Unsealed food and cold. Items missing and when asked what could be done I was told “oh I dunno get a refund I guess”.

Terrible! Waited an hour, stood in the cold waiting for delivery and it changed to delivered but no one bee showed up! It’s late and I’m hungry with no food! Awful!

Came here recently for a milkshake. Tasted amazing and service was outstanding! Will be coming back

Nice clean venue with busy friendly staff. The ordering was pretty swift and not too long to wait for the food. Plenty of spaces to dine inside, clean restrooms and some crayons for the little ones 😊

I placed my order between 18:30 and 19:00. I was notified that it would arrive by 19:30-19:44. However this time kept going up and up. So much so that I had to order from another place to eat. I was frustrated as there was no way to cancel this order and so it was finally delivered at 22:00 after I had already eaten. Not honey had I eaten, I had also gone to bed. I have had cancellations twice in the recent past from this establishment and I am sure I will never order from here again.

Delivery took TWO HOURS. If you don’t have the staff or capacity you should turn off ordering. Two hours is unacceptable to wait for fast food plus you kept the poor delivery guy waiting for over an hour.

Delivery took nearly 2 hours (understand it’s a busy day of the year) what I don’t understand is how they sent no food???? They literally sent just a milkshake and missed off 2 meals and another drink!!! How is that possible? Driver says it’s a restaurant issue and the restaurant says they gave the driver the food? And here’s me…left with no food at all!!!! Milkshake was also melted and warm. Happy Valentine’s Day! Thanks guys x

It's expensive to eat here when you have a family. The burgers are so tasty. It's nice you can have whatever you want on your burgers. The milk shake is very nice too.

Absolutely vile Jess who worked there was stored smelt of cannbibs bought a 41 pound order she did wrong refused to sort it laughing at me then got it to look at and threw it in bin would not go there at all

Completely wrong order was delivered, and to make matters worse the delivery driver was at the wrong address and waited there for 10 minutes without attempting to contact via the app. Very disappointed

Meal was barely warm, it was served with reheated/stale fries and the burger relish was put on in one place so non-existent for the majority of the burger. It was my first and will be my last time of ever ordering

I'm always in 5 guys just for the fries and each time I get the best customer service and JESSICA F (manager) gave us such an excellent customer service and this makes me want to go again and again and again and you know what I mean right 😉😉

Sorry 5 Guys, as I usually like your stuff. But I paid £26 to get a delivery and everything was cold and hard. So disappointed.

Arrived cold. Then had to wait until my code worked but the app was playing up for delivery driver. Then had had to knock on again to re ask for code.

Horrendous!!! Ordered food for delivery and it arrived pretty quickly but the food was stone cold. The chips were soggy and cold, the burger bun was also soggy and the burger was cold. The whole meal was inedible. Trying to get a response from someone regarding the order is just terrible. Will never order from here again

Allergic to cheese, they put cheese on the burger. This particular 5 guys rarely gets orders correct and you don't even get a full refund when they send you a burger that could cause serious allergic reaction. Terrible service. Happened again 29/06 Staff are just not trained to read the orfer

Food stone stone cold - delivery initially said about 45 mins before it actually came, went back and back in time no explanation, when it did come was inedibly cold - can I have my £30 back please

ordered shakes with blt's but never came and when phoned Five Guys, the girl whom answered phone was NOT helpful at all, sounded like she was in a hurry to get of the phone, will not be ordering from them again. gave 2 stars because of missing items and restaurant not helpful.

Fantastic burgers that arrived still warm, fries were a bit anaemic compared to other Five Guys but were tasty once reheated.

No sauce one one of the burgers then a small piece of cheese on same burger that was supposed to be plain not rocket science

Five Guys has never disappointed me at any time. The best highlight of this restaurant is the Milkshakes 👌😋❤️. There is no words to describe their milkshakes. It’s really filling, satisfying and gives you a high dopamine 😊. I had ordered a Salted Caramel and Reeses shakes. It was amazing. Their burgers are also really good but too pricey. In terms of fries, they are really good. They give a good quantity amount of fries. Anyways for shakes, this is the best place. Worth the price. Thanks five guys. Keep going.

First time trying 5 Guys. The hotdog was small and the bun was soggy. The milkshake was the smallest I’ve ever seen, which was a bit disappointing for £5.75. On the plus side I got a truck load of Cajun fries.

Thanks so much for a fab experience today We spent ages ordering and changing our minds but nothing was too much trouble for Ned and the staff cooking in the back - the food was hot, fresh and tasty and they were really accommodating for the kids and their fussiness with the order. Everything was explained to us and with a smile. Thanks again will definitely return xx

Had an issues with the burger of it not being the sauce I order on it and they were very responsive and rectified it right away really good customer service appreciated it a lot!

Chips tub was half full, not what I’ve experienced before and was very disappointed. Seem to do more for customers when they collect!

Love 5 guys for me it's not expensive for the quality of the food and the amount you get, if I went to a pub and got a bang average burger it would cost me £15/£16.

Five guys? More like four guys. Or thats what it felt like, with how long it took for the food to be ready. Half the chips were cold, the bread was soggy due to how long it took. Still tasted good tho. The atmosphere gets a 3*, although that was mainly because our presence boosted the atmosphere 2 stars. Food is smaller, less chips than used to, but about 30% more expensive. It says on the wall "Willy Wonka of Burger" - well it must have been the Johnny Depp version. I think next time I'll stick with the Patented Skinner family recipe for Steamed Clams. "Oompa Loompa, don't expect tips. Especially when you serve, really cold chips"

Best burgers I've ever tasted, and free nuts whilst you wait! Staff are so happy and friendly, we were served by Sainabou who is an absolute credit to the restaurant. Everything clean, easy to park, can't fault a thing. Thank you.

Ordered a burger recently and it was very pink and very undercooked in the centre. Poor hygiene standards and most likely will never order a beef burger from this specific Five Guys again, not worth the risk when it comes to eating ground beef. Pistachio milkshake was amazing however.

Grossly overpriced for a similar burger to McDonald's. Service was slow and offhand. Ordered smallest portion of chips and got half a brown bag full..........perhaps the chef has a chip on his shoulder!

The food was okay. The staff were lovely and polite and helpful. There was zero atmosphere. However the restaurant was dirty. Main restaurant dirty. Eating areas and bathroom dirty. It was just filthy.

Delivered on time, some of the fries were overdone and lots of hard bits, milkshake was nice but the grilled cheese was shockingly bad - basically a burnt burger bun with cheese slices that had oozed out all over the foil wrapper (for £4.95!) Very expensive & requested refund for the grilled cheese as it was inedible.

This place is a joke. Waited a whole hour for food. Tracked the delivery online and could see that the driver had gone to a completely different location and had been stationary for 40 mins. No response to messages and then he cancelled the order. Absolutely not acceptable.

As chain burger joints go, five guys Parrs Wood is pretty decent. The staff are especially friendly, even when I get overwhelmed by choice.

I didn't want to believe five guys was overrated but it actually is way overrated burger makes you feel sick its that soggy and gross same with shakedown all them expensive burgers are vile no one does it like maccies triple cheese burger hits the spot way more than these over priced garbage restaurants and maccies is consistent and cheap sometimes you pay for what you get not in this instance save your money.

Usually get the milkshake from Five Guys which are amazing but fancied a burger and chips instead today. Honestly some of the tasty, mouthwatering burgers I've had in a while with fine customer service. Even at the price of £38 for two refillable drinks, two burgers (any toppings extra free) and two regular chips; it was worth it! Looking forward to the next time!
