Refused to give me my student discount add on popcorn Served me wrong gravy tub when I went and asked I was given an excuse it was sold out and they decided it was better that way. They could have either communicated about it or given options . Worst service

Came in on Sunday, Tom was absolutely phenomenal, Helpful, Kind and went above and beyond with helping me with a problem at the kiosk, everything was clean and tidy. Keep it up :)

Missing full boneless banquet and food cold that was delivered

Food is as it's everywhere at KFC, however the place is noisy, dirty and where you just wanna get out as soon as you've grabbed the food. Definitely room for improvements.

I have literally just placed an order for me and my family. As a treat for the kids being good I ordered the family feast for me, my fella and my two sons. This family feast bucket came with just chicken no fries or anything else!! I rang up and told them you have charged me £33 including delivery and you haven’t sent me my whole meal. The lady then tells me to come down and she will give me the fries. Told her I am not coming all way down for just fires as I don’t drive hint why I got it delivered!! Then my fella offered to peddle on the bike to pick up just to get there and be told they don’t have fries and all they can give me is a burger box meal!! No refund no nothing. How do you feed 4 people on one burger box meal!! This place is a joke and a waste of time! I will never ever order from this place again!! Horrible service and no customer service shown think they all need re training!! If you are thinking of ordering from this place I would seriously think again!

I ordered a six-wing meal through Uber Eats. The chicken was delicious, but the fries were disappointing they had some kind of masala powder sprinkled on them. On the bright side, the delivery was quick!

Order was late and cold and the delivery driver swore at me for being at the door or the hotel i ordered to! At the very least i want my tip refunding. The delivery driver was vile! x

Whoever put my order together clearly needs to look for a new job. It was terrible. There must have been 11 chips in total!!!!!

My driver has not delivered my food at all, i informed him it was the wrong address before he had left the restaurant and he did not check the message, he asked i give him extra money for the delivery to my actual location and he confirmed the order as delivered and has not brought my food

I’m still waiting for Just eat to refund me, I waited almost 2hrs while the app saying order preparing, all of a sudden it says delivered without without getting my order.

The food was cold, chickens pieces was horrible. The option to customise your food is not there. Overall Kfc service was great and its overpriced. No fault with the delivery person.

You estimated initially delivery at 18.55. It finally turned up at 20.06, more than an hour late. The food was, at best, tepid. The gravy tasted mostly of white pepper and the chicken pieces were unpleasantly salty. Very poor indeed.

Chicken quantity is are very small, the portions are not worth up to cash we paid, they are serving baby chicken instead of medium chicken to the customers with thick breaded coating, they are really cheating to the customers….

The food was accurate and hot but the called me to come to get the food a street and a half away. I looked our, he wasn't there. I reminded him the notes "Disabled, please ring buzzer" but he wasn't even outside. I finally guided him to the actual address.

After having veggie dinner i was craving for meat so just pop in when passing by. Not clean place as it should be because of food. No seating, poor service and not a good atmosphere when you feel strange while standing there. They need to make some arrangements to make this place better.

Order never arrived. Where was it delivered to? Because it was not the address I gave. Very angry and will be disputing the pay pal payment. As we did NOT receive the order.

Excellent customer service! I made a mistake when choosing the pickup location for my order, but one of the staff members stepped in to help me get a refund and even offered a discount to ensure we were satisfied during our visit. Just thanking that person doesn’t feel like enough. I really appreciate their customer service—it’s second to none.

Sorry to say it was the worst KFC I've ever been in. No seats, you have to stand up to eat. To me this is weird, a restaurant (if you can csll it that) with no seating? I had 3 pieces of chicken and chips and it was all very greasy, much more greasy than I've had before. The chips weren't crispy but quite soggy, although they had a nice seasoning. I felt a bit queasy after eating the food, with that grease swirling around in my stomach. No complaints about the service, it was quick.

The place is very small, you barely have room to eat, the food arrives quickly and is decent, the dining room was very dirty

I had a really bad experience at the shop. When I ordered food, I felt confused about how to do it, so I asked a staff member for help. Her behavior was very rude, and she treated me as if I didn't know English. It was a really unpleasant experience.

Food was good, however the shop is small and is designed for takeaway mainly with some stand up tables, the shop was full of smoke from burned oils .

They had run out of kids meals because of having no pineapple. When we asked the lady she went above and beyond for kids to get what they wanted I couldn't recommend enough

Do not go to this place. I've had tummy issues since I ate there! Which is coming to almost 2 days ago now. The zinger burger was substandard, dry and just not worth how much they charge. Chips were more on the stale side and after 20 mins of trying to force eat such a dry burger the chips were inedibly stale!

The taste and quality of KFC that everyone knows. It's really delicious, but it's a shame that there are no tables in the store. There is one, but it is very limited and there are so many people that it seems almost unused unless you are a solo customer. It seems to be a place that you can use without any dissatisfaction.

Good taste, but staffs were not really friendly, no chair and you have to stand to eat.

Even though my locatiin was 5 minutes away from the restaurant, yet i received my food cold. So disappointed.

I specifically asked to add cheese as there is no option and also asked to remove veggies from twister as I cant eat red cabbage but none was done

Who doesn't know about KFC? WHY BOTHER writing a review at all? The point is, if one has ever noticed the subtle discrepancies between different branches, you would definitely walk the further mile to your favourite KFC to get the best chicken to satisfy your tummy. This KFC branch has served me the best fried chicken wings which was worth spending another half an hour travelling to, purposely. The minus of this shop is that, they haven't got any seats at this outlet, so it was just standing and waiting, and no dine-in options primarily. Anyway, this Kentucky's Fried Chicken branch is the most highly recommended one around Manchester!

Slowest 'fast food' joint ever. The staff move like sloth. Especially frustrating when most people are on their way to catch a train and you can see your food just sat there in the out tray waiting to be handed to you but all the staff are in the back. Someone comes to the front, ignores the food sat there, goes back to the back??

KFC didn’t speak to the rider and left him alone.

Half of stuff which is on order can not be ordered. Service is mediocre (on a good day), you can watch the staff moving in a real-life slow motion action. I won't return for sure.
