I visited in the evening for a quick bite and the filling in the burrito was approaching cold.

This place shouldn't exist honestly

International travellers don’t visit this place Worst Taco Bell experience ever Dec 26 2023 - I had an international debit card .. the cashier swiped and they told they won’t accept this card .. then I have to adjust cash .. then I gave After a while the amount got deducted by card . So I made payment twice I raised several request for refund.. I uploaded my bill and my account statement Once someone replied After that no resolution for my issue

My favorite place, seem to no longer open at 11am while they deal with deliveroo pre orders which is quite annoying, so they tend to actually open around 11:30

Had tha Tacos with plant alternative Simple but tasty.

Horrible food. Tasteless, bland. Rubbish presentation. It made me sick for two days was throwing up. The food gave me gas and thank God I got better. Need to sue this rubbish company. Please just shut down. Your food isn't fit for a dog. Let alone human. Went to the one in arndale Manchester picadilly circus. Will never recommend such food. Not even for free will ever taste their food. Rubbish drink as well.

I found the food to be mostly bland. There are some items on the menu which are significantly better but unless you are someone that eats lots of fast food I would not recommend this as the likelyhood of you finding the best item on this menu is slim. I do have to say the service and friendliness of staff is impeccable and they are extremely helpful.

Took a long time to get our order, by the tine we got it it was cold. They also gave us a wrong drink and forgot a side. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this tacobell, ESPECIALLY if its a mobile order. They unfortunately have really let this location go downhill

Ordered on uber eats, missing a whole meal, burrito was burnt, looks like half the chicken went on a walk in the taco, not worth the money, food was cold anyway and whatever came just looked like they tried to put as little ingrediants as they could

Firstly, the cashier was rude and kept huffing when i asked for my order. The volcano burrito was served cold and the sour cream was over powering. Lastly, the7 up drink did not taste like it at all. it tasted like sparkling water

Taco bell is the best fast food on the planet. McDonald's only has the big Mac, burger king only has the whopper, 5 guys has nothing but a hefty bill. They are supposed to open at 11 am. I was waiting outside for 10 minutes and a worker comes out to say that it will take 30 minutes longer.

Third time we have ordered from them - and each time something is missing from the order. Today, they completely forgot our nachos and one of the Crunchwrap. For the other - we asked for extra chicken, which they didn’t give - in fact there was barely any chicken and no nachos in the Crunchwrap either. The previous two orders also had stuff missing - chips or sauces. Absolute joke of a place with no quality control

Food is always fresh, tastey, hot and filling. I wish we had one of these in our area. It's unique and value for money also. The world desperately needs more Mexican restaurants and takeaways for sure in my opinion! Last time went my meal wasn't put together all that well, it was messy... but overall other than that I've never had a good experience there and always massively enjoy the food.

This was a great restaurant to get a takeaway from, with the options clearly presented on electronic boards! The service was fast and I enjoyed a Chicken Quesadilla, accompanied by seasoned fries and Tango. The staff were friendly and the drinks machine is a good addition, although Pepsi was off the options.

I have been a vegetarian for over 7 years and just bit into a crunch wrap which contained beef when I had asked for black bean. Very upsetting to say the least.

This place is not where Google maps tells you it is. Please do not go down the backstreet that it leads you to. It's in the Food Hall in the Arndale Centre.

Tolle Burritos, Tacos und Co. Preise sind wie bei den anderen Fast Food Ketten wie BK oder McDonald’s. Die Bestellung ging schnell und auch auf die Zubereitung haben wir nicht lange gewartet. Die Getränke kann man sich selber zapfen. Wobei es nur Pepsi in verschiedenen Sorten und Orangen- und Apfelschorle gibt. Wir hatten auch Glück schnell einen Tisch zu finden. Es ist zur Mittagszeit etwas voll und laut hier, da es eine ganze Menge an Fast Food Läden hier gibt.

I ordered a bean burrito on Saturday the 29th of October 2022. Specifically asked for bean burrito with extra beans. I took the order to the table opened my burrito and it looked fine. Took a bite and thought it tasted strange but figured they added spice ,, after another bite I realised they gave me a beef burrito. Absolutely disgusted. I take partial blame for not opening and checking but never had a problem in the states from years of going to Taco Bell. I just wanted to warn the fellow veggies out there. Not a great experience , to be fair the manager apologised.

I decided to have a taco bell because of the hype surrounding the name. Okay, it was tasty but seriously the wraps are tiny 🤣 mcdondalds wraps are bigger lol but other than that Taco bell is good food and the Fries are hands down THE BEST fast food fries I've ever eaten in my LIFE!!!! Go get a Taco....

Went with my friend to Taco Bell who is autistic and the staff were completely rude and unhelpful and showed no effort to help when she was asking about the menu the lady who served us seemed more interested in her nails then providing customer interactions with unhelpful one word answer which when walking away had my friend upset and questioning if she was the problem please sort this out and give your staff training on being more inclusive and this experience made us not want to return

It's ok, food was tasty but not very hot, took a while to come out but lady on the till was very nice about it. Churros are good. Finding seating wasn't a problem even on a weekend.

First time having it was great. The flavours are really good. Chips are nicely seasoned making it so much better. Many rumours about it making your stomach feeling weird and a hard time in the restroom but I feel absolutely fine so don't worry.

This place is not suitable vegetarian even though they give you options of getting the black bean instead of the beef and the woman on the till is a disregard when another staff told us this she was like I should have asked am sorry but you would think chips are okay! Will never go again! Thank you to the one good staff that told us this.

Great food from the food court in the Armadale centre In Manchester with plenty of choices, I decided to have Taco Bell it was very nice and fresh

1st ever time I have had Taco Bell and I was so disappointed. It took ages to get served. I ordered the £12 sharing box, it comes with 2 beef soft tacos, 2 beef sealed wraps, 2 fries, 2 cinnamon puffs and 2 cheese sauce. The main reason for the disappointment was the lack of meat in the tacos and wraps. The fries were very very over seasoned. When I was waiting for my food 2 staff members were doing some paperwork (nothing wrong with that) apart from one man was scratching his lower back, put the paperwork away then without washing his hands just started to cook the food. It was not the best experience and to be fair this has now put me off Taco Bell.

Great value meals, for less then £10 you can get a tacos drinks chips and something sweet for after you can't complain

An all time fav from my student days in America. So happy that they have opemed in the UK. The taste is thr same and hooked on crunchy beef tacos. Tried their chicken soft taco box - great value at £5 for 2 tacos, drink, fries and cimmamon twists.

It usually bangs heavy but today the service and the food it was just poor I would like to say the girl who served me was wonderful but the ugly hunchback guy who I asked for extra sauces said I have to pay 55p for a sachet of sauce which I have never been asked to pay before I then asked to change the mayo and hot sauces my girlfriend had for mild as she only likes that one and he said no I still have to pay absolutely shocking from a place I love going to and always go to whenever I’m in town and to get onto the actual food it was just awful I ordered a crispy chicken burrito with just lettuce and it came with basically a full lettuce and a single piece of chicken and it was so poorly wrapped it fell apart all in my hand and my girlfriends taco supreme meal was just bland and full of lettuce and cheese and had the same issue as me it just fell apart in her hand it is sad to say but the highlight of the meal was the tiny portion of chips which the had put less in than any of the other times I have attended

One of my favorite places to go for food in town! Food is amazing and never disappoints. My go to order is crunchy beef tacos and the fries bell grande - cheese sauce from Taco Bell is amazing must try if you go for sure! Never had a problem with the quality of food here, I’m always left full with leftover food. 5/5!

Awesome food, but tragic service at this branch. There's always something going on. Either the system is down, or just casually not opening for an hour. I love taco bell, but it's not very accessible here. There should be another branch in Manchester.

It has happened to me already three times. I always pay through deliveroo and pay for an extra of churros con dulce de leche but they never give them to me. I think you should check what is going on cause I'm tired of having to ask for refunds.

Infact of long queue they were only running one POS. They are definitely under staffed but during long queues they should have two counters atleast. Waited for like 20 mins for my turn which was disappointing.

No “free” water. Sad. Chalupa shel hardly edible, hard taco fell apart into dozens of pieces. But at least I won’t be craving it anymore.

Been a few times in and each time I enjoyed a lovely meal. The Volcano Burrito is out of this world and there is no comparrison to the one made by any of the other similar locations in Liverpool.The ones in Liverpool (Kirkby -with flegmatic members of staff)were anorexic and dry compared to the ones I ve had the pleasure of eating here. Plus the members of staff in this Manchester location are very polite and customer focused and it is obvious they have group cohesion.Real team work!! Carmen has prepared some lovely burrito's for us, she was outstanding and very polite. The food was simply put amazing!Well worth the money!!Taco Bell is indeed fortunate to have such members of staff!!

Ordered a meal for 4, but this doesn't come with sauce for churros. Can't buy it seperatly either. Had to buy extra churros just to get sauce. Had the tiniest amount in the tub which just covered the bottom, obviously out of spite? There must be gold in the sauce or they are taking the cost out of their wages. I can't understand why they just refuse to give you any. Also despite 2 people 'checking' the bags, we are missing several items. Won't be returning now , we love the food but the staff just don't care.

Taco Bell will always get 5 stars from me as long as they deliver what I order in good time and this is what happened in The Arndale Centre. The servers were really helpful too. Only 'problem' was no ice in the soft drinks machine but to me this isn't a problem as it was signposted and the drinks were chilled anyway.

I love TacoBell!!! However the arndale taco bell seems to be hit and miss with food temperatures when I’ve previously ordered. The crunch wrap is my go to meal with a lemon freeze. Remember to get the hottest sauce packets and enjoy!

I think it’s definitely affordable compared to most fast food restaurants having to increase prices recently, and it’s always great quality. I went at midday in half term so the queue was massive and it did take a while, but it was definitely worth the wait.

Being from USA and the lack of taco bell near me, I always visit one when available. The line was long but moved quickly. Carmen taking orders never stopped smiling and gave a welcoming feeling to every customer. She was very friendly and upbeat. All front of house staff seemed to genuinely enjoy what they were doing and for fast food outlets, this is rarely seen. I ordered vegetarian burritos by mistake and had to go and order a second time. I told Carmen of my error and she proceeded to make sure I got it right by explaining all the choices. She got a sample of their volcano sauce and some chips to try before I buy. She gave better service in 3 minutes than most sit down restaurant staff do in an hour. And always with an upbeat attitude. Taco Bell food is what it is. Basic,somewhat tasty and filling. But the service I received was awesome.
