Love! popped in for food and cocktails and was amazing. the portions were unreal and the wings/fried chicken... AMAZING. we all had cocktails and they were so so good! i would personally avoid rugby night as there was no music/ atmosphere due to the sport so we didnt stay for more drinks as planned but either way would 100% return 💗

Ordered at 7:24pm didn’t arrive till 10pm , when I rang to ask for an update as it was 1hr late the guy was rude and arrogant , then proceeded to say within 30 mins it would arrive ( did not arrive for another hour) , they then posted on just eat it had arrived when it hadn’t so had to contact again to be told it was on way , the food then came cold , and the cheese looked like it had been melted and left for ages , would not order again

Got sent the out for delivery message to then have it take 35 minutes to do a 10 minute drive, food turned up absolutely freezing but was a very expensive microwave meal

I'm a regular crafted customer and never have a bad word to say (despite the long delivery times) however I can usually deal with this as the food is always enjoyable. However today was unacceptable and atrocious... the food was very late & soggy

We visited here tonight, first time visiting but definitely will not be the last. We’ve lived in Hull for 4 years and are so annoyed we have only just found this place, only got ourselves to blame. The food was insane, every flavour came through and nothing had a blanket taste of one thing despite there being multiple components to the loaded fries and chicken burger. The cocktails were lovely and I fell in love with the vimto one! Such a good range of draught beers and spirits. The staff were lovely and nothing was too much of a hassle for them. We cannot wait to come back. Proper good value for money, it’s not often you leave a restaurant properly stuffed these days but can confirm we are in a food coma on the couch!

Delicious food as always, it arrived hot and as expected. The delivery driver was really friendly and apologised for the delay, but it arrived within the delivery window.

Great food - the loaded chips are the best!

Absolutely fantastic experience once again! Hungry nurses ordered during our 13.5 hour shift and the food arrived in good time (especially considering it’s football tonight) and was still piping hot. Member of staff delivering was super friendly as he has been before. Can’t fault the place! Thank you so much again :)

Ordered 5 items from the menu as we wanted to try a few things between us, it arrived well over half an hour after the latest time specified and when I called the restaurant to check it was actually coming (at about the 30 minute late mark) the lady I spoke to said it should have been with me ages ago and had no idea where the driver had gone. When the food eventually arrived it was so cold and soggy, the only thing that we could reheat was some pasta so the rest of it all went to waste. Shame!

Worst takeaway ever. Ordered at 9pm on a Monday night, expected delivery 9.50pm. Came to 10.30pm still not arrived. Phoned them up and it arrived as I was taking to the most unprofessional person at 10.40pm. Wasn't interested. Couldn't even get my address correct. Food was freezing. Went straight in the bin. Avoid.

Took over 2 hours to arrive. Food was cold and the whole experience was short of basic expectation. Poor all round, even the fried chicken was dry. Usually great food too, just not this time.

Amazing!! Ordered to hessle 11/12/24 and the food was fantastic. Had a nice chat with the gaffer at the door, food took a while but I was prepared when I ordered for that due to being busy. I will be back 100%. Best corn dogs Iv ever tasted and the loaded chips (Thai & posh cheesy) were unreal!! Thanks 5 stars all round

Waited 2 hours for my delivery because they said they had a ‘bigger order’ come in so mine was less of a priority! The food turned up and the only decent thing about it was my chips! They sent me the wrong drink and my burger was cold and part of it was bright pink when I bit into it and freezing cold (can provide a picture if they’d like). Food would have probably been great but don’t think I’ll be ordering again considering I paid £22 to wait 2 hours and not even receive what I ordered.

I'm just getting over phenomenon and haven't eaten in 13 days Ordered the Double fiery cow and chips with bolognase Oh boy they went down a treat. All I can say is them burgers are the BOMB Never had a burger as good as this Top notch Guys I feel much.better 👍🏻

En lo positivo - la camarera era encantadora, PERO parecía caro para las hamburguesas, no eran nada especial, el servicio era muy lento y los televisores eran muy ruidosos con asientos incómodos. Muchas veces parecía que no había nadie sirviendo. Las porciones de papas fritas eran buenas. Un poco decepcionante.

Extremely dissapointed, I usually order from here as a treat but apparently sunday night isn't the night for that. I ordered the meal at 8:20 and it arrived at 10:20 the food was barely warm and had to be reheated. I used to rave about this place especially their posh chips. I won't be bothering now. simply not worth it

I was walking past crafted and decided to call in for a drink. I was pleasantly surprised there was a good range of beers, lager and cider. The stout was very nice. The bar is a lot bigger than it appears from the outside. There is plenty of seating inside and a nice outside seating area. I haven't tried the food, but it looks very good. The bar is dog friendly. I will definitely come again.

Me dio tanta vergüenza haber recomendado Craftrr a un amigo después de comer allí hace un par de semanas. La comida que pedí no era la que tenía antes, me despidieron pidiendo lo mismo. Mi amigo ordenó lo mismo basado en mi recomendación. Sé que tiene algunos problemas con ciertos alimentos así que sentí que esta iba a ser una muy buena opción. La orden fue tomada con gusto, con el reconocimiento de que queríamos una comida saludable. El aguacate estaba destinado a ser una gran característica e ingrediente principal de la comida - mi amiga no podía ver nada en su plato y apenas podía ver una pizca en el mío. El aguacate que faltaba en esta "opción de ensalada saludable" (así que no hay bollos de hamburguesa, sino ensalada en su lugar) fue entonces fuertemente compensado con la adición de una montaña de crutones. Te pregunto, con lágrimas en los ojos, ¿cuál habría sido el punto de elegir no tener los bollos? Resulta que estaban bajos de energía pero no nos dijeron esto. Probablemente confiaba en que fuéramos demasiado estúpidos para notar que lo que pedimos no era lo que obtuvimos, no lo sé pero es una falta tan básica de buen servicio al cliente que no nos da la opción de elegir otra cosa. Di comentarios y esto fue aceptado, pero dado el precio de esta opción más saludable no voy a volver a ninguna prisa y ciertamente no recomendar a nadie más.

Great food but always let down by delivery. Last night got a call to say my order was a little late but with the driver and 10 minutes away. 45 mins later still no food. After I called to complain it finally arrived 15 mins later

Paid £8 for loaded posh cheesey chips - there was no loaded at all - it just had a dab of garlic mayo in the corner - is also paid an extra £2 for Monterey Jack on the cheesy cow burger - it might as well have been plain burger as had the tiniest bit of cheese ever - not your usual standard

Estoy sorprendido por algunas de las críticas para ser honesto! Fuimos el Día del Padre y realmente lo disfrutamos, la comida era encantadora, así como las bebidas. El servicio fue del 100%, el personal era muy amable e increíble con nuestros hijos. No estaba seguro de lo orientado a la familia que sería antes de ir, pero lo elegí ya que mi esposo quería probar Hawkstone en draft! Estoy muy contento de haberlo hecho. Me sorprendió gratamente.

Chilli burger 🤤💚, dog friendly and chilled atmosphere.

Even after years of not going to crafted, the food and atmosphere is still great. Only not been because of work commitments and COVID. But wow it has suvived and I can see why. The food is great. The restaurant is fun and alcohol on offer is great.

I love the atmosphere there, cool people, lots of doggos (place is dog friendly). Good bar food and good beer - prices are also a plus. Also, if you are looking for a good coffee - they got you covered! I recommend their Vanilla Iced Latte

Black burgers, gone hard and crisp. Clearly left on the grill then just Whacked on. Taken photos if needed!

The jalapeños were rubbish tbh, they were like little chunks of batter. Wouldn't bother with those again. Chips were OK but was a bit substandard overall, bit disappointing compared to how the food used to be a few months ago

I was initially put off by the poor reviews but after deciding to go for it I could not have been happier with the food, the loaded chips were sublime and the rest superb. Coming all the way to Hessle on a Wed and was still nice and hot. Plus Crafted also took time to call to discuss the order to get it right, Impressed.

Food is absolutely delicious, service was slow but was a busy Saturday. Was worth the wait. Top class burgers. I had the chicken and my partner had a double beef burger. We had a cheesy chip side to share which was amazing. Love the beer and left feeling satisfied. Money well spent. Will be visiting again

Lovely place ,but I must say the portion sizes have gone down a but, I know cost of living and all that but just expect more last time, I love getting the chilli but I feel it use to come with more chilli and better dog ,, my friend always gets the burger and there bit small now ,I think bigger portions will bring more customers back and maybe some buffalo wings , a bit like aunt Bibby's use to Do,, just a suggestion :)

Ordered bacon n cheese burger. No bacon on the burger and hardly any sauce. The burger and rest of the food ordered wasn’t even warm never mind hot.

Ordered here a handful of times and the food was always tasty, and decent portions of the posh fries, however this time the food didn’t appeal (beef burgers) and the portions have cut down in size! I don’t feel it is value for money anymore.

After ordering from here many times I'm sad to say the quality has really declined. The portion sizes are smaller on the naughty chips , dips not received for chicken. The chicken itself was delicious, however the burger was really poor. lack of flavour, bun not toasted and just a burger with sauce and lettuce. This has always been our go to takeaway but sadly its not the same.

Food was okay. Burgers were burnt unfortunately and we qualified for the free item over £20 and didn’t receive it. Despite being burnt, burgers were still pretty tasty but unfortunately didn’t think they were worth the £10-12 we spent :(

This was arguably the best take away we've had for a very long time. Will certainly be going back. I initially thought It was a 'little' pricey, but it was absolutely worth it. It was absolutely banging.

Got a double double with the American fries and it was the most dense burger in existence. The black hole of burgers. It was banging and them American fries with the special mustard are to kill for. Thought five guys couldn’t be topped for burgers in england but this one smashed em. Delivery was quick and food was in great condition when I got it. Price might raise some concern but you definitely get what you pay for compared to a typical dry and depressing takeaway burger.

I was looking forward to visiting and I absolutely wanted to enjoy it but I just couldn’t. We ordered 2 large burger and 2 loaded fries and 2 cokes. The cokes had no taste like the syrup balance was off, burgers had cold spots throughout and was soggy in places. Loaded fries were not fries but actually chips, toppings wasn’t hot enough to even melt the cheese. It was empty when we visited so I’m unsure why food quality was so bad. Things can be missed in the middle of a busy service but £40 for average food at best just wasn’t the one unfortunately.

The burger was over cooked and the chilli chips now costing £7.00 for a regular portion hardly had any chips and the sauce lack the usual gorgeous homemade flavour. Have you been taken over all your prices have increased but the quality has gone down. I hope you get things sorted and improve your quality. Take care

Will not be ordering again. Really not worth the money. The burgers we order was freezer cold no taste no salad. The classic fries wasn’t fries at all they were big chips freezing cold and just a handful in each box. Very disappointed

Absolutely LOVE the food here, the loaded fries are insane and the burgers are lovely! However the last 2 visits have been a slight nightmare, for example on our last visit we didn’t receive our food for 1 hour and 45 minutes as there was a mistake by the waitress. I understand mistakes happen and the food will always be worth the wait!!

Thrown together and chucked in the bag that’s how it looked when I finally received my order the brioche bun was burned on top chips cold I’ve had crafted before a long time ago and it was much better so for me it’s massively gone down hill and won’t be using the place again

Such a gem. Don't really know what goes in the "naughty" chip sauce... Seems to involve cheese and perhaps some sort of beer? But my god. It is dreamy. Naughty and very, very nice . Reasonably priced, good sized portions, consistently delicious. Have tried both takeaway and eat in options over the course of my avenues tenure and would recommend both. It re-heats pretty well in the oven if you can't finish it all (probably a salmonella risk though so don't take this as advice). Barman today seemed a bit like he was stoned; good vibes tho and lovely chap so no harm done.

The food is amazing however, DO NOT order for delivery! The wait times are crazy, have order multiple times and at least 2 hour wait. It’s ridiculous and then of course when the food arrives it’s cold. If you’re going here eat in! They either need more delivery drivers or need to stop deliveries 2 hours is crazy.
