Food is okay,overpriced for the taste and quantity but the staff are lovely

It will always be my number one; the light of my life, the fire of my loins. I aim towards Taco Bell as if I were preprogrammed, ignoring all the other NPC tier establishments around me, seemingly floating to the purple-glowing insignia. Yes, they may accidentally give you beef instead of beans. This is why you always check beforehand, unless you feel like playing Russian roulette. Yes, it takes what feels like an awkwardly long 10 minutes for the receipt to print out. But I don’t think there’s anywhere else that does a £1.99 burrito, or fries as mouthwateringly exquisite. Thank you, Taco Bell, for providing cheap and satiating food for vegetarians. Thank you, sad looking manager, for always being there. Thank you, man that wears the mask and the baseball cap, for always making my food. I love you, Taco Bell. 🩷

Eastern asian man on cash till was the most pleasant part of my experience! Portions sizes are shite i asked for more fries as i was given about 10 and they gave me the exact same shit in a different container. Don’t visit this taco bell go to picadilly instead.

To be Honest I would like a Refund as my Girlfriends Volcano Burrito was meant to just have chicken in as an alternative yet there was beef inside it and she can have bad reactions to beef and it could've ended badly if we didn't notice so I'm really not happy about this

It's probably not worth as much, the portions are a bit small.

Worst experience ever had i specially wrote instructions that i don’t want beef in it because i am vegetarian but still the manager name alex on call was so rude that he can’t change anything until you modify it and before ordering i confirmed that i can’t modify ao they told to write instructions. He had been so rude 2-3 times when i went to the store. I think he should know how to talk to people.

independent delivery need to learn how to knock on people's doors to say your food as arrived. Trying to phone me to come outside and collect it. No wonder you never get tipped

absolutely shocking from justeat. rings me up 2 hours later expecting to pick up cold food. told him literally to shove it.

Once our food was recieved, we opened the bag to a spilt taco everywhere. It was disgusting. However, once this was reimbursed by the staff, the food was quite nice apart from the churros which were essentially glorified cinnamon crisps.

I got extreme diarrhea and staffs didn’t care about my extreme diarrhea and the Atmosphere sounded like little girl screaming because of drake

food was alright, you’ll be satisfied. but as an american, UK taco bell is just less justified. smaller portions, worse fillings, and higher prices just make it worse for me.

All though not the delivery drivers fault my food was dropped all over the floor because paper bags get wet with condensation

Great delivery speed but must have given and older Crunchwrap Supreme because it was soggy, chily, not crunchy, and tasted a bit weird... Would hav returned or asked for refund if I was in the restaurant.

The delivery person could do with a smile on his face and say hello when delivering the food. He didn’t say a word 🙄😤 very unprofessional. If you are not happy with your job quit and look for a better one 😉

did not received my order im the concierge in Abito Quay number 4 said its been delivered at 15:37 had not even checked the cctv no one out side realy disappointed iv asked for a refund now will definitely not order from this place again 😡😡 no need for the courier to not turn up no wonder loads of customers all ways give bad reviews realy disappointing should be ashamed like the saying Karma is a 🤬

literally haven’t received my order and it’s been over an HOUR since its said ‘delivered’. Even called the restaurant to which a guy answered saying hello and as soon as I spoke he hung up. So disrespectful. Why bother answer if you’re just gonna hang up on me? Terrible service and extremely disappointing.

So I made payment twice I raised several request for refund.. I uploaded my bill and my account statement Once someone replied After that no resolution for my issue

Our order got pushed back from 7:20 to 7:30 then to 7:40 then our delivery man on a bike did not communicate at all and just kept shouting random things down the phone. After 10 minutes of trying to ask him where he was I had to resort to asking him to message me as he couldn’t communicate where he was. He ended up being 5 minutes away from my drop off point and by the time I finally got back with the food it was 8pm. So all our food was cold.

Ordered at 1.20pm, at 3.10pm the driver phoned from incorrect location. Food was never delivered, delivery driver went to the wrong location, demanded I walk to meet him (which would have been a 10 min walk, I explained I wasn’t wearing a coat and it was 2 degrees outside). Refused to drive 1 min journey to meet me at the address used in my order where I was stood freezing, gave me ‘7’ minutes to get to him or he would leave, shouted at me, and then clicked ‘delivered’. £14 order never received.

Tacobell gave me the wrong order

Chips had nearly no coating on. Basically plain. Asked for extra protein (chicken was added) but the problem was that the beef was taken away and chicken added

Bag was soggy and food was pretty cold

I found the food to be mostly bland. There are some items on the menu which are significantly better but unless you are someone that eats lots of fast food I would not recommend this as the likelyhood of you finding the best item on this menu is slim. I do have to say the service and friendliness of staff is impeccable and they are extremely helpful.
