Always such a great experience here! It is a bit pricey but I feel it's way worth it. One of the best burgers you'll ever have! They are also very generous with the portion size of the chips too! Love the drink machine with all the options too! The shakes have always been nice and can't forget the peanuts in store too! I always enjoy a good Five Guys!

First time trying after a long time wanting to. Won't be going back. Far too expensive especially for the quality served up. Chips were so heavily salted that it was ridiculous. Burger whilst tasty was a wilted smushed together mess and the chips were literally just thrown in the bag.... To be honest have had a better experience at the Golden Arches. The positive is staff were friendly and efficient and food came quickly and piping hot. Bottomless drinks were nice, but the music was far too loud, the place had all the atmosphere of an aircraft hanger

Staff are friendly love the open kitchen style and it’s always quick but you can watch them cook it so you know it’s fresh, plus tastes great.

Grate place food service etc all prectct. I'd rename it coz.i walked,out with 5 girls lol.ps that's a.joke and not ment to.arrrend any race,sex colour etc . Very tasty burgers, the spicy fries were excellent. Ok it was a bit pricey but everyone knows that. 2nd time going to a Five Guys and reslly enjoyed it. Shame the food finished so quickly.

Received a voucher as a present, so decided to come here whilst in the city. First time going to a fiveguys, but I had heard lots about it. Two of us went, and both got a bacon cheese burger with fries and a drink. I think there was a choice of 14 toppings that could be added at no extra charge. We both had medium fries, one plain the other cajun. The normal fries were a little salty, but the cajun had a really nice kick to them, and there was plenty, even for someone with a decent appetite. The burger was a double and was fresh cooked as we waited. It came wrapped in foil. It was really juicy and tasty. The bill was a tad over £40, which i think was good value for what we had. Would certainly return and recommend.

I ordered 3 hot dogs with 2 different type of chips. The chips were all mixed together and they were cold. The food was delivered almost 2 hours later than originally ordered. I understand that sometime there could be delays but the delivery was delayed by 15 minutes, every 15 minutes which is not acceptable.

Super friendly staff and great food, everywhere was clean which is surprising for a fast food place like Five Guys, will definitely be returning! Kudos to all the staff:)

Visiting the restaurant isn’t so bad but I’ve had 3 deliveries via Deliveroo over the last couple and years and it’s always been terrible. If you love a squashed slimey burger, items missing and your food cold then go ahead!

The customer service is very terrible, and they are not particularly nice to black people

Food tasted great and plenty of it in the serving. Want as clean as you'd hope when I tried to find a table to sit at but they were cleared and cleaned eventually. Would deffo go back and give it another try when next in the city.

Chips were almost stone cold. We have just had to reheat them and even then still not piping hot. I know it's not possible to keep them as hot when left the resturant but never had a problem with my last few orders.

Food was lukewarm at best. Fries were really overcooked to the point of burnt. For the price you pay it’s not good value.

It's a five guys, not the fastest especially at busy times. Staff are friendly and helpful.. burgers are very very good... But getting to stage of costing too much for what they are.

Firstly let's talk about the staff: absolute champions, you have a feeling like they're all friends out of work they are just popping orders between them and it's all smiles and buzz. What a great team. You'd be hard pressed to find a better burger but let's be very clear the fries and shakes are something Five Guys does not do well at all. With prices at a premium, you'd expect a premium product and, whilst their burgers are more than up to the cut, these other crucial combos fall well short of their competitors. Remember how KFC fries *used* to be? Well they are how five guys fries are now and no amount of 'this is where our potatoes come from' boards on the wall is gonna change the fact they arent what they should be. They are like the Skoda in the 1980s of fries. Remember there was that whole bit in Tarantinos 'Pulp Fiction' about Mia Wallace ordering a $5 shake? Well this shake is £5.75 and its gonna be struggling in a tasters choice against a £1.29 Frijj. Really don't bother. But the burgers. Well it's fair to say this is the main event at five guys and they are absolute streets ahead of any chain competition here. Even the small burger is wildly good and brimming with fillings. If you're just after the sandwich, then this is an excellent place to grab a burger and, at £13, you can be reassured your money will be well spent. Big on price, but big on flavour it is one of the best burgers on the market today.

Food was average, chips over salted and the burgers were unseasoned. 3 drinks 3 burgers 1 portion of chips...neer on 60 quid , yes i felt robbed. Toilets were in a horrendous state, floor was swimming ,toilets were blocked by whatever the last person ate and it stunk beyond belief. Filthy

For over £105 for 3 burgers 2 hit dogs and chips was crazy especially for the quality and taste the bacon was burnt black and the rolls were all soggy will not be using again

I've wanted to try this chain for a while, now I have I will not be rushing back. The positive first, the beef burgers are excellent. For us the spicey fries were also heavily salted! The burgers are wrapped in foil, this results in a wilted squashed bun! OK, it's a take away but, I don't expect the fries to be tipped into the bag. Generally a disappointing experience and all for £69.00.

Staff was kind. Burger was worst I have ever eaten and expensive. Burger patty was dry and tasteless.

Never tried these before. Very disappointed in the meal. Burger was greasy chips were blackened and so very very salty. Wouldn’t recommend this place won’t be ordering again from it!!

I love a burger and have now tried Five Guys twice. I was disappointed After my first visit, but awarded them 3 stars. I wanted to give them a second try, but found their offering to unfortunately be consistent and have dropped my rating to 2 stars. The quality of the ingredients is a bit better than standard fast food offerings, like McDonalds or Burger King. However, the cost is 3 to 4 times the price of McDonalds (consistent, but a bit bland) or Burger King (prone to inconsistency in delivery & service, and grubby restaurants, but tasty burgers). This would be tolerable, but the Five Guys burgers are immensely bland. They lack seasoning or any beefy flavour - they have no sear on the outside. The bacon is crispy, but this appears to be achieved by deep frying (it has a suitably uniform colour) which gives the bacon a scorched flavour. It is also unsmoked - a lost opportunity to make it tastier. The portions of fries are generous, but I would rather pay half the price for half the quantity (the generosity is probably a cynical technique to sell you more than you'd want to inflate prices). The fries are also a bit over-seasoned. The premium price gives the impression that this should be a faultless, high quality and above all delicious offering, yet it falls significantly short of this. It isn't bad, but better can be had for significantly less. For my first visit I spent £22.25 for a burger, fries and a milkshake, which is frankly obscene! I visited with my wife the second time, we had a bacon cheeseburger each and shared a small fries, which came to £25.85. We won't be back.

I have got an order late in the night. The worst order that I have ever received. Burger is empty no vegetables, the fries are too salty, I could not eat, the coke too warm ???

Delicious burgers, the price has put me off in the past, but glad I tried them, because they are Delicious. Plus the free nuts, and selection of burger toppings included in the price are great.

Absolutely amazing, me and my partner went a few weeks ago and mistakenly ordered two bacon burgers instead of bacon cheeseburgers. The servers were very nice about it and helped us quickly in ordering the cheese we forgot.

Just went in for a milkshake but i received great service although i went in on a quiet period i was treated quickly and got my shake in no time

I was taken there for a special treat never been before , i had double burger bacon, lettuce, tomatoe a pot of mayo, few chips, burgers huge, milkshake was nice, but within the hr, I was doubled up with cramps severe diahreah, and felt really ill, had not had anything to eat before hand, I won't be returning.

This restaurant is terrible. They don't treat customers who order food for delivery with respect. Every time I go to make a pick-up, they give preference to customers who arrive at the restaurant. As if the customer who ordered food through the app had not paid for the food, they have to wait for all the customers who are in the restaurant and then make the food for the delivery customer. Professionals score 0.

had a break from 5guys thanks to run of awful meals; came back, had 3 ace burgers and now on 4th they're back to adding their chips to the salt.. guys.. try the other way round! perfect burger ruined by chips buried in enough salt to blister my lips - again. why?? sad face.

This place is amazing. Large chips is literally a large cup of chips with some extra in a bag. Love the unlimited drink. Please go here for your own good. .

Usually great but we’ve just found two hairs in the cheese burger we just had delivered to us.

5GUYS has been really hit or miss, miss, miss - to the point i gave up. now, months later i tried again and everything that was wrong is now right! this my 3rd 'visit' in 10 days ..first two great but this time the best. burger cooked to perfection - chips.. mmm.. maybe a little on soggy side but that probably from the journey here. thanks to chefs, the delivery guy coming out in horrible weather and welcome back 5GUYS!
