I had the most amazing experience at heavenly dessert today with my family. We ordered and tasted all of the desserts, which tasted delicious. Also, the service was exceptional from Dalya. She looked after every member of my family. I would definitely recommend this branch to my friends and family, lastly the decor was beautiful.

Had a table for 7 people and we were taken very good care of by Lakshmi who provided a quick, helpful and professional service. The food and drinks were to die for. Good coffee and dessert. Got flowers on walls. Seats bit uncomfortable if got back problems but other than that, it's good. Looked clean. Place is on Wilmslow road and on main bus routes. 20 minutes walk to Manchester museum/university.

Our team visited the restaurant today . The restaurant was so nice and pleasant and also the food we ordered is so nice. We are happy to say that Laxmi who takes the order is so nice who is so patient and helping minded . She supported us with whatever we asked . When we ask her to take a photo of us well in restaurant she didn't refuses it and happily taken our pics even in busy time. We recommend everyone to try here.

Drinks came after we finished and they even forgot one of them dessert was Luke warm and just about okay to eat overall disappointed why have a QR code on your table if someone is taking orders makes it very confusing

Absolutely horrendous place. Was my 1st time but definitely my last!! I even rang and allegedly spoke to a male manager to complain before I warned him I would send a negative review- but he wasn’t the slightest bothered! Same attitude as from previous negative reviews “that’s how we do it- tough”!! Honestly, ignore the positive fake reviews. I normally rarely complain but as I had spent my hard earnt genuine money, I felt obliged to complain and warn others! Basically, all 5 milkshakes were watered down with no texture or taste! Worst milkshake EVERii!!!! Apparently “the expert milkshake maker has many years of experience and always does it right” according to the alleged manager! He needs to sack her and then himself! Absolute illiterate “Manager” and isn’t the slightest bothered about customer service- just their hard earnt cash! Honestly, this is an absolute accurate account and I even gave the manager a chance to put it right - he was not interested at all- hence the promised negative review.

The vibes were off, and the customer service could have been much better. The staff had a cold and aloof demeanour but initially we didn't think too much on it. However, as we settled in and prepared to place our order, their behaviour became more intrusive. Despite the restaurant being literally quite empty during a weekday in Ramadan, we were directed where to sit and how to order in a dictatorial manner, even being moved from our chosen spot under the guise of it being 'out of order'. As we attempted to comprehend their instructions, they abruptly raised their voice, insisting we relocate to another area near the window. Their demeanor seemed more irritated at our presence rather than accommodating. Feeling increasingly uneasy, we decided to depart before proceeding with our order. When I tried to let her know we're leaving instead (I don't know why I bothered), the staff member reacted poorly, storming off. Overall, it was a perplexing and uncomfortable experience, leaving us thoroughly disappointed with the level of customer service provided. I wouldn't recommend since people had told me before there are some staff members here who are entitled and rude. Must be nepo staff, I don't know but keep that in mind.

As always I had an amazing experience. Wanted a sweet treat after Iftar and Dalya gave us an amazing service. I haven’t been out for desert in a long time after being served Nutella at haute dolci when I’m allergic to nuts. At heavenly Dalya looked after my allergy needs and went through everything in detail and ensured my food was prepared separately and to a good standard. I advise Anyone going to request to be served by Dalya.

Great as usual, service from everyone was fast and excellent, especially Dalya, always happy to help whenever we dine in.

Dalya's service was really good. Even when busy she came and checked in on us a few times to make sure everything was ok. We had an allergy on our table and it was dealt with really well, and everything explained properly.

Very bad customer service, i complained that the cake didn't taste right as i always get this item, to which the shift manager agreed however as i had taken 2 bites of cake she refused to swap it for another item. Eventually she did change it but why create a fuss in the first place
