Absolutely appalling customer 'service' Food eventually arrived 2 hours after ordering,but even then, only after 2 extremely frustrating phone calls "driver is just coming/stuck in traffic/just packing it/insert generic bs excuse here." On a TUESDAY! So, dear reader, please save yourself the trouble and order your food elsewhere.

Disgusting. Both the service and the food was horrendous. We ordered through Just Eat and the food was over an hour late on a Tuesday evening. When it arrived it was so overcooked the burger patty was hard, and there was a white hair in it. I will not be returning, thoroughly disappointed.

Customer service is absolutely shocking. First of all being late then they miss half of the order. When contacted they said we have all the food, which we clearly didn’t. After finally listening that there was items missing, the reply was you can collect or have money off next order. If I wanted to collect my food I wouldn’t have got a delivery! Burgers thrown together and milk shakes fallen over. What kind of customer service is that!

Shocking. Waited for our pizzas to be delivered, one completely wrong. Phoned them and they hung up. Called again, explained and they said 30 mins before delivery. So we drove there, with wrong pizza. They laughed, gave us the right pizza and continued to laugh as my husband walked out the door. My husband was really unwell for 24 hours after eating the pizza with food poisoning. Rude staff that don't give a crap and suspected bad pizza so food crap too. AVOID - plenty better pizza places in Fleet. If I could have given no stars, I would have done

Alton RoadThoroughly enjoyed our dinner at The Poacher. Tasty and reasonably priced. Lovely environment and the experience was topped off by meeting the lovely Pierre - so friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks for looking after us so well! Looking forward to returning when we are next in the area. Merci 😀

37A the Hart Centre, Fleet, HampshireEnjoyed a very nice HUGE coffee at Costa in Fleet high street. Excellent service from very friendly lovely staff. Usual Costa menu. No complaints. Nice atmosphere.

65 High StreetA traditional Chinese. We had a set meal which was very good. Crispy duck excellent, sesame prawn very good. The lemon chicken however was over sweet for our palate. It’s rather old fashioned and could benefit from a refresh. However it’s good food and friendly service and it’s good value.
