I've been today here and me and my friend got to be served by Rakesh ( sorry if I spelled it bad) he was absolutely amazing. 😊 I will come back for sure ... Absolutely 10 out of 10 customer service. 👍

The food is amazing. We went there for bottomless pizza with our kids and it was good variety for vegetarians. The pizzas were full of flavour and not too heavy to eat. Hal was really good with the service. He helped us in deciding what to go for and was very prompt in refilling our plates as soon as we were almost done. Only downside was the seating downstairs which is very different to upstairs. Felt like two different restaurants altogether. Maybe next time we shall sit upstairs where there is more space with little children. Overall, great food and good service 😊 Will go again.

Unfortunately I was disappointed with the pizzas. We almost only got the same pizza the whole time and we promised to get every pizza on the menu once. There are much better pizzas in terms of taste. For me it was a unique thing.

We were very well looked after by Rakesh. He made us feel welcome by offering a variety of drinks followed by bringing out some tasty pizza. He repeatedly checked up on us, to ensure we had everything we needed. We were also offered a baby high chair to help with our little one who also enjoyed a little of the pizza. Great service, great professionalism, thanks for looking after us Rakesh :)

Food and atmosphere was great. Pizza kept coming. All the servers where great especially Rakesh who served us.

I visited with my daughter and we both loved it here, the pizza was delicious, and we were offered pizza every few minutes or so, a big variety of lovely flavours. The cost is very reasonable. And my daughter loved the unlimited ice cream for £4! We were very impressed and would come again next time we're in London!

Amazing experience! Service was super fast and friendly, the whole ambient was relaxing and welcoming! Really relaxed atmosphere and great service from Rakesh. Explained the whole process and there was pizza being offered before we’d even decided on drinks. Great selection of pizza and staff listened when I explained I was vegetarian so made sure to bring over lots of choice for me. Pleasantly surprised at the level of service

Incredible impromptu dinner for two. A wide range of options, with very warm and cosy atmosphere. The pizza was light and crispy, and each pizza stood out. Thank you Hal, our waiter, for such attentive, efficient and welcoming service! Would definitely visit again!

They charged us £40 for a buffet (party size of two), but all we ended up with was repeated slices of the same Margherita pizza. We could have simply ordered a whole Margherita pie for much less. Vegetarian options were scarce, and non-vegetarian guests seemed to get much better service. Meanwhile, we waited 10-20 minutes between slices. Poor service—everyone should be treated equally.

We decided to give this Ramsay pizza concept a try. To begin with its a very small restaurant. Pizza is paper thin Lacks ingredients- a pepperoni slice had one slice of pepperoni, the ham and pineapple had a little chunk of pineapple and a tiny slice of ham. They start serving the cheapest pizza first such as magarita - i think they hope you are filled up on the cheap eats first so they save money. It can take a long time for the server to bring another slice of pizza for you like over ten minutes. Overall not an enjoyable experience with pizza lacking ingredients. You are better off at a franco manca or bella napoli. The overall cost is overpriced for the poor quality pizza. Shame on Ramsay!

Great concept, service was super friendly and welcoming. The pizzas were very light and tasty, not overwhelming at all. Since I don’t eat meat they brought out so many unique types of veggie pizzas, one of the best tasting ones was the truffle pizza. So goood!! Will be returning for sure and would highly recommend!!

Lovely waiter - free flowing pizza. Went early on a Monday evening so place was quiet. Cocktails, and even cocktails, are fab.

Shocking service, ran by a bunch of amateurs, we went in with the 2 kids, I asked for a half rack of ribs on the menu, only to be told ( sorry but people dont usually order the ribs, so we dont have any ) Ok so I didn't really mind. So we went with this ridiculous bottomless pizza concept. So basically we were waiting 25 mins for a simple margarita, they then came to table and handed the kids 2 slices of pizza with barely any cheese on it, kids ate the 2 slices and we were sitting there for 20mins wondering when we were getting the rest of the pizza 😂. Finally got the attention of one the waitresses and she said they'll put another pizza on, I was absolutely flabbergasted so I asked do we wait 20 mins everytime we eat a slice for the next. Absolute joke of a place, I put on the table in cash what we ate and ran out of the place. Gordon Ramsey I watch your kitchen nightmare shows where you sort other restaurants out, you might want to head down to your own place because it ain't no better than the places in the show. Absolute joke of a place.👎 We were in London for 3 days and this place was the worst experience I've probably ever had in a restaurant. Terrible .

Wanted to enjoy my last night in London, going to this restaurant, in the middle of the dinner 2 rats appeared around the table. I told to the waiter and he told me to eat for free. In the middle that he was telling to me that, the 2 rats appeared again. They told us that is London and is really normal to have rats around. Left the place vomiting. I’m never going to come back.

We came for a quick lunch, it was OK, not the best pizza you will eat, but of course if you are a big eater 20£ (+15% service) will be worth it. 52£ for two people, perhaps you can eat something better. The bathroom was clean and the upstairs was quite nice but way more expensive although it is another restaurant.

This place is a scam! Pizza barely had any toppings, very little cheese and almost no meat (ham, pepperoni etc) Despite having a price point rather generous, quality is ridiculously low. It was a massive disappointment. Would never go there again or to any of the restaurants that tried to sell garbage food with popular name.

Very tasty pizza for an affordable price. The only negative point was that the music in the shop was too loud so that people had to argue and couldn't survive the service. Otherwise the service was very accommodating and had options available for vegetarians.

I go each time lm in London, think about 5 times now. The variation of slices is good considering you could just be having 1 boring pepperoni pizza. £20 (atm) is about the price of a pizza, so why not get great chefs make it for you? Atmosphere is great, just wish we had one in Belfast as there's nothing like it in Northern Ireland to my knowledge
