Frustrated they no longer do 50:50 pizzas, it said we were supposed to get free delivery but it added on just as I confirmed order, felt like that was sneaky. Pizza was hot and it was delivered on time, cheese was as a bit lacking in parts of the pizza and toppings always fall off so it’s annoying to eat

Ordered a collection on a Sunday night and was told 10-14 mins on the phone/app. Got there after 15 mins and the screen said the pizza was ready, so far so good. Unfortunately from here it went down hill, despite being stood against the counter for 9 mins nobody acknowledged me or would make eye contact. One girl was making boxes, another came and took multiple phonecalls in front of me, one employee was in the back on his phone but nobody wanted to serve me. It was one delivery driver who noticed (as another customer had walked in by now) who politely came over and ask how he could help (nice chap, this isn’t on him at all). He proceeded to hand me the pizza which had now been on the shelf for 10 mins. Got home, obviously cold. Emailed head office about this and got a very standard corporate response and an offer of a voucher, which ironically would cost more than the offer I used on Sunday and would make them more money. Total failing from store to corporate Sodha and CO and no real concern as long as the wheels of business grind on.

Such lovely fresh pizza! I highly recommend this take away restaurant! The meatball pizza was delicious!

Placed on hold for 25 minutes after calling for missing items. Called back using my wife’s phone (as mine was still on hold) after 10 minutes and was told they were waiting for a manager. I asked if I should wait a little longer and they said yes. Called back again using my wife’s phone after 25 minutes and was told they were too busy to respond, I asked why they did not tell me this so I wouldn’t have wasted the best part of half an hour of my Saturday night waiting, and potentially longer had I not have called back again and they hung up on me. After 25 minutes. The worst customer service.

You can get halal pizzas there. Asian classic mix and caprinos special is the best flavours. Tuesday they have an offer of 2 for 1.

Delivered wrong order, promised a free pizza next time before refusing to resolve. Store manager, Aulakh, said he does not resolve wrongly delivered orders as it’s head office responsibility but on checking with head office, no request was ever made to resolve the issue.

Do not use this for take away in fleet food cold on get it home

worked here twice in the last 21 years. Had a pizza recently and it was tasty.would recommend if your in Fleet and are hungry for a pizza.

So I have never been a fan of Dominos…who sell a 80p worth of ingredients for £20. But then ime envious my grandad never thought of it first. And bewildered that the great British public continue ton spend their hard earned cash by the millions on this brand. So I had another go ( last time 10 years ago ) and wasn’t disappointed. Large Chicken Pizza. A tablespoon of shredded chicken, one finely sliced mushroom, half a small tin of sweetcorn and a cup full of tomato sauce on a bland thick pizza base. No herbs. No seasoning I could taste. There was some cheese but difficult to see very sparse. Probably the worst pizza I have ordered from a takeaway. And still 80p worth of ingredients ….. perhaps less? Blimey. If it’s late at night and your drunk and everywhere else is closed you could be forgiven. For any other reason, and in my humble opinion, your a mug to order this product and contribute to Mr and Mrs Domino’s luxury lifestyle.

The pizza that was delivered to us was squashed and inedible.

Don't expect much from a takeaway and just popped in with a craving and was served by a chap called Triffen (Not sure of the spelling). He was able to explain a few deals they had and match them to what I was looking for and gave me an accurate estimate for how long I would wait. He was very personable and confident, hard to find good staff these days but Triffen is a good one for sure, will definitely be returning!

The pizza was lovely and exactly what you would expect from Domino's but can I just say the delivery driver was the nicest, politest and kindest guy. He was exactly on time gave me a call to let me know he had arrived, made sure to leave the pizza's a safe distance away for me to collect and wished me a nice evening. Give that man a raise!

These guys don’t do gluten free - BECAUSE OF CORONA VIRUS!!! I’ve heard some poor excuses... but that really takes the biscuit!! What a poor excuse!!!

I ordered 2 pizzas online, which included a mighty meaty with the sausage replaced by pineapple. My son walked into town to collect them and when he arrived back I discovered sausage not pineapple so rang Dominos. The assistant was great he offered to replace it (I would need to collect) and a garlic bread as a "sorry". He said it would take 10 mins to get ready, however when I arrived 12 mins later the board showed there was still 7 mins before it was cooked. Eventually it was prepared, but they discovered the garlic bread had gone missing so I had to wait a little longer for that to finish cooking. Overall it took about 35 mins from reporting the issue, to me returning home with the replacement pizza, in that time my children had already finished their pizza (we had no way of keeping it hot so I had told them to start thinking I would be home in under 15 mins). If the replacement pizza had been ready in 10 mins as agreed I would have given them 4 stars.

Pizza had the wrong topping, i had to cut it myself and food was only just warm on the first bite, threw it away and won't be bothering in future, I'll try the alternative next door!

Terrible whenever they offer you their deals always have small print you cannot read. When I rang nobody could speak good English and they never knew about the offers they were advertising. One big con to get money coming in.

Get orders wrong time and time again. Then promise to bring food over once delivery driver gets back to shop and then don’t. Foods pretty poor too, cold and greasy!

This is our go to restaurant for take away pizza. Living in Hartley Wintney, we generally have pizzas delivered. Has a large menu which you can customise. Had Texas BBQ which I love. I find Domino's to be pretty expensive unless one has a voucher or orders off the specials menu. Thankfully they always have deals on, plus one can get cashback by using Topcashback or Quidco and paying with a cashback card like Tandem. One downside is that I find the pizzas to be salty, and I'm always thirsty afterwards.

Please teach your staff to read an order? Shouldnt be hell ordering food but 6 times getting it wrong & worst customer service i think i ever recieved! How hard is it to put a sauce on a pizza?? Go to papa johns at least they know what they are doing!!

Have Domino's delivered to my door. On time fresh hot and tasty every time. Lots of choice we don't usually like pizza but domino's are the best.

Similar experience to others. Clearly ordered the two for one walk-in deal, for two children. The deal was mentioned 3 times at point of ordering. Only one pizza was cooked and when queried was given no apology but a choice to wait 15 mins for a second pizza or go without.

Domino's pizza is very fresh and tastes best for me. Make sure to check "deals" to get best price. For collection, there is parking at the shop's back which is very convenient.

Ordered thin crust Ham & pineapple, the pizza base was like eating cardboard and the topping awful......we may as well just opened a tin of pineapple, spread it on the box and eaten it REALLY REALLY AWFUL & not cheap

When the delivery guy arrived he said "I'm sorry, it's being ridiculous" I said to him with a the respect "yes, it's being more than 2 hours" and he said to me "but tonight people should be having nice dinners not dominos" I order even if it's a special occasion or not and this answer from him was just ridiculous. Cheap, tastes good and the service was fast. Can’t complain Driver was extremely polite and friendly Will use again

The pizza itself is tasty and worth the money, However, the delivery and service was horrible. The first 2 times I ordered it arrived 20 minutes late, after I complained about how late it was, they stopped delivering to my house instead of improving anything.

Just been conned face to face by a man who could not speak english into buying a buy one get one free pizza. When I did kick up a fuss eventually some man who could speak english appears. Read the small print so small I could not. Just a big con this place the pizza not worth the stress.

Friendly and helpful staff - great pizzas fast! Had an issue as the website went down but they apologised and sorted even though they didnt need to - so much better than the farnborough store.

This particular shop just cant seem to get things right. I order take out once a month but this shop hasn't made a good impression. I've had incorrect orders and in one case my order was never received even though i had an order number. Had no refund from head office. I wouldn't recommend ordering from here. I will however say that the staff are friendly and will cater to any instruction given to the delivery driver if you should choose to place an order.

Just rung up some woman can hardly speak English starts by saying I can't pay by card over the phone. Ask her about chicken fix deal on their website she knows nothing about it goes away to check. Had this happen so many times just a reminder for me don't ring again they drive you mad.

We had a delivery last night from fleet to Hartley Wintney.

The kids enjoy the pizzas. Delivery is normally very quick. I prefer more of a proper meal. Still great value.

This so far the best dominoes for gluten free no Problem for deal's Inc gluten free well done!!!

Just what you expect from dominoes

Ordered online so easy and simple. Fast delivery and was absolutely delicious. And I loved the fact that on delivery instructions please do not ring the door bell as baby sleeping, and the delivery driver read the instructions and understood them was very grateful. Thank u dominos :)

Online order arrived 20 minutes later than earliest listed time slot, despite being requested ASAP. And when we opened it, we found completely the wrong topping on the pizza. Phoned up, and was told in a matter-of-fact way that it’d take a further 30-45 minutes to get us the right one. And even though they begrudgingly said they’d try to hurry it, it actually took 60 minutes, finally arriving almost 2 hours after placing the original order. Will be taking my custom elsewhere in future.

Pizza was cold, chicken strippers were not cooked....rubbish service & when complained their answer was ' oh well!!!!!!

Como esperamos ser reconocido este hombre llamado JAY estaba atendiendo a alguien en el teléfono, él estaba gritando por la línea de atención al cliente y en allí gritando "no soy un mentiroso", que era bastante chocante como mis hijos estaban ahora moverse de miedo. Yo puse mi pedido, pero no me dijeron que JAY tienen ese estilo de pizza en la oferta, fue ridículo, ya que sólo fue extra jamón! Al final salimos con una pizza que cuesta £11. 99, qué diablos sucedió allí. Supongo que no sostienen el salmonete, ya que este hombre era muy intimidante JAY y no nos apetecía estar gritó como el último cliente en el teléfono había experimentado. Por último, la pizza era insípida y arrojaban juntos y herido, lo que hizo difícil para los niños a compartir, un poco enorme, al lado poco delgado, por favor vea completamente cargado (no) La imagen de nuestra pizza. No visto con la flota de Dominos, un montón de otros restaurantes de pizza de la ciudad.

Pedí temprano desde aquí como se siente un poco peor para ware. Me sorprendió que me contesto el telefono era simplemente temprano como probando mi suerte. Pero al contestar la chica en el ph me informó que no estaba abierto pero lo que me pregunto por qué ella incluso contestó el teléfono. Ella procedieron a tomar mi pedido de una manera muy grosera (me podría haber esperado y llamado 10 minutos después si ella me ha pedido que les pedí queso extra en el pan de ajo (hubiera pagado extra si querían que) sólo para ella para decir que le dan la cantidad estándar de queso en ella jajaja. Nunca he tenido problemas para conseguir un poco de queso extra antes. La comida era buena y el conductor de la entrega fue agradable. Una pena que la mujer en el teléfono era muy grosero

Parking a problem when collecting

It's normally yummy and great service but unfortunately not on this occasion.We ordered the winter meal deal but when it arrived only two pizzas arrived.My son answered the door so he didn't realise .I rang the store and they got the missing items sent out .My son went down and collected them of the same guy.He then looked out the window and said Mum there is two guys in the car and one is smoking Very hygienic!It must have been a vape as the bag that had the items in stinks of a vape!It's totally grossI don't want people vaping and blowing it around my foodEven if it's in a box ! The pizza tasted funny too , the sauce didn't taste right. Let down this time

Staff is good, but over stressed over weekends therefore either they delay your order or even give wrong order. Althought they maintain quality.

What can I say, we always have good pizzas and they are consistently the same. Delivery was quick and the driver was very polite. Thank you

Arrived there with a friend at around 10.40pm ,knowing that they close at 11pm and stood waiting at the desk for 10 mins , to which no one even looked at us or acknowledged us and we were completely ignored. I got the impression they just wanted to clean the kitchen and not serve us. So we just left. I will not be going back there.

Been using Domino's for years and haven't had a bad experience yet. Not the cheapest but the pizza is excellent and it's always delivered on time and piping hot!

Always deliver on time, good that you order on line and track your order. Always piping hot when received. Delivery people always polite. Our favourite is the thin and crispy base, but there are so many to chose from.

My kids are mad about Domino's pizza and regularly order deliveries especially as they have a black card giving a big discount. Great brand and their shares have doubled in value since I bought them. What's not to like!

Ordered two pizzas on line for a quick lunch to share with grandchildren and after 15 minutes they were ready and on their way home to be enjoyed. It was a Tuesday and had half price pizzas so we had lunch for 6 people for less than £15. Excellent food and even better value.Thoroughly recommended for lunch time ordering as the real deals are available.

I have previously had numerous deliveries from Domino's (ever since it was opened in Fleet - so a good few years) I have always found the food to be delicious (if a tad pricey but hey ho) Always hot and delivered quickly with telephone orders being met with helpful staff. However I went in to get a pizza one lunchtime in Dec 2015 and was really dissapointed in the service., I was not acknowledged despite there being no other customers at all and three staff behind the counter. Eventually one chap grunted that he would be with me in a bit. He then proceeded to do nothing that appeared to acomplish anything. The other two staff members chatted to each other. I assume it was related to the pizza business - but who knows. I eventually sat down on the ledge to wait - one of the two finally acknowledged me after I had been sitting for some time and took my order. No apology or explanationy for the delay - it was at least five minutes after I eventually sat down having stood at the counter for some time before I was served with no obvious reason why I was having to wait, no phone orders were taken the whole time I was there - it was just me! Its true what they say about people feeling the need to mention to other people when they get bad service (which is what this rant is acomplishing for me) and being less keen to mention when they get good service. I have been put off returning to Domino's .... no doubt I will eventually, but I was really annoyed at the time. The food I ordered was perfectly fine, just the service was a pile of poo. OK - rant over.

They had a Tuesday offer that gave you a free pizza or 2 extra sides for a lower price. Their chicken stripes and wings were delicious. Used this when I did not want to dine out, or want an easy evening. Used it when I was staying in fleet, for work in farnborough.

We ordered from the internet so the price was pretty good...However when we picked up the pizzas...Parking was a night mare met by abusive dominos drivers.. Veggie pizza had some type of plastic like the ridge of tub in it...The meat feast was more sauce than anything else...I did call to complain but was put on hold for too long so gave up i could not be bothered ..I just won't use them again..

Great reasonably priced pizzas and fast delivery. So many different choices of pizza especially the ones you can mix yourself.

I had this as my hangover emergency and i was really looking forward to reviving myself with a lovely pizza (half and half deal thing) and was just so horrible. I have completely gone off their pizzas, i would rather have gone somewhere else or bought a fresh one or even just a normal one from Sainsburys or something. Totally put me off domino's just not worth the amount you pay when the quality is rubbish.

Recently had the misfortune of eating a dominos New York pizza with the Italian base, we'll I have been to Italy many times, but never have I had anything as bad as this, it was really horrible. The base was rock hard, in fact it looked like the cheap bases you can buy in any supermarket,and the toppings were just tasteless. If you want a decent pizza try some ware else. I certainly will.

We have used dominoes in fleet time and time again this year and they are always on time and the food is good and hot. We will continue to use them as long as they keep this up

Lovely 'home made' style pizzas. Definitely book on line as the best deals are on the internet. I got frustrated by seeing a deal on line and them not being able to honour it in the shop until I sat there, in the shop, and ordered it on my phone via the internet, to get the deal!! Daft.
