good food and shakes i order honeycomb cheese cake on as an extra to meal l. the cheese cake didn't turn up but outhe than that nice food and milkshake

Really disappointed with TGI's Norwich today! Me and my partner have been going for 5+ years now and it was our favourite place to eat, always absolutely loved the food and the service TGI's Norwich always gave. But today we went for my partners birthday and was served by Lilli-Ma and just felt like she didn't even want to be there. The whole restaurant just had this odd not welcoming feeling to it and that's not how this place used to be like. On top of this my sesame chicken that I always get and love came just not tasting the same and without the pot of sauce you always used to get on the side and the most smallest side salad I have ever seen like they were running out, as well as this my little girls children's meal burger came burnt and missing the fruit and salad part it said it comes with on the menu. Really disappointing meal in all honesty and not impressed TGI's Norwich, really let us down today, I am not one to moan and post negative feedback but this had to be said. 😔

When we arrived our table wasn't ready so they asked us to wait at the bar which was fine however, the bar staff didn't even acknowledge us for the 20 minutes we was waiting. When we finally got to our table there was food all over the seating and floor. Even when we ordered our food took nearly an hour to arrive and even when it did it was bland and my kids food was stone cold. No Cutlery or napkins given, when we asked, we had to wait another 20 minutes for someone bring us some. Overall I will never be returning again absolutely appalling and over priced. Do not recommend!

Service was painfully slow and lacked any awareness or desire to clear our table after mains. Desert didn’t arrive til we asked after 30 minutes and complained after 45! Our deserts had been waiting on the counter the whole time which they then served without thought (ice cream had long since stopped being ice cream!). They blamed the app to try and hide their poor service. And to top it off, the toilets were disgusting and the music was way too loud! The food we did get was ok. Burgers were decent but the ribs (with TGI glaze) and salad (just a quartered gem lettuce with diced tomato and onion) were almost completely devoid of flavour. We got a refund on desert but no other attempt to salvage or compensate for an utterly disappointing visit. Never again!

Went on a date night with the wife. Then on to odeon Well let’s say won’t be going there again Will hence the staff were wonderful music was extremely loud. That u had to shout at each other The food was shockingly over priced. And my glazed burger n chips so was my partners chicken burger n chips were luke warm. Normally I would have sent it back. But after waiting 40 mins to get the food delivered to the table. (The table next to had arrived after us ordered and ate and left before we got our food) And the cinema starting. We had to just eat and run

We had a fun experience at TGI Friday’s! It is by far one of the best chain restaurants in the UK - it’s retained a certain style with its interior decor and the food and service are of a high standard! Our server, Frasier, was super helpful and friendly, the service was prompt and we couldn’t fault it! Thank you so much! It was truly excellent. Just to note, the music could be less nightclubby to match the classy decor and excellent service. Overall, a slice of American delight in our very own Fine City!

Me and my sister came for a bottomless brunch session, the service was amazing. our waitress was Hayley and she was brilliant and on the ball with everything. We enjoyed every minute of this session and will 100% be back again.

I'm writing this review a day after visiting this place and I'm still in shock at how underwhelming the whole experience was. Whilst the food didn't taste bad it was the most expensive burger I've ever had in my life whilst simultaneously being one of, if not the smallest, I've ever been served in my life. Just look at the picture and tell me that a brioche bun with a piece of chicken that doesn't even fully cover its surface, and a few shy slaw pieces underneath are worth 19.60 - ah sorry, there's also a few fries cut from, I kid you not, one medium-sized potato, and the 2 tiny-ass chicken chunks at the top - how artsy. No bacon, no pickle, no hash brown, no egg - nothing that would justify this ridiculous price. And the portion size is so small you'd give it to a starving African child and they would still be hungry afterwards. There are expensive places around Norwich but at least they offer something special/unique or do foreign cuisine - the most foreign thing about an establishment serving burgers and chicken wings was my Polish ass there.

Food was cold and very expensive for what you get.

Came to TGIs for a mid-week dinner with mum for a birthday and had a great meal. I would recommend the sesame chicken strips. Mia served us and was very attentive, helpful and friendly and brought over a slice of birthday cake for mum which was so lovely. Will be coming back!

My 2 friends and I went for bottomless brunch today. Exceptional value for money. More than enough food for 3 of us, which was delicious, with continuously flowing cocktails by our lovely waitress, Lacey. The service Lacey provided was impecible. All round great service and experience. We will be back.

I recently dined at TGI Fridays in Norwich and had the pleasure of being served by Georgia. From the moment we walked in, Georgia greeted us with a warm smile and guided us to our table with enthusiasm. Her friendly demeanor set the tone for what turned out to be a fantastic dining experience. Georgia's knowledge of the menu was impressive; she provided excellent recommendations that made our choices so much easier. We decided on the Jack Daniel's Glazed Ribs and the Sizzling Chicken & Cheese, both of which were prepared to perfection. The ribs were tender and flavorful, while the chicken was complemented beautifully by the melted cheese and lively vegetables. Throughout the meal, Georgia was attentive without being intrusive, making sure our drinks were full and that we had everything we needed. Her ability to anticipate our needs before we even voiced them was a testament to her excellent service skills. Had dinner here tonight with my partner and my 3 year old son. We had Lili serve us and she was great, very friendly and she was great with my son. Food was good and served pretty quick, just what you need when you are with a toddler. Thank you Lili, an asset to your team :)

Lovely meal. The waiter (Frasier) was really attentive and came over regularly to refill drinks and check our meals were ok. I would recommend the ribs - they fell off the bone.

Food was below average, waited 30 minutes for our food and it arrived cold and didn’t even get anyone to serve us for 20 minutes, it’s a huge let down would not recommend

Great bar and decor, but service so slow that it took 25mins just to grab a pre dinner drink and the meal itself arrived cold. For £9.95 you get the shells of 3 half potatoes with no flavour, the accompanying sauces arrive in tiny plastic tubs (you get the same for half or full rack of ribs, it’s just not enough for a full rack - want more? That’s £1.50 a pop!). Just awful - NEVER AGAIN.

Food was ordered at 5.30 for 6.30pm and turned up at 7.30pm

Very disappointing. It's just not what it used to be. We didn't complain but... they'd run out of Guinness and cider - we were only told this when other drinks were being delivered. The pepper mill on the table was empty. The mayonnaise delivered was lite. The chips were lukewarm. The toilets showed no evidence of "we take great pride". I could go on. The staff were pleasant and helpful. But the prices are eye watering. Given the abundant choice in Norwich, we won't be rushing back.

When we first arrived we were ignored by 2 members of staff and stood for about 5 minutes to be seated. Waited nearing 30 minutes for 2 drinks (it wasn’t busy) were not asked if everything was okay with the meal at any point. Had to seek out and ask the waitress for the bill due to them being absent if service for the entire dining experience. the mixed grill was £40 and the steak was the most horrible, chewy piece of ship (autocorrect 😉) I’ve ever had. Not impressed with the quality of meat for £40 a serving. Would not hurry back. I’ve never left a bad review before but the food and service were not good.

Burger and Fries well cooked, hot and very nice. Unfortunately milkshakes came with lids that were too big and no straws. Fast delivery.
