chicken piece preference. Staff seemed like they couldn't care about the customer and I was even ignored at some time. They also packed the bag without care. "Its stomach sickening bad"

restaurants do not have hygiene and organization

It is very bad experience as the restaurant keep delaying the delivery time every 15 minutes and Even when I tried to cancel the order to place another one I found it is not permeated and when it arrived the food was cold and have unpleasant taste . Overall very bad experience.

The service wasn’t very friendly, felt like I was on a production line! However it was quite efficient and when I got my food it was certainly to the kfc standards! I would visit again and choose kfc over the other brands in the food hall! Guess I’m not a fan of city centre restaurants!….I prefer the more personal service you get away from cities.

Officially the chaviest place in the world Manchester food court will make you want to get a takeaway pronto unless you listen to Meekz but who doesn't, who goes to the KFC. 20 pounds triple gravy bucket for the win and fly away to the Travelodge.lovely strong stench of weed along the streets on the way home fragrant scent of Manchester everyday you smell it.

Terrible, really watery gravy, looked like it had been watered down. Ordered boneless bucket with dip, only got three sweet chilli, asked for alternatives told would be 40p Each ! Chips undercooked, very poor not interested when complained, very poor worst KFC we have had as a family, avoid

I ordered takeaway on my phone and expected it to be quick. However, I waited for the takeaway 40mins and when I asked the staff they didn’t even find the order. Like I know it is always extremely busy in the food court but 40 mins is too long.

Despite opening times advertised on Google, the branch is closed with barriers in place and no staff whatsoever. For a company as big as this with no staff at all is alarming. Very disappointed

Rude woman who wouldn't give water for babies bottle.

We visited during the bank holiday weekend and wanted a cheap eat before the Pride parade so went to KFC. There are so many different meal deals now and all with inflated prices, but we managed to find the chicken-only items on the menu. Ordered two 3-piece meals and added a couple of hot wings. Everything was fried fresh as it was pretty early in the day. Even the chips didn't taste as bad as they usually do. We did manage to get a piece of thigh meat each though no drum sticks and the rest were wings and breast. Hot wings were yummy and we should have got more! KFC doesn't seem to give the hand wipes anymore so it's annoying but we did like the freshly fried, greasy goodness on this occasion!

I found the service rather rude. The food was disgusting, the chicken had been cooked and reheated to the point of it turning to a greasy mush. The whole experience embodied a level contempt that is permanently off putting. Fowl & poultry (foul & paltry)’ you get what you pay for.

Wrap was missing, was gives gravy instead of beans, sauce is missing, and tango is missing from a meal. Terrible service order is completely messed up

It wasn't "finger licking good". The fries seemed old. The burger was bland. Even the drink wasn't fuzzy (which is good for me because it hurts my nose) - but this clearly tells that everything was left in the open for a while. The server didn't have that welcoming quality. She seemed "bored", disinterested.

Just as some search for halal chicken, I don't. A sign would have been helpful so that I could have gone elsewhere. The diet Pepsi cola was truly tasteless. It seems normal that when a dip is included, nobody ever puts one in. The rediculous boxes are sealed so that you only notice there's no spoon when you've sat down, torn your stupid box to bits and tried to eat the baked beans. At least the food was hot.

Standard KFC. It is one of the better establishments within the food court. Also has the benefit of being halal.
