Feb 2024 visit. Good menu range with something to suit all. Food arrived no longer than 20 minutes after ordering and cooked exactly to request. Tired a couple of different Sirloins and I would recommend the Creekstone. Sides and sauce where a good portion. The Mocktails were quite possibly some of the best I have had, many places seem to be hit and miss but the Pina Colada in particular was made very well. Only downside of the experience was how close the tables were together. I understand they want to make use of all the space however it was almost as if we were sharing a table with the couple next to us and doesn't make for comfortable sitting. Baring the one negative though, it was a great meal with good service. Slightly pricy compared to some other steakhouses however, you get what you pay for and would definitely go again.

Quite a fan of this place!! Have been a few times and I do recommend. The interior is stunning. Food is pricey but is of good standard. Usually get the mixed starter so get to try everything and i enjoy everything on there. Usually get a creekstone ribeye which is cooked perfectly and sides are lovely. Mocktails and drink selection is good. Sunday roast is okay, i feel like it’s missing something but i can’t figure out what but the actual food is nice. I would reccomend trying it out

I would just like today this is my third coming Ribeye and I usually have a pleasant experience. I thought I would try something different as I usually get the Rib eye steak so I chose the T Bone steak and I had it cooked medium. I have to say the steak was chewy and rubbery. It was like chewing a tire. I spoke to a rude staff member if I could exchange my steak for another one and said that I couldn't even though I wasn't happy with the food. He claimed it was pink inside so it wasn't chewy, in the end I couldn't be bothered arguing as I lost my patience. Terrible customer service skills, the customer is always right but in this situation, I was somehow wrong even though they messed up my steak. I would totally avoid at all cost.

I visited on February 15, and while the food was amazing, I would recommend not ordering a starter. Ours arrived at the same time as the main course, which was unexpected. Usually, starters come first, but this time, we had to rush through everything at once. As shown in the pictures below, you can still see our starters on the table. By the time we finished them, our main dishes had gone cold—especially the last item on my plate, which was so cold that I didn’t even eat it. We ordered a sharing platter, but unfortunately, the plates provided were dirty. I wasn’t the only one who noticed—two other guests at different tables also reacted when they received theirs. I had to request a tissue to wipe mine. That being said, the food itself was genuinely fantastic, and the cocktails were great too. I’d rate my overall experience a 7/10—while the food was a solid 10/10, the service and atmosphere left something to be desired. The space was quite crowded, with tables so close together that we had to squeeze through just to reach the washroom. On a positive note, the tiramisu for dessert was excellent!

The flavour of the food is great! But the quality of the meat should be a bit better. I ordered the ribeye, but the ribeye was kinda thin and many bands and fat. But overall food is good. The spareribs were really delicious! But the service in this restaurant is really bad! The waitress speak nice words , but they rush us very much! Once we stopped eating , they came to ask for taking the plate away when there’s still food on the plate. Once we finished the food, the waitress came to take all the plates away and bring the bill without asking. Within a minute she came back with a card machine asked whether we pay in cash or card. I mean, there are not even half full in the restaurant. If it’s full, we understand that they want more turns of customers, but the restaurant was only 1/3 full…. What’s the point to rush us. We really don’t get it. We pay around 70£ per person . I think we deserve a bit better service right? So, the cooks are good, food quality can be better, service very bad.

The atmosphere and decor is good along with the waiters who were very nice. The food is very much average especially in relation to the price you pay. Flavours don’t really pop as well as you’d hope in a restaurant like this and portion sizes leaves much to be desired. Supposedly fine dining with high prices to match you’ve got to back it up. But unfortunately left disappointed just like I did last time, thought I would give it another chance but same story as previous.

Booked a table for 4 for today 15/02/2025 at 16:00. The food was excellent but only when I got home did I realise that the restaurant had overcharged me but a considerable amount. The meal should have cost £155.95 however they charged me £194.65 instead! I’ve tried ringing the Manchester branch 7 times now with nobody answering and even tried to call their Birmingham branch with the same problem. I sent a message on TikTok but this hasn’t been answered so my only assumption is that their service needs a 1 star rating!! Perhaps leaving a bad review will get them to respond without me having to travel to Manchester to speak with them in person !!

Sunday roast - £35 per person regardless of how many platters they serve. Each platter offers lamb, beef and chicken with 2 medium sized yorkshire puddings and roast potatoes along with lots of side trimmings served seperately. Beef and chicken were tasty, lamb was very very chewy and not as flavourful. All trimmings were delicious and complemented the roast well. Yorkshire puddings were burnt, overcooked and hard. Service was excellent, atmosphere was warm, however, I feel there have been better value for money roasts offered by other places!

I had an amazing dining experience at this steakhouse! The food was exceptional—everything from the starters to the main course was top-notch. The starter was so filling that we were almost full before the mains even arrived! The mocktail drinks were delicious, and the steak was cooked to perfection—honestly, I can’t complain about anything. The decor and atmosphere were phenomenal too. From the moment we stepped inside, the place was clean, beautiful, and very pleasing to the eye. It created such a welcoming vibe both inside and out. Although it’s not the cheapest, you definitely get what you pay for when it comes to the quality of the food. We’re not from Manchester, but if I were, this would be my go-to spot for sure. A special shoutout to our server, Sana! She was so friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, and her recommendations were spot on. We’ll definitely be coming back the next time we’re in Manchester

Lovely looking interior. Staff were polite and attentive. Our starters were delicious. The ribs were cooked perfectly, very meaty, tender and fell off the bone. Lamb chops were seasoned and nicely cooked. We chose the Creekstone Ribeye steaks for the mains with mushroom sauce, mashed potato and bone marrow for sides - all excellent. The steaks were particularly superb, very flavourful and juicy. Probably one of the best steaks I’ve had (and I have a lot.) The only thing that left us dissatisfied and the reason I can’t give 5 stars was the desert. We chose the profiteroles and they were beyond disappointing. £10 for TWO?! And they were not fresh, the pastry was hard and crusty, and completely overwhelmed the cream filling.. I’ve had nicer ones from Tesco… so this needs addressing. Also - please be aware that no alcohol is sold in this venue. This wasn’t an issue for us personally and does not reflect this rating.

Stopped by Ribeye while on a visit to Home cinema across the street, thought we'd treat ourselves to a FANCY dinner for a change. When this place first opened a colleague told me if I'm going I should skip the steak and just get a fat pile of ribs, turns out years on this still holds true. Ribs are top grade delicious, only getting three with my starter just leaves you fiending for more. Got a fillet steak for my main with a sampling of a few sides, steak was just pretty mid, It came out overcooked and didnt really feel it was that quality a cut, I ordered a fillet because I thought they'd have that down to a T so having them drop the ball was pretty dissapointing. Also this place charges for tap water which is pretty wack, 3.50 for a bottle of water. Economy is in shambles.

First visit with the wife on 28th Dec, the food was lovely we had the lamb chops and BBQ ribs for starters which were soo good For mains I opted for a medium cooked steak and my wife had a medium rare cooked steak They came out just as we had asked for and again they were really tasty. Ribeye is a total waste of time. The food was disappointing and not up to the standard of which I had received from the Birmingham branch. In regard to the portion size - all I can say is abysmal. On what planet is it okay to serve a steak with no sides whatsoever - not even sauce. I understand this is meant to be ‘fine dining’ restaurant however, the service was not up-to that standard whatsoever. I was in there for 20 minutes - I ordered - I ate whatever rubbish was served to me - and then I got smacked in the face with a 10% service charge?? And for what ? Was I jested whilst eating my meal? No. So, AVOID ribeye (Manchester) at all costs. Not worth it. Would leave 0 stars if I could.

If you want a half decent steak, you'll be better off going to the butchers and watching a YouTube video on how to cook it, because that's how I imagine the chefs have been trained. Forgetting the steak which was cooked wrong twice, and sad portions of barely seasoned chips and a bowl of just, some mushrooms, the lack of communication was clear between staff as we had about 5 different people trying to serve and wait our table simultaneously. I think they've just hired family. Nobody at the door to see us out, just a pathetic attempt at being a normal restaurant, but they have their clientele and I'm sure they're happy with the virgin mocktails. Honestly just go somewhere else if you want steak.

One of the worst steaks I’ve ever had. Ordered a fillet medium rare and got an overcooked fillet when I complained and told the manager he then proceeded to give me a lecture on how the steak is cooked which I didn’t care for. I understand this is a common mistake and has happened before at other restaurants where the steak has been taken back and bought out a new one or it has been taken off the bill. The server then showed me that the steak in the middle in medium rare so I guess next time I should just ask for the middle part since that’s the only thing they can cook properly. Would not recommend this restaurant everything else we ordered was also really bad.

Supposedly it got mixed up as the one we wanted less done was more done than the other one. This did not bother us too much. I think the place could do with steak knives. Been here a few times with family but will pick somewhere else to eat next time. Two adults and 2 teenagers with the bill coming to £420. We ordered the premium wagyu fillet priced at £149 to be cooked medium rare. When it came out overcooked, the manager tried to say it’s always cooked like that, hard on the outside and a little pink just in the middle. The manager wouldn’t accept it was overcooked even after the owner came out to apologise and sent out a replacement. We also ordered the platter for 3 which was tasty but cold. The chicken was the best thing on the platter. The other steaks were nothing different to what you’’d find in other restaurants. The dessert menu hasn’t been updated for several years. We hadn’t all finished eating but the waitress started taking plates away. I’m not sure why as there were plenty of empty tables and the restaurant wasn’t busy. The tables upstairs are so tightly packed together it’s difficult not to disturb the table next to you. There was a couple a few tables away who had to sit side by side as they wouldn’t fit across from each other. The tables downstairs are so close to each other that you don’t get any privacy at all. I’ve never seen so many couples sitting so close together in a restaurant.

To start my below average experience, I ordered a medium well fillet and was presented with two flat discs disguised as a steak. It was far from overcooked, even by well-done standards, and rubbery. Upon telling a server the issue they claimed that that is how a medium well steak typically is ending the issue on our behalf, there. Half way through we decided it was enough and so when it came to pay we retold the issues to a different server. They had advised us to ask prior to the bill… which we had done and then asked whether we wanted to ‘purchase anything else’. On top of everything, the restaurant was riddled with flies. Considering this is a high end restaurant which is reflected by their prices, the service and food did not meet those standards. Do not recommend, save your money.

So let’s start saying the stakes start from 30£ to about £120 (could be wrong with the last price ) and now you will think well what’s the problem with that, the problem with that is that you are paying for the location of the restaurant, so deansgate (not that you will have a view, just the location), and the presentation and most importantly the look of the food. Not the taste. Paid £40 pound for a steak which was the most average stake i had, can do a 100 time better job going to a longsight butcher and cook it at home (which u now may think well why didn’t u? because i wanted to see what all the hype and price was about). Waitresses dead inside, it is like speaking to a robot when u ask for an opinion of the food too they just look at u awkwardly like “why u asking me” u pay 3 pound for a sauce and 4 pound for a bottle of water. A great halal steak place to compliment the already rich cuisine of Manchester. Made a reservation for 4 for a birthday meal, beautiful venue with a large menue. Sharing starter platter was a good mix to serve 3, ribs, prawns, wings, chops and assorted sauces. Decided on Angus and Creekstone ribeye for mains but also tried the grade 8 Wagyu for the birthday boy! Despite being £85, the Wagyu was less than exciting. The Creekstone paired with peppercorn sauce priced at £38 was far more tender and succulent. Meats were cooked well, service slightly slow but nice staff. Drinks fairly priced but still racked up a surprising £300 bill between the 4 of us. Made a small birthday arrangement, a free cake slice was presented but no celebratory singing etc. Just a sparkler. Divine cake however! Definitely a more expensive night out, maybe best saved for a date rather than a family meal; but always great to have a nice halal steakhouse, especially with a luxury venue.

I came to Ribeye on the 11th of November at around 9:30 and ordered food for the 4 of us. There was no warm welcome or any of the sort. The waiters were immature and did not check up on us whilst we were dining to see if we were having a good experience or not.The bill came to £145.60 and the food was also not upto any standard as we didn’t bother finishing our food. I will not recommend to anyone. Disgusting service

Fui a este restaurante anoche por primera vez. Sí, estaba seco, de lo que no nos habíamos dado cuenta. Tengo que admitir que pensamos en irnos en ese momento e ir a otro lugar, sin embargo, no lo hicimos y nos alegramos mucho de que nos quedamos! We spent £100 for two people here. The ribs and lamb chops were enjoyable, but the two steaks we ordered weren’t great and were unexpectedly spicy, even though we hadn’t requested that. They also came without sides like chips, which seemed odd for the price, and sauces were an additional charge. The Coke tasted like a budget supermarket brand, and there was also a 10% service charge added to the bill. For the cost, I don’t think I’d return. However, I do want to note that the staff were friendly, talkative, and respectful.

Poor. Doesn’t show on the website that it is a Non-Alcoholic restaurant. Alcohol not being necessary to enjoy with the meal but the option would have been nice. Don’t expect to be getting Pepsi or Coke either, Karma is the Cola option here, 1st time I’ve had it and probably not having it again. Steak was well cooked, chips over seasoned, peppercorn sauce was not good in any way shape or form. Although it seemed relatively busy for a Friday evening there seemed to be a lot of staff standing around chatting. Service was poor, when our courses came the server clearly had no idea who had ordered what and when it came to the side dishes, he just dumped them on the table and told us we can find the ones we ordered. Massively over priced & you really aren’t paying extra to enjoy the experience…….. Spoke to what I thought was the manager on leaving, not interested and really not listening to the feedback I provided. Not worth what we spent, wouldn’t return.

My first time going to Ribeye after many good reviews from my friends and family. I can’t believe I didn’t come here earlier. The Creekstone Ribeye steak is just cooked perfectly, so soft and melts in your mouth. I had the sharing platter which was absolutely worth it! The mocktails were fresh and vibrant! The Portuguese creamed chilli sauce stole the show for me it was the perfect combo with the steak and a nice dip for the chips too. Definitely will be coming back here again to try the other steaks. Atmosphere was really relaxed.

The food came quickly and was tasty and well presented. Great quality steak and lamb! For the prices they are charging they need to vastly improve their service standards. Our waiter just leaned over the table putting plates in people's hands then put everyone's sides in the middle and said help yourself. A bit disappointing. Over all though this place is definitely worth checking out.

I have to say I am very very disappointed with the way we were treated yesterday. We had a table booked for 8pm for me and my wife and this is not the first time we’ve been do we knew what to expect when we got there. I walked in and let them know that Klee had table booked and the man at the desk to me to ‘stand there and wait’ pointing in the waiting area direction until they got the table ready. I was taken back a little bit at the tone of his voice and cold behaviour but I let it go don’t doesn’t ruin my night. I was looking round and they had plenty of empty tables to sit me downstairs however they told me and my wife to sit upstairs, bearing in mind I walk with crutches and I am visibly disabled and struggle to go up and downstairs. I asked if we can be sat downstairs but they said no tables were available downstairs for us (I counted 5 empty table). Again I struggled and made my way upstairs so it doesn’t ruin my night. We made our order, waited about an hour for food and they got a couple things wrong we mentioned it to the waitress which then took forever to deal with by the time they bought out the correct sides the main steak was getting cold. I was truly appalled last night. I have been there approximately 3 or 4 times and it has been the complete opposite of this but last night was shocking. I hope the owners/management do read this and do something about so nobody else has to deal with this considering you pay well over £100 to done there.

The portions are quite small despite the prices. I visited here with friends and the atmosphere is good. Lots of variety on the menu which is good as well. The service was good, but I didn’t get my steak sauce on time. To be fair it was a very busy Saturday evening. Took quite a while for the food to be served almost 16 minutes waiting. I understand that they tried to serve my friends and I at the same time so there was a bit of delay. I’d recommend this place and also visit again soon. But it’s a 4* for me.

Dinner with friends and family. Was a good experience overall. Great ambience and good quality food as expected at this price point. Steaks cooked to perfection. Starters and sides all very good. Service was good - could have been better with a little more attention on handing out food correctly. Ribs were tasty fall of them bone but slightly on the warm side rather than hot. Sour taste left at the end by the mandatory service charge. Would rather it have ben absorbed in to the menu prices as I don't like to be forced to pay a service charge and like to add a tip based on experience and service.

Terrible experience, some of us in the group ordered Wagyu steak and were brought a regular steak. When we argued, the service actually tried to convince us that it was the Wagyu steak we had ordered (It was not first time we were trying wagyu). We were charged for something we did not eat and they were quite arrogant about it imping that we actually did not recognize the steak for what it was. Plus, it's a dry bar and this is very well hidden information on the website. Do not recommend.

My wife and I were looking forward to a nice juicy steak and a bottle of red as a weekend treat. We mentioned this when we arrived the front of house manager, he replied "The food is great but it is a dry bar". This was really frustrating, if you look at the Ribeye restaurant website, the fact that it is a dry bar is only mentioned in some text, another click away. The fact that they have hidden such a glaringly important fact smacks of deceit. Nevertheless we decided to continue with our booking since we were hungry and we took the manager's well rehearsed line at face value. I ordered short ribs and ribeye and my wife orderd hummus and fillet. My short ribs would have been nice had it not been seasoned with too much chilli, overpowering the nicely cooked ribs. The hummus was over seasoned as well, with too much chilli. My ribeye was bland and unremarkable. It didn't seem like a 10oz but maybe that was me. Wy wife's fillet was awful. Dry, chewy, I don't know how they managed to ruin it but they did. The sides of spinach and dauphinoise were swimming in buttery cream, overpowering everything. We didn't bother with desserts. I know we should have complained but everything was wrong about this place not just one specific niggle. I can forgive all of the food inadequacies, god knows I've eaten in worse places, but I can't forgive the fact that they present themselves as a nice juicy steak restaurant and hide the fact that they are a dry establishment catering for a niche market. Yes, technically it does state that in the depths of their website but come on, people aren't daft. Just be honest guys. The only good thing I can say is that they staff were nice. Pleasant and efficient service.

We attended this restaurant on the 31/8/24. As soon as the female waiter took our order she was unhelpful and rushed us and could not explain what the difference between Scottish beef and Argentine beef was. Upon the food arriving these two boys gave us our food, who were swearing and laughing with each other in conversation as they did this. We both asked for medium steaks but they both arrived well done- what kind of steakhouse cannot properly cook a steak . When I told the manager about this he apologised for my boyfriends steak and then proceeded to tell me mine was ‘pink enough’ , he said he would take some money off the bill but he subsequently didn’t- the bill was £95 for two steaks and sides , so overpriced DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Awful customer service from the waiters and the manager.

We attended as a small family as a treat for my son who had been having treatment at hospital, we arrived and seated in a small cramped table there was a group of staff majority of boys in a corner literally pointing and laughing at my son (who clearly has medical needs) I tried to ignore it, but it was getting ridiculous and making him uncomfortable so I asked them if there was a problem. Instead of acting professional he tried to actually argue with me,- he had an attitude he was shouting at me and being aggressive so he got it back I attended the reception asked to be moved to another table and a different server which they did but then he was telling his "pals" there was an issue and we was made to feel uncomfortable and unwanted the whole experience while we was there. We did not enjoy the experience or the food, it's extremely overpriced for what you get, the tomahawk steak was 70% fat and for the price ilits actually shocking. We arrived with a child and was more or less ignored but other people arriving with children were given colouring books/balloons and treated with respect. I did bring it to the attention of the staff at the front of house but I felt they didn't really care. It's actually shocking that they hire staff who bully children (he's 8) and the fact I asked him if there's a problem and he had an aggressive attitude with me infront of the rest of the restaurant is shocking! If your going to over charge for food at least have respectful staff members it's letting you down majorly!!!!

Decided to try this upmarket steak restaurant as it was our wedding anniversary. Would I recommend, NO WAY! Overpriced for what it is. Yeah the ambiance and decor is nice but the food…let’s say I’ve had better for the fraction of the price. To top it all off, the waiter came over and said my little girls were making too much noise and told me to make them quiet as other guests are complaining. How the hell did they expect me to tell a 4 year old and a 2 year old baby to be quiet? Absolutely disgusting! They should have a signage to say no children allowed!

I recently dined here and I must say, it was a major letdown. First off, the prices are outrageous for what you get. I expected a top-notch dining experience, but instead, I felt like I was robbed. For the price of my steak, I could have had a feast at a much better restaurant. To add insult to injury, the steak I ordered was overcooked and lacked any real flavor. It's as if they forgot to season it altogether. I’ve had better cuts at chain restaurants for a fraction of the price. Another frustrating aspect of my visit was the fact that they don’t accept American Express. In this day and age, it’s hard to believe a place that prides itself on being upscale would refuse one of the most common credit cards. It’s just one more reason why I won’t be returning. Overall, the restaurant is a classic case of style over substance. Save your money and head to a place that truly values its customers and serves a steak worth the price. I won't be coming back!

Looked really pretty when we walked in and the hostess was nice. starter was really nice fire cracker chicken and you get quite a lot for a starter so was excited for the main, got ribeye since we’re at ribeye. I’ve had numerous 10/10 ribeyes elsewhere but here wasn’t it unfortunately was gutted as I wanted to treat my little sister to one of her first steaks and this has given her a really bad intro to steaks, had to tell her multiple times it’s not usually like this. we got her aberdeen angus ribeye medium but it was more rare medium/rare so we asked for it to be cooked more to a true medium which they were more than happy to accommodate but when we got it back the edges were ok but the middle was literally raw/bloody in parts (the picture is 2nd time it was cooked) and i was so disappointed that her angus ribeye was chewy even before being cooked a second time, they could tell my disappointment but no apologies no nothing- my creekstone ribeye was just ok definitely nothing special and not worth it. when i asked for the bill, the waitress just dropped it to the table and didn’t even ask how the food was/if we were happy with everything?- definitely not worth the £££ price tag which i’m happy to pay when the food is good.

This was our first visit to Rib Eye and it was to celebrate our 28th Wedding Anniversary. We booked on-line, on tbe day which was very straightforward. We parked in a multi storey car park and the restaurant was 5 mins from 5th Floor of Car Park. We were 5mins late, on arrival, we gave our name and we were politely asked to wait with other guests. However, with 5 mins we were seated. The restaurant is a very pleasant place, situated in a vibrant area along with other restaurants and on entering has very high ceilings, decorated beautifully and has many eye catching features. We were taken to our seats by a young lady staff member who was very polite. She attended to our needs for the evening. For note: on busy days they have a 90minutes policy from the time seated as it is a busy restaurant. NOW THE FOOD We decided what to order before we arrived at the restaurant. STARTER We went for the Chefs Platter. This contained 2 each of tender BBQ beef ribs lamb chops, goats cheese on crostini bread, fiery chicken wings and dynamite prawns. Included 2 dips. Everything on the plate was cooked to perfection and the highlight were the BBQ ribs, so tender and the sauce was awesome. MAINS I went for the Creekstone Rib Eye, done medium. Absolute fantastic, tender, juicy melt in mouth - 10/10 Mrs went for the Angus Beef Sirloin, done Medium - It was tender but not as juicy/tender as Creekstone. Worth paying extra for the Creekstone. Angus Beef - 8/10 For sides we went for Douphinoise Creamy, Cheesy Potatoes - 10/10 Seasonal Veg - 8/10 Chips - 10/10 - crispy and soft inside We had 2 mocktails In Summary Great ambience, great service, great food though I would definitely have the Creekstone over Angus Beef. Not cheap but good for a one-off treat. Our combined meal plus service charge came to £150.

**Review for Ribeye** I recently visited Ribeye with high expectations, only to leave thoroughly disappointed. I ordered the wagyu fillet steak, which turned out to be anything but wagyu. The meat was tough and lacked the rich, buttery texture that is characteristic of genuine wagyu beef. It was a clear case of false advertising. The service was lackluster and inattentive, adding to the frustration of the meal. Despite the hype surrounding Ribeye, the quality of both the food and the service fell far short. Overall, it was the worst dining experience I've had in a long time. I won't be returning, nor would I recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality steak. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Dear Rib Eye Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment with the service and food quality I experienced at your Manchester branch. As a satisfied customer of your Birmingham branch, where I enjoyed an excellent Creekstone steak, I had high expectations for my visit to Manchester yesterday 09/08/24. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I ordered a medium-rare T-bone steak, which your menu claims is 35 days matured. However, what I received was a well-done veal steak. When I raised this issue with the manager, I was told that the doneness was due to the meat being veal and that nothing could be done about it. This explanation was unsatisfactory and contradicted my understanding of your establishment’s standards for steak preparation. I am very disappointed with both the quality of the food and the response I received. As a restaurant that prides itself on its steaks, I expected better. I hope you will address this issue to ensure that future customers do not have a similar experience.

When I ordered the food it said 15-30 minutes. It ended up taking 1 hour and 45 minutes to arrive! This is a ridiculous increase on time as to what was advertised. The food quality was really poor because of this.
