The atmosphere was lovely, making it the best place in Manchester to try desserts. The service I received from the staff was wonderful. Laxmi, in particular, was very welcoming and accommodating, making the experience even more enjoyable. I truly appreciate the effort and care that went into both the food and the service. Staff agree to modify an order and then refuse to fix it when said order arrives incorrect. “Store manager” will then tell you that there’s nothing they can do and their policy means you either eat the incorrect food or just leave. Waste of money

Absolutely splendid atmosphere at Heavenly Deserts. I ordered a pistachio and white chocolate crunch waffle served by Asima. The flavours were wonderfully intertwining in my mouth like a French orchestra. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who has a sweet tooth and wants a luxury dining experience

Sarika has been wonderful checked up on us multiple times in the 10 minutes we were there brought delish cookies dough and drink it was the first time in Manchester in 9 months it was a pretty different Heavenly Desserts than the one I'm used to , because to order you have to use a tablet and it is pretty cool 😎 and it also has games a great time to end my trip in Manchester
