Street Burger has the best burgers, and Chirag's service was amazing.

I must say, Best burger on the town thanks to visionary chef Gordon and our waiter Chirag made all experience memorable. Truffle burger we had on recommendation of waiter and we loved it

Food is very simple and I got sick a few hours latter, food poisoning. Stuff was nice.

Mixed feelings but I’ll give it the benefit of the doubt. Great location, really polite and friendly staff, very nice food and generally a good atmosphere about the place. Bit pricey at £55 for 2 burgers with chips/dirty fries, a pint of Peroni and a tap water, but central London so guess I should expect it. The discretionary 15% service charge is a bit of an insult but maybe I’m just tight

Delicious food, beautiful environment, and remarkable service! We were assisted from a Greek girl named Clio, who was very caring, always smiling and available for any request. I have a GF intolerance and she advised me and took care of me.

Correct burger joint. We went in because we saw that it was by Gordon Ramsey and very good, without eccentricities. The burger is not very big but filling and the potatoes are good, that together with a refreshing beer is a very good option to nourish yourself and continue hitting the streets of London. Excessively expensive beer £8 a regular pint... The photo is of the tartufo burger (limited).

The day before yesterday I ate at your place, everything was very tasty. The child liked it. Like, I recommend it to everyone.

I ate the truffle burger because they recommended it. The truffle flavor was very strong and delicious, and the staff was very friendly.

Great food!! We had chicken wings. Good quality of chicken meat and perfect flavor!! We felt very welcome, very nice service too. The nice lady Cornelia who served us was very welcoming and charming. We definitely would recommend others to go.

After the last disappointment at Gordon's Maze Grill, we dared to go to one of his restaurants again. We liked the style of the restaurant. The restaurant manager was very personable and professional. We felt very comfortable. The burgers and fries were “spot on”, very, very good. Plus a freshly tapped Peroni, it couldn't be better. When we come to London again, we'll skip Maze Grill and come here for burgers.

I ordered the most famous Hell's Kitchen burger, and it was all delicious, although the strong pickle flavor in the burger didn't suit my personal taste, but it was delicious. The staff are also friendly.

We had a lovely lunch here on our regular visit to London. The onion rings have an amazing batter mix and the seasoning on the chips was delicious. I had the Hell's Kitchen burger on this occasion and it was divine.

Had the Vegan Smash Burger, which was very bland and the vegan cheese was disgusting. There are definitely better ones around. The fries were good. Very run-down, dirty location. Horrible toilets.

La porción es adecuada para disfrutar del sabor y quedar suficientemente satisfecho, no son porciones monstruosas. El precio me parece un poco elevado pero no es tan diferente a lo ofrecido en otros restaurantes. Muy buena atención del personal.

It's not expensive in general, but it's expensive for the garbage they serve, I can't imagine Gordon Ramsay eating a single bite of this abomination, chips are disgusting and the ice cream even worst… c’mon Ramsay, it’s bloody machine ice cream, it’s impossible to taste bad, or not!!! I won't talk about the burgers, just don't take the risk. By the way, they offered me free food in exchange for a good review, they’re mental !!!

The lamb kebab (which is essentially a lamb burger) was tasty Fries hot but liberally seasoned with bog standard generic seasoning mixture Service consists of a high pressure up selling asking if you want “extras” and three different people came asking me if I had finished before I had This was early evening snd there were empty tables and nobody queuing to get in t he end I just gave up told them to take the uneaten fries paid the bill and finished the cocktail There is. As n automatic 15% concessionary service charge added but they ask if you want to add more, certainly not on this occasion

I had a next level burger, it was a full of flavor, loved it our server was Chirag he give us amazing experience here.

The Frenchie burger is really delicious! The Koffman fries are also very good and well seasoned - I highly recommend. Our server Cornelia, is really nice, and made our experience even better!

The burger I ordered, Menage A Trois, was normal. The street Slaw (coleslaw)gave me stomach acid and I didn't find it particularly tasty. The chopped salad is also mixed with a light salsa sauce with a Mexican flavor. I would sa it’s a level of some hospital cafeteria. The french fries had the artificial flavor of store-bought potato chips.

Nice place, extremely nice and friendly staff, but I must admit I expected more from the food. I had the Frenchie burger which had blue cheese inside, but the meat was in my opinion overcooked. It was a bit dry and I think for this reason the cheese dominated the burger too much. Maybe if you pay for Wagyu option it gets better but to have it standard I think it loses the taste of a burger and you get a mouthful of taste of blue cheese. Sweet potatoes were great and I think they put some melted cheese on top which makes them perfect. All in all it’s a 4/5 but I am sure picking some other burger would put it to 5/5 since with this one it was just a matter of strong flavoured cheese dominating and overtaking the taste of the meet.

This was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had! It was delicious and flavorful, and the potatoes were great as well. The portion might seem small, but it was more than enough, and the price was very reasonable. I only wish we had one of these in my town. I’ll be traveling to Edinburgh soon, and I can’t wait to try it there as well. If you live in or visit London, you have to try this restaurant. The staff were also very friendly—thank you!

Great expectations - not. The Charing Cross Road branch I visited today - lacked atmosphere and vibe and service to match. Slightly arrogant vibe and although food was nice, it didn’t have the wow factor I expected and the price is normal but adding 15% service charger for 2 ppl and not mentioning it - not on. If the service was good, friendly or showing an iota of interest - I’d have paid willingly but my payment had done through before I raised including the 15% ‘service’ charge. I like Gordon and his franchises but this did nothin for me or my son. The fact then my server didn’t realise the app functions. As the old saying goes ‘beware what you wish for’ didn’t help

Burger was tiny, more like a kids meal. It was average, for the price would expect more. Staff were miserable. Been before and it was better the first time. I won’t go again, there’s plenty of better places to eat.

Lovely staff - lady with the glasses and chirag! I would suggest adding some Lemon juice to the sauce for the wings would take the recipe higher. But all in all. Was a great bite to eat.

Came here on bank holiday Monday, late afternoon, there was plenty of seating available. I had the G.F.C burger and the onion rings. My god they were the most amazing onion rings. The sweet potato fries were lovely and crispy, burger was juicy and full of flavour. Pleasantly surprised. Another venture by Gordon I hope works out.

Delicious burger, a little soggy, but edible fries. The burgers are all £18 and come with potato chips. I upgraded to Dirty Fry, but the smell was better than the original. A 15% service charge is added. It's a bit more expensive than typical London restaurants, but it's worth a visit at least once.

Friendly service, we got in during a quiet lunch hour. My boyfriend rated his burger 8.7/10. I had a salad and sweet potato fries - tbh the salad wasn’t mind blowing as it was catered to GF-vegetarian requirements, but they had a great understanding on allergens and were able to instruct accordingly. Service was 5/5 and we left happy. 😊

Definitely worth a visit! Away from the crowds of Covent Garden! Cornelia was a fantastic host, food was great, nothing was too much trouble and she was great at keeping our daughter entertained. Will definitely be back (we are first timers!)

This was such a colossal disappointment. I have no idea if Ramsay has just leant his name or is involved with the menu but, either way, the food reflects terribly on him. I ordered ribs and fries and ummed and ahhed about ordering the large ribs for £36. I get down on my knees and pray to the almighty that I settled for the smaller portion. They came out and looked unappetising front the get-go. A dark lump of treacle-covered meat where you couldn't even pick out what was ribs and what was meat. And the gloomy sauce was just a generic sweet, sticky mess. I ended up scraping it up and attempting to eat what meat there was, avoiding the shards and grit that seemed to break off. This was on a bed of the most bog-standard, over-salted fries I can remember having. Ended up leaving about a quarter as wondered what was the point. Had decided to follow this with the sticky toffee but changed my mind as didn't want to risk it. I actually dined for half-price but still felt thoroughly overcharged. Will not stray from Honest Burgers in future, I can only apologise to them. I've given two stars since the supervisor was welcoming, attentive throughout and used my name on all occasions. Meant I didn't have the heart to tell him my true opinion when asked about my meal

Better to go somewhere else... Fair service, salty and greasy burger. Frozen potatoes with added powders. For the price I don't expect 1 Michelin star as some comments say but I do expect at least 4 potatoes to be peeled and fried
