Worst takeaway ever. Ordered at 9pm on a Monday night, expected delivery 9.50pm. Came to 10.30pm still not arrived. Phoned them up and it arrived as I was taking to the most unprofessional person at 10.40pm. Wasn't interested. Couldn't even get my address correct. Food was freezing. Went straight in the bin. Avoid.

Amazing!! Ordered to hessle 11/12/24 and the food was fantastic. Had a nice chat with the gaffer at the door, food took a while but I was prepared when I ordered for that due to being busy. I will be back 100%. Best corn dogs Iv ever tasted and the loaded chips (Thai & posh cheesy) were unreal!! Thanks 5 stars all round

I'm just getting over phenomenon and haven't eaten in 13 days Ordered the Double fiery cow and chips with bolognase Oh boy they went down a treat. All I can say is them burgers are the BOMB Never had a burger as good as this Top notch Guys I feel much.better 👍🏻

En lo positivo - la camarera era encantadora, PERO parecía caro para las hamburguesas, no eran nada especial, el servicio era muy lento y los televisores eran muy ruidosos con asientos incómodos. Muchas veces parecía que no había nadie sirviendo. Las porciones de papas fritas eran buenas. Un poco decepcionante.

delivery time was perfect food did have a slight issue with time for arrival but they was happy to compensate under the circumstances which I have never had before even when food was reheated was fantastic to be able to get some good vegan alternative food my wife had fully enjoyed everything about the delivery thank you so much

Extremely dissapointed, I usually order from here as a treat but apparently sunday night isn't the night for that. I ordered the meal at 8:20 and it arrived at 10:20 the food was barely warm and had to be reheated. I used to rave about this place especially their posh chips. I won't be bothering now. simply not worth it

Everything was great! Ordered from here a few days back and it has remained consistent in quality and the portions are brilliant! Driver has also been friendly and on time, I honestly can’t fault anything. Will be back again soon!

I was walking past crafted and decided to call in for a drink. I was pleasantly surprised there was a good range of beers, lager and cider. The stout was very nice. The bar is a lot bigger than it appears from the outside. There is plenty of seating inside and a nice outside seating area. I haven't tried the food, but it looks very good. The bar is dog friendly. I will definitely come again.

Me dio tanta vergüenza haber recomendado Craftrr a un amigo después de comer allí hace un par de semanas. La comida que pedí no era la que tenía antes, me despidieron pidiendo lo mismo. Mi amigo ordenó lo mismo basado en mi recomendación. Sé que tiene algunos problemas con ciertos alimentos así que sentí que esta iba a ser una muy buena opción. La orden fue tomada con gusto, con el reconocimiento de que queríamos una comida saludable. El aguacate estaba destinado a ser una gran característica e ingrediente principal de la comida - mi amiga no podía ver nada en su plato y apenas podía ver una pizca en el mío. El aguacate que faltaba en esta "opción de ensalada saludable" (así que no hay bollos de hamburguesa, sino ensalada en su lugar) fue entonces fuertemente compensado con la adición de una montaña de crutones. Te pregunto, con lágrimas en los ojos, ¿cuál habría sido el punto de elegir no tener los bollos? Resulta que estaban bajos de energía pero no nos dijeron esto. Probablemente confiaba en que fuéramos demasiado estúpidos para notar que lo que pedimos no era lo que obtuvimos, no lo sé pero es una falta tan básica de buen servicio al cliente que no nos da la opción de elegir otra cosa. Di comentarios y esto fue aceptado, pero dado el precio de esta opción más saludable no voy a volver a ninguna prisa y ciertamente no recomendar a nadie más.

Great food but always let down by delivery. Last night got a call to say my order was a little late but with the driver and 10 minutes away. 45 mins later still no food. After I called to complain it finally arrived 15 mins later

Paid £8 for loaded posh cheesey chips - there was no loaded at all - it just had a dab of garlic mayo in the corner - is also paid an extra £2 for Monterey Jack on the cheesy cow burger - it might as well have been plain burger as had the tiniest bit of cheese ever - not your usual standard

Chilli burger 🤤💚, dog friendly and chilled atmosphere.

Even after years of not going to crafted, the food and atmosphere is still great. Only not been because of work commitments and COVID. But wow it has suvived and I can see why. The food is great. The restaurant is fun and alcohol on offer is great.

Quality was much better, almost back up to how it was years ago. Food was very late however, the restaurant did call just as expected delivery time was ending and said it would be 15 mins. The food turned up 40 mins later

I love the atmosphere there, cool people, lots of doggos (place is dog friendly). Good bar food and good beer - prices are also a plus. Also, if you are looking for a good coffee - they got you covered! I recommend their Vanilla Iced Latte

The jalapeños were rubbish tbh, they were like little chunks of batter. Wouldn't bother with those again. Chips were OK but was a bit substandard overall, bit disappointing compared to how the food used to be a few months ago

I was initially put off by the poor reviews but after deciding to go for it I could not have been happier with the food, the loaded chips were sublime and the rest superb. Coming all the way to Hessle on a Wed and was still nice and hot. Plus Crafted also took time to call to discuss the order to get it right, Impressed.

Food is absolutely delicious, service was slow but was a busy Saturday. Was worth the wait. Top class burgers. I had the chicken and my partner had a double beef burger. We had a cheesy chip side to share which was amazing. Love the beer and left feeling satisfied. Money well spent. Will be visiting again

Lovely place ,but I must say the portion sizes have gone down a but, I know cost of living and all that but just expect more last time, I love getting the chilli but I feel it use to come with more chilli and better dog ,, my friend always gets the burger and there bit small now ,I think bigger portions will bring more customers back and maybe some buffalo wings , a bit like aunt Bibby's use to Do,, just a suggestion :)

Ordered bacon n cheese burger. No bacon on the burger and hardly any sauce. The burger and rest of the food ordered wasn’t even warm never mind hot.

After ordering from here many times I'm sad to say the quality has really declined. The portion sizes are smaller on the naughty chips , dips not received for chicken. The chicken itself was delicious, however the burger was really poor. lack of flavour, bun not toasted and just a burger with sauce and lettuce. This has always been our go to takeaway but sadly its not the same.

Ordered here a handful of times and the food was always tasty, and decent portions of the posh fries, however this time the food didn’t appeal (beef burgers) and the portions have cut down in size! I don’t feel it is value for money anymore.

Food was okay. Burgers were burnt unfortunately and we qualified for the free item over £20 and didn’t receive it. Despite being burnt, burgers were still pretty tasty but unfortunately didn’t think they were worth the £10-12 we spent :(

This was arguably the best take away we've had for a very long time. Will certainly be going back. I initially thought It was a 'little' pricey, but it was absolutely worth it. It was absolutely banging.

Got a double double with the American fries and it was the most dense burger in existence. The black hole of burgers. It was banging and them American fries with the special mustard are to kill for. Thought five guys couldn’t be topped for burgers in england but this one smashed em. Delivery was quick and food was in great condition when I got it. Price might raise some concern but you definitely get what you pay for compared to a typical dry and depressing takeaway burger.

I was looking forward to visiting and I absolutely wanted to enjoy it but I just couldn’t. We ordered 2 large burger and 2 loaded fries and 2 cokes. The cokes had no taste like the syrup balance was off, burgers had cold spots throughout and was soggy in places. Loaded fries were not fries but actually chips, toppings wasn’t hot enough to even melt the cheese. It was empty when we visited so I’m unsure why food quality was so bad. Things can be missed in the middle of a busy service but £40 for average food at best just wasn’t the one unfortunately.

The burger was over cooked and the chilli chips now costing £7.00 for a regular portion hardly had any chips and the sauce lack the usual gorgeous homemade flavour. Have you been taken over all your prices have increased but the quality has gone down. I hope you get things sorted and improve your quality. Take care

Will not be ordering again. Really not worth the money. The burgers we order was freezer cold no taste no salad. The classic fries wasn’t fries at all they were big chips freezing cold and just a handful in each box. Very disappointed

Absolutely LOVE the food here, the loaded fries are insane and the burgers are lovely! However the last 2 visits have been a slight nightmare, for example on our last visit we didn’t receive our food for 1 hour and 45 minutes as there was a mistake by the waitress. I understand mistakes happen and the food will always be worth the wait!!

Such a gem. Don't really know what goes in the "naughty" chip sauce... Seems to involve cheese and perhaps some sort of beer? But my god. It is dreamy. Naughty and very, very nice . Reasonably priced, good sized portions, consistently delicious. Have tried both takeaway and eat in options over the course of my avenues tenure and would recommend both. It re-heats pretty well in the oven if you can't finish it all (probably a salmonella risk though so don't take this as advice). Barman today seemed a bit like he was stoned; good vibes tho and lovely chap so no harm done.

The food is amazing however, DO NOT order for delivery! The wait times are crazy, have order multiple times and at least 2 hour wait. It’s ridiculous and then of course when the food arrives it’s cold. If you’re going here eat in! They either need more delivery drivers or need to stop deliveries 2 hours is crazy.

Cannot rate highly enough, I live ~10 miles away and after speaking to their manager organised a special delivery to my house from the centre of Hull. Food arrived when I asked and in excellent condition. Food was amazing, just as a I remembered from living in the city.

Food was delivered really late and portion sizes were small in comparison to the photo, photo of chicken box has 10 pc of chicken whereas there were only 5 in the box when arrived.

Food as always was tasty, but the delivery time was horrific, ordered at 7:30, turned up at roughly 9:40, if your that busy / understaffed / lacking drivers, don’t accept orders online. Food was obviously fresh, as it was still hot.

Over an hour late & a burger missing, rest of food cold

We ordered 2 burgers and some loaded fries at about 7.30 with a delivery estimate given of 8.30. This time kept being moved later and later until it said 9.30 - fair enough, it's a Friday, it gets busy. We tried calling the restaurant to ask where the food was but the phone kept ringing out. We requested an update through just eat and were told at 9.40 that the food was being prepared. It arrived around 10.15. The food tasted really nice but sadly was pretty much completely cold by the time we got it.

Plant burger did not come with bretzel bun as advertised. 5 out of 6 chicken wings had feathers on still. Other items okay but no way worth the money for the quality when the main elements are so poorly prepared/incorrectly advertised

Bacon cheese burger was burnt, like all you could taste was a nasty burnt taste, bacon was also burnt, and somehow missing the cheese and topped with a horrid cheap ketchup. Wrong dips arrived with fried chicken, which were served on lettuce so battered coating was soggy. Halloumi covered in chip spice so couldn’t taste anything else, missing the sriracha and onions as stated in the description. Onion rings bland and served on a bed of lettuce making the batter soggy. Fried chicken coating was bland but the chicken was well cooked. Chips ok but overpriced for what they were.

Just Eat provided Crafted with the wrong address. When they got in touch with me I was able to give them the correct house number and the food was with us within 5 minutes. Excellent customer service and the food was up to its usual high standard.

Nice food, particularly the loaded chips - but what lets the place down is the extremely slow service. Took a long time for somebody to come and take our order and then even longer for the food to arrive ? Must’ve been a good 40 minutes. When the food arrived although it was nice it wasn’t particularly warm.

What an experience this had been. I placed an order on Saturday the 4th March via their website at 18:00 the delivery was due within 45 mins. I rang at 19:10 to be told my food had just left and would be 10 minutes. Rang again at 19:30 to be told my order was jammed in their printer so hadn’t in fact left the premises, wa then told that it was just ‘leaving now’. Called at 20:30…. Well you get the picture. I have tried to no avail since to gain a refund, even drove to the premises to insist on a refund but was taken all around the houses. Rang back yesterday to be told they’d send the money in an envelope within the hour, you guessed it…. It was a no show. So much stress from wanting to support local business. Completely and utterly appalled at how I’ve been treated here. So obviously I will say AVOID AVOID AVOID at all costs.

Went to Crafted last week to try out there new breakfast brunch menu. They offer it for delivery too which will be great with a hangover. Anyways my partner had the Fried chicken and waffles and I went for the Phat Stack and I was very happy with my choice - AMAZING - beats any other breakfast muffin ever. My wife said hers was also top drawer. Had that with 2 lattes which where also very good. Will be trying for delivery next!

Ordered takeaway, it was delivered quickly, the food was delicious, this was probably one of the best takeaways I have had, the food was hot and delicious, we ordered the buffalo chicken fingers and the home made buffalo sauce is the best I’ve ever tried, we also had the posh cheesy chips which were amazing, the portions were generous and would definitely order again!

This is the second time this year we had a delivery from Crafted. They told us it would take up to 90 minutes to arrive. It took 110 minutes and our posh chips sharer was missing and all the food was cold. I can’t complain about the young girl on the phone, she was apologetic and did her best to get the order sorted. She was told by her manager it could be re-heated. Absolutely not! For that comment alone, I will never reuse them. The new food took over an hour to come but the delivery driver was lovely. The food itself tasted great and he took our old food back. So from ordering it took 3.5 hours to eat (a birthday tea too!) What a pity as this has happened both times used and looking on the reviews, not just to ourselves.
