I didn't eat there but I was shitting myself, I went in and luckily found the bathroom open. I got rid of everything and I thank them. 5 stars

Bad shop. Besides being expensive, the taste of the burgers was unacceptable. The prices they list are without the tax, so in the end calculate + 20%. Also, soft drinks 4.45 pounds! Service completely boring. Generally nothing good. I wouldn't go again.

This store was very spacious and had multiple restrooms, so it was very comfortable to use. It was my first time eating a hamburger, but it was extremely juicy and delicious! (However, your mouth and hands will be sticky, so wet wipes are a must.) The fries were also delicious, just like Mac's crunchy fries. One is large for women, so it's a good size if you can share half of it.

Five guys is great. The quality of the food is good considering that it is fast food, it is a little expensive but the food is good. The smoothies are delicious, and you can also have as many peanuts as you want

Five guys Covent Garden never disappoint me, the food was incredible, the staff member are really friendly and helpful, and Love their dedication to maintain the store clean without forgetting they have the most cleanest toilets of the central London, thanks so much Covent for making my family and myself so happy I highly recommend

Never been before, so I was unsure what to expect... I ordered a plain hamburg & got a plain hamburg. No lettuce, no tomato, no relish. Just bun & 2 meat patties & all for £9.95 . I doubt I'll be returning again. The server who took my order, never explained anything about the 15 free topping. She looked kinds bored, tbk.

Visited on 30/07/2024. Must say: The server was very helpful! However: Cleaner approached my table, opened up my food bag. Had a poke with dirty gloved hand whilst holding broom and dustpan in other. This was whilst I tried to get cutlery of which there was none available at sauce/drinks area. I was few feet away. Complaints website does not work. After filling in country field it does not work beyond that. So can’t complain! Tried contacting via reviews field and had unhelpful replies and denials my food bag was opened and touched. The opening of my food bag etc was denied. This is clearly not the case. Did they really look at CCTV as they said or just not being honest? I asked for this to be escalated to a serious complaint but they refused and said matter is dealt with. As much as I looked forward to having a meal there, I will not be going again to any Five Guys. I am very disappointed by the way Five Guys handled this matter. Disgrace!

We called for a milkshake on a hot day in London. If the milkshake had not been so good the rating here would be poorer. The milkshakes took 25 minutes to be made, this had to be collected from a stand behind the main desk that we discovered by chance, it was disorganised and were initially given the wrong shakes. This was corrected but after a 25 minute wait we werenot very impressed.

Friendly staff good food. Can get busy at times but seating area downstairs is usually empty and loads of seats

It seems like mad prices for fancy fast food (albeit in the city center) but the burgers are really, really nice and all doubled up. Fries are great, drinks are outrageously expensive but unlimited refills for soft drinks.

The burgers are delicious and good, but the potatoes are cut and fried with their skin on, you can only have them as long as the drinks are finished. You can offer shelled peanuts and eat as much as you want.

Slowest and rudest service I’ve ever experienced

The Five Guys Covent Garden is an address of a fast food chain. The place is well located and like this type of restaurant, the main advantage is the opening hours and the possibility of eating when traditional restaurants are closed. Nothing to do with known addresses, here the Burgers are prepared to order and can be personalized with 15 different ingredients. There are only ground meat burgers. There are of course fries (minute cooked), various drinks and milkshakes. Everything is prepared in front of you and the Burger is served hot. Have tried it, everyone will have their own opinion!

Love the food, the service, and the views of the street. 10/10 😊

Yesterday evening I had a fantastic culinary experience at this establishment. The chips were quite honestly some of the most flavoursome, succulent and perfectly salty chips I’ve ever had. The spicy seasoning was perfectly balanced, combining both spice and herbs to add a new dimension to the flavour of the chips. The texture of the chips was also noteworthy, striking a perfect balance between a crisp outer skin and soft inner potato.

Upmarket fast food restaurant. Loved the cheeseburger and homemade fries.free refill drinks as well Definitely not cheap though

The place gets extremely crowded at meal times, with all tables taken and therefore people eating anywhere there’s a flat horizontal surface, including on the bins and window ledges etc. Service is relatively fast in the context of those queues. The burgers are okay - better than a McDonalds or Burger King, but no Honest Burgers or artisanal burger. Location is very handy close to Covent Garden, however

Can't go wrong with Five Guys. I ordered a hamburger and small fries. I like Five Guys because the quality is consistent. The bun is basic bread and not those sugar ones. I get to pick my filling, making it the healthier (for a burger chain) option. No fancy salty and sugar sauces, no burnt bits on my burger, basic and simple and tasty. Place is big with additional seating downstairs and pretty reasonable sizes toilets for this kind of location. Would come here again.

The atmosphere is like in a FastFood restaurant. So don't expect any atmosphere. The burgers are really very good and much more real than in popular fast food places. And bigger. Fries…. Note - do not run Large…. You will get a bag of fries…. Tasty, but the quantity is really scary 🙃

I love the burgers here and the free peanuts. And also the soft drink machine. Service is great, quick and friendly. Just wish I could afford to eat here more often as it is a little pricey.

A little taste of American fast food in the heart of London. Great place for a quick bite when only a burger and fries will do. The shakes are perfect.

Visit to central london this evening staying at a hotel near Westminister. First order was £80 for 4 burgers 4 milkshakes. Delivery driver delivered at the building next door and then simply stop answering his call via the uber app to say where he left it. Never got our food. Kids are now grumpy as they’re getting extremely hungry. After paying for fast delivery it still took ages. Second order again another £80. After 3 calls finally found the deliveroo guys outside after saying he was in the lobby. So finally thinking I can feed my family. Order is missing 2 milkshakes. Had to share one milkshake between two kids. After placing first order at 830 finally got to eat at 1030pm. Burgers were cold, milkshake delivered was on its side and was now milk and for 2 cups of fries we got 4 ketchups. If I have to go by this service I’m never stepping foot into another five guys.

I’ve been getting cheeky Five Guys burgers for a few years now. They’re expensive but really tasty. Today I ordered a usual cheeseburger and fries but the mayo dispenser was empty. I told the lady at the milkshake counter and she said okay. She then walked off and put some empty bottles in the bin. She then used both her hands to push down the overflowing bin before coming over to the mayo. Without washing her hands, she took the top off and put both hands into the mayo, pushed it from the base up to the top and put the lid back on. Even if she hadn’t just put both her hands in the the trash, it would have looked gross. I assumed the mayo I’ve been covering my fries with hadn’t had someone’s bare hands in it. It was disgusting and I can’t believe I actually filled up my fries with it anyway. I then left and dropped them in a bin when I realised what I’d just seen. I don’t think I can eat there again - if a staff member is willing to do that in front of customers, what might be going on behind the scenes?

Excellent burgers, made to order so very fresh and tasty. Staff were being trained the day I visited so service was probably a wee bit slower as a result but totally understandable. Too many chips served and even though I got one portion to share between two of us, we still couldn't finish them.

The food remains five guys, very good quality products however going there for the first time, the staff is just there to note what you say, not mean or unpleasant but just tired it seems, say the composition of your burger, otherwise we won't ask you

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. After ordering, you can scoop the nuts into a bowl to save time while your order is processed (nuts in the shell, but salty - delicious). Fries from potatoes with skin on -> excellent (the best I've had in England - you can even read which farm they are from on the sign at the entrance). Definitely visit, you won't regret it. in addition, the price/performance ratio -> excellent 👍

As always, excellent food, nice service and everything prepared very quickly. The environment is standard, clean, you could see that they clean here regularly. Compared to other fast food restaurants, it is significantly more expensive here, but at the same time better quality, so it's fine.

Service was very slow and when our meals arrived, some of them were incorrect but the queue was very long so we just accepted what we had. We ordered 3 small chips and received a bag full !

There were some tables empty but dirty...we had to move the things away to eat there. I had the little cheeseburguer and was delicious. I think is the perfect size.

The burger was not good. Not delicious it used to be. It will be very disappointing for me. In recent years, this place has been going through a Burger King or Mcdonald style.

Stone cold wasn’t even edible!

The hamburger was tasteless and the potato’s is not also. I didn’t eat both.

I got followed and bombarded by the worker man and he says that he knew me and said my name was karen, its kristiniana. I absolutely loved it until the worker started bombarding me and wouldnt leave me alone!!! gosh cant stand that bloke. 😒😒 I tried running away from him and slid on slippery floors and bodonked my floppy head onto the baristas bar. It left a BARBANCTUOUSLY large bump on my forehead! but great food! x

The burgers were meh, uninteresting overall. The fries were good. Given how many people passed by, I would say the service was good and well organized. The atmosphere is the classic fast food chain low effort one you expect. Probably much better options close by in same price range

Burgers here used to be great but on this occasion were dry and fairly bland. Decent milkshake, okay chips (portion sizes for chips are still 🚀)
