Big shout out to Mia!! She was amazing!! We had the bottomless brunch for our mates birthday and the cocktails were flowing!!! Asset to your team! Explained everything wonderfully and just brilliant!! Great vibes!!

We were so fortunate to get Eddie, he was just exactly what you want from a host. Made us feel welcomed and extremely kind and accomodating (despite us being a bit thick). Lovely food and very good draught beer. Nice atmosphere. What more can you ask for?

Haven't been in a while, but I'm glad we did. Charlie was amazing, can't praise enough. Fun, polite and kind. Food was tasty and served hot and quick. Drink selection was massive.

Went to tgi Fridays with my mates for some food, I thought the way they greeted us was very polite and the way they spoke to us about ordering was very caring, I had an amazing burger with great wings and my server Mia was very efficient and very polite to everyone , if you are in riverside come here!

Nice meal served by Eddy who leapt to attention soon as we entered the restaurant. He was friendly and helpful throughout. The food was very nice, though a little expensive, and altogether it was a great meal out.

7 of us came for my sons 21st birthday. Incredible evening, amazing cocktails and food, wonderful service by the lovely Mia. Thank you so much for a truly wonderful evening, we shall return 🫶🏻🫶🏻 xxx

Just had a meal at TGI and I'm already planning my next visit! The atmosphere was buzzing, the staff I had serving me was super friendly his name is Fin , and the food? Absolutely delicious!

The Manager Eddie provided absolutely incredible service and was enthusiastic and went out of his way to ensure we had a good meal and a happy birthday :) it was amazing definitely coming again

Absolutely awful experience, for the price you get so little food, all of which is cold and bland. We had the sharer platter, which when our server came, brought no additional plates. On top of the bland food, an extremely loud "entertainer" came around performing magic, we asked our server to ask him to not come to our table, yet multiple times he attempted to perform Safe to say for our first TGI experience, we won't be coming back

Lovely meal with my Dad after the football match. Very busy as a result but you wouldn’t have known. We were slightly early but it was no problem. Frasier was attentive, polite and very friendly - his service was exceptional! Food was fab, we both had the Fridays burger.

After not going to a TGI Fridays in a really long time, I was so disappointed today. Other than the service there is really nothing nice about this place. The food was not good at all. It was extremely overpriced for what it was. The server was lovely though!

We had Lilli serve us tonight. She was so professional, so helpful and joined in with our tables jokes. Nothing was too much Thank you so much Lilli… you made our experience so much better

Just dinned at TGI Fridays Norwich and it was excellent. Our waitress, Mia, was very welcoming and polite with a speedy service. Food was excellent for both myself and my partner which were accompanied with a cocktail (Multiple). I would highly recommend visiting if you haven’t already, great for any occasion!

Very poor service, no order taken for about 20 mins and when drinks were ordered they took an additional 20 mins to arrive. Food was decent but very expensive for what it was. Wouldn't go again.

I visited tgis on Sunday with my brother, haven't been in years and we used to love it so thought we'd grab some filling decently priced food. Service was good, but I was so shocked at the quality versus the price of food. We ordered 2 strawberry daiquiris, it was 2 for 1 on the cocktails but we're still charged 16 pounds for them. I thought maybe they hadn't put the 2 for one on, as I have never even seen a strawberry daiquiri for 16 quid in central London, but apparently that was the correct cost. We didn't finish them (brother got halfway through, I had three sips) as they were absolutely awful (and I'm not fussy with my alcohol!). Got a couple of cokes instead. For food my brother had a chicken burger which he said tasted of nothing until he covered it in the jackdaniels sauce (which is always great). The burger was over 26 pounds?! And the tiny pots of sauce we were also charged for which was never the case before? He had no sides. I had one side and a starter. Mozzerella dippers were fine, but the garlic bread side was dry so I also covered it in the sauce and ate it anyway. Total food cost: £41.25. Total sauce cost to make that food taste of something: £5.16. Total cost over all £70.14. That might be a standard price when I'm going out for a fresh Italian with a friend with both of us having main courses and good wine, but not for one starter, one main, one side, two cokes and cocktails we didn't end up drinking. I've never written a complaint before but after eating there and then going to the westherspoons next door for a wine to recover and seeing their strawberry daiquiris were two for 8 quid and actually looked like a slushy daiquiri (like the pictures in tgis) not just room temp very strong red liquor with two ice cubes made me so mad! Quality has definitely bombed since the last time I was there, price has rocketed, but at least Mia the server was lovely.

The food was good, the service was great from Eddie T. Considering the situation that financial climate. The T.G I group should consider, organising their plans for the future. As the prices are over priced, drop the prices by 15%, them the atmosphere would improve dramatically. Visited on 7th April 2024.
