Very disappointed + was a waste of money!! We went for bottomless brunch for our friends birthday yesterday and was rubbish ! All the cocktails were so sweet and not alot of alcohol… We also had to go up to the bar to order our drinks ourselves as we were forgotten about And no one came to our table for quite a while Wouldn’t go here again for bottomless brunch as it’s expensive and not that great Really disappointed ☹️

Went for a meal and cannot recommend enough. Bottomless brunch food and drink was great value for the price & our server Charli was great and made sure we got our drinks in good timing!!

Worst restaurant ever, totally loosing money and time, 45 minutes to be seated, 30 minutes for your order to be taken, 1 hour for the starter to be served of course after complaining, 45 minutes for the main course to be served after the starter and minutes between the chicken wings potions to be served. This was the second time to be there, but definitely it's the last and never recommended to anyone.

Awful. Went Saturday, 50 minutes wait just for drinks, there were only 3 of us. Then the starters came an hour after sitting but with the mains. Basically had no choice but to have them with the starters. Then they forgot a side too. The desserts then came and the icecream had completely melted, it looked awful, and was stone cold, I couldn't eat it. Awful experience and definitely won't be returning.

Stay away! Doesnt even deserve 1 star but you have to rate them. I went for a meal on saturday night after watching the football! Food came out cold so I complained and they took it all back to make it fresh and it came back out even colder than the 1st time with no apology so I complained again to the manager whos attitude was disgusting with no apology and all said was, "well we have made it again for you what else do you want me to do?!" I asked her to feel my chicken burger to see how cold it was and she wouldnt. I also ordered halloume fries and there was nothing inside them just batter. Wouldnt ever go to this restaurant ever again! Staff and manager really need to learn to apologise and have some manners. The music is so loud you can't talk to people your with. I was very upset after I left from the experience I had and not even an apology for the service and the food. The prices are also well over priced for what they are.

We had a great experience here, we had a party of seven eating and our server Mia was very patient, attentive and helpful even though one of our party had a gluten allergy to work around. Lovely atmosphere and the food was great too - I had the half rack of ribs and the meat practically fell off the bones!

Absolute insane prices now! £22 for the chicken strips and chips and £10 for the mozzarella dippers..which may I add had zero cheese in they were just hollow tubes of breadcrumbs. No wonder the place was dead and going into administration, their prices just don’t match with what food they serve.

Pre-ordered for delivery at 17:30, the order didn't change to processing until after that time had passed. Ended up receiving the order at around 18:15, and when it arrived the food was cold.

I had an amazing experience at TGI Fridays, thanks to our waiter Guy! They were attentive, friendly, and made us feel so welcome. Our drinks were always topped up, and they checked in frequently without being intrusive. They had great menu recommendations, and their cheerful attitude really enhanced our dining experience. The service was efficient, and they even made sure we were satisfied with everything before we left. Truly one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a while. Thank you, Guy, for your outstanding service!

Came out with family for a new year’s eve meal and guy (we think that’s his name) was absolutely amazing for us! Super attentive and made a great atmosphere. We’ll defo come again!!

The place was filthy! Cutlery was not clean. Empty plates for our sharing starter still had food on them and were soaking wet. After drinking most of my drink I then notice old lipstick stains! Service was great and the waiter couldn't be more helpful. When food came out it was luke warm, but after having to complain about the other things we just sucked it up... With how expensive this place is you would expect a lot better! Won't be returning again.

We were left to wait for ages to place our order. When the starter arrived the nachos were microwaved to within an inch of their lives. The whole thing was solid! Plastic cheese isn't nice!! When our food finally arrived ( the starters had not been cleared) my chips were cold. I paid £21 for half a rack of ribs, cold fries and 2 onion rings. The only decent service was when we asked for the fries to be replaced. Myself and my husband worked in the catering trade for 15 plus years ..we know first hand the difference between good and bad service. This is mediocre at best Do yourself a favour and go somewhere that's worth it!

Went to TGI's for the first time in a long time today. Cold, windy December day so to get out of the cold we go to TGI Friday's upon entering its spacious and well presented, a bit dimly lit for the time of day but overall good presentation. Stood about waiting for a good few minutes whilst 2 members of staff had a chat near the kitchen area, when they had finished their general discussion we were finally acknowledged and shown to a table at the back of the restaurant given menus and a pack with crayons for the child we had with us. We were given enough time to sit down and familiarise ourselves with the menus etc when our server, Hayley, came over and introduced herself, Hayley was the best thing about the whole experience which sadly gets worse from here but before I point out the negatives and reason for the 1 star review i wanted to take the time to praise Hayley, who was excellent, sadly my review is based upon the whole experience and the 1 star is for Hayley alone. Whilst Hayley was taking our drinks order she explained which menu items were not available including, but not limited to, the Vegan burger and Garlic bread. Unfortunately the alternative Vegan options were very lacking and one of our party was Vegan so not many mains options available. We enquired about the mac and cheese which is listed as cajun and asked if there was anyway to get just regular mac and cheese, you know, like they always have in America and TGI's, styling themselves as an American food chain, are unable to do a mac and cheese. As a result of the lack of availability on the menu we opted for starter's. We had the loaded potato skins with cheese and bacon, the vegan chicken dippers and the pictured on the menu cheese doughnuts, we all commented on the cheese doughnuts as it was something a bit new and niche that none of us had seen elsewhere, and they must be good to be feature on the menu, when the food came the cheese doughnuts were laughable. One bite and all the cheese was gone leaving a soggy shell of deep fried batter. They were so disappointing. Potato skins were awful. Somehow the outsides were burnt but the potato in the middle not cooked properly and the sauce served with the vegan dippers was frankly unpalatable. 3 dishes, 3 disapointments. The child of the group had ice cream for dessert, in fairness this was the best quality item on the menu. This culinary experience cost £50+. It just did not feel like any sort of value for money. From walking in and feeling ignored to multiple menu items being unavailable and picturing food items that are then delivered poorly it led all of our party to conclude this was a 1 star experience overall.

I couldn’t improve on the service or food tonight. Caitlin was an amazing host, very attentive and always there when we wanted anything. The food and drink were both excellent and we can’t wait to come back again!

Decided to have tea whilst in Norwich after visiting Winter Wonderland. It was so dark in there. We asked the waiter if they could do anything about the lack of light, and the reply was, no, all I can suggest is the torch on your phone!! Ordered the food, asked what the difference was between the baby back ribs and the ultimate ribs, and again was met with a, no idea I couldn't tell you. A waiter/waitress should know the menu. After ordering, the food came out, and the portion sizes were a little disappointing, especially when you consider what you're paying for it as it's not cheap!! Everyone enjoyed their food, though, and my ribs were very tasty despite the lack of chips!! I've always had reasonable service and food in TGI'S, but I was a little disappointed on this occasion. I didn't take any photos of the food as to me it wasn't photo worthy!!

Hideous, advised waitress of severe allergy. She did her up most but the kitchen failed tremendously. First time the dish came out with the item on it. Sent back, came out again with the ingredient in a different form. Luckily my boyfriend was on the ball as the lighting was terrible. Paired with absolutely appallingly made cocktails that we upgraded too.... 0 chance I will ever step foot in there again. Our waitress however was pleasant and helpful, she can only do so much working in a ridiculous establishment.

TGI Fridays is usually one of my favourite places to go. However, the Norwich based one was a huge disappointment. Parts of our cocktails were missing and served in incorrect glasses. When asked for no chilli flakes, chilli flakes were clearly put on the food making it unenjoyable. Asked for more drinks which never turned up. When it came to paying the bill we were charged for the drinks and were told these would be removed and they were not. As a party of 6 we split the bill three ways (per couple) after each paying our bit and the card machine accepting all payments. We were then told one of the payments hadn’t gone through on their till and could we come with the waitress to speak to the manager. We explained the payment had gone through and we had our last train to catch in 10 minutes but waitress insisted we speak to manager. On speaking to the manager Jimmy, he explained the payment was pending, so we would need to make the payment again! My friend whose card it belonged to refused to make a payment and the manager asked to see the bank statement. My friend showed the manager that the payment was indeed pending along with all the other pending transactions from that days shopping trip and could also see there were sufficient funds in the account for the payment. The manager still insisted he had to pay again and if he didn’t he had our details and would call the police. He also advised that pending transactions occurs regularly at tgi’s which leads me to believe this is a problem with their system. In the end my friend reluctantly paid again using a credit card. We ended up missing our train and had to fork out for a taxi home instead! More wasted money! And would you believe the payment cleared as we knew it would, so now my friend has to go through the whole process of claiming back his second payment which was completely unnecessary! To say we are outraged is putting it lightly we will not be coming back here and will not be recommending to anyone else.

Expensive - expect to pay at least £25 per head for a reasonable meal and a couple drinks. Discounts can be found through third parties, though. Service was reasonable, but incredibly stern for some reason. Food arrived in good time, but one of the dishes was cold. Also, unfortunately, someone in our party suffered a stomach issue the day afterwards. Unlikely to be a bug as their partner did not get it. They also confirmed that their meal here was their only meal of the day that they dont usually eat. TGI's do have nice decor, though, I'll give them that.

Firstly when we got in the manager was not well presented and not happy to attend, then I order a coke which was completely flat, I complained and I got another one exactly the same but this time warm. When came the burger, it didn’t had a good appearance, but I still ate it, my fiancé just ate half, it was oiled and the meat burned. We complained again and they not charged one of the burger, this is why I give 2 stars instead of 1 for service. I am not returning there anymore, TGI Friday is dead!
