It was amazing, the chicken was soooo tasty and the mac balls were melting.

Expensive for portion size. Paid £20 for what seemed like a small McDonald’s 😁. However burger was tasty. Good vibe in venue though and speed and staff were good.

Place was cold with doors opened both sides and cold wind present inside the building. Steak was very expensive and small. It doesn’t not feed you for the dinner. No side came with it, plate was empty. I asked the wait staff to have more bread and they could not understand my question as they didn’t have bread. They brought 2 “flat piadinas” instead for a charge of an additional pound. To avoid. I had to eat again after leaving the place.

I went with my partner and another friend last night. First of all we were 10 minutes late and one extra person join the booking. They’ve accomodate us without saying a single word. Food is great, tasty and the meat so juicy. Staff is very attentive and friendly. Management just great…. Know how… I will recommend this place to everyone.

The service is consistent whenever I go and I’m never disappointed. From the manager to the floor staff everyone is friendly and they check if your food and service are good, especially Harry he’s such a treat and radiates positive energy. Highly recommended!!

Dirty bones has amazing burgers and tacos. Very large restaurant just off Carnaby street and we were served very quickly! I had the so fly burger and my friend got the crispy chicken tacos, both were great.

Visited Dirty bones on Saturday and I cannot complain about one thing. All the staff were accommodating especially Magda, they made my friends birthday extra special. We’ll be back

I had mentioned it was my boyfriend’s birthday when I booked. We got a free glass of Prosecco each when we arrived, as well as a lovely doughnut dessert between us on the house. Servers were very friendly and attentive. A lovely touch to his birthday before we saw a show. Delicious food too. Thanks a lot!

Stopped in for lunch and ordered the Skinny Fries with a garlic and onion salt and a side of Mac & Cheese. The fries were very hot, crispy and quite good. The Mac & Cheese is creamy and very tasty. Overall, good lunch.

The only thing better than the ribs was the service. The food was fresh, full of flavour and well priced. The service was friendly, funny and made sure we felt welcome. We'll be coming back soon.

Arrived at the restaurant to be seated by who we think was the managers. He gets us water and goes back to what he was doing. The only waiter then brings our water and goes off. We then sit for 20 minutes without even being asked about drinks. A family of six come in and the manager sits them and speaks with them. At this point we decided to leave. 20 minutes being ignored is not good service.

I recently visited Dirty Bones and had an excellent experience. The food was outstanding, especially the crispy and flavorful fried chicken. The perfectly seasoned fries and tender, delicious ribs were also highlights. The dessert was a delightful end to the meal. The service was top-notch. Michael, the manager, was welcoming and attentive, ensuring we were well taken care of. Conveniently located, Dirty Bones is a must-visit. The diverse and creative menu offers something for everyone. Highly recommended for a great meal and excellent service.

My son and I discovered this place by chance and we were very satisfied, it is a pub/restaurant in Soho; the location is very nice, the maitre Ken is very kind, the chef is very good, the food is typically English, the portions are generous and the prices are definitely accessible. we recommend it 👍

amazing experience! delicious food and drinks, and really cool vibes + music. we had the mac balls and cheeseburger gyozas for starters, and I had the chicken & waffles for main, cheesy truffle fries (OMG) then the gelato doughnut sandwich with vanilla salted caramel, and a Deputy Dog (cocktail) - all super yummy and prepared with an amazing care for details!! the staff was extremely nice and attentive, a great experience and will definitely go back soon! 👌

The cocktails taste like they had no alcohol, the burger was awful, Mac and cheese nuked in the microwave. Staff couldn't care less.

I loved the place .. I visited based on the peoples’ online reviews and the place just didn’t disappoint at all! Tasty food & and a very friendly staff. Ordered the Mac Daddy and it tasted really good. Even the fries tasted great with the onion and salt seasoning. Lovely overall experience. Definitely coming back soon.

Went on happy hour and paid full price for all cocktails. Didn’t realise when I paid so contacted them next day via email and their Contact Us form as they don’t have a phone number to contact them ( very cheeky) - I attached my receipt and never heard back from them. VERY CHEEKY AND NAUGHTY!!

Went here as I'd been to Shoreditch branch pre covid unfortunately the venue was totally different. No vegan hotdogs:( but I had something to eat which was good .

Great food on the whole but service was not very attentive at all and had to chase orders that had been missed off. Manager was very good but feel he was having to do all the work himself with little help from the team. Main course and drinks were delicious, the donut sandwhich however just tasted overwhelmingly of burnt grease.

Had a great experience here, the food was delicious. Our favourites were the Mac daddy, Mac and cheese balls and sticky wings. Our server Ken, was fantastic as well- kind and attentive.

The food served is here is fully halal and top quality. The meat is flavoured and tender, and the loaded fries (lamb and truffle) were our favourite! The service is also really good - thank you to Ray and the manager at the Soho Branch!

Comunque davvero buoni e prezzi nella media. Consigliato When we arrived at Piccadilly Station we were looking for a place to eat quickly without obligation. We cast lots and came in here. A nice surprise, the kitchen was about to close (9pm) but they served us quickly. Excellent choice of sandwiches with good beef, I don't even comment on the sandwiches with pasta inside....😅. However really good and average prices. Advised

pretty darn decent. The cheeseburger gyoza and frickles were amazing. I had the buffalo chicken burger and while it was good it was kind of mid...not crispy but otherwise was great food. I'd go back for the dumplings and pickles alone. Atmosphere is just standard pub. Can be busy at time but staff were pleasant.

The Big L burger was absolutely incredible. Went out for a friend's birthday, 3 of us had the Big L, 1 person had the tacos, no one was disappointed. Definately going to return and will 100% recommend.

This place is truly amazing. The service from the start was warm, welcoming and friendly. The orders were taken quickly and the food was brought out just as quick. The vibe, the atmosphere and the attentiveness towards the customers was like no other. The food, oh the food, the gochujang wings were some of the best wings ive ever had, the slo-fi burger was sweet and salty, perfect distribution of flavour, and the fries were cooked to perfection with some great seasoning too. The beer options there have a great range also and the cocktails are also a winner in my books. Will definitely be returning!! This is mine and my partners favourite spot now.

My iron steak was cooked to perfection and the service was amazing and friendly with a lovely atmosphere. A lovely finishing touch with the Manager giving us a complimentary peach drink with hundreds and thousands on the glass to celebrate my friend's birthday. A wonderful dining experience thank you.

First American restaurant I've ever been to that actually had good food, every dish here was on point and had actual taste, wasn't just smothered in cheese or fat as I was expecting I'd highly recommend this place to anyone, especially those who despise American food like i used to before I discovered this place with my friend

Location is good, very central and close to theatres. Friendly customer service. Decor is nice, fun with great music especially if you are into 90s rnb/hiphop. We ordered the classic burger, and the Mac Daddy with coleslaw and fries for sides. They had issues with the donuts but the Oreo cheesecake was nice.

Great menu, fun playlist, and close proximity to theatres. Magda was an excellent server along with everyone else. The appetizers, salads, cocktails, burgers, and desserts were some of the best in London. They even brought us American tourists ice without a request. They became busier as the evening went on so I recommend reservations.

Firstly, the customer service here was exceptional. Our waitress was super polite, served us quickly and yet still asked about our day. I love the interior of the restaurant and the open bar looks so slick. I ordered a Lyte & Sweet, which was a sweet pomegranate mocktail that had a sharp tone at first but slowly mellows out as you continue drinking it. I love bars that do mocktails with a substitute to the alcohol so this was a huge boon for me. Our group of friends came to the place simply cause we heard they sold chicken and waffles. Holy ****, the chicken was so crispy and bursting with flavours, especially helped by the sauces provided. The waffles themselves were indeed a great combo with the chicken and now I understand why this is big in America. My friends got the cheese burger gyoza and at least according to them, it's actually a fusion that works well. Definitely a great place, would 100% come back again to try more of the menu.

Fantastic date night location, went there with my wife for the first time and Oskar made our night, always had a smile and was willing to help. Really recommend them, our experience was during the week, not sure how busy it could get on the weekend.

Service was okay, the place is really nice, but the food? Portion sizes were a joke compared to their advertised pictures, they fail to put a hand next to the sliders so you can see it can fit easily in your palm. Not only that but paying £60 for that meal is sad. See pictures they talk. They gave us a exquisite portion of fries, about same portion as a small mcdonalds fries and said "fit for 2 people".

Went to this restaurant while visiting London. Both food and service were ok.

Warm and welcoming staff with a seemingly positive working relationship among the team. Drinks were nice with a good alcohol to mixer ratio. Food was okay and the portion-size is good, but the chicken wings could be prepared/cooked in a way to allow the meat to fall from the bone, and perhaps an extra touch of pepper and a mixed berries sauce for the fried chicken with waffles. An overall great, attentive, quick and polite service from staff, and a cool, dimly-lit ambience, which is perfect for a lunchtime or dinner occasion. The music was also a welcome added touch to give a more NYC-Brooklyn feel to the experience.

This is a fried chicken sit down chain. I can assure it does not give out a fast food vibe. The interior is very chic, quiet atmosphere and you feel exactly as you should in a restaurant. The fried chicken is extremely juicy, and the hot maple and ranch are very good. We also ordered loaded fries with fried chicken, it is the best of both worlds if you want to try the chicken and the fries, and a portion of gyozas with cheeseburger. They were really nice with an exact cheeseburger taste on a bed of cheddar cheese sauce. We finished with the cheesecake which was ok. Would definitely return

This place is AMAZING. The chicken tacos were some of the best I've ever had. We came during happy hour so drinks were a 2 for 1 deal. And the Oreo cheesecake we got for dessert was also top tier. 10/10 would recommend and come again. They also have a 🔥 playlist playing the entire time.

The waitress had great banter. Her alone makes me wanna go back. I wish I caught her name! ❤️
