Middletons Steakhouse & Grill in Norwich

We had a tasty lunch and service was good but a table of 4 ladies were very loud and uncaring of people around them. It was impossible to have a conversation. We moved tables but it didn’t help much. 3 older ladies sitting beside them said she couldn’t hear what her friends were saying so they were going. We asked the loud table to tone it down a bit but that only made them worse. It would have been better if the staff had asked them to continue upstairs so they didn’t interfere with other people’s enjoyment and they could continue have a good time without ruining other’s experience!

Came in last night for a meal with my wife because we love Middletons and it’s always great! But not tonight unfortunately. Can’t fault the food or service as that was great as always but we were seated near the bar area and a group of very drunk boys and girls had just finished their 2 hour bottomless brunch upstairs and decided they would spend the next 30 minutes at the bar being drunk and stupid! The whole time I was eating the whole group were around my chair, bumping into my chair and making me feel uncomfortable all whilst I was trying to enjoy my main. I’ve come to a restaurant for a nice meal not to a bar to be bumped into constantly whilst I eat. Very disappointed

Lovely Valentine’s Day dinner. The sharing 16oz steak was to die for definitely worth the price! We were served by Mustafa who was just so great made the evening very enjoyable for us, great addition to your team ☺️

We were served by Kim who was incredibly helpful, funny and welcoming! Our starters were fantastic , no complaints. Our mains (two steaks) were nice but I asked for medium rare and it came out blue. We told Kim and she brought me a fresh steak with fresh sides and knocked £20 off the bill. My partners steak was still a tad undercooked but we didn’t want to bother the busy servers again. We appreciate how busy it was considering it was Valentine’s Day. We may try again on a non event night. Thank you Kim for looking after us x

Veery good, came here with my girlfriend for our first date, came here again today. Lovely as always - staff very attentive & the food was great.

We had a great meal here. The starters were great, mains were very good and the desserts were excellent. They gave us a glass of fizz each and chocolate and strawberries as it was our anniversary which was very kind of them. The service was very good and the atmosphere was good. The prices are okay and the steaks were not cooked how we had asked. However everything considered it was a good night. We would recommend.

Had a very tasty steak, cooked to my liking. The rest of the family also enjoyed the hole experience, would highly recommend.

Great service , very friendly , we were served by Boulaid, who was an absolute gem! Food was delicious , however one of the steaks was slightly over but to be expected at peak hour on a saturday night. (Still amazing food) 100% going back!

So disappointed in the service and drinks at the bottomless brunch yesterday, on our second round of cosmopolitans we started to notice the colours fading and the taste getting more and more sweet, this was because presumably the juice had been substituted with more sugar syrup. We asked the waiter about this and he said the cocktails were all premixed, but working as a bartender previously I was aware that despite being a premix, the cocktails should not change colours from red to murky white. It didn’t help that we saw the people making our drinks, then looking in our direction and chatting once the drinks were put down, as if waiting to see if we’d notice the very obvious lack of juice. The servers also began avoiding us shortly after the drinks were put down, before we had even made any complaints - we had the impression the staff could see the issue but rather than explain the lack of juice and offer alternatives, our waiter kept dismissing us and it began to feel as if we were being lied to. We also noticed my mum's drink having less cranberry juice in and her servings changing from the usual two drinks to one. We asked for another round of cosmopolitans and found the same problem, the drinks were disgusting by this point being so sickly sweet and having no juice in them for flavour, I've attached a picture of the drink we were served. This was growing from disappointment to frustration as every time we asked the waiter about this he told us this is how they were served and there was a 'slight bit of cranberry juice in' - it seemed our server was avoiding the issue and instead felt slightly infantilising as it was clear our drinks had changed colour throughout the hour. Again there was no offer to remake the drinks with more cranberry juice in, which was the issue we were having, and instead just telling us they were premixed and this is how they come, even though two rounds ago they were completely different. By this point, a small concern about the change in drinks had now progressed to a frustrating experience of being ignored and talked down to by the waiter serving us. Perhaps the most disappointing part of this experience was that this was supposed to be a birthday celebration which they were aware of but we would have been better off heading to Wetherspoons for a premix cocktail with some actual juice in...not the kind of experience we were expecting from a place like this. By the end of our time at Middletons I was just happy to leave upset about a lack of care, service and quality of drink.

Half lobster was barely even a quarter of a lobster

Very measly portions of food, the haddock came with literally just a few bits of broccoli, could have eaten 3 x the amount. The brownie was half a brownie cut into a triangle, they can obviously make 2 desserts from 1 brownie! It was nice food , but such small portions, be a bit more generous.

Not a very good experience. The only reason I'm leaving two stars instead of one, is because we didn't have to pay for our food, after complaining. The food was pretty bad; I don't know how this place can be called a "steakhouse" when the steak was the worst thing on my plate. I asked for it cooked medium and it came out nearly raw. The baguette we ordered too, was rock hard. We had to wait over 45 minutes for this food, which made the experience that much more disappointing. The service was pretty terrible too. We were seated with drinks and then nobody came to check on us, for the entire 45+ minute wait. Even when we had empty glasses on the table, nobody came to see if we wanted more drinks. To top it all off, the restaurant had absolutely no atmosphere. It was comparable to sitting in a rowdy pub; which I wouldn't expect from a steakhouse.

Mustafa took care of us all evening great food and this guy done this company proud and went beyond to keep my little 8 year old daughter very happy many thank we will be back soon x

Loved the food, bit noisy but it was busy. Staff all were really good too. Had to wait a fair while for the coffee to arrive. But like I said it was busy.

Booked a table for New Year’s Eve which is also me and my partners anniversary. The staff were all really nice however there was a serious problem with the kitchen and management. We waited 2 hours for our food and they didn’t bring the starter we ordered. They did take it off the bill and gave us a drink on the house. The waitress was really apologetic and very helpful. They didn’t have nearly enough staff for the amount of customers they had. Some of the staff looked on the verge of tears they were all so busy and overworked. Not a great atmosphere or experience.

Thought we would try a bottomless brunch at Middletons, as we've heard such positive reviews. They were very generous with their prosecco and cocktails! The food was delicious too! Although, there wasnt a lot of options with variety of food to choose from and limited veggie options on the bottomless brunch menu. We paid extra for some side dishes, even though they had run out of a few side options. I had the buttermilk chicken waffles. Portion size was really good for that meal. My friend chose the 5oz steak... not a lot on his plate, so it was lucky we ordered sides. Couldn't fault the service at all and we had a lovely waiter who looked after us. Overall, I would book again for a bottomless brunch at this restaurant.

Really terrible place. Manager doesn't care about customers. They were put of everything and refused to adequately substitute them didn't have Caesar salad and not even at attempt was made to replace if with done lettuce and tomatoes. Tried to fob us off with ordinary broccoli calling it tenderstem broccoli. No sweet potato fries. Don't go here expecting great things. Would much rather have gone to a less pretentious place like Rushcutters in Thorpe.

First time eating here and disappointed with quality of meat thought it was like a supermarket steak lacking in flavour and tough.

the service was terrible, no one cleared our table after our starters and then proceeded to bring up mains over. one of the burgers was completely burnt, the buns were rock solid. no one checked up on us. wouldnt go back. on the plus side the prawn starter was very good

Ordered the crispy squid nests as a starter and found that the lime they gave me with it was covered in mould!! I should have taken a photo but it was taken away. They did take the cost of the starter off the bill, but it put me and the people I was with off eating anything else from there which ended up ruining the meal. The staff were nice, but I've never once encountered MOULD in a restaurant, let alone one with seemingly such a high standard :(

We came for a dinner at 7pm on a Thursday evening, Luke served us and took us to our table, once asked what we wanted to drink, we needed a few minutes to choose our food, the server came back after a long 15 minutes, we ordered and waited 20/30 mins for starters, which we had no issue with as it was busy, and the food was great. When it came to mains, two were wrong, one steak was undercooked and the bbq burger came with ingredients that had been requested to be removed. The burger came back again and still had the wrong items on it, but we didn't send it back this time because we were hungry. The steak came back and was good - Luke gave us 25% off the food for the multiple mistakes and long wait times (we love Luke, he was great). - While this was happening, there was no check back until the other two people had finished their food, we were not ever asked by the other servers on the floor (of which had taken our first food and drink order), if we wanted another round of drinks, and we got attitude when going up to the bar asking for condiments (we were not asked when they brought the food out, and we had been ignored by servers previously when trying to get their attention). We then had to wave the servers down for the bill 10/15 minutes after they had taken our plates. On top of this we had been receiving rude side eyes from the servers all night (who had spent half of their time standing at the bar chatting, on their phones, instead of checking on their customers) which only further increased after we sent our food back for being wrong. This dinner was meant to a be a special get together as I live away at uni and don't get to see my friends and partner a lot throughout the year, but was devastatingly disappointing, especially as we have all had such better experiences here in the past. Had heard good reviews,went for a birthday meal tonight and it was really poor,out of 6 meals 4 weren't what we asked for,noticed quite a few plates being sent back,sadly won't return.

Booked for our racing team end of season do. Fantastic food and were looked after really well. Pre-ordered from the Christmas menu which was very reasonably priced for the quality of the food we received. Considering there were 18 of us at the table all the food was served and once and piping hot. Thanks for looking after us.

Superb place. Sunday roasts are quality. They do a lovely drop of peroni. The steaks are unreal.

We went on Saturday 7th Dec and there was no atmosphere, it wasn’t Christmassy other than the cracker on the table, the food was nice but it wasn’t enough (turkey from the Xmas menu), lack of veg and gravy, I’ve been many Christmases before but this time was not as good, also the men’s toilets were really bad

I was there in a group of 9. It took so long to be served. The atmosphere and building was beautiful but so noisy because of its special architecture. The food hadn't cooked well, the meat was raw which I couldn't eat it.

We booked our staff Christmas meal at Middletons on a Monday evening, as working in the hospitality industry meant it was the only night we could gather during a busy December. Since the restaurant was quiet—with only our table of 17 upstairs and another group downstairs—our experience should be viewed with this in mind. Upon arrival, we discovered one table setting was missing, which led to some reshuffling of seats and a table adjustment to make room. Unfortunately, this was just the beginning of several issues throughout the evening. It took 50 minutes for our drink orders to arrive, and even then, there was confusion and missed items. When starters were served, they trickled out over a span of about 10 minutes, causing further delays and mix-ups, despite our pre-ordered menu being sent well in advance. The main courses followed the same pattern—slow service meant some guests were nearly finished with their meals before others had even been served. This naturally made it impossible for everyone to wait and eat together. The desserts were similarly delayed, continuing the trend of staggered service. Adding to our frustration, we noticed several staff members standing around and not appearing to do anything, despite the clear need for more attention to service. As for the food itself, it was a mixed bag. My starter, the Camembert wedges, was the highlight of my meal—hot and tasty. However, my turkey dinner was lukewarm, the roast potatoes were small, hard, and overcooked, and the turkey itself was dry. I chose to skip dessert, but others in our group shared similar complaints about the quality of their courses. That said, there were some positives. Mustafa, our waiter, was attentive and did his best to manage under difficult circumstances. And, despite the challenges, we enjoyed the evening simply because it was a rare chance for us to spend time together socially.

No atmosphere, got put near the door so every time the door opened we got a freezing cold breeze, ‘baguette’ was rock solid, steak was asked to be cooked medium and it was rare, no one come to check on us after receiving food, I finished my drink and waited till I left for someone to ask if I’d like another, over all whole experience was rubbish after many people recommended this place.

Poor service, didn't appear busy today, over an hour wait for food. Drink top ups never arrived. Asked for service charge to be removed from bill, which had been added automatically. Shame, it's been our Christmas shopping trip tradition for years. Food was good, as usual.

We visited while on. Christmas shopping trip and food was great and the service from Mustafa was really good. We did receive the wrong dinners but that was due to mix up from kitchen and this was quickly rectified. Burgers were very tasty.

Came here for my partners birthday and had such a lovely time! We were served by the wonderful Thong who couldn’t have done more for us! We’ll definitely be back <3

We had a great time at Bottomless Brunch. The food was fantastic and the team at the Norwich restaurant made sure our glasses were never empty! Great value, would highly recommend!

Hello me and friends when there last wed but the food was cold it was left on the side when chef had cooked it my neice salad was salted the heated was not working I will never be going there again

Visited as a group of 9 last Saturday, arrived at 2pm for a 2 hour sitting which we thought might not be long enough but worked out well. Half of had the bottomless brunch which was good value considering the drink prices, the choices are ok but portions could be bigger or maybe a range of sides. It's basically a case of get as many drinks in to get the most out of it but the staffed coped well considering, our server Mark went above and beyond and we all had a great afternoon.

I went as part of a party to a bottomless brush, which is mainly geared up for the drinking side which is why I only gave four stars for the food. The drink selection which was kept flowing throughout our two hour slot and the service was however awesome. I will be returning and next time I will be accessing the normal menu because that looks amazing. 👌

First time I’ve been, won’t be the last, great restaurant, great staff and fantastic food, best burger I’ve had in a long time… very reasonably priced

Came for a dinner with my boyfriend, we were promptly greeted and taken to our table, drinks were offered quickly and our order was taken directly after our drinks arrived. We both ordered the 10oz rump steak, which comes with a Caesar salad and a choice of side. Cooked perfectly medium rare as per our request! I got the potato dauphinois which were gorgeous and my boyfriend got the Mac and cheese which was also delicious. Our server Boulaid was so lovely and he genuinely provided such a top notch service! We will definitely be returning, and we both left feeling really really happy. First class experience all round. Thank you!! :)

This was an afternoon/evening for a 50th. We had the best time, the food was fantastic, the drinks fabulous but the staff were amazing,so lovely. Think the restaurant are very lucky to have the staff that are so attentive and friendly. Loved it loved it,loved it. Thank you so much....Will be back!

We went here for a Sunday lunch. 5 ordered a roast and two ordered Steaks. Everyone who had beef or lamb roasts said the meat wasn't very good. The only person who liked their meat had gammon. Both Steaks were really overcooked. They were almost burnt on the outside which you could taste when you ate the steak. It was like they were a bit crunchy to eat. One was medium and one was medium well but both were like there were well done and almost a tough texture to eat. The waiter warned us the steak would take a while to come but it took 45 minutes which is just ridiculous for a place that is supposed to specialise in Steaks... service charge on the bill at the end was big as well on top of the very expensive Steaks that were not cooked well. Middletons used to be a nicer upper market place to eat but now it feels more worn down and like they can't cook meat? It's a real shame and I hope they manage to sort it out. The dessert were nice and the options were good.

Had a ribeye steak here with a couple of sides and was really pleased with the quality. The steak was cooked perfectly to medium (as asked for) and was probably the best cooked steak I’ve had. I was expecting a Miller and Carter sort of quality but this was above that! The sides are also a lot better here in quality and also selection and overall much better value. The menu in general looks really good and would definitely return the next time I’m in Norwich. Service was also really good and friendly.

My friend and I enjoyed mains of Aberdeen Angus steak and macaroni cheese, both excellent choices. Thick cut juicy steak cooked medium rare and the macaroni cheese was tasty with small portions of toasted bread to soak up the sauce. The side dish of broccoli spears in butter/garlic was perfectly cooked. Not soggy or undercooked. Very good service and highly competitively priced. Will definitely return.

Booked table for 3 on Sunday night.We all ordered the 8oz Sirloin steak.2 medium rare,1 medium.All 3 steaks came out luke-warm.All 3 were also very dry,absolutely no sign of any juice at all.I am struggling to think how steaks can be this dry.For a steak restaurant,& at £22 each I do feel ripped off,hence the need to write a review which I rarely do.

Went with friends for a bottomless brunch. The staff were very attentive and always coming over to ask if we wanted more drinks throughout the 2 hour slot. When we arrived we were promptly given a bottle of Prosecco and asked what drink we wanted from the menu. The food was lovely, the drinks selection was good the feel of the restaurant was really nice too, we sat upstairs. Couldn’t fault it and will definitely be back for another bottomless brunch very soon

I had the sirloin wellington and BBQ fries. It was absolutely amazing, I travel around the country for a living and this is the best food Ive had yet! This is a definite place to visit. Hopefully i am here tomorrow to have it again!!

Came out for our first meal as a married couple. Food and service was first class.Starters: Chinese Pork and Camembert, Mains: Wellington and Rib-eye highly recommended. Service provided by Luke, Ivona, Sam and Mark was great given it appears there wasn't enough cover for the volume of people, however their kindness meant our evening was still a pleasant one. Hats off to the other staff members running around on the lower floor and Chefs working their magic in the kitchen. 5* review only possible because of the team on deck. You don't mind the wait when you see everyone working as hard as they were. Great job team. From Mark and the pregnant wife who couldn't choose choose her seat because of the air con.

Went to Norwich for a couple of days with my wife. Our accommodation hosts recommended Middletons steak house in their blog so I booked a table. We were very disappointed, I usually don’t complain as I work in hospitality so know what it’s like! we arrived early and were promptly seated without fuss. It did take a while for our drinks order to be taken but the drinks then came over quickly. When we ordered we went straight to mains and ordered 2 steaks, 1 medium rare, the other well done! We then waited about 40-50 minutes for our food! It wasn’t even that busy. The waiter did come over and apologise about the wait and said our order was next(2 other tables got their food before us but he can’t control the kitchen) our food then came over and when my wife cut into her steak which was the well done one, there was a layer of pink through the steak. This put my wife off the steak and if we had of accepted a re-cooked steak it would have been a good while before it arrived and I would have finished mine(not the idea when you go out to eat together). This was dealt with reasonably well by the front of house team who took the meal and service charge off the bill. What makes the experience so disappointing is that it is a fairly open kitchen and the chef cooking the steaks was picking up steaks on the pass with his hands rather than tongs and moving them between plates. He was clearly flustered and seemed out of his depth with a fairly quiet service, which was evident by him holding his head in his hands while looking at tickets. I would say that training is needed so that cooked food is not handled by hand in view of customers and that regular hand washing takes place as we didn’t see any hand washing taking place. Overall I would not visit again when we return to Norwich.

Evanna was amazing in service. She always made sure we were looked after and unfortunately although we had a bad experience, we couldn't fault her waitressing. We spoke to the manager and he understood our complaints, they need more staff to serve from the kitchen but evanna deserves way more than she is paid ❤️ xxxx

Didn't take long to be seated and food was fairly quick to come to the table. Waiter was very helpful but they were busy. Lots of choice on the menu and will definitely be back.

Excellent Service - and food - despite a long wait. We arrived at 6 and ordered quickly - starters arrived swiftly but we waited over 50 mins for our main. When we enquired how much longer our meal would take, staff were amazingly apologetic and kind. They automatically deducted 25% off the bill - we did not request this. Staff handled our enquiry over the wait (and our hunger) extremely well. They were also very accommodating to a very low fat diet. Finally, due to our experience, they did not assume to put the automatic 10% service charge on the bill - due to their swift and polite response to our query - we opted to pay this anyway. Things go wrong sometimes - it’s how you deal with it that matters, and staff dealt with our queries brilliantly. Thank you

Wanted to splash out and have a decent steak with family in a decent place. 50:50 to be honest. Steak choice was good with majority of family going for 8oz or 10oz Ribeye. Kids meal was 5oz steak frites. First steak out was presented as 8oz with sweet potatoe fries, but only order with this side was 10oz. Told the server and she looked down and then back up without a blink and said yes the 10oz and out the plate down. Rest of steaks came out in a disorganised way and we tried to compare different sizes but all steaks were a bit beaten up, with a bit of time between each one coming. Sides were sporadic, sauces that you have to pay extra for were late / forgotten, steaks getting cold, servers coming by and saying oh is this your salad, and just leaving it on the table when we said no. We ended up with 7 salads for goodness sake and no sauces or missing sides. Don’t mind extra food but not at the expense of the food we had ordered. Waitress never asked if food was ok or if we wanted more drinks. Then before we could ask for deserts we were presented with the bill printed out and asked to pay. Won’t be going again, poor experience which negated food that was OK.

Bottomless brunch service was fantastic. We were so well looked after by Ivana (hoping I’m spelling it somewhat correct!) and she is an absolute credit to your team of staff. The food portions were brilliant and tasted great. The drinks were well made and brought out promptly. A great experience!

Me and my new Wife came to Middltons for our day after wedding meal, and what a delight it was, highly recommend this place, very kind, helpful and even brought over a celebration plate which was a lovely touch. See you again soon

We were a group of 5 having a bottomless brunch. Chris our server was amazing !! As soon as we sat down he got us a bottle of Prosecco. From then on he just kept rolling out the cocktails as soon as we had finished one he replaced it !! We had done one in January but it wasn’t that good as the server wasn’t attentive at all and we had to keep asking for drinks. The food was also so much better. We had an amazing time and this was all due to Chris. Well done and thank you ! We would defiantly recommend doing the bottomless brunch !!

The service was friendly albeit I ended up being served by the guests at the table next to us because the waitress accidentally gave them our food. I had a Mexican burger and House Fries which tasted nice but the burger was a bit large to chomp down on and both were very messy. I didn't see any mashed nachos in it but assume they were part of the sloppy sauce. Nice environment but would not want to eat there again for a while.

Never paid me for my employment their, total disgrace, and going acas to sort, they just use young people and don’t pay them.

Norwich restaurant- what a disappointment. Steak was just steak, nothing to rave about. The peppercorn sauce wasn't creamy, it was like KFC gravy with pepper. Lobster was OK apart from the fact it had broken shell in and I had to embarrassingly remove a long strip of membrane from my mouth!! Worth the money, certainly not. The island ice tea cocktail tasted of bitter orange, nothing like tea. The waitress was lovely. The toilets disgusting with the ladies toilet paper left on sanitary bins as there were no proper holders, thick dust on the tile trims, broken toilet seat and you had to wash your hands in some type of pig trough which had excess loo paper on where people had dried their hands on it. The restaurant was filled with grill smoke so you left smelling like you've stood in front of a BBQ all night and your hair smells like the bottom of the BBQ grill pan. If you want to waste your hard earned money on below average supermarket "value" cuisine, go to the supermarket and cook it at home, as you can do better I'm sure. The plus side, we got £40 off the bill, which I'm sure they won't miss as they will continue to rip other good hard working people off.

STUNNING! Food was absolutely brilliant and service was even better. Emma was our waitress for the evening and did a wonderful job! Made us feel so welcome and was a good laugh! Pay rise deserved

Lovely food, pleasant staff but disappointed with how they dealt with my allergy. I listed 3 things I am allergic too when placing my order and was asked 'which 1 should I write down, which of these is the most important'. Staff should take allergies more seriously.

Minor mishap with the scallop starter, handled beautifully by the lovely waiter. Beef wellington for main 👌 and my partner had a lovely steak 🥩 nice place 😁

I always have had such a good experience when I come to this restaurant, The food is very good , nice place to sit in also. It gets very busy, I enquired about moving seats before as I was seated near the door and felt the cold as the door opened - they had no problem with this and moved me straight away, lovely people again would defiantly recommend.

Perfect set menu for a quick bite to eat during a day's shopping! Always know what you're getting, food is quickly served and tasty and the front of house run everything so smoothly. Try a cocktail while you're there too!

It's been many years since I last visited, back then it was ok but not exceptional. This time however I found the staff couldn't be more helpful and accommodating. The service was impeccable, friendly staff and went well out of their way to make our special occasion just that, special. Maté our main server came from the Chelmsford branch to assist a busy evening and nothing was too much trouble,it was just an absolutely superb evening. Thank you everybody so much you did an excellent job 😊

Real downer on my partners birthday Saturday evening. All steaks returned as they were all underdone to how they were asked. Still not cooked enough after they’d come back. We weren’t informed that 2 of our loaded fries would be substituted with wedges. Majority of staff are walking around with terrible body language and our waiter wasn’t sure what we were ordering, generally disappointing service. Loud customers upstairs banging on the floor and tables and singing. Waiter even made the comment of it being “karaoke night”.

Me and my family (group of 10) visited Middletons Norwich for a birthday meal. We had the lovely Mark looking after us for the evening. Our table couldn’t praise Mark enough! Mark was polite, friendly and made the experience a memorable one. Everyone’s food came out at a decent time considering our table size, and we couldn’t fault our meals!

Lovely steakhouse in Norwich, friendly staff, excellent food with a good atmosphere. Plenty of menu choices at a decent price, worth a visit if you are in Norwich.

PERFECT! Cannot fault this place. I have been here 3 times, and each time, it just gets better! The food, drinks, staff, the atmosphere and the price! Spot on. I've had Beef Wellington, a steak meal, and a burger meal.. obviously not in the same day!. All very VERY tasty! Cannot wait to go back for our birthdays in May! Well done Middletons. Please don't ever change!

Visited at 8pm on a Friday night and had the bottomless brunch (last serving) which included Prosecco, certain cocktails and draught Peroni. In the 1.5 hours we were there we had great service from Francesco (think that's how you spell it) and the cocktails and prosecco was flowing endlessly (we certainly had out value out of the £36.95 per person). As expected menu is limited but there was sufficient choices to keep us happy. Always have great service and experiences here, next will be to go for breakfast.

If you’re looking for bottomless brunch I couldn’t recommend Middletons more! Went there for my hen brunch on Sunday & had the most amazing time. The servers were SO attentive, there wasn’t a moment we were hungry or were without a drink. Absolutely incredible value for money & will be suggesting it for any event ☺️

Had a brilliant time having the Bottomless Brunch that Middletons offer, the food was great, drinks were super lovely and we managed to get through lots and even had 2 bottles of Prosecco which was brilliant! Our waitress Elouise was brilliant and made the experience very enjoyable! Thank you :)

Waited an HR for our meals to come, asked for 1 fillet med/ rear which was more like a med to well. 2 fillet steak med to well which was over well done and burnt on the edges, the steaks were so salty. The waitress said we will recook new steaks for you all.and knock £30 off the bill. Great. The steaks came back with blood when cut into them , so ate round the edge gave up by this time wrapped the steak up and took home for the dog. This place is so noisy you can't hear the person sitting next to you when they speak Awfully experienced from the minute we got in their to be honest.

I won the Mother’s Day competition on social media. Myself and my family went for lunch and it was amazing from start to finish. All staff were helpful, patient and friendly. The food was outstanding. We will be definitely be returning for a roast dinner again on a Sunday! It was the best we’ve had so far when going for meals out. Thank you!
