Great service and food. The staff was happy to accommodate our allergy request and made sure everything was right before serving us our food.

It’s was a really nice fine dining experience. Got exactly what I ordered. Good ambience as well.

Nice place, food was good with only small issues with one of the starters and dauphinoise potatoes being too oily for us. Staff were nice but was told to shout them when ready to order. The children's menu doesn’t have steak on which is surprising for a steak place. My 8 year old had to order off the adult menu

The food is good but the problem is with prices i ordered the beef it should be larg but the beef is small and it does not serve with vegies or suce you have to order it and it's 45 pounds the price should be lower it desrves 10-20 pounds since it's little or cook larger meat and serve it with souce and vegi

We were served by both Max and Ali. They were lovely!!! Very professional and attentive. 100% recommend dining here.

There was a hair in the food, and even though I informed the waiter, they did nothing about it. The taste of the food was very bad. The mashed potatoes were cold and stale, clearly not fresh. The kids’ meal was burnt. The sauces smelled spoiled, and overall, the food was extremely overpriced. A very important point is that all the drinks were just powder mixed with water and were very expensive. It wasn’t even worth trying once.

We find on our plate hair and the steak was gone which smelly very bad we could not eat it plus price for 2 dishes one for kid and one for adult + drinks £165 to much very disappointed

My family and I attended for a birthday lunch, booked in advanced. This spot did not disappoint. Good vibes upon entry, very instagrammable. We were taken to our seats and tables were well laid out. Open kitchen at the FOH with plenty of seating upstairs. Mid meal: I was asked only once if all was good with the food and did not hover around us afterwards - the food was delicious btw! I got the: Creekstone fillet £45 - medium rare (perfect) Garlic mash - nice presentation, but few tiny lump Mushroom sauce - not bad (I’m very picky) Garlic butter - lovely and cute presentation My family were pleased with the food and service. Cheese burger spring rolls - highly recommend Beef Ribs - soft and amazing flavour profile Prawn spring rolls - really nice also Bang Bang Chicken - delicious but a bit too crispy Chips was not bad but could have been better Service: 3 people on the floor Saturday (Easter) around 2.30pm-3.30pm Ali was our host and was polite throughout, answered all our questions too! Visited during the weekend, staff were fantastic despite it being busy, food was hot, incredible taste wise.. however when we visited during the weekday, food wasn’t great, steak was of poor quality.. staff weren’t as attentive and noticed they didn’t have a head chef? but thoroughly enjoyed when we went on the weekend and would recommend a visit at least once!

Poor service. Drinks come over 5 mins after starters, which were platters so was waiting some time. 2 same steaks that’s meant to both be medium one was medium rare matching a different streak that was meant to be medium rare. And then another medium rare steak was medium. These things we couldn’t raise as no one come and asked us how our food was. Didn’t pay the service charge and on the way out we got pulled up on the service charge. Saying it was mandatory, yet we were not informed of a mandatory service charge upon booking or ordering. Also as the service was poor, with no check backs, waits on drinks, and steaks not to standard, that is why we chose to not pay it, yet on the way out instead of being asked is there any reason we chose not to pay the service charge we got integrated on how the service charge is compulsory and we should pay it.

Not pleased in the slighest with the service & food we have received for our party of 6. £500 bill that includes wagyu that tastes a lower grade than the meat sold in Asda. Asked to pay a mandatory service charge for a service without a smile? We are not your servers friends to be treated as such, we are paying customers. Highly disappointed and will not be stepping foot ever again. Don’t waste your money, this is not the establishment for steak.

Very poor customer service, not attentive. Celebrated my sisters bridal shower and they didnt even wish her a congratulations aswell.

If you’re in Manchester and thinking of trying Ribeye Steakhouse, do yourself a favour and don’t. For a restaurant that clearly markets itself as premium, the experience was anything but. Let’s start with the food: it was… fine. Not bad, not amazing – just ok. Certainly not worth the eyewatering £120 bill for two. For a place that puts “steak” front and centre, you’d expect them to at least equip diners with something more suitable than the bluntest steak knives known to man. Trying to cut through a piece of côte de boeuf with what felt like a plastic butter knife is not my idea of an enjoyable evening. We genuinely felt like toddlers being handed a children’s cutlery set – frustrating and honestly a bit embarrassing. And yes, we asked for a replacement which was equally as dull and the waitress saying “I can get you another one, but I can’t guarantee it will be sharp” The service? Rushed. Barely seated before someone was hovering for orders, and not in a polished, attentive way – more like they were trying to flip tables as quickly as possible. No time to enjoy the moment, no sense of welcome, just get in, get fed, get out. It’s a real shame, because Ribeye clearly wants to be seen as high-end, but instead it feels like an overpriced conveyor belt experience with all the warmth and finesse of a budget chain. £120 down, disappointed, and absolutely never going back.

Ribeye Steakhouse offers an excellent ambiance and very good service. The food was delicious—especially the BBQ ribs and sweet potato chips, which were perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Highly recommended!

Been ribeye probably 6 times now and never had a complaint. At worst they maybe overcooked my medium rare to medium but they probably were protecting me from getting bullied by my friends. Steaks are great yes it's my go to in Manchester but the starters are also 10/10. Can't go wrong with the platter. You want good halal steak or steak in general you come here. I got the creekstone sirloin this time. In fact it was so nice I'm going again today yolo.

A great halal steak place to compliment the already rich cuisine of Manchester. Made a reservation for 4 for a birthday meal, beautiful venue with a large menue. Sharing starter platter was a good mix to serve 3, ribs, prawns, wings, chops and assorted sauces. Decided on Angus and Creekstone ribeye for mains but also tried the grade 8 Wagyu for the birthday boy! Despite being £85, the Wagyu was less than exciting. The Creekstone paired with peppercorn sauce priced at £38 was far more tender and succulent. Meats were cooked well, service slightly slow but nice staff. Drinks fairly priced but still racked up a surprising £300 bill between the 4 of us. Made a small birthday arrangement, a free cake slice was presented but no celebratory singing etc. Just a sparkler. Divine cake however! Definitely a more expensive night out, maybe best saved for a date rather than a family meal; but always great to have a nice halal steakhouse, especially with a luxury venue.

Visited rib eye on Saturday lovely staff& atmosphere got the ribs wings bone marrow’s lamb chop chicken tenders was ok nothing to spectacular , ordered rib eye & fillet steak which was disappointing especially the way it was cooked knives was a waste of time did not cut properly they need new cutlery overpriced prices , we was charged but overall nice decor nice helpful staff

I was reprimanded for not complaining. Now I know better than to not complain when I have the opportunity. Firstly we called and booked our tables and the lady took the booking. She called us back to make sure we were actually coming. A little unprofessional but whatever. Asked for our table and she said go upstairs. We went up by ourselves unsure of where to go. Food actually came out quickly. We ordered 8 steaks, starters and drinks and paid £3.50 for filtered water. I assumed it was a bottle of voss or equivalent but no was just filtered tap water (which the manager told me after the rowe at the end).🤣 As a person I'm not the type to complain but the 8 steaks we ordered we requested medium rare. They served what looked like good food from the outside but barely booked, I'd say just about rare. We ate the steaks, starters and drank our drinks. When it came to the bill there was apparently a mandatory service charge of 10% for parties over 6??? Absolute joke. Our bill was about £460 and they tried to squeeze an extra £46 out of us. First we spoke with a woman at the front desk who was extremely rufe. After a 5 min back and forth they removed the service charge. We waited 5 mins upstairs for the new bill and it didn't come so we walked down the stairs and asked for the bill. Moral of the story, if you eat here please do complain if you legitimately have a need to and dont take their rubbish customer service.

Ribeye is always lovely. The staff went above and beyond. Took 10 million pictures for my wife. All in all. Top job.

Food was good but not great. Bone marrow tasted out of date. The lamb was below average. The risotto was my favourite by far. Staff excellent but not worth the price I'm afraid as hyped up by paid reviewers. This is my honest take but would go back.

Had a good experience and the food was 10/10

Feb 2024 visit. Good menu range with something to suit all. Food arrived no longer than 20 minutes after ordering and cooked exactly to request. Tired a couple of different Sirloins and I would recommend the Creekstone. Sides and sauce where a good portion. The Mocktails were quite possibly some of the best I have had, many places seem to be hit and miss but the Pina Colada in particular was made very well. Only downside of the experience was how close the tables were together. I understand they want to make use of all the space however it was almost as if we were sharing a table with the couple next to us and doesn't make for comfortable sitting. Baring the one negative though, it was a great meal with good service. Slightly pricy compared to some other steakhouses however, you get what you pay for and would definitely go again.

I always love to come and eat here the food is always top quality and the customer experience is always amazing, the staff are really friendly and really accommodating. I would recommend everyone to pay a visit 100%

Quite a fan of this place!! Have been a few times and I do recommend. The interior is stunning. Food is pricey but is of good standard. Usually get the mixed starter so get to try everything and i enjoy everything on there. Usually get a creekstone ribeye which is cooked perfectly and sides are lovely. Mocktails and drink selection is good. Sunday roast is okay, i feel like it’s missing something but i can’t figure out what but the actual food is nice. I would reccomend trying it out

Shocking Shocking customer service here. Was spoken to by the manager in a very rude and unprofessional manner. Instead of taking feedback, he argued back. Never experienced such awful service. The food was amazing however will NOT be going back!

I would just like today this is my third coming Ribeye and I usually have a pleasant experience. I thought I would try something different as I usually get the Rib eye steak so I chose the T Bone steak and I had it cooked medium. I have to say the steak was chewy and rubbery. It was like chewing a tire. I spoke to a rude staff member if I could exchange my steak for another one and said that I couldn't even though I wasn't happy with the food. He claimed it was pink inside so it wasn't chewy, in the end I couldn't be bothered arguing as I lost my patience. Terrible customer service skills, the customer is always right but in this situation, I was somehow wrong even though they messed up my steak. I would totally avoid at all cost.

First time. Ordered a Medium Steak with Mash and Peppercorn Sauce. Was lovely, ate it all even though the steak took a bit of chewing! Would come back again but maybe try one of the other dishes.

Amazing service, brilliant food

I visited on February 15, and while the food was amazing, I would recommend not ordering a starter. Ours arrived at the same time as the main course, which was unexpected. Usually, starters come first, but this time, we had to rush through everything at once. As shown in the pictures below, you can still see our starters on the table. By the time we finished them, our main dishes had gone cold—especially the last item on my plate, which was so cold that I didn’t even eat it. We ordered a sharing platter, but unfortunately, the plates provided were dirty. I wasn’t the only one who noticed—two other guests at different tables also reacted when they received theirs. I had to request a tissue to wipe mine. That being said, the food itself was genuinely fantastic, and the cocktails were great too. I’d rate my overall experience a 7/10—while the food was a solid 10/10, the service and atmosphere left something to be desired. The space was quite crowded, with tables so close together that we had to squeeze through just to reach the washroom. On a positive note, the tiramisu for dessert was excellent!

The flavour of the food is great! But the quality of the meat should be a bit better. I ordered the ribeye, but the ribeye was kinda thin and many bands and fat. But overall food is good. The spareribs were really delicious! But the service in this restaurant is really bad! The waitress speak nice words , but they rush us very much! Once we stopped eating , they came to ask for taking the plate away when there’s still food on the plate. Once we finished the food, the waitress came to take all the plates away and bring the bill without asking. Within a minute she came back with a card machine asked whether we pay in cash or card. I mean, there are not even half full in the restaurant. If it’s full, we understand that they want more turns of customers, but the restaurant was only 1/3 full…. What’s the point to rush us. We really don’t get it. We pay around 70£ per person . I think we deserve a bit better service right? So, the cooks are good, food quality can be better, service very bad.

The atmosphere and decor is good along with the waiters who were very nice. The food is very much average especially in relation to the price you pay. Flavours don’t really pop as well as you’d hope in a restaurant like this and portion sizes leaves much to be desired. Supposedly fine dining with high prices to match you’ve got to back it up. But unfortunately left disappointed just like I did last time, thought I would give it another chance but same story as previous.

Very nice decor and layout but to be honest I think it’s just way too much going on with the servers on top of you 24/7 staring at you whilst you eat to clear the table wasn’t nice. Booked a table for 4 for today 15/02/2025 at 16:00. The food was excellent but only when I got home did I realise that the restaurant had overcharged me but a considerable amount. The meal should have cost £155.95 however they charged me £194.65 instead! I’ve tried ringing the Manchester branch 7 times now with nobody answering and even tried to call their Birmingham branch with the same problem. I sent a message on TikTok but this hasn’t been answered so my only assumption is that their service needs a 1 star rating!! Perhaps leaving a bad review will get them to respond without me having to travel to Manchester to speak with them in person !!

Was really disappointed I must say after seeing reviews online and a friend said they went. Ribeye is pretty much identical to miller and Carter but a lot more expensive. If you want steak, steak Is all you get everything else on your plate is extra. I have no issue with paying but the quality isn’t all that tbf. That’s only my experience

Knwon as high quality steaks, we have order Aberdeen Angus. The restaurant is fully Halal menu and serving non alcoholic drink. You need to do reservation to avoid waiting long queue.

Sunday roast - £35 per person regardless of how many platters they serve. Each platter offers lamb, beef and chicken with 2 medium sized yorkshire puddings and roast potatoes along with lots of side trimmings served seperately. Beef and chicken were tasty, lamb was very very chewy and not as flavourful. All trimmings were delicious and complemented the roast well. Yorkshire puddings were burnt, overcooked and hard. Service was excellent, atmosphere was warm, however, I feel there have been better value for money roasts offered by other places!

I had an amazing dining experience at this steakhouse! The food was exceptional—everything from the starters to the main course was top-notch. The starter was so filling that we were almost full before the mains even arrived! The mocktail drinks were delicious, and the steak was cooked to perfection—honestly, I can’t complain about anything. The decor and atmosphere were phenomenal too. From the moment we stepped inside, the place was clean, beautiful, and very pleasing to the eye. It created such a welcoming vibe both inside and out. Although it’s not the cheapest, you definitely get what you pay for when it comes to the quality of the food. We’re not from Manchester, but if I were, this would be my go-to spot for sure. A special shoutout to our server, Sana! She was so friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, and her recommendations were spot on. We’ll definitely be coming back the next time we’re in Manchester

Really enjoyed the meal at Ribeye. The starters were all very nice but the standout was the Firecracker Chicken. The steak was cooked to perfection. Really generous portion of peppercorn sauce. The meal was pricey but worth it for special occasions.

Lovely looking interior. Staff were polite and attentive. Our starters were delicious. The ribs were cooked perfectly, very meaty, tender and fell off the bone. Lamb chops were seasoned and nicely cooked. We chose the Creekstone Ribeye steaks for the mains with mushroom sauce, mashed potato and bone marrow for sides - all excellent. The steaks were particularly superb, very flavourful and juicy. Probably one of the best steaks I’ve had (and I have a lot.) The only thing that left us dissatisfied and the reason I can’t give 5 stars was the desert. We chose the profiteroles and they were beyond disappointing. £10 for TWO?! And they were not fresh, the pastry was hard and crusty, and completely overwhelmed the cream filling.. I’ve had nicer ones from Tesco… so this needs addressing. Also - please be aware that no alcohol is sold in this venue. This wasn’t an issue for us personally and does not reflect this rating.

Overated the steak cost £35 with no sides included, people have too much money to waste here. I was still hungry after the steak. Never going back there.

Stopped by Ribeye while on a visit to Home cinema across the street, thought we'd treat ourselves to a FANCY dinner for a change. When this place first opened a colleague told me if I'm going I should skip the steak and just get a fat pile of ribs, turns out years on this still holds true. Ribs are top grade delicious, only getting three with my starter just leaves you fiending for more. Got a fillet steak for my main with a sampling of a few sides, steak was just pretty mid, It came out overcooked and didnt really feel it was that quality a cut, I ordered a fillet because I thought they'd have that down to a T so having them drop the ball was pretty dissapointing. Also this place charges for tap water which is pretty wack, 3.50 for a bottle of water. Economy is in shambles.

Excellent food, service and place. Prices might be on the higher end, but definitely well worth every penny ! Steak was cooked as ordered. Would definitely recommend.

First visit with the wife on 28th Dec, the food was lovely we had the lamb chops and BBQ ribs for starters which were soo good For mains I opted for a medium cooked steak and my wife had a medium rare cooked steak They came out just as we had asked for and again they were really tasty. Service was quick and we didn't feel like we were waiting very long between courses Definitely will be back to try more things

Ribeye is a total waste of time. The food was disappointing and not up to the standard of which I had received from the Birmingham branch. In regard to the portion size - all I can say is abysmal. On what planet is it okay to serve a steak with no sides whatsoever - not even sauce. I understand this is meant to be ‘fine dining’ restaurant however, the service was not up-to that standard whatsoever. I was in there for 20 minutes - I ordered - I ate whatever rubbish was served to me - and then I got smacked in the face with a 10% service charge?? And for what ? Was I jested whilst eating my meal? No. So, AVOID ribeye (Manchester) at all costs. Not worth it. Would leave 0 stars if I could.

The food was really good but when we came to order they had a weird policy of ordering a certain number of starters and mains They do not know mu appetite and they don’t have the right to tell me how much to order They didn’t mention this policy anywhere so how me as customer would know !

If you want a half decent steak, you'll be better off going to the butchers and watching a YouTube video on how to cook it, because that's how I imagine the chefs have been trained. Forgetting the steak which was cooked wrong twice, and sad portions of barely seasoned chips and a bowl of just, some mushrooms, the lack of communication was clear between staff as we had about 5 different people trying to serve and wait our table simultaneously. I think they've just hired family. Nobody at the door to see us out, just a pathetic attempt at being a normal restaurant, but they have their clientele and I'm sure they're happy with the virgin mocktails. Honestly just go somewhere else if you want steak.

One of the worst steaks I’ve ever had. Ordered a fillet medium rare and got an overcooked fillet when I complained and told the manager he then proceeded to give me a lecture on how the steak is cooked which I didn’t care for. I understand this is a common mistake and has happened before at other restaurants where the steak has been taken back and bought out a new one or it has been taken off the bill. The server then showed me that the steak in the middle in medium rare so I guess next time I should just ask for the middle part since that’s the only thing they can cook properly. Would not recommend this restaurant everything else we ordered was also really bad.

Absolute flavours. The gnocchi truffle balls were amazing, and the creek-stone ribeye was cooked perfectly well. Good spot and vibes for family and friends.

Lovely atmosphere and great tasting food. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Bone marrow in particular was really good. The steaks unfortunately were not cooked to correct against the order. Supposedly it got mixed up as the one we wanted less done was more done than the other one. This did not bother us too much. I think the place could do with steak knives. I was given a regular cutting knife which was blunt.

Estuve aquí un par de veces con la familia, pero elegiré otro lugar para comer la próxima vez. Dos adultos y dos adolescentes con la factura que viene a £ 420. Pedimos el filete de wagyu premium con un precio de £ 149 para ser cocinado medio raro. Cuando salió demasiado cocido, el gerente trató de decir que siempre se cocina así, duro por fuera y un poco rosa justo en el medio. El gerente no aceptaría que estuviera demasiado cocido incluso después de que el propietario saliera a disculparse y enviara un reemplazo. También pedimos el plato para 3 que estaba sabroso pero frío. El pollo era lo mejor en el plato. Los otros filetes no eran nada diferente a lo que encontrarías en otros restaurantes. El menú de postres no se ha actualizado durante varios años. No todos habíamos terminado de comer, pero la camarera comenzó a quitar platos. No estoy seguro de por qué ya que había un montón de mesas vacías y el restaurante no estaba ocupado. Las mesas de arriba están tan apretadas que es difícil no molestar a la mesa de al lado. Había un par de personas a unas cuantas mesas de distancia que tenían que sentarse una al lado de la otra, ya que no encajaban entre sí. Las mesas de abajo están tan cerca una de la otra que no se obtiene ninguna privacidad en absoluto. Nunca había visto tantas parejas sentadas tan juntas en un restaurante.

Came for a birthday meal - staff were lovely and the food was great, service was quick and prices are reasonable. Highly reccomend the lamb chop starters and the gnocci side, all the steaks are cooked to perfection 🔥🫶🏼

No way is this place worth the hype. The food was average. Not worth the money in anyway whatsoever. The wagyu steak had a weird smell and the tomahawk was dry. The chefs platter starter was ok. The bone marrow side was way too salty. There are so many better steak places for a quarter of the price.

I didn't like it. Very expensive, the steak was not tender, salad was bad and tasteless, I never seen restaurants charge for the sauce separately.

To start my below average experience, I ordered a medium well fillet and was presented with two flat discs disguised as a steak. It was far from overcooked, even by well-done standards, and rubbery. Upon telling a server the issue they claimed that that is how a medium well steak typically is ending the issue on our behalf, there. Half way through we decided it was enough and so when it came to pay we retold the issues to a different server. They had advised us to ask prior to the bill… which we had done and then asked whether we wanted to ‘purchase anything else’. On top of everything, the restaurant was riddled with flies. Considering this is a high end restaurant which is reflected by their prices, the service and food did not meet those standards. Do not recommend, save your money.

So let’s start saying the stakes start from 30£ to about £120 (could be wrong with the last price ) and now you will think well what’s the problem with that, the problem with that is that you are paying for the location of the restaurant, so deansgate (not that you will have a view, just the location), and the presentation and most importantly the look of the food. Not the taste. Paid £40 pound for a steak which was the most average stake i had, can do a 100 time better job going to a longsight butcher and cook it at home (which u now may think well why didn’t u? because i wanted to see what all the hype and price was about). Waitresses dead inside, it is like speaking to a robot when u ask for an opinion of the food too they just look at u awkwardly like “why u asking me” u pay 3 pound for a sauce and 4 pound for a bottle of water. Incredible

I came to Ribeye on the 11th of November at around 9:30 and ordered food for the 4 of us. There was no warm welcome or any of the sort. The waiters were immature and did not check up on us whilst we were dining to see if we were having a good experience or not.The bill came to £145.60 and the food was also not upto any standard as we didn’t bother finishing our food. I will not recommend to anyone. Disgusting service

Fui a este restaurante anoche por primera vez. Sí, estaba seco, de lo que no nos habíamos dado cuenta. Tengo que admitir que pensamos en irnos en ese momento e ir a otro lugar, sin embargo, no lo hicimos y nos alegramos mucho de que nos quedamos! Sí, tal vez la comida era un poco cara, pero se obtiene lo que paga y no podía faltar nuestra deliciosa comida. El personal era encantador - atento, amable y era bien informado y servicial con respecto a nuestras opciones de menú. Nuestra experiencia gastronómica fue excelente y sin duda volveríamos. ¡Gracias!

We spent £100 for two people here. The ribs and lamb chops were enjoyable, but the two steaks we ordered weren’t great and were unexpectedly spicy, even though we hadn’t requested that. They also came without sides like chips, which seemed odd for the price, and sauces were an additional charge. The Coke tasted like a budget supermarket brand, and there was also a 10% service charge added to the bill. For the cost, I don’t think I’d return. However, I do want to note that the staff were friendly, talkative, and respectful.

Meat was good and cooked excellent . The only thing that we didn't like is that they didn't serve alcohol, no beer and wine .

Poor. Doesn’t show on the website that it is a Non-Alcoholic restaurant. Alcohol not being necessary to enjoy with the meal but the option would have been nice. Don’t expect to be getting Pepsi or Coke either, Karma is the Cola option here, 1st time I’ve had it and probably not having it again. Steak was well cooked, chips over seasoned, peppercorn sauce was not good in any way shape or form. Although it seemed relatively busy for a Friday evening there seemed to be a lot of staff standing around chatting. Service was poor, when our courses came the server clearly had no idea who had ordered what and when it came to the side dishes, he just dumped them on the table and told us we can find the ones we ordered. Massively over priced & you really aren’t paying extra to enjoy the experience…….. Spoke to what I thought was the manager on leaving, not interested and really not listening to the feedback I provided. Not worth what we spent, wouldn’t return.

Come here regularly for Creekstone Ribeye Steak ... The Sunday roast 12-3 on Sundays obviously is a flat 10/10 ... Balanced with a fusion of flavours not just the meat and chicken but even the veg sides are served with amazing perfection 👌 Great family dinner ××❤️

We ate here last night, the restaurant looks beautiful, very Instagram ready. Staff were friendly. We had no idea it was an alcohol free venue, not a problem but not made clear on the website. The food came quickly and was tasty and well presented. Great quality steak and lamb! For the prices they are charging they need to vastly improve their service standards. Our waiter just leaned over the table putting plates in people's hands then put everyone's sides in the middle and said help yourself. A bit disappointing. Over all though this place is definitely worth checking out.

Desafortunadamente no comprobé las críticas antes de venir aquí. A la llegada estábamos sentados muy rápido. Pedimos y los entrantes llegaron muy rápido. Las bebidas estaban llenas de hielo y tenían poca bebida real. Ahora para los entrantes de comida estamos bien, sabía bien y salió caliente. La ensalada de col era divina nunca tuvo una mejor. Sin embargo, los filetes eran demasiado pequeños sin salsa y los lados estaban bien. Nada especial. Muy caro. El personal te apura ya que todavía estábamos comiendo y venían a quitarnos los platos. En general la comida es mediocre, las bebidas son una estafa. Todo es super caro y no vale la pena la visita. ¡Ve a comer carne! Mucha mejor experiencia.

My first time going to Ribeye after many good reviews from my friends and family. I can’t believe I didn’t come here earlier. The Creekstone Ribeye steak is just cooked perfectly, so soft and melts in your mouth. I had the sharing platter which was absolutely worth it! The mocktails were fresh and vibrant! The Portuguese creamed chilli sauce stole the show for me it was the perfect combo with the steak and a nice dip for the chips too. Definitely will be coming back here again to try the other steaks. Atmosphere was really relaxed.

I truly despise a place that doesn’t offer tap water. After all the money you make off your customers, you can’t offer free water. The capitalist mindset is something I can’t overlook and it shows in your service and prices. The meat here isn’t truly premium but has a premium price tag. Don’t recommend and wouldn’t return.

I have to say I am very very disappointed with the way we were treated yesterday. We had a table booked for 8pm for me and my wife and this is not the first time we’ve been do we knew what to expect when we got there. I walked in and let them know that Klee had table booked and the man at the desk to me to ‘stand there and wait’ pointing in the waiting area direction until they got the table ready. I was taken back a little bit at the tone of his voice and cold behaviour but I let it go don’t doesn’t ruin my night. I was looking round and they had plenty of empty tables to sit me downstairs however they told me and my wife to sit upstairs, bearing in mind I walk with crutches and I am visibly disabled and struggle to go up and downstairs. I asked if we can be sat downstairs but they said no tables were available downstairs for us (I counted 5 empty table). Again I struggled and made my way upstairs so it doesn’t ruin my night. We made our order, waited about an hour for food and they got a couple things wrong we mentioned it to the waitress which then took forever to deal with by the time they bought out the correct sides the main steak was getting cold. I was truly appalled last night. I have been there approximately 3 or 4 times and it has been the complete opposite of this but last night was shocking. I hope the owners/management do read this and do something about so nobody else has to deal with this considering you pay well over £100 to done there.

The portions are quite small despite the prices. I visited here with friends and the atmosphere is good. Lots of variety on the menu which is good as well. The service was good, but I didn’t get my steak sauce on time. To be fair it was a very busy Saturday evening. Took quite a while for the food to be served almost 16 minutes waiting. I understand that they tried to serve my friends and I at the same time so there was a bit of delay. I’d recommend this place and also visit again soon. But it’s a 4* for me.

I’ve been a few times and can say confidently I’ll keep coming back, the quality of the meat stands out from the competition and the customer service is excellent. Only note I’d say the ambiance is too bright, the lights should be dimmed a bit.

Sorry we booked but didn’t stay as we were unaware your a dry restaurant and we wanted alcohol, so can’t comment on food but menu looked fab and decor looked lovely but wasn’t for us.

Dinner with friends and family. Was a good experience overall. Great ambience and good quality food as expected at this price point. Steaks cooked to perfection. Starters and sides all very good. Service was good - could have been better with a little more attention on handing out food correctly. Ribs were tasty fall of them bone but slightly on the warm side rather than hot. Sour taste left at the end by the mandatory service charge. Would rather it have ben absorbed in to the menu prices as I don't like to be forced to pay a service charge and like to add a tip based on experience and service.

Fuimos para una cena con nuestra familia y amigos para tomar bistec tan poco que sabíamos que los precios eran demasiado altos y porciones pequeñas nada estaba incluido todo, incluso la salsa de bistec era un extra. El agua vino en una botella sin sellar y sin marca y nos carbonizaron agua del grifo enfriada que no es aceptable. Cualquier lado que se incluyen en otras casas de carne era muy caro. El cargo por servicio era muy alto en comparación con otros restaurantes. Nunca volveré a ir allí.

Porciones muy caras y pequeñas Lo que nos molestó más que nada que cobran una botella de agua del grifo por £ 3. 50 La botella no tenía sello ni marca. ¡Agua del grifo enfriada en la nevera! Nos cobraron un cargo por servicio del 25% que es superior. La calidad de la comida era buena, por eso dimos una estrella. Todos acordamos no volver allí.

Dropped by Ribeye in Manchester the other day, and it was pretty good! The steak was spot on – cooked just right and full of flavor. Starters were nice too. Service was fine, nothing special, but they got the job done. Overall, a solid spot if you’re in the mood for a good steak. Worth checking out!

My wife and I recently chose Ribeye Steakhouse in Manchester for our post-wedding meal, and it turned out to be absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, the warm and elegant atmosphere set the tone for a special evening, and the ribeye steak was simply outstanding—juicy, flavorful, and cooked exactly how we wanted. What really made the night unforgettable, though, was the exceptional service from the manager, Abdulhamid, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and truly special. His attention to detail, thoughtful recommendations, and genuine kindness added an extra layer of magic to the night. We also learned from Abdulhamid that Ribeye is opening a new sister restaurant in Deansgate with Asian influences, and we can't wait to try it, especially with plans to book the private dining rooms for a celebration with guests. Dining at Ribeye was the perfect way to kick off our married life, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Era un lugar encantador para comer, estaba un poco confundido ya que cuando aparecimos nos dijeron que no sirven alcohol... aparte de esto la comida era encantadora y nos conformamos con agua de lado. El entrante de cordero era hermoso y los filetes estaban cocinados perfecto!

Terrible experience, some of us in the group ordered Wagyu steak and were brought a regular steak. When we argued, the service actually tried to convince us that it was the Wagyu steak we had ordered (It was not first time we were trying wagyu). We were charged for something we did not eat and they were quite arrogant about it imping that we actually did not recognize the steak for what it was. Plus, it's a dry bar and this is very well hidden information on the website. Do not recommend.

Went for dinner. Had beef ribs and dynamite prawns. Loved the beef ribs and would go again for them. The prawns were good too. For main course had sirloin steak which was cooked perfectly. The ravioli wasn’t amazing.
