They mix the old food with new one. Last Friday night my friend eat steak and she start vomiting at home. Suck a disgusting experience.

Ali and the manager were fab. Ali was knowledgeable and attentive to our questions. Service was immaculate. The food was fabulous, tasty and the quality of the meat was fantastic. The bone marrow and Creakstone steak were the highlights.... to be fair, all the food was really well cooked and flavoursome.

Very disappointing. 2 adults and 2 children went on Saturday night. The place was very busy which seemed positive. No tap water for children, you must buy water. Disappointing starters. Prawns over cooked and goats cheese was soggy on the outside and cold inside. The steaks start at over £30. You must pay for the sauce and chips etc on top. Basic steak meal comes in at 45. I had a large tablespoon of risotto with an entire lamb shank. It was laughable. We paid £160 for very very average food. Charge almost Michelin prices for food you can make better at home.

Food is on the pricier side but can't complain everything tasted good. They do charge a service charge of 10% which is stated on the menu that it is a compulsory charge. Wouldn't bother getting the dessert again as didn't think it was worth the price.

Daljit provided exceptional service. Recommended mains for us and provided service with a smile. Food was well worth the final bill, service was fast and the ravioli is ‘chefs kiss’. Thank you for a lovely evening.

Are visit here was met with disappointment, the restaurant is beautiful but that is where this ends. The starters The bang bang chicken was overly dry and just tasted of vinegar. The pan fried goats cheese was well not pan fried, but also why would it be when it is bought in pre made and then fried. The dressing on the plate was again just pure vinegar and the red onion jam was overly sweet. The king prawn spring roll This was again drowned in vinegar and was tasteless after that. For mains We had a cheekstone sirloin and a T-bone steak, both Medium. If only they were of good quality my high hopes for this steak was dashed the moment it was put down in front of me. The sirloin was stated at 10oz but was more like 8oz. And was just on the edge of being overcooked , I had seasonal greens, mash and peppercorn sauce with it, the mash was watery the greens where tasteless and the pepper sauce was well bought in. The T-bone wasn’t much different and the truffle and Parmesan fries where oily and didn’t taste of truffle The drinks were enjoyable but not memorable. If you put on your menu that you are a fine dining steakhouse and charge the prices you are doing, you need to be just that FINE DINING! For me working on the plating and overall look of the food is important here and then the training with staff on how to cook and serve the food and drinks. I am all for serving no alcohol and it wasn’t something I missed but if you are going to do that then your food needs to be fantastic. Having worked in the kitchen for 17 years myself I am speaking form a place of experience. The floor staff where nice and looked professional but it did take one member of staff 15 minutes to bring water to the table and I had to remind him Steps of service are needed.

Came here spontaneously after a horrendous experience at Noir, as did many other parties that night. Sham, the restaurant manager was really empathetic and arranged tables for all the parties immediately. Quite a few parties turned up from the last place, all hungry and unhappy, but he was very professional and patient. I was in a really bad mood because I was so annoyed at the events prior to my visit, and he kept checking in to make sure I was okay and satisfied with everything. Food was amazing as always. Service (including waiters) is really top notch. Sham is a credit to your establishment and is all the things a restaurant manager should be.

Cold welcome was causing some concerns in the beginning. Food was ok, but waiter dropped fries on my table and pretended to not to see it. Staff continued being rude and they were even moving and touching chairs. In McDonalds you will get much better service.

Steaks were ok but not mealt in mouth as I read some reviews. For the premium price you pay I feel the food can be better. Mac and cheese was better. Best experience though because I bumped into Mo Farrah 😀 who was happy to take a selfie 🤳with me

Very disappointed! I won't come back again, nor do I recommend it to others! The steak has very poor value for money, the portions are small and especially expensive! A steak costs 33 pounds. The waiters' attitude is mediocre, and I won't come back in the future.

Terrible they make mandatory service charge for a very poor service. Food is ok but you cannot pay by card if more than 4 credit cards we were 5 of us. So we asked and they said this is the owner rules and we were suprised but 2 of my friends decided to pay together and they said it is mandatory service charge for a very poor service, waiters rushed us to order but we booked early and the restaurant was empty and later too we have had the waitress rushing us for the food and she rudely interrupted us in middle of our meal and conversation to ask if she could take the plates still full of food and we were still eating. I don’t recommend it at all . Deserts are overrated

I am shocked to my very core...a place called Ribeye Steakhouse that makes poor ribeye steak. I've had more taste from my own morning breath. I knew I was going to be violated from the moment the vegetables came out and they were clearly a Birdseye frozen special. The fact I was happy before I walked in, and now I am contemplating joining a support group about this experience. The "dynamite prawns" they clearly forgot ignite. Oven food at best, this place has single handled destroyed my internal peace and replaced it with sorrow, they have taken my soul and replaced it with emptiness, as I stare into the chefs eyes I can see his purpose was to take my joy and replace it with pain and suffering.

We had a group of 8 who dined today. Overall, the dining experience was ok. The bone marrow didn't have good flavour and lacked salt. The steak was cooked well although some of the sirloin had a lot of fat and my wife couldn't eat it. When it came to the bill, there was a 10% charge that we were asked to pay. This wasn't right. We spent over £400 collectively. We calculated each of our bills and for some reason we were still £30 short. Then realized that the ly had overcharged us for one of the items and the service charge had calculated been calculated incorrectly. However, we were still asked to pay the extra £22. We left the restaurant 30 minutes after. This isn't right. We will not be returning.

Best place for steak, everything was perfect. The only let down is the seating being too close to other guests detracts from the overall dining experience, which is a shame.

Overrated steak and over priced

Came to Ribeye for the first time with my wife and son. The welcome from the staff was lovely, I was immediately impressed with the decor. The food itself was a delight, I had the Lamb Shank alongside the garlic mash which complemented the dish fantastically. We all enjoyed our respective dishes. A brilliant place in the heart of the city.

Won't be going back here. Asked for a medium rare steak, it was too chewy. The steak wasn't seasoned well either had no taste. Gave 2 stars only because the staff were nice and ribs were decent. There are much better options in Manchester than this place.

The beautiful lady at reception made us feel very welcomed. One of the staff speaks Arabic and explained the menu in Arabic to help my friend. Amazing service and splendid food.

Reserved a table for 8 people on monday 12th feb 2024 at this restaurant and was asked to pay a deposit of £80. When we visited and were given the bill the £80 deposit was not deducted from our bill. I only realised this after making payment for everything we ordered on the night so i made the gentleman at reception aware and was told he would call me the day after to refund my deposit back to my card. I am a regular customer so i said ok no problem and i was confident being a regular customer i would get a call and it would be sorted however next day no call. So i called the restaurant and the same gentleman answered and said oh yes i remember you no problem we will arrange the refund and call you back, guess what! No call again. At this point i was shocked how a regular customer was being treated anyhow i waited another day and then called the restaurant any guesses what i was told? Yes i was told i would get a call back confirming the refund. Still no call and no refund. Today is Saturday 17th feb 2024 no call and no refund. Shocking customer service by Ribeye manchester staff. I have lost confidence so i will not be returning. Theres plenty of other very good steak places in manchester so its not the end of the world. This gentleman at the reception needs customer service training as he never smiles and cannot stick to his commitments. A warning to anyone who visits this restaurant is if you pay a deposit do not expect to get it back so do not forget to ensure it gets taken off of your bill !!!!!

This was our 1st time visting Ribeye but wont be our last. We went for valentines and the attention to detail they had done was so good, they made so much effort i felt the love when we went in. i was also given a rose and a heart shaped perfume :-) The food from the starter to main was amazing, we shared the chef special starter and it was so good, great flavor and variety. for mains my husband had the ribs, they were so tender and fell of the bone! i had the ribeye steak and i would personally say this is the best steak i have had. sides were good as well. the staff were attentive and friendly. thank you for a fab evening ribeye. i look forward to returning.

Went for a friends birthday of 9 people, was happy with the food however at the end they said we can only pay with 4 card payments, we wanted to pay separately with 8 cards. The manager said the system doesn’t allow this, which turned out to be a lie. He argued with us and tried to insult our intelligence. We ended up paying separately but the mere fact he argued with us about it and tried to make out that the system wouldn’t allow it when we were paying for £90 wagyu steaks has left us feeling we will not go here again and wouldn’t recommend.

Reserved a booking 2 weeks ago, all confirmed no problem. Recieved an email requesting deposit payment then cancelling my booking less than two hours after this email while I was obviously at work. Can tell why they're rated so low.

Seated fairly promptly on arrivals (Had no booking) Good menu range with something to suit all. Food arrived no longer than 20 minutes after ordering and cooked exactly to request. Tired a couple of different Sirloins and I would recommend the Creekstone. Sides and sauce where a good portion. The Mocktails were quite possibly some of the best I have had, many places seem to be hit and miss but the Pina Colada in particular was made very well. Only downside of the experience was how close the tables were together. I understand they want to make use of all the space however it was almost as if we were sharing a table with the couple next to us. Baring the one negative though, it was a great meal with good service. Slightly pricy compared to some other steakhouses however, you get what you pay for and would definitely go again.

Food was brilliant, the service was outstanding, all credits go to Ran who took care of all of us for the night, the atmosphere was pure vibes (the playlist used was THE best playlist ive heard) Overall had no complaints and no problems.

We were visiting from London and decided to attend the restaurant for a special birthday. We were running late and were one of the last customers of the day. However, the management and other staff made us feel very welcome and even gave us complimentary drinks and dessert. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, we will definitely be visiting this restaurant again! Special shoutout to mariam at the front desk who helped us a lot- shes a beauty inside and out!!!

This is one of the best steak I tried in my life. I am a regular customer and food are always amazing. I love the ribeye steak medium rare. The menu has a variety of delicious options. Sides and appetizer are amazing. Service are exceptionally good. Especially with Mr. Ali, Hussain, Sham and the other including Kitchen staff. I highly recommend a visit yo this restaurant. You will be ADDICTED.

The level of service received by the staff at this restaurant is above anything I have experienced in London. The food was flavoursome and arrived immediately. The ribs were tender and delicious. The servers were attentive and regularly checked up on us to see if we needed anything else. I want to shout out the three managers of this restaurant, who dedicated their time in making this experience amazing. Thank you, definitively will recommend to those travelling to Manchester.

Lovely surroundings, average food, frozen chips served, 16oz cote Du boefe looked half the size what I expected, friends ordered 9oz, looked similar volume, but exceptionally rushed, never seen anything like it. Had high hopes for a birthday meal, four of us all of the same opinion about the experience

got the chef platter , ribs was 9.5 , chicken was 7/10 abit to tangy , lamb chops was 8/10 the drinks seemed normal nothing special for the price it needs to be better, i felt like the waitress was rushing me , asked should she bring the bill before my dessert came, my food came out in 5-7 minutes after ordering i understand they closed at 10 but it was 9 o clock , the atmosphere seemed abit boring tbh i run a restaurant myself and the staff need to engage with their customers abit more as this is is supposed to be fine dining.....

Best steak I have tried in Manchester, starters were also good, we got the mozarella balls and dynamite prawns, cote de boeuf steak and tomahawk steak, mac n cheese, italian rosso mojitos. Service was also 10/10, we were looked after by Ali who was amazing today. Thank you very much

Went for a birthday meal the lamb chops was out of this world and the firecracker chicken I could of eaten all day , the steak and ribs wow just melt in your mouth

This place has gone DOWN hill! The steaks were so dry and overdone, male waiter I believe to be the manager shouting over the balcony right next to our table every two minutes to the staff downstairs and the ridiculous mandatory service charge which was not a thing last year! Will not be coming back.

For the price this place is not worth it avoid the starters and the sauces as they are just so bland, the t bone steak was nice but thats about it for me. What i didnt like is the staff, very slow i had to ask three times for a drink and when they asked me is the starter ok i told them the truth they looked at me as if i had done something wrong, didnt do anything about it like get me something else or maybe tell me to get something else. Im sorry but the service charge well, they should tell you about this not hit you at the end with it, thats very wrong been to posh places before and they dont charge service charge. Unfortunately wont be coming back very disappointed and i feel the staff were very rude if you said anything with crisitism.

Came with a group of 8 for a birthday dinner. The service was absolutely terrible. Having to ask to have the table cleared. When we did ask, the waiter cleared half of the table and left a bunch of stuff behind and never come back till we asked him to. When our mains were brought out they mistakenly told us that our steak was cooked medium well when that was wrong. We said we didn’t ask for that. Instead of going and checking with the kitchen, the waitress is instead telling us, “well the order was repeated to you”. It turned out the steak was cooked right and they just said the wrong one. Another waiter spilled sauce onto one of our guest’s jacket and didn’t not inform us and instead walked off. Another waitress informed us and they all left us to clean up the coat. Having to ask for cutlery. Even after asking, they bring out 4 spoons for a table of 8 and just wander off. They brought out 6 glasses for a table of 8 and didn’t bring more. Brought out the birthday cake whilst the dirty glasses are still on the table. Was anyone working in that restaurant thinking anything in their heads at all? You can imagine how much our bill for a group of 8. After all this, the 10% service charge was mandatory instead of optional. We have been regulars for a while but will not be coming back after experiencing this level of service.

Love the food at Ribeye and the decor. I ordered myself the beef Wellington medium done and it was just perfect. Shared a few sides with my friend, who had steak. The cocktails are so refreshing and impressive, we ordered a passion fruit mojito and and a pink cloud. I love the fact that it’s Muslim owned and has a no alcohol policy. Keep up the good work 👏🏼

Great food, staff and personal service, but weird that have a mandatory service charge

Food is way overpriced, and quality of the food is below standard, we ordered a starter platter for 2 people, the chops were disgusting , the ribs were not fresh, only thing that tasted decent were the 2 prawns they gave us. The T bone steak I ordered was way overpriced and tasted like it had been boiled. No seasoning on it at all. The sauces had no seasoning in them. Overall I wouldn't ever visit this place again and wouldn't recommend anyone else going there , loads of places around Manchester which are miles better. Atmosphere was okay though.

Went to dine in on our visit to manchester. Got seated and then seen that the menu mentioned a mandatory 10% service charge in the smallest ever font. We walked out as it overpriced in the first instance. Avoid this place as after reading the reviews, I'm glad we just got up and left before we ordered. Will be contacting trading and standards as the mandatory service charge is not clearly displayed or disclosed by staff

WHY WERE WE MADE TO PAY THE SERVICE CHARGE WHEN WE WERENT HAPPY WITH THE FOOD? Steak was Mid.. No sides come with steak, everything is separate .. mushroom sauce was really £3 but have to say it was 10/10 only thing nice from the whold dish. We ordered chips with truffle & Parmesan couldn't taste no truffle asked the waiter he came back with " we have no truffle left" so tell me why we were going to pay £6.50? man knocked off a £1 Over the whole dining experience was a 3/10. Wouldn't go back.

Absolutely brilliant food, atmosphere and service! First time visiting Ribeye Steakhouse and can confidently say this is my absolute favourite restaurant for steak, not only because of the food, but the service was fantastic which makes it 10x better. Excellent work guys, keep it up!😊

Myself and my partner and some friends spent the day in Manchester and thought it'll be a good idea to go ribeye for some food. When we got there we were seated straight away which was good. We looked at the menu and we asked for seabass and the girl said it's been taken off the menu so I went down to the kitchen and asked if they had it and they said yes which was nice of them. I went back to the table and we started ordering food. I asked for the tomahawk steak and to be cooked medium and my partner asked for cote de boeuf and asked for medium well, everything was fine till the food arrived to the table. My tomahawk was cooked well done which I didn't ask for and didn't taste right and it was cut like the chef fell asleep while cutting it, my partners steak was not only cooked well done it was completely burnt and as she was cutting it the table was shaking that's how bad it was. We asked for the manager to complain about the food and he looked at it and says "when you cut through the middle it'll be fine" but we asked for another one and his reply was if we cook another one we're gunna charge you for it that was the reply from the manager no apology or anything and it ruined the experience for us all. Then just as we asked for the bill and the staff come over with cakes and drinks which was a nice gestures but the experience was still ruined for us all I asked one of girls for an irn-bru to take away and I watched her open it and leave on the side so I just left it. I don't think we will be coming to this place again.

I recently dined at the rib-eye steakhouse with my wife, hoping for a delightful evening. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be nothing short of a disaster. The food was subpar, lacking the promised quality, and the service was abysmal. Not only did the overcooked steak resemble a leather shoe, but the sides were equally uninspiring. The staff seemed indifferent to our dissatisfaction, making the evening even more disappointing. Regrettably, the disastrous meal at the ribeye steakhouse led to a heated argument between my wife and me. The culmination of this culinary catastrophe resulted in the end of our marriage, with my wife taking full custody of the kids. I strongly advise anyone considering a visit to the rib-eye steak house to think twice. The consequences of a meal gone awry extend far beyond the dining table.

Food was alright. Not exceptional however not awful, a 3 star experience. The indigestion experience on the toilet was a 5 star experience.

This was one of my worst experiences at a restaurant ever, from the customer service to the food If you want to go there for aesthetics, fair enough, but if you want to go there for an actual experience, then stay far away. I look to my right, there’s a Pinocchio, I look to my left there’s 3 beached whales taking pictures with a massive ring light, legs out in the middle of the stairs thinking they’re in vogue…more like Gambias Special Needs Zoo. I asked for water, I didn’t receive it for 40 minutes, by the time I was thirsty, and dying for some. Like I said, if you come here for the aesthetics fair enough, if you come here for the food, stay away

I recently visited Ribeye Manchester and had a mixed experience. The restaurant was bustling, and although we had a 30-minute wait despite a prior phone conversation, the lively atmosphere and stunning decor made up for it, surpassing the Birmingham branch. Starting with the platter for 3 and delightful Italian Rossa mocktail for me. The tomahawk steak stole the show with its perfect cooking, complemented by cherry tomatoes, grilled pineapples, and corn cobs. However, the beef Wellington fell short of expectations, despite impeccable cooking and crispy pastry. While the food hit the spot, the flavors didn't quite reach the pinnacle for me. The service and ambiance at Ribeye Manchester outshone its Birmingham counterpart, but I still believe the food at the Birmingham branch is superior. To cap off the evening, we indulged in a pistachio profiterole, a perfect 10/10 treat. Overall, Ribeye Manchester offers a vibrant setting and excellent service, but the flavors fell slightly short of the Birmingham standard in my opinion.

Came in not long ago with my friend. As we are not from Manchester we were trying different restaurants out. Went to Ribeye for some drinks and some starters. Got welcomed by an amazing man at the front. But the waiter basically looked down on us. Had not finished ordering the starters and half way through she said “well is that all now”. I don’t know maybe assuming we couldn’t afford anything else? Then our food arrived and as we were eating the other staff just kept staring over as we put food in our mouth. I understand they may keep an eye out for checking up on us but this was weird. Watched the waiters go to tables next to us and ask if everything was fine but not once did they come to us. The food was not the best. Definitely over rated!

The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the starters were very nice. However the mains were disappointing the sirloin steak was horrible and not cooked to medium rare as I requested, the Mac and cheese was dry and the staff just seem clueless.

I recently had a not-so-great experience at a restaurant. The service was fine however the food had a really awful stench and the managment and chef seemed uninterested. A really horrifying odour which smelt similarly to the wet food for my cat. For the chef to return the food and say that the steak was still "edible" raises questions if the chef knows what he is doing. Not just the one sirloin, 4 sirloins had the same stench. Overall, it was a disappointing dining experience. 😕"

Went as a party of 11. Utterly and shockingly let down by upper management. Absolute no sense of customer service or the customer satisfaction (apart from the waiting team who were helpful). 4 sirloin steaks were emitting a stench putrid to even animals, inedible. The minute the plates were put on the table we could smell the meat was either off or something was wrong with it. Told the manager, he came up to tell us the cook is refusing responsibility and it's somehow our fault. There is nothing wrong with the steak. How did the cook know? He smelt it. He didn't taste the foulness of the meat that we immediately realised upon first bite. Not only did they *not* have the decency to say okay we shall replace it with another one, they put the smelly sirloins in front of us saying we cant do nothing. If the cook tastes it he will have to make you another. 4 of us went home having eaten nothing that night and the night was ruined. All for the cost of what? £10 steaks it would have cost them? Bill came up to 500+ after* we asked them to remove the steaks. Money down the drain for sub-par quality.

I am utterly outraged by my recent visit to Ribeye Restaurant. A group of 11 of us came with high hopes, but our excitement quickly turned to disgust when four of us ordered the sirloin steak, only to be greeted by an unbearable stench reminiscent of cat food. Despite our complaints, the staff stubbornly insisted that the steak was fit to serve, leaving us without any alternative or resolution. The foul odor indicated mishandling or the use of expired ingredients, raising serious concerns about the restaurant's hygiene practices. The complete lack of concern and apathy shown by the staff left us in disbelief. Ribeye Restaurant's disregard for our distress, along with the offensive scent, ruined our dining experience and shattered any hopes of recommending this establishment. In summary, I caution anyone considering dining at Ribeye Restaurant. The nauseating smell of the steak, coupled with the dismissive attitude of the staff, makes this a disgraceful and downright disgraceful place to eat. - Completely dissatisfied customer

Went to small wedding, the staff very attentive, food was top notch cooked very well, meat was so tender

Really enjoyed the experience. Thoroughly enjoyable food, can always appreciate a steak that can actually be enjoyed🤌. Staff was extremely helpful and polite. (Shout out Abdul and the taller gentleman with slicked down hair). Think we picked the perfect timing as service was really quick ☺️ Will be back again! Lovely ☺️
