Ribeye Steakhouse in Manchester

We spent £100 for two people here. The ribs and lamb chops were enjoyable, but the two steaks we ordered weren’t great and were unexpectedly spicy, even though we hadn’t requested that. They also came without sides like chips, which seemed odd for the price, and sauces were an additional charge. The Coke tasted like a budget supermarket brand, and there was also a 10% service charge added to the bill. For the cost, I don’t think I’d return. However, I do want to note that the staff were friendly, talkative, and respectful.

Meat was good and cooked excellent . The only thing that we didn't like is that they didn't serve alcohol, no beer and wine .

Poor. Doesn’t show on the website that it is a Non-Alcoholic restaurant. Alcohol not being necessary to enjoy with the meal but the option would have been nice. Don’t expect to be getting Pepsi or Coke either, Karma is the Cola option here, 1st time I’ve had it and probably not having it again. Steak was well cooked, chips over seasoned, peppercorn sauce was not good in any way shape or form. Although it seemed relatively busy for a Friday evening there seemed to be a lot of staff standing around chatting. Service was poor, when our courses came the server clearly had no idea who had ordered what and when it came to the side dishes, he just dumped them on the table and told us we can find the ones we ordered. Massively over priced & you really aren’t paying extra to enjoy the experience…….. Spoke to what I thought was the manager on leaving, not interested and really not listening to the feedback I provided. Not worth what we spent, wouldn’t return.

We ate here last night, the restaurant looks beautiful, very Instagram ready. Staff were friendly. We had no idea it was an alcohol free venue, not a problem but not made clear on the website. The food came quickly and was tasty and well presented. Great quality steak and lamb! For the prices they are charging they need to vastly improve their service standards. Our waiter just leaned over the table putting plates in people's hands then put everyone's sides in the middle and said help yourself. A bit disappointing. Over all though this place is definitely worth checking out.

My first time going to Ribeye after many good reviews from my friends and family. I can’t believe I didn’t come here earlier. The Creekstone Ribeye steak is just cooked perfectly, so soft and melts in your mouth. I had the sharing platter which was absolutely worth it! The mocktails were fresh and vibrant! The Portuguese creamed chilli sauce stole the show for me it was the perfect combo with the steak and a nice dip for the chips too. Definitely will be coming back here again to try the other steaks. Atmosphere was really relaxed.

Come here regularly for Creekstone Ribeye Steak ... The Sunday roast 12-3 on Sundays obviously is a flat 10/10 ... Balanced with a fusion of flavours not just the meat and chicken but even the veg sides are served with amazing perfection 👌 Great family dinner ××❤️

I truly despise a place that doesn’t offer tap water. After all the money you make off your customers, you can’t offer free water. The capitalist mindset is something I can’t overlook and it shows in your service and prices. The meat here isn’t truly premium but has a premium price tag. Don’t recommend and wouldn’t return.

I have to say I am very very disappointed with the way we were treated yesterday. We had a table booked for 8pm for me and my wife and this is not the first time we’ve been do we knew what to expect when we got there. I walked in and let them know that Klee had table booked and the man at the desk to me to ‘stand there and wait’ pointing in the waiting area direction until they got the table ready. I was taken back a little bit at the tone of his voice and cold behaviour but I let it go don’t doesn’t ruin my night. I was looking round and they had plenty of empty tables to sit me downstairs however they told me and my wife to sit upstairs, bearing in mind I walk with crutches and I am visibly disabled and struggle to go up and downstairs. I asked if we can be sat downstairs but they said no tables were available downstairs for us (I counted 5 empty table). Again I struggled and made my way upstairs so it doesn’t ruin my night. We made our order, waited about an hour for food and they got a couple things wrong we mentioned it to the waitress which then took forever to deal with by the time they bought out the correct sides the main steak was getting cold. I was truly appalled last night. I have been there approximately 3 or 4 times and it has been the complete opposite of this but last night was shocking. I hope the owners/management do read this and do something about so nobody else has to deal with this considering you pay well over £100 to done there.

The portions are quite small despite the prices. I visited here with friends and the atmosphere is good. Lots of variety on the menu which is good as well. The service was good, but I didn’t get my steak sauce on time. To be fair it was a very busy Saturday evening. Took quite a while for the food to be served almost 16 minutes waiting. I understand that they tried to serve my friends and I at the same time so there was a bit of delay. I’d recommend this place and also visit again soon. But it’s a 4* for me.

I’ve been a few times and can say confidently I’ll keep coming back, the quality of the meat stands out from the competition and the customer service is excellent. Only note I’d say the ambiance is too bright, the lights should be dimmed a bit.

Sorry we booked but didn’t stay as we were unaware your a dry restaurant and we wanted alcohol, so can’t comment on food but menu looked fab and decor looked lovely but wasn’t for us.

Dinner with friends and family. Was a good experience overall. Great ambience and good quality food as expected at this price point. Steaks cooked to perfection. Starters and sides all very good. Service was good - could have been better with a little more attention on handing out food correctly. Ribs were tasty fall of them bone but slightly on the warm side rather than hot. Sour taste left at the end by the mandatory service charge. Would rather it have ben absorbed in to the menu prices as I don't like to be forced to pay a service charge and like to add a tip based on experience and service.

We went for an evening meal with our family and friends to have steak so little we knew the prices were too high and small portions nothing was included everything even the steak sauce was an extra. The water came in an unsealed and unbranded bottle and they chared us forchilled tap water which not acceptable. Any sides that are included in other steak houses was highly priced. The service charge was really high compared to other restaurants. I will never go there again.

Very expensive and small portions What bothered us more than anything they charge a bottle of tap water for £3.50 The bottle had no seal or brand on it. Tap water chilled in the fridge!!! They charged us 25% service charge that is over the top. The food quality was good that is why we gave one star. We all agreed not to go there again

Dropped by Ribeye in Manchester the other day, and it was pretty good! The steak was spot on – cooked just right and full of flavor. Starters were nice too. Service was fine, nothing special, but they got the job done. Overall, a solid spot if you’re in the mood for a good steak. Worth checking out!

My wife and I recently chose Ribeye Steakhouse in Manchester for our post-wedding meal, and it turned out to be absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, the warm and elegant atmosphere set the tone for a special evening, and the ribeye steak was simply outstanding—juicy, flavorful, and cooked exactly how we wanted. What really made the night unforgettable, though, was the exceptional service from the manager, Abdulhamid, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and truly special. His attention to detail, thoughtful recommendations, and genuine kindness added an extra layer of magic to the night. We also learned from Abdulhamid that Ribeye is opening a new sister restaurant in Deansgate with Asian influences, and we can't wait to try it, especially with plans to book the private dining rooms for a celebration with guests. Dining at Ribeye was the perfect way to kick off our married life, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

It was a lovey place to eat, I was a little confused as when we turned up we were told that they don't serve alcohol... apart from this the food was lovely and we settled for water on the side. The lamb starter was beautiful and steaks were cooked perfect!

Terrible experience, some of us in the group ordered Wagyu steak and were brought a regular steak. When we argued, the service actually tried to convince us that it was the Wagyu steak we had ordered (It was not first time we were trying wagyu). We were charged for something we did not eat and they were quite arrogant about it imping that we actually did not recognize the steak for what it was. Plus, it's a dry bar and this is very well hidden information on the website. Do not recommend.

Went for dinner. Had beef ribs and dynamite prawns. Loved the beef ribs and would go again for them. The prawns were good too. For main course had sirloin steak which was cooked perfectly. The ravioli wasn’t amazing.

My wife and I were looking forward to a nice juicy steak and a bottle of red as a weekend treat. We mentioned this when we arrived the front of house manager, he replied "The food is great but it is a dry bar". This was really frustrating, if you look at the Ribeye restaurant website, the fact that it is a dry bar is only mentioned in some text, another click away. The fact that they have hidden such a glaringly important fact smacks of deceit. Nevertheless we decided to continue with our booking since we were hungry and we took the manager's well rehearsed line at face value. I ordered short ribs and ribeye and my wife orderd hummus and fillet. My short ribs would have been nice had it not been seasoned with too much chilli, overpowering the nicely cooked ribs. The hummus was over seasoned as well, with too much chilli. My ribeye was bland and unremarkable. It didn't seem like a 10oz but maybe that was me. Wy wife's fillet was awful. Dry, chewy, I don't know how they managed to ruin it but they did. The sides of spinach and dauphinoise were swimming in buttery cream, overpowering everything. We didn't bother with desserts. I know we should have complained but everything was wrong about this place not just one specific niggle. I can forgive all of the food inadequacies, god knows I've eaten in worse places, but I can't forgive the fact that they present themselves as a nice juicy steak restaurant and hide the fact that they are a dry establishment catering for a niche market. Yes, technically it does state that in the depths of their website but come on, people aren't daft. Just be honest guys. The only good thing I can say is that they staff were nice. Pleasant and efficient service.

We attended this restaurant on the 31/8/24. As soon as the female waiter took our order she was unhelpful and rushed us and could not explain what the difference between Scottish beef and Argentine beef was. Upon the food arriving these two boys gave us our food, who were swearing and laughing with each other in conversation as they did this. We both asked for medium steaks but they both arrived well done- what kind of steakhouse cannot properly cook a steak . When I told the manager about this he apologised for my boyfriends steak and then proceeded to tell me mine was ‘pink enough’ , he said he would take some money off the bill but he subsequently didn’t- the bill was £95 for two steaks and sides , so overpriced DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Awful customer service from the waiters and the manager.

Had a lovely meal here with my wife. Starters were delicious, especially the dynamite prawns. The fillet steak main was perfectly cooked. Lovely atmosphere and great service

We attended as a small family as a treat for my son who had been having treatment at hospital, we arrived and seated in a small cramped table there was a group of staff majority of boys in a corner literally pointing and laughing at my son (who clearly has medical needs) I tried to ignore it, but it was getting ridiculous and making him uncomfortable so I asked them if there was a problem. Instead of acting professional he tried to actually argue with me,- he had an attitude he was shouting at me and being aggressive so he got it back I attended the reception asked to be moved to another table and a different server which they did but then he was telling his "pals" there was an issue and we was made to feel uncomfortable and unwanted the whole experience while we was there. We did not enjoy the experience or the food, it's extremely overpriced for what you get, the tomahawk steak was 70% fat and for the price ilits actually shocking. We arrived with a child and was more or less ignored but other people arriving with children were given colouring books/balloons and treated with respect. I did bring it to the attention of the staff at the front of house but I felt they didn't really care. It's actually shocking that they hire staff who bully children (he's 8) and the fact I asked him if there's a problem and he had an aggressive attitude with me infront of the rest of the restaurant is shocking! If your going to over charge for food at least have respectful staff members it's letting you down majorly!!!!

Food was good flavourful butway too expensive after paying for food they add 10% service charge if we are more then 4 people. Are they not get paid or somewhat so charging us for service really disappointed never go again.

Decided to try this upmarket steak restaurant as it was our wedding anniversary. Would I recommend, NO WAY! Overpriced for what it is. Yeah the ambiance and decor is nice but the food…let’s say I’ve had better for the fraction of the price. To top it all off, the waiter came over and said my little girls were making too much noise and told me to make them quiet as other guests are complaining. How the hell did they expect me to tell a 4 year old and a 2 year old baby to be quiet? Absolutely disgusting! They should have a signage to say no children allowed!

The angus steak was OK, but the sweet potato fries were served just in quantity for the price paid, as well as the pistachio profiterole dessert.

I recently dined here and I must say, it was a major letdown. First off, the prices are outrageous for what you get. I expected a top-notch dining experience, but instead, I felt like I was robbed. For the price of my steak, I could have had a feast at a much better restaurant. To add insult to injury, the steak I ordered was overcooked and lacked any real flavor. It's as if they forgot to season it altogether. I’ve had better cuts at chain restaurants for a fraction of the price. Another frustrating aspect of my visit was the fact that they don’t accept American Express. In this day and age, it’s hard to believe a place that prides itself on being upscale would refuse one of the most common credit cards. It’s just one more reason why I won’t be returning. Overall, the restaurant is a classic case of style over substance. Save your money and head to a place that truly values its customers and serves a steak worth the price. I won't be coming back!

Myself and my husband went here for his birthday and we had a lovely time. Our steaks were cooked perfectly and the sides were delicious. Service was very quick and attentive. Would definitely return!

Very good quality steaks..... Amazing atmosphere.....

Looked really pretty when we walked in and the hostess was nice. starter was really nice fire cracker chicken and you get quite a lot for a starter so was excited for the main, got ribeye since we’re at ribeye. I’ve had numerous 10/10 ribeyes elsewhere but here wasn’t it unfortunately was gutted as I wanted to treat my little sister to one of her first steaks and this has given her a really bad intro to steaks, had to tell her multiple times it’s not usually like this. we got her aberdeen angus ribeye medium but it was more rare medium/rare so we asked for it to be cooked more to a true medium which they were more than happy to accommodate but when we got it back the edges were ok but the middle was literally raw/bloody in parts (the picture is 2nd time it was cooked) and i was so disappointed that her angus ribeye was chewy even before being cooked a second time, they could tell my disappointment but no apologies no nothing- my creekstone ribeye was just ok definitely nothing special and not worth it. when i asked for the bill, the waitress just dropped it to the table and didn’t even ask how the food was/if we were happy with everything?- definitely not worth the £££ price tag which i’m happy to pay when the food is good.

Customer service was exceptional. Our waiter was very attentive and answered all our questions. The food was amazing. We both ordered medium rare and i must say this was the best steak we have ever eaten. It was full of flavour and the steak was great quality. Another great thing about this place is that the food is halal.

This was our first visit to Rib Eye and it was to celebrate our 28th Wedding Anniversary. We booked on-line, on tbe day which was very straightforward. We parked in a multi storey car park and the restaurant was 5 mins from 5th Floor of Car Park. We were 5mins late, on arrival, we gave our name and we were politely asked to wait with other guests. However, with 5 mins we were seated. The restaurant is a very pleasant place, situated in a vibrant area along with other restaurants and on entering has very high ceilings, decorated beautifully and has many eye catching features. We were taken to our seats by a young lady staff member who was very polite. She attended to our needs for the evening. For note: on busy days they have a 90minutes policy from the time seated as it is a busy restaurant. NOW THE FOOD We decided what to order before we arrived at the restaurant. STARTER We went for the Chefs Platter. This contained 2 each of tender BBQ beef ribs lamb chops, goats cheese on crostini bread, fiery chicken wings and dynamite prawns. Included 2 dips. Everything on the plate was cooked to perfection and the highlight were the BBQ ribs, so tender and the sauce was awesome. MAINS I went for the Creekstone Rib Eye, done medium. Absolute fantastic, tender, juicy melt in mouth - 10/10 Mrs went for the Angus Beef Sirloin, done Medium - It was tender but not as juicy/tender as Creekstone. Worth paying extra for the Creekstone. Angus Beef - 8/10 For sides we went for Douphinoise Creamy, Cheesy Potatoes - 10/10 Seasonal Veg - 8/10 Chips - 10/10 - crispy and soft inside We had 2 mocktails In Summary Great ambience, great service, great food though I would definitely have the Creekstone over Angus Beef. Not cheap but good for a one-off treat. Our combined meal plus service charge came to £150.

Dear Rib Eye Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment with the service and food quality I experienced at your Manchester branch. As a satisfied customer of your Birmingham branch, where I enjoyed an excellent Creekstone steak, I had high expectations for my visit to Manchester yesterday 09/08/24. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I ordered a medium-rare T-bone steak, which your menu claims is 35 days matured. However, what I received was a well-done veal steak. When I raised this issue with the manager, I was told that the doneness was due to the meat being veal and that nothing could be done about it. This explanation was unsatisfactory and contradicted my understanding of your establishment’s standards for steak preparation. I am very disappointed with both the quality of the food and the response I received. As a restaurant that prides itself on its steaks, I expected better. I hope you will address this issue to ensure that future customers do not have a similar experience.

So went to eat however the "Service Charge is mandatory" which is written at the bottoms of the first page without any difference in text to be glanced over. The Service is nothing out of the ordinary and considering the bill can only be split by 4 seems ridiculous. Especially sinfe it was a group of 6 that had ordered. Would like to see the service incorporated into the food prices or a extraordinary service for a justiciable charge.

Tried vegetarian options Mushroom soup was lovely Ravioli was very nicely done. Mozzarella balls could be better with some more cheese n less bread.

The highlight of the meal was the bbq ribs. The steak (creekstone ribeye) was tasteless even with the additionally requested sauce and more rare than medium rare, and the sides small and cold. The truffle fries didn’t really have a lot of truffle on them, more parmesan and tasted a little undercooked. The bone marrow was oily and very small. The drinks weren’t really anything to write home about either. It was our first anniversary meal and they had decorated our table with half inflated balloons and fake flowers, but besides that paid us little to no attention other than to rush us and ask to clear our plates when we were still eating. They also apparently don’t do tap water but the bottled water they charged us for was branded and tasted very much like tap - usually it’s quite indicative when you’re opening a fresh bottle of water but this was not the case. On our exit nobody said goodbye or held the door open and overall the service was very lacklustre, especially considering it was a weekday and they were not busy. They seem to advertise themselves as fine dining but really need to get the food and service up to par to match. Left feeling disappointed and several £££’s lighter.

Overall it is up there with the best in terms of a steakhouse with a nice variety of cuts. You don't need to splash out on the expensive cuts but before you know it you are spending minimum of £45 per person. Their beef jus was really nice but not a fan of their mushroom sauce

We arrived at the restaurant 15min before our reserved time and we were allocated a seat . As the waiter was showing us our table she wiped the seat (why when the guest arrives? Why not before) thought it was an oversight but noted it when other clients were seated the same thing happened. The order was taken and the waiter was knowledgeable about the different steaks. The food was served promptly. We had a pina colada cocktail, best I’ve had. Our experience was average because the services was not excellent. We had to work extra hard to catch the waiters attention. We finished and had to ask for our table to be cleared. We had to ask for side plates for bones…. For the price point of the restaurant, the customer needs needed to be anticipated. The service charge was added to the bill without giving an option. I’d definitely not have agreed to 10% service charge on the bill, if it was optional. Would we return? Not sure

Good food, amazing service. We came down from London, and were very impressed with how quick the food came and how tasty it was. The staff are kind, and very welcoming for children. 5 star’s 👌🏼

Best quality of steak in Manchester. Good atmosphere and sides are starters are nice, I would recommend the ribs as starters.

Absolutely perfect food, 3 courses and I can’t complain about a single thing…. Lamb Chop starter, tomahawk main and a chocolate bomb for dessert…. Not the cheapest place in the world but well worth the money 👍👍👍 100% will be going back for more

Great steak experience, friendly staff

The manager was very friendly, we wanted some coffee before we left as we were tied after a full on day out. He gave us complimentary coffees which was very nice and he was very attentive to how we enjoyed the meal and the restaurant in general!

Been there a month ago, food was great, service couldn’t be any better but for the premium value it wasn’t worth it. Wanted to go for date night dinner but the restaurant was far too busy, not as spacious and you couldn’t hear yourself, I went on 7pm on a Saturday but I still expected a better experience especially paying around £140.

Been here many times, normally food is amazing, especially the sides and sauces. But this time it was slightly underwhelming, this could’ve been due to having a late reservation, and also a slight bias due to them having a mandatory service charge as per UK laws and legislations. Probably not coming back here for a while.

The ribeye and cote de boeff were well cooked but nothing special and not worth the high price. Rosemary chips ok. Truffle chips dry. Mushroom sauce inedible with a skin on top. I complained. The waitress smiled and walked off. The coleslaw was nice. Served by inexperienced staff who nearly put their sleeve on my steak whilst reaching across. Also unable to bring 3 steaks to the table at one go so 2 of us left waiting until the 3rd one delivered. Plates cleared before one of us had finished. Sat facing their rubbish area. As we were eating a staff member wheeled a large full rubbish bin by and into the rubbish area. Disgusting! This is not fine dining by any stretch of the imagination and the meat does not live up to the hype. Slick marketing is not backed up by the experience. Go to a proper steak house and also enjoy a nice glass of wine to compliment the food.

There's a misalignment between food and price.

The food was nice but not for the price paid, table water is £3.50 per bottle, no free tap water on offer. The staff was definitely the highlight of the night, they were attentive and helpful. Offered to help us take pictures of the group and made sure we had a wonderful time.

Experience was really enjoyable, top service from the waiting staff and food was very tasty. Only downside is that there were no fries alternative to the chips (fries, not sweet potato fries) and when eating a large steak it made the meal difficult to finish

Fantastic ambience and incredible attentiveness from the staff, the sirloin was cooked to perfection medium rare as the chef also agreed with me about it as his recommendation. Food was amazing. Had sharing platter for 3, which was a good amount of food. Ribs just fell apart. Only downside of the visit was the waitress service. We waited ages to order, & waited ages to pay even though it wasn’t that busy. Staff were stood around talking and not being attentive.

Really enjoyed this place for my friends birthday meal, service was great, food on point and drinks lovely. However my only two constructive criticism is that you have to pay separately for the sauce for your steak which is £3, one of the sauces called ‘bang bang’ which I chose for mine shouldn’t be on offer at all, it didn’t go well with the steak. The portugese sauce was lovely though. I ordered a medium rare steak and it tasted more well done than medium rare.

went for my anniversary and it was just amazing, the staff were genuinely great the front tier malaika was just dead friendly and helpful and made sure our table was decorated for our anniversarY, the food was 10/10 i definitely recommend going

Everyone told us to go the Birmingham branch, instead but this one was really good and everything from the food to the service was amazing. The managers and the staff were very welcoming, especially when we wanted to change seats for a better view. It’s a very nice environment whether you want to come with your friends or family. As someone who doesn’t eat steak all the time, the steak was cooked well and was very filling. Everyone enjoyed their meals. I would defo recommend the lychee mocktail. Overall 10/10 and would defo come back to Manchester to have this.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Decided to return after a couple years. Safe to say never coming back to this scamming resturant. Like the food isn't already overpriced and mediocre, they have a supposed "mandatory" service charge for sub par service, to which the manager described it as a "loophole" trying to justify it with "the cost of living" like it hasn't affected us all. Ridiculous! Manager spent 20 minutes scrolling through his phone trying to find this new rule of mandatory service charge but couldn't find it whilst raising his voice disturbing the peace of other diners. Apparently this is a reoccurring problem for the resturant( READ THE REVIEWS). You could almost say they prefer charging excessive amounts and pushing away their customers than keeping them. The supposed owner name "Sohail" (name given by manager) is a selfish cretin. AVOID! Better steak places in Manchester.

The customer service was outstanding. Sharvari was an excellent host and very attentive throughout. Most of our food was beautiful. There was one issue with one item on our order, but the staff did not hesitate to assist and remedy the issue. Would highly recommend.

Usually I love this place however I ordered my usual on monday and had food poisoning! Me and my friend both had food poisoning and had been sick the following day.

Food was good however the service was awful. I had high expectations due to mandatory service charge however one of our dishes didn’t taste very nice (to us) and the waitress and the manager pushed back and blamed us for wasting food. At that price point you’d think they’d want us to enjoy our food. Left a very sour taste, especially since I couldn’t opt out of the service charge. The food came out suspiciously quickly, I’ve never had a well done steak ready in 5 minutes so I question the freshness. Several desserts weren’t available and the one I tried was just super sweet with little in the way of flavour harmony. Overall, it’s ok, food is alright but the poor attitude of the servers really ruined it all.

I had one of the best steaks of my life at Ribeye Steakhouse! The steak was seasoned to perfection, and the side of bone marrow was delightfully tasty. What impressed me even more was how quickly the food arrived at our table. As a regular customer, I've consistently enjoyed amazing meals here. The ribeye steak, cooked medium rare, is a personal favorite. The menu offers a variety of delicious options that cater to all tastes, and the sides and appetizers are simply outstanding. What completes the dining experience is the exceptionally good service. The staff is always attentive and makes every visit memorable. Highly recommend Ribeye Steakhouse or anyone looking for top-notch food and service!

My husband and I visited for our wedding anniversary. We were amazed at how pretty this restaurant is and the location is also perfect. We were seated at a lovely table and given complimentary drinks to celebrate the occasion. The staff were so lovely and accommodating. The food was amazing, well presented and full of flavour, we couldn’t fault anything. I would recommend for everyone to pay a visit, it’s well worth the money.

Attended here as a group and three people who had ordered prawn spring rolls… had them come out RAW. When we had confronted management about it as they were still grey and stone cold on the inside he told us that ‘this is how we make them here’ which cant be right because raw prawns can cause upset stomachs which no restaurant should want for their customers. We didn’t let what he was saying persuade us and we insisted that he take them away and bring cooked ones… after a back and fourth that lasted for around 5 minutes he finally took them away and came back with burnt ones shortly after.

Great food as always. Service is always exceptional! Drinks are a bonus! Creekstone Fillet and the Truffle Gnocci is a must here! Despite being a fancy restaurant they are very kid friendly aswell which is an added bonus! Always a treat!

Saturday accidently evening. My expectations were extremely high for a restaurant that was recommended for one of my dearest friends. We booked a table for 2 in this beautiful venue with an amazing lovely set up and decoration. Welcoming and feeling like a celebration to life however when it comes to the food and service I may differ and slow down my excitement. For starters we had goat cheese and prawns which were incredibly tasty. I felt like repeating twice that's how good the goat cheese is. Unfortunately for the main course I can not say the same ...I ordered a Ribeye (Aberdeen Angus) Medium rare but I received a well done dish which is concerning cause the Waiter clearly didn't pay much attention to my order. My friend Covenant ordered Lamb which as meal looks amazing but the taste was bland. A dangerous situation we had is that we found a hair 6cm long in his dish which totally I a serious attempt on health and safety. They barely apologise for this inconvenience, swapped his plate from Lamb to Ribs and gave us some chicken bits for free. I never had this experience where finding hair on my food in such a well recognized restaurant but as ab apology I was expecting the bill off. Instead they charge us £107 after this accidently evening...my ribeye even though it wasn't medium rare I must say I loved it with mushroom sauce on side and sweet potatoes fries. Not sure if I ever come back for the food but the drinks are inviting such as Pino colada a lovely coconut cocktail.

I ordered the starter platter which was around £35 pounds I think. It came with a lot of stuff and amazingly was enough for 2 people. Their steak is the best I’ve tasted in Manchester. Also, the sauces they use is top notch. I loved the service as well. Would definitely recommend and go again.

Halal food, no alcohol. We respected it was their culture and gave it a try even though it wasn't an option we would choose in choice. We had the sharer platter, which was great value and tasty. We then shared the tomahawk steak... it was OK, not the best. But the price £80.00 wasn't worth it for the meal and the quality of the steak. We did however vist on a Tuesday evening, hence the 1 star for the atmosphere. Decor wise, the building was classy

We visited Ribeye as a group of 5. The atmosphere and staff were friendly and the food was nice, a little overpriced but nothing extortionate. However, i don’t think i would visit again, reason being, as it was prayer time the staff did initially accommodate however as the restaurant got a little busier we were told to pray outside on the street. Think that was really rude and disrespectful. Making the MANDATORY service charge more irritating to pay. Also the desserts were nowhere near to the standard of the food. Tiramisu was dry and the chocolate bomb was not enjoyable.
