Archie's - Manchester Piccadilly in Manchester

I was a late night takeaway diner accompanied, as always, by my assistance dog... Obviously one of the staff questioned me entering with a dog - I explained - he saw the jacket and they COULD NOT be nicer... The order machine was cool, as was my wait... However, it was a £9 burger (inc the extra £1 for cheese). It was an "okay" burger... But £9, no fries, no drink... You pay for the word "Smash" and get delightful staff... Effectively, the most expensive Burger King I've been to... Go for the staff, don't expect anything other than standard fast food burgers...

I like the smash burger! Perhaps useful to tell the crew to put less (or no) salt.

Visited Archie’s for brunch, and the food was good, especially for vegetarians—there are plenty of options. I went with the wrap, which didn’t disappoint. The prices are reasonable, and the portion sizes are fair. However, I found it disappointing that they charge £1 for a dip, especially when you’re already buying food there

Our first visit to Archie's so we were unsure of how it works, you have to get a table then go and order which they said you could order at the table, but you couldn't the internet wasn't even working.So we got up to order whilst doing this somebody else got in our seat the man serving was so rude his name STEVE he had a very why an I here face! He spoke to the staff like they were something he stepped in and he couldn't even get the order right himself. People are eating as and when they finally did come to clean tables it was whilst you are actually eating!!! I had to ask for some wipes and I used spray that was on the side to clean my own table, there was one person in the tills after angry Steve had disappeared for 15 mins but he hardly spoke. Just pointed the restaurant was very busy but I found it rude of people sitting there with a load of there kids after they have finished on their phones it's not a crèche and people are wanting to sit down at a table! Staff were encouraging people to take out like we both said we like to eat at a table not stood up outside in a shopping center. I would not return to Manchester Archie's again, although the food was lovely hats off to the kitchen staff.

Missing order. No refund or voucher given. Food was okay. Chicken tenders were dripping with oil.

Average burgers, it’s actually small portions. Loved their drinks selection and the chicken sandwiches are tastier but lacks the wow factor. The toilet had no paper and they were understaffed had to wait for the food a good 15-20 mins overall the place could be managed much better. Would go again for a quick bite if I have to but nothing I’m too excited about.

The most disappointing burger and chips I've had for a long, long time.

Just stopped here for the first time. I has a delicious breakfast muffin and hash brown bites. Available until 12 on Saturdays, which was brilliant. A really friendly guy served me and was kind and patient as I worked out what I wanted then remembered it was mine when it was cooked c (it was fast too). Perfectly cooked runny egg and tasty sausage and cheese. Highly recommended.

Disgusting food and very spicy, the worst food I have ever had. And very slow. Horrible I would rather have-not eaten anything.

I do not recommend this restaurant. We waited for 30 min to receive our food. The quality of the food was not good and we didn’t even finish it. I do not recommend it.

Burgers were good, a bit overpriced but good taste. Chicken wings were below average. Smelled of raw chicken, clearly no ginger, garlic or any other spice was used during cooking. This is what happens when you only put sauce on chicken wings and nothing else.

Waited between 25 and 40min (party of 4) for very basic orders. Absolute tragedy of 'fast food'. I absolutely expect a place by the station to be better than this, lots of people worried about missing trains etc. due to the wait. Not really my vibe, food was OK, but such a let down on service time.

30min wait for a veg burger that tasted no better than a frozen supermarket own brand burger. Toilets - out of order. Order # screen - out of order Try the app and dine from your table? - "Can't complete order. Refunded." Tragic service, food, price and atmosphere. Never again.

Came in while heading for our train after visiting the Manchester Christmas markets and a day of shopping. Was a little disappointed in the variety as there were only about 3 different waffles to choose from and likewise for milkshakes. Wasn't a huge fan of Archie's own diet cola. Didn't go upstairs so can't comment on that area The waffle itself was good though!

Of all the Archie’s this is by far the worst. Terribly dirty and neglected, with a slightly busy waiting time much longer than Trafford or Arndale. The service is friendly.

Majid was great! His service was just absolutely amazing. He's kind and calm. This 5 star 🌟 is for him and him alone! Thank you again mate!

Llevó a la familia allí como parte de su viaje a Manchester. Alimentados los cuatro por 37 libras, sin bebidas para mantener el precio bajo. En su lugar, solo fuimos camino a la cooperativa. La comida es de gran calidad, nos encantó. Incluso la esposa, que normalmente es muy particular en cómo se cocina el pollo. Lo malo es que no había ofertas de comida que pudiéramos ver, todo es pedido individual, así que compartimos patatas fritas y tots de patata.

La mejor hamburguesa que he comido en mi vida, tengo el pollo real con pollo crujiente. Superficie brillante y rápido también. Recomiendo 100%

Aziz at the Manchester Piccadilly store was very friendly on arrival and provided a great service, meeting my son’s particular requests.

I visited Archie's at Manchester Piccadilly after a Manchester City Champions League game ⚽️ and, as expected, it was super busy. The service was a bit slow due to the huge number of orders, and while the kitchen wasn't visible, I imagine they might have been short-staffed that night 🍔⏳. That being said, the food was great! The Route 66 burger was delicious – packed with flavor and perfectly cooked 🍔👌. The curly fries were as tasty as ever 🍟✨. I was also really happy to see that they don't serve Coca-Cola products, which I avoid, and instead offer their own soft drinks 🥤 – a great alternative! Overall, great food but be prepared for a wait if you’re going after a big event. Definitely worth checking out for a solid burger in Manchester! 🍔🙌

Food quality is good. It used to be the best but now I think it's average. There are lot of other good choices.

I always have a look at local restaurants, and this piqued my interest so when we arrived in Manchester this was the first place we went has a good variety of burgers wings and tenders caters for vegetarians and vegans the food was good and hot and cooked to order. Now the down side it took 40 minutes from ordering to getting the food this was 3 burgers ( a veggie ,chicken and beef) 3 drinks and 2 sides my advice go but if you are doing more than one burger be prepared for a wait

It is a 0 place, DISGUSTING, I’VE WAITED FOR MY FOOD FOR AN HOUR, NEVER WILL GO HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!

The food has been great each time, the service just takes extremely long, sometimes 15-20 minutes for a burger, which can be inconvenient considering it is next to a train station where people will have trains to catch soon etc.

Pathetic service. Ran out of lettuce lol. Took 30 min to get us a wrong order. Overworked staff. Filthy place.

Gone down hill bigtime.My burger was ok i had the nashville chicken burger,nashville chicken wings and they were cold with zero spice and crinkle peri chips were just warm. Not worth the Price,Nandos and Kfc are much better.

I went to Archie’s and really loved my experience there. I was served by Momna. She was really nice, friendly and very helpful. Overall she made my experience really nice. I enjoyed the food very much . Will be coming back again😁.

The burger is delicious, but because there is a crowd of orders, the service is not as expected. They also do not have a can of soft drinks, but a refill, and this does not suit me. They have a 10% discount for students.

Great service, friendly staff and food was really good, much better than I was expecting. We had a chicken burger and a chicken wrap and both were generous in portion size and very tasty. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quick bite to eat.

It's expensive. The burger was good and the pink lemonade was too fizzy. There was no pink sauce left and he didn't give me my money back. He gave me another option but he didn't explain the service well and without enthusiasm. The regular night atmosphere was bad. I remember these burgers years ago when they were only on Oxford Road and the quality I think is worse overall.

Been to Archie's before but not this branch, Mikey took my order, very friendly and had good customer service skills. Food was really good especially the loaded tots. Milkshake was very good as well

Ate there quite late in the evening, when it was a bit unclean with rubbish everywhere, and many undesirable individuals lurking around near the Train station. Wait was a bit longer than I expected too, but the food is so good, as are the yummy shakes

Friendly staff, clean restaurant and beautiful food.

Very friendly service, large waffles with whipped cream and ice-cream, the kids liked the milkshakes. Decor a little bit tired but otherwise great if you want a fast food American diner style breakfast. Plenty of choice of seating inside.

Really like their beef burgers. It was a bit pricey for the size of the burgers but still enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Paid parking behind the restaurant is available.

The food was good, I mean, it's worth a nice try, but I won't go back. The service was slow at times. I liked that they added Vimto drink. I tried Brie Berry, it was good.

The food is delicious and it has a branch, and the best thing is that it is halal I tried the second Ryouq branch, it was very ordinary and slow. The branch was at Bakdili station

Went here around noon on a Wednesday, with only two other customers who ordered after me. Had to wait at least 25 minutes for some burgers and fries. The chefs worked slowly with no regard for the customers.

I took my 7 year old here as a treat. The photos online made it look really special and fun. When we got there at mid day, only downstairs was available for seating. So we didn’t see any ball pit etc. Honestly it was underwhelming. The food was very overpriced. 28 for two burgers, an Archie’s own brand cola and a milkshake (no sides).

IM ABSOLUTELY OBSESSED WITH THIS PLACE. It’s so girly pop, imagine a fast food restaurant in Barbie’s world. This would be it. And it’s not only the beautiful interior but they have mouth drooling food too. Starting from their burgers to their shakes. I loved it all.
