Casual meets refinement here. These burgers are no joke and deserve the acclaim and name recognition. We had the grass fed menage a trois burger OMG incredible!!! You have to order by your phone through their website. Burger was a little pricy but the taste supported the cost. Definitely will try again!

Although Gordon didn't work the grill that day, the hamburger was good, could have been a bit bigger. The fries were very good. The price is not cheap compared with other places that serve good burgers

The staff is very friendly and always at disposition even if it’s everything automated by the app. The restaurant it’s a bit overrated. I had higher expectations in terms of taste and experience. For what I had I would say that’s too expensive.

The burgers were delicious and hot, and the food arrived in reasonable time. The toilets of the place were downstairs and had very strange neon lights that looked like they didn't belong here.

I’ve tried the toffee cake with ice cream and it was okay to be fair but not really what I was expecting (quite the normal cake with toffee drizzle surrounding it with a normal ice cream no flavour) The stuff was very welcoming and nice with quick service

Food was ok, but not as great as expected and too small for how much you pay, but the main reason to give two stars is the obligatory top of 15% that you have to talk to the staff about to get removed or lower.

Very delicious burgers! We ate one vegetarian and one chicken. We add sweet potatoes. You can manage everything by scanning the QR, place the order, customize the burger and pay right there. The attention of the local boys and girls was also excellent!!

The only reason I gave a 2 stars was the fries were good and the waitress was friendly. I orderd the GFC, it had a 4 chilli raiting, mine was simply oily and bland, it has no flavor, nevermind zero heat, I don't even think they used salt and pepper. Gordan goes around making a TV show about kitchen nightmares and tells people how to run a successful business, he should go to his own resturants and taste the crap they are giving people at £18 a pop. I should have gone to KFC it would have been MUCH better. TOURIST TRAP!

Unfortunately a very poor experience this week. Told that we had to order on the app there was no table service - which was quite slow and needed all my personal details. Then the app I’m assuming didn’t work for the kitchen because 35 mins later no food had arrived. We weren’t the only ones unfortunately a gentleman in the corner said he been waiting for an hour. This was a Friday lunchtime with only 6 people in there. Staff were apologetic but unfortunately I had to go and it took a little while to process the refund.

Food isn't badly priced bearing in mind its london a course is £18 I was a little miffed after Oakington £4.50 for a bottle of water to find its tap water bottled up Also they like you to order via qr code and the building is cashless

Very good cuisine, very professional service, however it's a shame that the meat is so dry even though the quality of the meat is top notch. It is true that in England the cooking is not the same as in France, which is why I am willing to make an exception because the taste was the same.

Expected more of a "Ramsay" burger. Nothing special about the food. It was perfectly fine.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Marek, the waiter at this restaurant displayed absolutely no integrity or honesty. I specifically asked if the food contained pork, as it goes against my religion and diet, and he blatantly lied, assuring me it didn’t. Only after eating did I find out the truth. This is beyond incompetence—it’s unethical, deceptive, and completely unacceptable. Serving food with false information is not just disrespectful but also dangerous for people with dietary restrictions. I strongly warn anyone with religious or dietary concerns to avoid this place at all costs. A restaurant that allows such dishonesty from its staff should not be trusted.

Rip off ££. Added whopping service charge even though had to use the app. Burgers were not worth the price. Try Five Guys instead if you want a tasty burger at a reasonable price.

Better to go to McDonald's, two people €80 for two hamburgers and two drinks. The meat is not good and the burgers nothing special. Seriously, it's not worth it nor is it more enjoyable than a McDonald's. They put an extra 15% on your bill for the service.

Unfortunately very disappointing. My burger was mediocre, the bun wasn't thawed, there was hardly any sauce and little taste. Fries delicious. For a burger and beer you pay around £30 per person. This also includes a forced tip of 15% even though you order and pay with your own smartphone. Cheeky

The hall servers, both female and male, are very friendly. You can order online by taking a QR, but if that doesn't work, you can call a staff member and they will kindly take your order one-on-one. There is a 15% service charge

10/10 experience. All burgers come with golden crispy chips, buns are so fresh and burgers were amazing. The waiter was super nice and explained everything on the menu with patience and a wide smile. Definitely recommend this place for lunch and dinner.

We had always wanted to visit a Gordon Ramsay restaurant, and when we found this place, we had to try it. The staff were polite and professional. We based our food choices on their recommendations, and I'm so glad we listened to them. The online ring, the burgers, and everything were absolutely delicious. Definitely recommend it!

You can never go wrong with a Gordon Ramsay restaurant! I got the GFC burger and GFC fries because it was listed as popular and a chef’s favorite. It did not disappoint.

I had a chicken burger which was quite tough and not very tasty. The fries were good though. Expensive for what you get, not happy that the tip is added to the order, when you order at the table on the QR code. Basically, you pay a 15% tip for the staff to just bring your food to the table. Cost 40 pounds for 2 burgers and no drinks. Wouldn't go again as had much better burgers for far less

Without further ado, the normal staff is not the friendliest but they don't serve badly either, they are small burgers but they come with a lot of fries, these were very tasty and crunchy, my boy ordered one that wasn't that spicy and he said the meat was very good, I ate chicken and that's it! A dry grilled chicken with an unbalanced lemon flavor! It hasn't been me. Favorite, either. I thought it was cheap for what it was. Total average score neither bad nor good.
