Avoid this like the plague. Unprofessional, incompetent and give you attitude when you complain about their poor, slow service. Use KFC for sure.

Luke warm food and dismissive staff

My first time having chimchirri, and I really enjoyed it

Served relatively quickly. The services seemed clean although lots of people left their wrappers etc on the tables. All the tables needed a clean! We ate off the wrappers. The burgers always go cold so quick!

Took 30 mins to get my food, burger was terrible and my drink was warm, McDonald’s is much better

Great BK l, this services stop can get really busy on a weekends but there's usually plenty of parking as well as seating areas.

Always quick service and nice and clean.

Regular pit stop when travelling on the M3 does what it says on the tin. That's just what you want. Staff always friendly too

Laziest employees I've ever had the misfortune of talking to. Treated customers with attitude and grief when asked to do their job. Also the burger was cold and soggy. Chips were decent though. £13 for a large meal is ridiculous.

We used the Burger King at Fleet Services which was convenient on our journey to and from the New Forest. Burger King burgers are not very tasty and rather overpriced in comparison to McDonald's which are delicious. Would probably have KFC next time.

As a delivery driver, I try to stay away from this BK as much as possible, as it is always short-staffed, and it's not uncommon to have to wait for 20 minutes for small orders, not counting how long it takes to get one of the worker's attention

I hope I never have to stop at this Burger King again. It was painful watching the staff standing around and going at a snails pace. I was getting worried because you only get two hours free parking. There was around 20 people waiting for their food all complaining. Please find staff that actually want to work as we were being held up on our journey home. It was only after I complained that I got my food. Also their recipt doesn't have a store number on it to do the survey on how they did so unfortunately I can't complain through their app.

Ordered on Deliveroo, food came quickly, however it came covered in cheese on an item that doesn’t have cheese(chicken royal burger), I am lactose intolerant and tried to phone and got no response. Have received a refund from Deliveroo which is brilliant.

Website states it shuts at 00:00 arrive at 11:15 and it was closed! They really need to update this.

They gave me chicken instead of the vegan version!!! Very poor for any place advertising vegan options to give a vegan meat! Absolutely disgusted 🤮

Best burger in Burger King I ever eat

I am not one for ever writing a bad review but I was not happy and also the food made me very ill hours later. I jad waited nearly an hour for my food. The staff where all over the place and also people was bringing their food back as it was no good. My food was burnt anything that was deep fried all had little black bits of burnt food where the oil has not been changed for a while and oil itself had become burnt causing this. I had a chicken Royale meal, nuggets and chilli cheese poppers or whatever you call them. They all tasted burnt and had black bits all over them. I will not be using this burger king again. This needs to be sorted or other people will be ill.

Cold chips. No sauce. No napkins so gave us blue cleaning roll. Burgers cold No fillings. The worst. Won't be stopping there again.

Paid £16 for 2 meals and they were the size of a McDonald's saver burger that's cost £1.30, and the quality was the same. I know prices are always bit higher at service stations but that's just ridiculous. Get a KFC, you'll get more for your money.

Used to stop here about once a month, has been ok in the past but now: a) no hot drinks on the menu (3 times in a row) b) replacements for the veggie beanburgers are terrible.

did not have basic BK items such as the Whopper / Chicken Royale payment failed multiple times on multiple cards on ordering machines that were slow and sticky would recommend going to the Chopstix, Subway or KFC as they had better service and a full menu

Seen short staff, only 4 working on a busy lunch at Fleet services. Only card payment which is a down side. Food is nice.

Ordered takeaway, burger was cold and my drink didn't have much taste. Only decent thing was the chips. Wouldn't mind the price so much if the food was hot. Won't be returning at all

My expectations weren't exactly very high, but they still failed to meet them! Very grumpy staff. eg. Our cup of tea had no milk. When we asked for some, they couldn't have been less sympathetic. They just said they had run out (despite still serving milk coffees, etc). Will not return to Burger King here. Very high prices too, even for a motorway "service(?!)" station.

Burger was not so much flame-grilled as held near a radiator for twelve seconds. Chips were hot though. Look, it's a Burger King on a motorway - you're going to get overcharged for small portions of food. It comes relatively quickly and it's predictable. And there's a decent amount of seating.

So we popped in here on out way to Peppa Pig World. My daughter was hungry and the Burger King had the least people queuing. Placed our order at the electronic terminal. Then we had to wait approx 10 minutes for the food. There were only 2 members of staff. They didn't smile and looked so unhappy. When the food arrived it was warm but we didn't want to wait due to the amount of time it had taken already. We weren't made to feel welcome. Literally shouted out our order number and gave us out food. Terrible service

Cold food, coffee was cold. When asked it was cold, the staff said" you need to go to Starbucks if I wanted hot". Very rude staff, sub standard food. Not going back there. Absolute disgrace.

I stopped here for a bite to eat on the way back from my holiday, although I had a Burger King on the way down, there isn't a store near me so I thought I would have it again. This time I got a double whopper meal, which was up to Burger Kings usual standards. Can't go wrong with a tried and tested recipe! Service was quick and despite there being a queue. The only downside is the touchscreens to order were covered in fingermarks, much like the one over the road, and didn't appear to have been cleaned in a while, and the nearest sanitiser was over at Starbucks.

Appalling. Dry bread, cold burger, 1 slice tomato, wilting lettuce. It doesn’t even deserve one star

They stop taking orders at 10:30 and meant to be open until 11!!! That’s what happens when kids are in charge!!!

Whoever left they're hair in my fries.... Pls come collect it. && might aswell take the fries while you're at it.

EXTREMELY SLOW, ordered both kfc and burger king (ordered burger king before kfc) and kfc was 30 mins quicker than burger king. lots of staff stood around doing absolutely nothing, was going to ask for the manager but food came after 30 mins. I AM DISGUSTED, if i could give negative stars i would!!!

Update your opening times. Very disappointing on a long drive to not have anything to eat at all. If you shut at 11pm make that very clear for people to know

No milk shake yet again. No big cups for a large coke, and this has been going on for weeks. Give it a miss

I asked for a plant burger and asked 3 times for a PLANT burger due to my intolerance for beef ….The female worker repeated it back to me so I knew she heard me and when I ate some of the MEAT burger I complained and had to go and make myself ill. I had a full refund which is for the one star but will definitely not be going back there. I have been ill since my visit and wish they took peoples dietary requirements seriously!!!

The date today is 24/12/21 11:00 am two Indian girls and a white girl working in the till. The two Indian girls took 40 mins to make the order they don’t care about customers not customer service all they did was chat between each other. One of them was itching her forehead and with the same gloves packing the order. U guys need to look into it.

They have lots of interactive ordering screens that makes it easy to order. I had a bacon double cheeseburger, it was dry and tasteless, not quite true, it had a bad taste, I didn't eat it all and it is normally my go to at Burger King.

Burger was dripping, cold and inedible. Fries where pure salt. The calibration of the coke was not right at all. Staff seemed over worked. Service was terrible & slow. Clearly the store needs a new manager as the experience here was next to awful.

This would have been given a lower rate but it was the only vegetarian option at this services.

Got the double whopper with cheese meal last night. The staff where good and the person serving was training but doing well. Waited 15 minutes for my meal, there was only 7 orders on the board so don’t know if that is normal. But the food was Luke warm when I got it, and stone cold when I got back to the lorry, staff were too busy

Several machines broken, very busy and struggling to cope with the volume of people. Food was decent, but messy and a bit cold.

I used to like Burger King but I now find it quite expensive for fast food. The last time I went I had the Halloumi burger but found it was quite greasy and did not enjoy it much. Staff are usually friendly though and they offer a great selection of soft drinks.

No longer called burger king, but now Hesburger. Not sure if that means burger king in Finland, but anyway. Also the burgers are better here than burger king, but the chips /fries are similar. I prefer the crisper version than the limo ones from McDonalds. The queues were quite long, but the staff were very nice.

Get a delicious chicken burger here. The chips are amazinggggg. Affordable prices in my view.
