I'm not a fan of fast food, and I avoid it whenever I can, but out of necessity, I decided to try this fast food chain. I was blown away. The burger at Five Guys is exceptional: the quality of the bun, the flavor of the hamburger, and the option to customize it at the counter with your choice of toppings really impressed me. The fries were the best—hand-cut with the skin on, not the usual frozen kind. The prices are a bit high, but everything is expensive in London! Five Guys is also in Italy, and I can't wait to try it in Rome to see if there are any differences. Five Stars for Five Guys.

Went in of Friday with family. Staff was so nice and helpful specially security guard mr Saif was so friendly and humble. I will recommend that place to everyone

I'll start with the really good food... nothing compared to the usual suspects! Super top potatoes and burgers!! The plus of making drinks and sauces free is a smart thing. High price 53 euros for 2 double cheeseburgers, 2 drinks and 2 potatoes.

The person on the till was very tired & unfriendly. I was with my kids & when they were taking time to choose the toppings she was making faces which I felt were very rude. The food quality was not good. I spent over £60.00 and none of us liked the burgers we ordered.

It's always a good place to stop and eat a burger and lots and lots of fries.

Good value food, chips were excellent, hotdogs were a bit stodgy but tasty.

Actually service good, very efficient, was very busy. The burger and fries were good according to grandson, I had a hotdog, average and very overpriced, husband being vegetarian had a toasted cheese roll thing. Totally not worth the money. Overpriced and not very good tbh. Not much for vegetarians.

We visited this place today, i have to say wonderful personal. Simona our cashier was the best in helping us to choose what we want.

It was amazing. The burger was amazing, the drinks were amazing. They had like 10 iced tea flavors. They even had vanilla iced tea which was probably the best one! Definitely recommend.

(Javed ) Even though we ordered the normal menu, the order attendant entered our order as Large and did not make any changes even though I told them that we were charged more money.

We ordered cajun Chips and it was soggy with less spice.Paid for cream in shake but need to go again to get cream. While we having our food ,staff was so busy with an aggressive cleaning method which didn’t allow us to even talk because of noise he was pulling and pushing chairs felt so bad that we paid to have food from there seems like we got it free from the behaviour of staffs. Atmosphere was crowded not at all organised felt so congested with no ventilation we really enjoyed five guys in Piccadilly circus. Always recommend that.

The price is so outrageous... There was a lot of food, so I thought ordering small would be enough.

It’s a quiet Sunday evening, I ordered 2 milkshakes & fries over 20 mins ago, still no sign. We recieved the fries around 15 mins ago, we were planning to take them away but have had to eat them here due to not wanting cold fries. It’s taken around a minute to write this review, still no milkshake…

This Five Guys hits the spot especially after you've had a couple alcoholic beverages. I asked them to recommend me a burger and it was ever so delicious. The chips complimented the burger ever so brilliantly! The toilets were not to be bad.

Someone almost took my bag here while eating, but i noticed it.. They dont let me rewatch the camera.

Floors was very sticky the moment we walked in. Not inviting. Visited yesterday with my daughter who dragged me there. She a little burger I had regular burger one regular fries one beer and one milkshake. Not worth £38

The manager at the store was friendly! It's self-service, so please bring your own ketchup!! It's better than in Korea! Of course, the price is more expensive, but haha, I went in the morning and ate leisurely!

How can you not have a vegetarian hamburger option in 2024? Otherwise incredibly overrated and extremely expensive.

This is just a regular burger joint, but by golly, is it expensive!!!!!!! Daylight robbery it is. The food was OK, but tiny and just so incredibly expensive. Toilets also reeked of yucky stuffy cleaning products, put my kid off totally from wanting to use them. Never going back.

Regular Five Guys for a quick bite as you move around the touristy Oxford Street. Bottomless drinks but who needs all that sugar? You build your burger yourself by choosing from about 15 “free” toppings. Somewhat big seating area.

Excellent burger (bacon cheeseburger with jalapeños and lots of sauce), fries were the best. All fresh, tasty, and we both came out happy and stuffed.

The burgers were really good, the fries were also good (you have to take the "small fries" because they are overfilling the bag so it's more than enough for 2 people). The only thing that made kinda sceptical and i know if i recommend this store for more than one visit, is the prices...the burgers are small and overpriced. The best thing about that store is that it stays open untill late (later than many stores in London).

Always love Five Guys and no exception here! Price was the same as outside of London, staff were polite and patient. Food was fresh and hot as always

Somehow we ended up in this store. It looks like it's from the 50s, just with the red and white tiles. As if time had stood still. The prices for a cheeseburger are also a lot higher than elsewhere. But we stayed and ordered. It was a white decision because it's one of the best burgers I've had in a chain so far.

As a vegetarian, I only stuck to the chips. If you love chips/ fries. This is the place. Their chips are not the cheapest but they are absolute quality in terms of taste, texture, spices, crispness etc. Wish they did some lentil/ bean burger for vegetarians.

Ordered online for collection, as it was busy and it saved queueing. They made our food very quickly and it was delicious. Very good food. Friendly staff. Would recommend.

Sanduíche sensacional, montado como vc deseha desde a cebola até os molhos. Carne pura, não embutido. Fritas rústicas, como devem ser. Catchup e maionese fartos self-service. É meio caro mas é nível ótimo, recomendo muito. Vem pro Brasil, Five Guys!

Not recommended. Watch out for the angry woman called Huda at the till, she gets pissed off if you want to order your food. First of all, she didn’t greet us. She was useless at typing at her own machine that she prefers to sleep on it rather to work. She did her best to avoid eye contact and ignored customers before us. But we knew what exactly we are going to order before approaching her so it would have super easy and quick order. But when we started ordering a cheeseburger she got really angry and even sighed heavily with an angry attitude. In order to make it easier for her we said to make all the fillings on the second burger the same. She was extremely rude when I told her the fillings I wanted. This is unacceptable behavior. People come and pay a lot more money to receive better customer service at Five Guys. Second, she didn’t put the size of the fries correctly. But I didn’t went back to speak to her for simple reason. Because , it would’ve been useless to speak to this angry woman who ruined my evening. Very disappointed and never coming back to this branch ever again.

Simple and delicious burgers! Pretty much what you would expect from a real burger joint.

Prima volta in un FIVE GUYS, prezzi alti nella media di Londra ma le patatine sono pazzesche e c’è la possibilità di avere salse gratis e illimitate. Stessa cosa bibita con refill gratis con la possibilità di scegliere tra 20/25 drink diverse

Honestly the best burger I have ever had, I am from the Isle of Wight and couldn't refuse the chance to have five guys. The burger was nice and looked absolutely gorgeous. Chips were amazing and they gave so many. It is on the proxy side but in my opinion is worth every penny.

We went to see the xmas lights in London. Although busy found a table relatively easily. Ordered and eating within 20mins. Food really good.

The staff were very quick to take the order. We then waited and waited. Eventually after 25 minutes I called an official looking member of staff over and pointed out I had been waiting for 25 minutes. He said he needed my receipt to do my order as his printer wasn't working. At no point had I been made aware of this and had I not said anything I would have been waiting even longer. When the burgers finally arrived i still had to wait for the fries. At no stage was an apology or compensation offered. This was my first trip to a 5 guys and will definitely be my last.

Les frites à l'huile d'arachides sont bonnes, attention 1 moyenne frite est pour 2 personnes et une grande frite est pour 3. Ne pas commander 1 grande frite pour chacun au risque de vous retrouver avec beaucoup d'excès 😅

Standard high quality Five Guys experience. Yes, a bit pricey, but food is excellent and you eat it all!....Noise when busy, but still a good atmosphere!

I tried a grilled cheese sandwich and I couldn’t even eat half of it because it was so gross even another person in the group he eats anything couldn’t eat it because it was so horrible. We wasted £65 pounds on 3 lots of chips 3 burgers 1 horrible sandwich and 1 water and 2 sodas. If you’re going to London make sure to book a restaurant in advance that isn’t five guys

We've been there a couple of times already. The place is always fully staffed, there are toilet facilities, and plenty of seating. The food keeps the consistent high standards of taste and quality that you expect from Five guys. The chips are always served with an overly generous portion, so one small sized bag of chips is enough to share between two, and possibly three people. The only thing to watch out for is the price of the Coca Cola from the fountain, at nearly £5 a glass is a bit of a rip off, despite the central location. Three double bacon cheeseburgers, one pack of small fries, and two glasses of Coke cost us around £45/£50.

Good fast food. Good thing they were still open since we were looking for open fast food after moulin rouge. Just make sure to check the receipt because it was too noisy and they charged us for something we didnt order but they readily refunded it.

Had 5" Hot Dog for £9. It tasted ok but the sausage was tiny and not worth the price. Chips were hot and tasty. Won't be having a hot dog from here again.

Fantastic place to watch before heading your way The London Palladium, which is just next door. Great food. Not the cheapest but you can taste the quality and it actually satisfies you rather than other fast food, which fills you up and then leaves you hungry again quite quickly.

Grumpy staff let you down. The only thing missing was having the burger thrown at me. My partner loves five guys I think choosing your relishes is stressful and time wasting not fast at all.

Came here for late delicious burger last night. In the morning I realised I lost my wallet and felt pretty hopeless. I come back to check with little hope if I dropped in the restaurant. And the lovely staff told me that they found my lost wallet on the floor and kept it for me. Truly amazing people! Thank you so much Simmone and the team!

Burger was really bland. I've had 5 guys before and it was tastier. . Not sure why it was so bland this time. Fries were really good. Atmosphere is what you'd expect from a fast- food establishment but at least this location is less hectic than Piccadilly

Didn’t know food can be so bad. Every patty and bun was soggy and crumpled, all the meat (burger and hotdogs) was thin and over-fried to the point of inedible. The bathrooms were blocked and unusable. The glowing reviews of the place that are plastered on every fall feel like a cruel joke.

It’s me again. Trying different five guys branches🤣. I have no idea why the one cheat meal per week is always five guys? Just love the burger🥹💓 and fries. They always have massive amount even tho I just ordered a small one.

The fries I got were so salty that I had to throw away half the bag. I then ended up drinking my entire water bottle and having to go buy another one to quench the resultant thirst. I've had overly-salted fries before but never to this extent. I should note this isn't an issue i've encountered in other Five Guys. This is the only time i've been at this particular one so it may not be reflective of how they are usually but I won't be going back to check.

Delicious burger and fries. Huge portion of fries, too many really. A little on the pricey side. No real atmosphere. Lot of shouting out order numbers. Basic seating.
