Completely wrong order was delivered, and to make matters worse the delivery driver was at the wrong address and waited there for 10 minutes without attempting to contact via the app. Very disappointed

Meal was barely warm, it was served with reheated/stale fries and the burger relish was put on in one place so non-existent for the majority of the burger. It was my first and will be my last time of ever ordering

Sorry 5 Guys, as I usually like your stuff. But I paid £26 to get a delivery and everything was cold and hard. So disappointed.

Arrived cold. Then had to wait until my code worked but the app was playing up for delivery driver. Then had had to knock on again to re ask for code.

Horrendous!!! Ordered food for delivery and it arrived pretty quickly but the food was stone cold. The chips were soggy and cold, the burger bun was also soggy and the burger was cold. The whole meal was inedible. Trying to get a response from someone regarding the order is just terrible. Will never order from here again

Allergic to cheese, they put cheese on the burger. This particular 5 guys rarely gets orders correct and you don't even get a full refund when they send you a burger that could cause serious allergic reaction. Terrible service. Happened again 29/06 Staff are just not trained to read the orfer

Fantastic burgers that arrived still warm, fries were a bit anaemic compared to other Five Guys but were tasty once reheated.

No sauce one one of the burgers then a small piece of cheese on same burger that was supposed to be plain not rocket science

Five Guys has never disappointed me at any time. The best highlight of this restaurant is the Milkshakes 👌😋❤️. There is no words to describe their milkshakes. It’s really filling, satisfying and gives you a high dopamine 😊. I had ordered a Salted Caramel and Reeses shakes. It was amazing. Their burgers are also really good but too pricey. In terms of fries, they are really good. They give a good quantity amount of fries. Anyways for shakes, this is the best place. Worth the price. Thanks five guys. Keep going.

Thanks so much for a fab experience today We spent ages ordering and changing our minds but nothing was too much trouble for Ned and the staff cooking in the back - the food was hot, fresh and tasty and they were really accommodating for the kids and their fussiness with the order. Everything was explained to us and with a smile. Thanks again will definitely return xx

First time trying 5 Guys. The hotdog was small and the bun was soggy. The milkshake was the smallest I’ve ever seen, which was a bit disappointing for £5.75. On the plus side I got a truck load of Cajun fries.

Had an issues with the burger of it not being the sauce I order on it and they were very responsive and rectified it right away really good customer service appreciated it a lot!

Love 5 guys for me it's not expensive for the quality of the food and the amount you get, if I went to a pub and got a bang average burger it would cost me £15/£16.

Five guys? More like four guys. Or thats what it felt like, with how long it took for the food to be ready. Half the chips were cold, the bread was soggy due to how long it took. Still tasted good tho. The atmosphere gets a 3*, although that was mainly because our presence boosted the atmosphere 2 stars. Food is smaller, less chips than used to, but about 30% more expensive. It says on the wall "Willy Wonka of Burger" - well it must have been the Johnny Depp version. I think next time I'll stick with the Patented Skinner family recipe for Steamed Clams. "Oompa Loompa, don't expect tips. Especially when you serve, really cold chips"

Best burgers I've ever tasted, and free nuts whilst you wait! Staff are so happy and friendly, we were served by Sainabou who is an absolute credit to the restaurant. Everything clean, easy to park, can't fault a thing. Thank you.

Ordered a burger recently and it was very pink and very undercooked in the centre. Poor hygiene standards and most likely will never order a beef burger from this specific Five Guys again, not worth the risk when it comes to eating ground beef. Pistachio milkshake was amazing however.

Grossly overpriced for a similar burger to McDonald's. Service was slow and offhand. Ordered smallest portion of chips and got half a brown bag full..........perhaps the chef has a chip on his shoulder!

My experience was not up to my expectations. The burger meat did not meet my expectations, and I was disappointed. The only good thing to try is the chips. I hope that my next visit will be better

You out chilli peppers in it not jalapeños.. quite uncomfortable to eat as way hotter than I like.

Delivered on time, some of the fries were overdone and lots of hard bits, milkshake was nice but the grilled cheese was shockingly bad - basically a burnt burger bun with cheese slices that had oozed out all over the foil wrapper (for £4.95!) Very expensive & requested refund for the grilled cheese as it was inedible.

This place is a joke. Waited a whole hour for food. Tracked the delivery online and could see that the driver had gone to a completely different location and had been stationary for 40 mins. No response to messages and then he cancelled the order. Absolutely not acceptable.

As chain burger joints go, five guys Parrs Wood is pretty decent. The staff are especially friendly, even when I get overwhelmed by choice.

I didn't want to believe five guys was overrated but it actually is way overrated burger makes you feel sick its that soggy and gross same with shakedown all them expensive burgers are vile no one does it like maccies triple cheese burger hits the spot way more than these over priced garbage restaurants and maccies is consistent and cheap sometimes you pay for what you get not in this instance save your money.

Usually get the milkshake from Five Guys which are amazing but fancied a burger and chips instead today. Honestly some of the tasty, mouthwatering burgers I've had in a while with fine customer service. Even at the price of £38 for two refillable drinks, two burgers (any toppings extra free) and two regular chips; it was worth it! Looking forward to the next time!

Food was cold on delivery. I had been tracking the order and it was being collected and then they were looking for another delivery person. So the food had been made and then sat around for a while. I have been ill for 2 days after eating food from here and unable to leave the house. Not acceptable.

Never been here before, took my grandson. I had a bacon burger and he had a cheeseburger. We also had chips and a drink, although it was lovely I thought it was quite expensive. While we were eating there was a parent with 2 young children who were actually sitting on the table which from a hygiene point of view was troubling ,from a safety point really worrying, at no point did any member of staff gently point out to this lady how potentially dangerous this was . ( it was the high tables near the counter, After this lady went I didn't see anyone cleaning this table !

The best burger in the UK, freshly made bacon cheese burger, super crunchy bacon and hot. The fries are perfectly cooked and the peanut butter milk shake is goooooood. The outstanding service by Pasquale and the team is above and beyond.

The burger was so so so so mouthwatering I can't stop talking about it, the fries were absolutely perfect and I've never knew a milkshake could be so heavenly I want to cry after eating this meal, the staff were all on point and looked like they wanted to be there, safe to say my first 5 guys was perfect and I will definitely be coming back!
