Five Guys in City of London, Westminster

Just one of the best burgers I've tasted. I was expecting McDonald's or a bit better. But the burgers were just so tasty and rich. I was so impressed. The surroundings do not give the burgers credit.

I waited a long time for the burger to be made! But instead quite tasty, I ate it breathless

The potatoes were burnt, the meat smelled, it was very dirty, there was garbage everywhere, the tables were dirty and covered in ketchup, I got up before I could eat it. The cola didn't even taste like cola with half ice.

Five Guys Oxford Circus offers an exceptional burger experience. The customizable burgers are juicy and flavorful, complemented by perfectly cooked, hand-cut fries. The milkshakes are rich and offer a variety of mix-ins to suit any taste. The service is efficient, and the atmosphere is lively, making it a great spot for a quick, delicious meal in the heart of London. Highly recommend!

What a perfect sandwich, I became a fan of Five Guys. The downside was that the waiter didn't understand me properly, or he got it wrong and put too much pepper on my fries. The price is standard London price, so I didn't think it was expensive or cheap. It's worth it.

There would be less McDonald's and more Five Guys in this world

Five guys is by far the best burger brand in the world, the same taste and quality everywhere. Of course, it is expensive compared to other global brands, but quality and hygiene must have a price.

Amazing shake! Try the Salted caramel & biscoff (highly recommend)

The site is original and different but not as much as it seems. At first you see that it is a fastfood place that stands out for doing things in a "different" way, when the truth comes down to it the added factor is not as much as it seemed from the beginning, since the prices that a priori seem lower turn out to be which are even higher than direct competition. The product they sell is basically a hamburger with extras, be it bacon, cheese, mushrooms or whatever you want to add, accompanied by a sauce to your liking. It is well prepared, although the flavor of the meat does not particularly shine. Presented in aluminum foil makes it have a more "homemade" touch. They give you peanuts that you can take at your discretion and gorge on them because they are free. Also the refill of the soft drink machine. In short, it looks cheap but it is not. It's rich but not that rich. It doesn't deserve a bad score but it doesn't deserve too high either.

Food was great, but beware they give you a LOT of fries. We made the mistake of ordering two fries and ended up wasting a lot of food. Staff were friendly. Kinda expensive for a fast food restaurant. But overall would recommend.

The food is quite good, but there is one problem: the accent of the lady at the cash register, who is from India, is so bad that we cannot be understood, and she did not understand us either. I don't know how the British understand it. It was very difficult to get along. The woman took the order a little wrong, etc., and other employees were also disturbed by some of Kasiterib's behavior, and they stated this. they made fun of jflsnfdknf

Recently visited before Christmas, it extremely busy but managed to find space. Store was clean and staff are really helpful.

Tried a BLT and fries. The fries were actually quite good, but the BLT was absolute rubbish. The bun was well past its best and the bacon was cooked to a cinder and resembled cardboard. American garbage at its worst.

I came here with my partner over the weekend - we both ordered burgers with our chosen toppings and a regular fries. The food didn’t take long at all and was fresh, well cooked the only issue was some of the toppings were missing but this was still a good burger. Whilst we waited we had the chance to have some peanuts for free which was nice, we also had a refill drink which had plenty of options to choose from. Only downside was £27 on 2 burgers was a little steep but it’s five guys and you know what you’re getting!

4/01/25 Me and my mates came in for some scran and the first thing we do is look around for a spare table as it is quite busy. The first empty table we see is covered in a lot of shyte that did not get cleaned up for a while. It was an immediate no as it was close to a mountain of rubbish. We then quickly spot another table and we manage to claim that one, but it was clear it hadn’t been sprayed down for a while. There was a lot of crumbs and whatnot left on the table everywhere which was annoying and off putting. Anyway, we order our food which was nice and easy. The guy at the till was nice enough. All I ordered was some regular fries and a peanut butter milkshake with whipped cream. My order of fries are ready within two minutes which was nice. Now this is the worst part of the experience. We were waiting 10 minutes for our drinks. This was because nobody was paying attention to the milkshake station. Admittedly, I’m a very impatient person and this really took me over the edge. As working in fast food myself, I know about the general idea of how it all works. It was clear that there was a lack of staff as there was not one person for each station as the bloody milkshake station was neglected for a while until some guy from a different station noticed there was a small group of people gathering for their milkshakes. Now, when he starts making the milkshake naturally I’m watching him. I understand people crack under pressure, but I kid you not, I could of made that shyte quicker with a blindfold on, and bearing in mind, I’ve never made a five guys milkshake in my life. He was going painfully slow. It was making my blood boil. I was already fuming from having to wait so long!!!! After what seemed like a millennium, we finally got our milkshakes. We all sat down and I start eating my chips. I noticed only on the top the chips had their special seasoning which I’m a sucker for so that was very disappointing. I had to fill that void of flavour with extra salt and pepper. Other than that, I enjoyed them with my ketchup. I drank my milkshake and it was nice and sweet, but tasted slightly of lower standard than I’m used to which was also annoying considering how long it took to make!!!!! I needed to go to the toilet and so I ventured inside. They were sort of clean. Clean enough not to be disgusted, considering it’s London. Anywho, whoever that man was making my peanut butter milkshake with cream on top for order number 10 from around 4.55pm on Saturday the 4th of January 2025, consider yourself an opp.

Of no interest: 30% of burnt fries and sandwich bread like plastic.... I do not recommend this restaurant chain.

90 euros is a really steep price! Plus, it's freezing cold and the manager leaves the door open. He was asked several times to shut up. He doesn't listen to anything and doesn't care at all. Frankly, this is unacceptable!

the driver was rude with me and was complaining about not be able to find my adress,i did the favor to search for the driver on the street and even like that he complain and speak me with actitud, the only that i wanted is eat i dont need unnecessary extress

Cashier pushed me of buying extra chips even if have asked if the burger it will come with. Indeed it end up on throwing away most of the chips. Very disappointed, all the chips been chucked in the bag on the top of all the rest, had to search between the chips to get the burger. Also very expensive just for a burger and chips, paid almost 50 pounds for 2 ppl. Never come back

Disappointed with the food I got there. For more then 20 pounds I got an unseasoned burger, fries in a cup plus a few more inside a brown bag though I want to eat in, Cheapest quality seeded bun not even toasted, wrapped in tinfoil which makes the bun soggy, NO salt in any food, no condiments offered only thing I like was the soda. 20 pound wasted.

Luscious double decker hamburgers with a choice of 15 toppings. Choice of spicy or plain French fries. Not cheap to be honest but delicious food. The bill for two hamburgers, fries and a coke was £38 The facility was immaculate and brightly lid and modern. I certainly couldn’t relax there

Food was very tasty and service was good. I've never been a fan of the bland clinical decor. This in my opinion gives off a cold and bland feel and ambience.

Probably OK but not great value for what it is. There must be better food for the price. Probably a fad? If you know what it is and like it then i am sure a good job was done and you would enjoy it.

This was not a good food experience - my first time at the chain, it felt very rushed and the burger & fries were only warm. In short, a wholly unremarkable experience to lift it beyond a McDonald's or BK. Staff were nice though and it must be doing something right as it was packed. Nandos for me - the food is always piping hot!

Good bruguer as always, but they are getting extremely pricey for a fast food chain: you can find a better burguer for the same price and table service in several places nowadays.

Please do not get the Grilled Cheese from here, it gave me food poisoning and was the most disgusting thing i've ever eaten (honest to God). The bread tastes like wet cardboard and the cheese honestly tastes like chewed-up old gum.

I have to say that this is the best burger I've eaten; the two patties were tender, and the burger was juicy. It's clear that good quality beef was used. The service was excellent, and it was a nice dining experience. I came late mid-week after a night out and had wolfed down the burger, so I didn't actually get a photo of it, but I'd definitely recommend this place. Five stars all around for me!

My worst restaurant experience ever !!!! I was very dissapointed. This place is not worthing my money . Is overcharged and overrated. I payed £93.80 for 4 burgers with fries and 4 drinks. At Nando's we payed fir 2 whole chicken and 8 sides £70. I have to say that Nando's is 10 classes over Five Guys. At Nando's is staff who are showing the table, staff who is caming and asking about food , also you hava 6-8 sauces for topping. At Five Guys you are not meeting some if this . They did not followed our order. One burger should have ham but we did not received. Nobody is following orders . Also i did not understand why they are punching and squeezing the hamburgers as a soccer ball? When you are opening is looking disgusting the bread is like a garbage . Why they are not folding nicely gentle anyway we are eating it . I had the feeling that they are making fun of my money !!!!!!. Also why the staff are crying the order number???? Like 100 years ago???? They don't know about some screens with order status ??? In Oxford street London 2024!!!!???? They are making fun of us . I received a bag as a picnic . No cutlery no plates and cheapest mayonnaise and a cheapest ketchup. No more option for£ 24 portion .....they are not worthing customer money . It was overcharged. In central Rome 4 persons with pasta pizza 2 desserts each and wine we spent £ 130 and it worth it until last penny . But Five guys did not deserved our money . My WORST EXPERIENCE ever!!!!

My worst experience ever !!!!!. ...I paid £93.80 for 4 burgers with fries and 4 drinks . This is outrageous!!!! Overcharged ever !!!!at Nando's for 4 persons we had 2 whole chickens wirh 8 sides at £70 . I am sorry but Nando's is 100 clases over you . You should go and take some lessons and tips from them .We waited ,,famous,,burgers for 15 minutes . Nobody are checking these orders . They dud not gave the burger with ham . They put all the burgers the same . The potatoes are not peeled!!!! This is not a service for 93.8 pounds !!!! I could buy these nit peeled potatoes from supermarket with £3 . I don't understand why they are smashing squeezing beating the burger after is wraped . I prefer the bread fluffy not after a football game . I am totally disgusted. No cutlery....only dome paper bags as a picnic . Also the cheapest mayonnaise and the cheapest ketchup too . Please look at Nando they offers 6or 7 toppings . IT WAS MY WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Last Saturday night I went to Five Guys in Oxford Circus, I was hungry from clubbing and this cashier named Pablo was so funny and helpful. He made me and my friends go over our budgets and get fries, and it was worth it. PS: he is a vibe, like literally he made the visit a wholesome time. I am happy he did, Keep up the good work Pablo.

Good afternoon, I have been at the Cinco Hermanos restaurant and a guy named Pablo was serving me and he was telling me that thanks to him he was advising me on what food to eat, that thanks to him I was going to eat well because I didn't know or have any idea what I wanted to eat. Then Pablo was explaining to me very well everything I had to eat and in this case what I had to choose and immediately the manager called Simona came in with very rudeness sending Pablo to the other restaurants and this is not normal, because thanks to the fact that I come here and we all come here to eat this girl can collect her pay at the end of the month I would like someone to please call her attention because this cannot happen because they are leaving Cinco Hermanos on the ground

Our first Five Guys burger, won’t be the last - so juicy and an amazing choice of free add ons, really good chips and nice bright clean decor. We were a bit confused by collection as there doesn’t appear to be any screens advising of when order is ready - you have to listen out for your number being called which is tricky unless sitting very close to counter. This won’t put us off tho👍

This was my first time visiting and I had a very lovely experience, I told Darshan that I’ve never had five guys before and he was kind and eager to tell me about what they offer and he gave recommendations,he was very warm and the food was good, I will definitely return, service was perfect- Darshan made my day by going above and beyond.

For those who are in a hurry and don't want to eat at conventional fast food outlets, this is an excellent option.

I'm not a fan of fast food, and I avoid it whenever I can, but out of necessity, I decided to try this fast food chain. I was blown away. The burger at Five Guys is exceptional: the quality of the bun, the flavor of the hamburger, and the option to customize it at the counter with your choice of toppings really impressed me. The fries were the best—hand-cut with the skin on, not the usual frozen kind. The prices are a bit high, but everything is expensive in London! Five Guys is also in Italy, and I can't wait to try it in Rome to see if there are any differences. Five Stars for Five Guys.

Went in of Friday with family. Staff was so nice and helpful specially security guard mr Saif was so friendly and humble. I will recommend that place to everyone

I'll start with the really good food... nothing compared to the usual suspects! Super top potatoes and burgers!! The plus of making drinks and sauces free is a smart thing. High price 53 euros for 2 double cheeseburgers, 2 drinks and 2 potatoes.

The person on the till was very tired & unfriendly. I was with my kids & when they were taking time to choose the toppings she was making faces which I felt were very rude. The food quality was not good. I spent over £60.00 and none of us liked the burgers we ordered.

Actually service good, very efficient, was very busy. The burger and fries were good according to grandson, I had a hotdog, average and very overpriced, husband being vegetarian had a toasted cheese roll thing. Totally not worth the money. Not as good as US Five Guys, but not bad either

It was amazing. The burger was amazing, the drinks were amazing. They had like 10 iced tea flavors. They even had vanilla iced tea which was probably the best one! Definitely recommend.

We ordered cajun Chips and it was soggy with less spice.Paid for cream in shake but need to go again to get cream. While we having our food ,staff was so busy with an aggressive cleaning method which didn’t allow us to even talk because of noise he was pulling and pushing chairs felt so bad that we paid to have food from there seems like we got it free from the behaviour of staffs. Atmosphere was crowded not at all organised felt so congested with no ventilation we really enjoyed five guys in Piccadilly circus. Always recommend that.
