The best restaurants in Hart South East

We use this Chinese takeaway every few months & always same standard! Not the best we’ve ever had, but better than ones in our village so we travel 5 miles to use Po Lee! Some items a little pricey. Could do with some more vegetarian options, chose fried bamboo as we love bamboo, but wasn’t keen on the clear sauce it was in.

We had a delivery from these on Monday and was left deeply disappointed. We thought we would try it as it had a five star rating. We ordered shredded chilli beef with rice,soup and spring rolls. The beef was very brown and didn’t quite look right and when we tasted it all we could taste was hoi sin sauce. After a few mouthfuls my husband rang them and said it was full of hoi sin and not chilli beef. The phone call was not bery successful. They argued we were wrong and accused him of just trying to get a refund. This was not the case as the rest of the food was okay. After 10 minutes we gave in and said we would give this review but which they asked us not to dol They refunded the beef but not the rice that was ruined with the beef on top. Shocking customer service and will never use again and also advise others to avoid.

It would help if the restaurant read the notes - I asked for ‘No Olives’ and the pizza was covered in them tried phoning but no answer. So can’t comment on quality as wasn’t able to eat

Very slow service bearing in mind the store was pretty much empty. Card machine was down in store but not the drive thru?? Store doesn’t take cash

Complained my pizza was cold so i drove to get it remade and he gave me free cookies … with black curly hairs IN THEM.

Food was awful , I ordered spare ribs which were burnt to a crisp, special fried rice was brown and bland and had no taste The only redeeming item was the curry sauce which was nice hence the 1 star

I don't really like fast food but sometimes it's an option you just have to choose.

Avoid, an employee believes it is okay to show total disrespect to the customers and speak to them as though they are a piece of dirt. Very argumentative and doctoral with no compassion. We moved a table in the garden! No notification stating not to. My family took me out following a diagnosis as a means to cheer us up. Our custom is lost to this venue. Better customer service at The Mill.

I have ordered from this location multiple times, but recently each order I have made has been delayed by an hour after the initial delivery time given or more. And if you cancel the order as it’s taking too long you can’t leave a review! Very frustrating

We used to frequent Longacres Garden Centre regularly before the pandemic, but their price hikes and often overcrowded restaurant made us look for alternatives. Whenever we go to Farnham, we kept passing this new place and decided to give this place a try. Upon arrival, we navigated the one-way car park and found a convenient spot near the entrance. As we entered the centre and walked to the restaurant, we were amazed by the elegant decor, which reminded us of The Dorchester Hotel in London. The space was spacious, clean, and stylish. We ordered the Egg Royale and two coffees, and my gosh, they were absolutely delicious. Will we return? Definitely!

We ordered 4 burgers. All arrived raw and pink!

Delivery details are wrong, website states 45 mins, email confirms the same… 1 hour in I call and they say they can’t adjust this, which is of course a load of rubbish. They are just trying to obtain business by lying on their timelines. It’s a huge shame as food is good - better off ordering through third party company and claiming compensation against them but I ordered direct.

ordered off app, got moved to uber and cancelled, pizza came way too late and when asked what happened on the phone and if i could get a refund as had been waiting for nearly two hours, manager was rude. disappointed
