Enjoyed a very nice HUGE coffee at Costa in Fleet high street. Excellent service from very friendly lovely staff. Usual Costa menu. No complaints. Nice atmosphere.

I’m sorry to say that over the last year or so the food has gone down hill. It used to be really nice but then something changed and the fried rice tasted bland and the food was over cooked. The final straw was when I found a hair in my chilli shredded beef, it just put me right off. I called them to complain and I asked if they wear hair nets in the kitchen and they said no and said sorry and thanks for letting them know. That was it! Sad to say we won’t be eating there again until it gets better.

We had a delivery from these on Monday and was left deeply disappointed. We thought we would try it as it had a five star rating. We ordered shredded chilli beef with rice,soup and spring rolls. The beef was very brown and didn’t quite look right and when we tasted it all we could taste was hoi sin sauce. After a few mouthfuls my husband rang them and said it was full of hoi sin and not chilli beef. The phone call was not bery successful. They argued we were wrong and accused him of just trying to get a refund. This was not the case as the rest of the food was okay. After 10 minutes we gave in and said we would give this review but which they asked us not to dol They refunded the beef but not the rice that was ruined with the beef on top. Shocking customer service and will never use again and also advise others to avoid.

Website showing that the Burger King is open until 12 o’clock at night but is actually closing a lot sooner because they didn’t Update the website very disappointed.

Lovely helpful staff, great food and lovely atmosphere. Perfect to spend mums birthday lunch there and able to take our dog in too! Perfect!

*Absolute disgrace of a place to get Chinese food from*. Picked up from the shop so I know it was "fresh" on a Friday evening..it was not fresh and it was not nice! I only had egg fried rice, crispy chilli beef and a curry sauce. The crispy chilli beef was stuck together in a strange gellotine mass, neither me or my cat "Dave" thought it was edible 🤷🏼‍♂️🐈🚫 "Egg fried rice" is dark brown in colour, and is dryer than a Saharan sock! I liked the taste tho 🤷🏼‍♂️ Will not return and I recommend you don't go either! Don't say you was not warned 🚫‼️‼️

I ordered at 18:37 the time is now 20:21 I was told 90 minutes for food. Now nearly 2 hours down the line I phoned for an update and I've been told another 35 minutes. Poor performance and when I challenged it on the phone the lad hung up. No offer of any money back from my order just a hang up. Shocking and will not be ordering from here again poor customer services and poor timing. I do not expect to wait 2 and a half hours for a take away. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I use this cafe regularly. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They take particular care of people with particular needs. The filter coffee is great, and the staff ensure that brew is fresh . The food generally is good, but Starbucks HQ has an irritating habit of withdrawing my favourites. Still, this remains my morning cafe of choice.

It had been highly recommended to us by many people. We booked in for my Mum's birthday and the staff could not have been more helpful and welcoming. Really nice atmosphere whether you're there for dinner or just drinks. The roast dinner was impressive, almost too much food with beautifully cooked meat and varied vegetables. Beer and wine selection is also very good, the local beer Phoenix Ale I can recommend for anyone wanting a traditional English Ale. I definitely want to go back again soon, we randomly ended up there the day before our dinner on a pub crawl of Hartney Whitney and had a lot of fun. The staff are always accommodating and friendly, I'll be recommending it to everyone I know.

messy, looked like it was rushed,checked together. Not worth £15 plus they forgot part of my order. I definitely won't be using fleet again
