The food was very good. The waitress Jesse done her job well and with a smile, we felt like we were looked after very well.

We took my teenage daughter here for her birthday dinner. Very warm welcome from the lovely host and our waitress was charming, just super smiley and friendly which feels quite rare these days. The food was enjoyable and the Mr Allen Platter shared between two of us was generous and delicious. Other orders included the hot dog and secret menu hamburger which our daughters loved. The staff also made a lovely fuss of our daughter and sang happy birthday to her (which the restaurant joined in on). The pianist in the bar was great and added to a fun but not overbearing atmosphere. Would recommend :)

Super Burger und Pommes aus englischer Herkunft. Im Geschäft geht es hektisch her, große Geräuschkulisse, zu Unterhaltungen auch der laute Nummeraufruf des Service. Super vor einem Musicalbesuch, da bleibt oft nicht viel Zeit zum gemütlichen Speisen.

The food was very nice and didn’t take long at all to be served. The male waiter we had was very friendly as well as the manager, service with a smile!

Esperábamos tomar unas copas sin embargo 3 miembros del personal ignoraron totalmente a mi marido en el bar. Parece que sólo te sirven si eres local, incluso cuando un local dijo que mi marido estaba esperando a ser servido él todavía fue ignorado. Mi marido dijo al personal que estaba esperando ser servido, totalmente ignorado. Huelga decir que nos fuimos y fuimos a otro lugar como lo hicimos en nuestra segunda noche. No volvería a tener ese trato poco profesional ya que era obvio que los 3 miembros del personal lo vieron, lo miraron y lo ignoraron

A really good burger, a superb milkshake and enough fried to feed six guys (rather than 5). Only loses a star because it's so bloody expensive.

Absolutely banging food, service, 3 course meal during the day £25 no brainer.

This was our first trip to the London steakhouse and we were not disappointed. The food was stunning, the staff couldn't have been more helpful and, overall, we had a great time. Highly recommend it (we went to the Chelsea restaurant) and will definitely be returning.

Booked a table for 10 to do wings Wednesday. Arrived and the place was shut. No communication from them to let me know they where not opening

Excellent welcome, excellent ambience and tasty food. However, where money is concerned, they're tighter than two coats of paint, for example, my iced oat milk latte costing £4.10 came in a SMALL glass (tumbler sized), which to my mind is unheard of for an iced latte. Usually one gets a tall glass for a iced latte. And I only got 8 VERY small quarters of strawberry on my pancakes. That's 2.6 very small pieces of strawberry per pancake. Simply not enough in my view.

Came for a meal with my mum and sister. Was served by Dan, who was lovely all night, and made sure we had everything we needed. All the food and drinks were amazing, will definitely be returning!
