Quality bit of food ordered to Barton from hull still come hot and fresh and the BBQ pulled pork is something to die for 🤩 I will be ordering again well worth the money

Ordered a veggie burger a specifically asked if it contained peppers (peppers really upset my stomach) they checked the ingredients and assured me no peppers, it did contain peppers. Also the menu states ‘home made’ veggie patty, they are not home made, just a regular bought in veggie burger. Rung and still said they don’t have peppers in its carrots, 100% they are peppers, they checked again and confirmed it contained peppers. Ordered a falafel wrap which was ok, didn’t even offer a refund for the difference in cost, I had to ask. First time we have used this take away & wont try again.

The BEST burgers we have ever had the pleasure of devouring!!! Fantastic selection and sides have given us without a doubt one of the best burger experiences in a while!! One of the Best Burger companies locally. The Gourmet burgers are full of flavour, juicy and a good size for the price. The burgers come in brioche buns and are full with the fillings. My partner particularly likes the mushroom swiss (he also adds an extra pattie to the burger). The topped chips are an excellent size and a meal within itself. We particularly like the Chilli Con Carni Fries or the BBQ Pulled Pork. As someone who doesn't eat alot, I tend to get the kids chicken burger (i ask for it southern fried as it's very tasty) and the burger and chips as a perfect portion size. Nothing is too much for the staff. We order off just eat and I can be a fussy eater. They have accomodated my needs on many occasions. The delivery drivers are always friendly and polite also. Highly recommended.

I'm partial to a naughty burger.. this place is probably one of the best burgers I had. Everything we have ordered so far have been exceptional.. milkshakes are to die for.. burgers, chips, wraps.. you name it, its amazing. Delivery is lightening quick too, ok it's £3.50 for delivery but from clicking order to it being delivered is 15-20 mins. Amazing 👏

Don’t order from here this is what I received... absolutely shocking and unacceptable! If I could rate 0 I would.

Ordered at 7:30 pm, told it would be delivered at 8:15, called at 8:30 and told it was been cooked and wouldn’t be long, called again at 9 and told they were on their way. Finally got delivered at 9:15. Such a shame because the burgers were nice but service was shocking. The girl I spoke to was also quite abrupt on the phone. We won’t be going here again unfortunately.

The burgers and chicken wraps are to die for. The only problem is when asked for extra bacon on my burger. There was hardly any bacon on it. For an extra £1:20 on a £7:50 burger you would expect more than half a slice of bacon.

The burgers were amazing. Probably the best burgers we have had in Hull. Chips weren't so great. But will defo order from there again in the future.

Deliver was 30 minutes late (about an hour and 20 after I ordered. At about an hour and 15 I called to see if they were ok and could find the place. I was brushed off and told it would be 5 minutes. I called to say the food was stone cold. They did offer to redeliver. I asked for a refund instead (because my toddler needs to go to bed) and we can’t wait another hour. I was told they could only refund if they could collect the food. So the food now sits on our front step. And we have ordered elsewhere where their delivery is faster.

Considering the order was made on a busy Friday evening and out of the way, the delivery time was very respectable. When calling for an update, the employee was very professional. The quality of the burger and the buffalo wings was beyond outstanding. And the Kinder Bueno fudge was absolutely heavenly. Will definitely order in the future.

Just ordered for the first time from here, the burger was outstanding, best burger I've had in a very long time, the buffalo wings were extremely delicious and the kinder bueno fudge is next level, customer service was top quality and they also delivered all the way to Barton which not many take aways in hull will.

I orders 2 burgers a miami burger and a cheese burger with added bacon also 2 chips and can of drink food came early but when i opened the burgers they was cold the miami burger has egg in it and even the egg was cold rang the takeaway and they replied with we have never had a complaint before but that is totally wrong when they have a 1 hygine inspection review for what we paid for that and the first burgers we recived were cold the send ones come and the cheese burger was so soggy the takeaway has gone so down hill since hannah didnt run it no more will never order again and will deffo not advise anyone to order from there 😡

Hi after not ordering for possibly a year after being out off by previously uncooked burgers by previous owner, we tried again. On a positive the sliders chicken and pulled pork are To die for!!!!! Absolutely love them both.❤️ The cheeseburger on the sliders again not cooked all the way through... why??? Each time there’s an excuse about it’s how they should be.... well no, actually it’s not for everyone, not everyone likes rare beef if so we would ask for it, I’ve been brought up to have cooked food thoroughly not dry or burnt just done right. Brown not red, please!!

Ordered three of their Gourmet cheese burgers and a mix of sweet potato and skin on fries yesterday. Food tasted great, portion size was great and more than we could handle, and delivery was quick and prompt. Would recommend to anyone who likes Gourmet Burgers.

Gorgeous burgers, used making top quality meat. Always check with them what specials they have on that day, as it can save you a few quid.

Ordered at 5pm, was delivered at 7:10pm!!!! didn’t call to advise that delivery was going to be late. The worst part was that it definitely wasn’t worth the wait. Will never use again. Poor service, food average.

We ordered from Hannah's and received some of the worst service we've ever had! They sent us something that was supposed to be a Caesar Salad but it resembled something a cat hawked up. We called to let them know in hope they'd offer a replacement but the fact that we could hear them laughing at us in the background made us rethink and request a refund. This simple request angered them so much they passed us around to several people who were getting more and more argumentative. All the while we could hear others swearing and shouting about us in the background. They actually argued with us about how many leaves a salad should contain, what leaves should be in it and that it was actually pronounced "Kaiser" salad...we couldn't help lose our temper at some point as it certainly is not pronounced that way! Being hung up on and them telling us how busy they were so they didn't have time to deal with us really topped it off! Sadly, all the while they are very much missing the point. We chose to spend our money with them and we were not happy with something they produced. A simple solution is all it would have taken to ensure that we continue giving them our money in the future - something all businesses should want. The new owners at Hannah's, however, are more concerned with the size of their egos and think nothing of telling customers to go and spend their money with their competition. It's a shame really, the original owners of Hannah's were great with their customers and they deserved the success they gained when it was in their hands. It's sad to see what's happened with Hannah's now and unless it gets sold on again, or the current owners have a change of heart, we foresee everyone taking their advice and taking their business elsewhere.

Ordered on Just eat and they gave is a estimated time for delivery. This was then changed and put back another 30 minutes and then the order was cancelled. Tried to call them to ask if we could collect it if they were too busy to deliver and the phone was constantly engaged so presume they had taken the phone off the hook. Terrible service.

Ordered a huge order from these guys after completing some On Job Training with my company (original company we ordered with (won't name here) let us down). The guys told us it would take a while to complete as our order was in 66 parts. Sooo tasty, and turned up early; had to make the driver wait while I went to the cash point!!! Would recommend to anyone, especially those needing a good meal. This Type of service I give a good Rating!!!! ;)

Since changing hands this place has gone massively downhill. Not only is the food poor now (cold and soggy), the service is absolutely terrible. They got my order wrong then I got attitude when I called to let them know, no apology! Then when leaving a bad review on just-eat I got a reply from 'Ian' saying the description of the order was ambiguous. Not wanting to take responsibility for getting the order wrong!!!! The description was 'just lettuce on burger please'. Not difficult to get your head around really. If you can't take an order that simple, you should be nowhere near a kitchen or dealing with any customers. Will never go here again and will also recommend other people stay well away!

I have ordered plenty of times in the past and the food has always been great tonight I order 3 items wait over 1 hr for delivery then 1 item missing to be told they would be straight back 1 hr later the item arrives wrong NEVER will I order again!!!

We got to the shop 9:56pm we're the chef Adam had already turned the grill off and other staff were cashing up they was very friendly and turned the grills back on we ordered the big Texan and a Swiss cheese with mushroom both with skin on fries and wasn't waiting all that long we shared both burgers and both were full of flavour really juicy looking forward to visiting you guys again thank you

Well where to start? In the past I have ordered food from hannas and it has been amazing, what came tonight was absolutely poor! I paid £19.45 for some overly salty hollow chips, 2 burgers (1 meat and 1 vegetarian) wrapped in tin foil.....yes that's right TIN FOIL, one of which was split causing the juices from the burger containing meat to go all over, almost rendering the vegetarian burger inedible, not that it was very pallatable to begin with, it was dry and just not very tasty. I ordered at 7:14pm and called to find out where my order was at 8:30pm to be told it was leaving the kitchen in 2 minutes, 20 minutes later it arrived (I live 5 minutes away in car).

Excellent sandwiches and wraps +++. Something for every one of my family. Great service to boot.

The food has always been nice when I've ordered in the past but the biggest let down is always the service. After waiting an hour for my meal to have it cancelled without a reason and then not answer the phones is shocking.

Ordered from here a few times and although we've been left to wait a while the food was always worth it, ordered tonight and was given a delivery time of 20:50 (an hour and half from the order time) nothing had come by 21:10 so I called to chase and was told by a very friendly woman, after speaking to the kitchen, that they are very busy tonight and that I would be waiting at least another 45 minutes, taking my order placed around 19:40 to he delivered at around 22:00, stop taking orders if you don't have the man power to carry out your deliveries at your set times, and if you can't do this at least have the decency to call your customers and tell them your going to be a mere hour late, as mentioned earlier the food, if you get it is fantastic, maybe just order 2 hours before your hungry.

Gourmet burgers mmmmm mm are delicious

Hannas is a great place for burgers. Lean meat with just enough fat to keep them from being dry. The sweet potatoe fries to accompany them are delicious. Plenty of choices for dessert to if you have the appetite.

We visited Hanna's today for a family meal as we were staying in the area. We sat inside and spent £24 for 3 of us... You can't go wrong! The food was absolutely delicious; the slider burgers were a big hit and so were the sweet potato fries. The phone was ringing off the hook while we were there too so it's clearly a favourite with the locals. Will definitely go back if we get chance.

Quite simply the best burgers in Hull. The skin on and sweet potato fries are also delicious. Try it you won't be disappointed!

After reading the reviews maybe I missed something. Yes burgers are ok nothing too special and over priced too. It's a cafe during the day which isn't bad. But to me the food is just average it's better if the American woman isn't there.

Have been going to Hannah's for a while now and are always amazing burgers, have tried most of the burgers and fries and the brownies are also delicious , have yet to try the breakfasts and have been told by others that they too are really good , would definitely recommend to others and will definatly keep using Hannah's

First of all, calling this fast food, or take away, does not do it justice. It is definitely restaurant quality.

Absolutely amazing food! The burgers are really tasty and the sweet potato fries are a must. I have tried there desserts aswell which are homemade and gorgeous. I have had carrot cake from there before and it is one of the best i have ever tried. Friendly staff, will certainly be returning.

So living in hull a few years now I have sampled many of its takeaways and stumbled up on this a week or so ago. It was delicious great burgers and chips, by far better than any of the rivals they have in hull and lovely staff too. Definitely will be visiting here again.

Lovely Gourmet burgers! We ordered through the app which was quick and easy and was delivered at the time stated. Not cheap but these aren't your usual kebab shop cheap burgers, you can taste the difference! The burgers are huge and very filling I struggled to each mine and a portion of chips!

We ordered a gourmet burger and the big Texas as well as the buffalo chicken wings and skin on fries. Wow the burgers are so moist and succulent the best I have had for a long time, think I'd died and gone to heaven when I ate my burger. The whole meal was lovely and hot like it had been delivered from my own kitchen and not a takeaway. Will definitely be returning to try out other burgers.

We found Hannas on just eat. It's more expensive than your average take away but worth the extra. I tend to go for the classic with pulled pork on top it's so good I'm happy to have it each time. My husband however works his way through the menu and back again. Definitely the best burger place we've found anywhere we've been so far........

Came across hannas after going to the fish and chip shop next door (also excellent.). Fantastic burgers and gorgeous sweet potato fries. You can tell it is quality which is reflected in the price but still worth every penny. Oreo truffles to die for!!!

Love Hanna's-have had hot and cold sandwiches from here for breakfast and lunch many times and regularly order the burgers for delivery on just eat in the evening. Always fresh and delicious. Homemade cakes as well-they occaisionally have a chocolate and guiness cake thats to die for xx

My husband and I wanted takeaway on a Sunday evening but really didn't fancy any of the usual options. Went on Just Eat for inspiration and found Hanna's Burgers. After checking the Scores on the doors and seeing 5 out of 5 we decided to give it a go. At first glance at the menu, it does seem a little more expensive for a burger in comparison to other takeaways in hull, but don't be fooled, you really do get what you pay for and it was cheaper than Chinese or Indian. I ordered the Black and Blue Burger and added Applewood smoked bacon. It was unreal. The best burger I ever had. My husband ordered The double cheese and bacon burger and skin on fries. He described it as 'awesome'. The burgers are huge and very filling and the fries were lovely. For dessert, I ordered a peanut butter brownie but they called me and said they were out so offered me an alternative of cookies or a normal brownie, I ordered a brownie. What arrived was a brownie AND a cookie for no extra charge. Both were ridiculously delicious. If I was forced to find fault, I think £2.50 delivery is expensive. I think it should be reduced when spending over £20. However, that won't put me off ordering again as the food was amazing and the delivery was quick.
