So many time I do order online via the website and been waiting for more than an hour when I call they go soooo rude and telling me my order is not ready if you want to cancel it you can cancel it after all this time of waiting. Usually ok, the other day I ordered 2 orders one to eat in and one to takeout, he was going on with himself about he doesn't have change so he couldn't take 20 note. I get the food to takeout before the one to eat in. It took way longer than normal to get my food. Service that day was downhill but the spicy burger was spot on.

I usally order from here and food and service are good but some reason on 11th i ordered at 7:50 on their website and order was accepted and my food never turned up they robbed me off £21 i went to the store next day which wasnt open

They have an amazing deal going on, offering half peri peri chicken, rice, chips and fries for 7£. This deal is a steal. The chicken is tasteful and the rice are cooked to perfection. Definitely recommended.

Me and a couple of mates visited here yesterday for the first time and ordered double chicken burgers half spicy and couldn't believe how fresh and nice the food tasted. We all agreed it was the best chicken burger we have had in a long time, and highly rate the food. Will definitely be returning!

BEWARE OF REVIEW BOMBERS. Lots of fake reviews from a few hostile people all around the same time period. Anyways, Great owners, great staff, great food. Honestly not much more to say. The meat quality is superior to most local places. If you can handle spice, go hot, as the spicy dip burgers are arguably the best in the area, since they're actually spicy. Also, one of the few places on Stockport road that takes card payments. Highly recommend. Fries are definitely the best in the area, though the red salt can overpower what is already fine.

It is worth it for the wings and secret recipe coating from I’d imagine a culinary guru who has perfected it over the years. They do not compromise on attention to detail. It’s arguably the best chicken restaurant in the borough including the so called ‘big boy mandem’ of takeouts in Longsight. Which for chicken has only Deens which is garbage. I have sampled the others and I just prefer Krispy Chicken. It used to be some naff chippy called crispy cod but now reppin it better

I've just been into Krispy Chicken again tonight and the manager recognised me from the other night. Ok look, a few people have been saying unjust things about him in some of their reviews. I found him interactive, polite, friendly and respectful. When I went in I had to wait a while as they were snowed under. The manager explained this to me. Now, if you feel that you don't want to wait then there are plenty of other eateries on the Road. It was busy tonight which gave me a chance to watch his people skills. Tbh he was great with customers who he knew and those who he didn't know. Sure, if you go bouncing in with an attitude he doesn't look like the kind of character who will take that kind of disrespect. But then would you if you were in his place? Be honest. So yeah. Some of the reviews on here have been quite personal towards the manager. If you have a problem with the food, which myself and lots of others don't, then it's you right to complain. But forget the character assassination as I was in there a while tonight and the other night and didn't see that. Anyway I just wanted to add that. Go in, check the food out because Krispy Chicken is definitely worth checking out 👍

I must say, the food was truly horrible, leaving me utterly disappointed. The biggest disappointment, however, was the behavior of the owner ( The guy who looks like Hagrid in HP ). Not only was he rude and impolite, but his demeanor seemed to suggest that he was dealing with some mental health issues. As someone who believes in treating others with respect and kindness, it was disheartening to encounter such unprofessionalism. Upon entering the establishment, I was greeted with a complete lack of courtesy. The owner appeared disinterested in serving customers and had an overall dismissive attitude. It was clear that he had little regard for customer satisfaction or even basic customer service etiquette. Moving on to the food, it was truly abysmal. The chicken was overcooked, dry, and lacked any flavor whatsoever. The portion sizes were significantly smaller than what one would expect, given the prices charged. It felt like a complete rip-off, and I was left questioning the quality of the ingredients used. In addition to the poor food quality and the owner's inappropriate behavior, the overall cleanliness of the place left much to be desired. The dining area seemed neglected, with dirty tables and floors. It was evident that hygiene standards were not a priority.

Me and my partner ordered food for the night after waiting over an hour we called the place. They told us the driver had left and cancelled the delivery and that we would need to order again. Absolutely disgusting behaviour as we were starving.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! This has been the worst encounter I’ve ever experienced with a takeaway. I’ve ordered food on the website the money was deducted from my account,and the food was one minute away, according to the delivery app. The food never arrived after 2 hours of waiting, the shop was closed. I contacted the manager the next day to discuss the matter; he was extremely rude and had awful customer service; he never apologised and simply stated that there was a technical issue and that the business was closed. I still haven’t received my refund two weeks later.

When it comes to meat I'm a fussy eater and when it comes to fried chicken there are many things that put me off. This place, admittedly initially though need than desire, has changed my mindset and delivered every time I've been over the last year or so. What an absolute rip off! Go to place order on Uber Nd foodhub Nd in order to buy bbq lamb ribs, you have to pay £4.20 before you can actually buy the ribs. Another words £18.79 for 20 pieces of ribs and then a further £4.20 for I don't know what it is exactly the extra charge in for. Then they have the cheek to further charge you £1 service charge like what services you gimps. Making you pay £25 for 20 BBQ ribs. Doesn't end there. So...a while back I tried to place an order for the same 20 pieces of BBQ ribs Nd when it came to pay, delivery charge was rediculous. Imean their literally just 5 mins walk from me. Les than 2 minutes in the car n they trana charge me £3 for delivery so I called up Nd placed my order over the phone ready to collect to avoid the rediculous delivery charge Nd service charge along with the £4.20, added on for God knows what. Now....the original price for 20 pieces of BBQ ribs is £18.79. check it out. Says 20 pieces £18.79. not to mention I'd bought this from them in the past that was the exact same price. Anyway....gave them plenty of time to have my food ready Nd left to pick my food up an hour after ringing Nd placing it. Got there Nd I was kept a further 45 minutes with little to no communication from either of them only for them to eventually when food was ready over charge me. He wanted £22 off me. I said for what. I only ordered the ribs not meal. Price is £18.79 like it's always been. He looked at me with confusion Nd said ok £18.79 like he was doing me a favour. Like the hell he was. 10/10 Had the chicken rice bowl and it was perfect. Everything was balanced, ratio of chicken to rice was perfect, not like many restaurants where they reduce the meat quantity. Came all the way from the UAE and randomly found this spot, loved it.
