Great takeaway food is always top quality I have used crystals for over 10 years. All staff have always been polite Sad to hear that you maybe closing down soon you will be missed 😢

Absolutely awful takeaway, I got a kebab today and it was that bad I took it back, I've never tasted any thing so bad in my life, the donner meat tasted like it had been sitting there for 3 days. The owner was extremely rude to me, very poor service, there's no wonder he's having to work in another takeaway now because this one has gone down hill that bad!! From Charlie b

Ribs was very over cooked couldn't be eaten, satay chicken was cold and very dry also didn't taste that nice prawn toast was very soggy. Chips taste like they had been cooked earlier and then been warmed back up. That was my partners order I don't eat from lucky star I had crystal (which was lovely as always)

The mixed kebab was nice and the donner meet and chips however, the FREE 12 inch garlic was burnt to a crisp and very tough shame really a bit of quality control would of noticed it. I think I will think twice before ordering from here again.

Went in on Saturday night, the staff are incredible and so easy to talk to however the food was even better. Genuinely the best doner meat I have ever had. The service and food were absolutely 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone who is interested in having good food then Crystal is the place to go

it was delivered quite quickly and was hot , the fries are nicely cooked Always golden and hot with plenty of chip spice the only thing was my partners lamb shish was a bit chewy and came with salad Instead of chips and my chicken wrap came with chips instead of salad we also ordered garlic sauce and 1chilli sauce but we didn't get them although my wrap did Have chilli sauce on it. I still think it's a good clean place with an affordable menu which is exactly what people want right now .😉

Visited after some time and was rather nice place as clean and served in short time so worth to go there again

The food option in just eat is different to there menu . And you end up speaking to a very rude manager.

Food ok nice staff, can't just have a burger anymore have to have it fries which ups the price. Dont like being forced to order something I don't want , prob will not return

Waited over an hour for delivery and they forgot to include my salad and sauce that I’d paid for. Tried calling but they had closed.

Best place for sfc wings, pizzas, and kebabs. The only thing I would say is a bit more chip spice on chips. Delivery driver is lovely always polite to our family when he delivers 😀

Had a doner kebab delivered worst ever doner meat dry and like cardboard won't be using again would never recommend

I have had a doner kebab and a doner meat pizza they have been good portions and both have tasted excellent! The staff are friendly and i will be returning and would definitely recommend.😁

Ordered for first time tonight. Food was fresh and hot, and portion size was brilliant. Doubt there's better value for money anywhere than offer 9.

Generally the food was good and arrived at the earlier end of the estimated time slot. Only problem was my wife's pepperoni pizza, it didn't taste right. Couldn't put my finger on it but it was off, my wife couldn't stomach it all so ended up not really having anything to eat which was disappointing.

After a nightmare of a journey today this food was exactly what we needed. Will definitely order again!

Chips were cold and hard... Really uneatable. Burger greedy. They saving grace was Donner kebab and the free garlic bread. Was very disappointed

We ordered kebabs. My chicken kebab meat was stone cold as the yoghurts sauce had been put on. The chicken was burnt in places and the portion was tiny. My husband ordered a large lamb kebab, which was 6 small pieces of chewy lamb, again cold. The salad was a bit sad and the chilli sauce, which was at least in a separate tub, was watery. Sadly we won't be using this place again. The search for a decent kebab in East Hull continues.

Food order delivered wrong, owner was aware on calling and sent out the correct food which arrived cold and hard. Incorrect sauces sent and salad very salty. It's a no from me.

i have been going to this take-away for 20 years and have only been dissatisfied once when the fries were cold when we got a delivery.the same guy has ran it all these years he always has time for a chat even when busy.anyway “the food” is all good.hot shot pizza and chicken kebab are excellent

Phoned Crystal up with an order for collection. We opted for a 7" meat feast, onion rings and a Viking Boat special. The total price was around £14.50. I was told the order would be ready in 15 mins and it was. On getting home, everything seemed hot. The Viking Boat wasn't quite what I expected, it is literally a flat pizza in a leaf shape. For some reason my greedy guts thought it'd be a 3D boat, rather like an open calzone lol. Tucking in after my initial disappointment I tried an onion ring. That was very nice and crisp, no sogginess. The fries were nice too. I then tried my Viking pizza and it was actually very nice. The cheese was tasty and the doner meat was cooked just perfectly. My favourite part was the stuffed crust. It''s probably the best I have tasted. I didn't try the meat feast but my son enjoyed it and loved the onion rings too. Will definitely be having a pizza from here again. Delicious!

Very disappointed. Ordered a large kebab. This is normally shared between 2 of us when ordering from elsewhere. Was so small and the meat was stone cold.

Lovely food- we're certainly a big fan of the Donner and chicken wraps. Also loved the chips. The delivery guy was really friendly and upbeat for someone out in this rubbish weather with it being icy and freezing!

Superb. Crystal will now be my regular Saturday order. Quality donner kebab meat, quality shish kebab meat, proper garlic yogurt and freshly made chilli sauce (ie not out of a bottle). I cleaned my plate! Cheers Crystal.

Food arrived hot and early, which was great. We ordered the 2 meat kebab (both meats chosen were chicken) and expected them to be rather big considering they were more expensive than just a large chicken kebab but, whilst the chicken was absolutely delicious, I wouldn’t say there was a lot of it for the price. We didn’t get the free garlic bread either, despite spending enough and specifying in the comments box that we’d like it.

I mean come on!! It's 3 ingredients. Donner meat. Chips. Garlic sauce. Either I'm not looking close enough or you forgot to add 1 of the simplest sauces to my food. Maybe if you watched the TV less and paid more attention to your job, this wouldn't be missed. Plain donner meat and chips just isn't worth the money

Mixed Kebabs was excellent, the fries tasty, the only issue was the garlic bread, although crispy lacked a little garlic and cheese. Delivery was early which was alright better than being late. I would order again.

Pizza burnt to a crisp chicken not cooked and like rubber and the bottle of coke was flat and out of date never going again

We ordered a meat feast pizza with stuffed crust, there was barely any meat and no cheese in the crust. The scampi we ordered was burnt to a crisp and totally un eatable. Would not recommend. Disgusting..

I ordered donner meat and chips with chilli and garlic. The donner was nice. The chips were crispy with just amount of chip spice on they were perfect. The chilli sauce is beautiful its got a nice heat to it but not too spicy and the garlic is really nice. Nice and creamy with the right amount of garlic to it.

Quite late by usual standards and because it was out for delivery longer than normal the extra large fries in a paper bag sweated in the carrier and were soggy and warm and ended up being thrown away. Also the offered free garlic bread was not sent. Usually a very good delivery but below average this time

Food was ok but the potions were tiny, hardly any salad or chicken and no garlic sauce, wouldn’t order again.Could of spent £15 a lot better.
