Absolutely appalling customer 'service' Food eventually arrived 2 hours after ordering,but even then, only after 2 extremely frustrating phone calls "driver is just coming/stuck in traffic/just packing it/insert generic bs excuse here." On a TUESDAY! So, dear reader, please save yourself the trouble and order your food elsewhere.

Disgusting. Both the service and the food was horrendous. We ordered through Just Eat and the food was over an hour late on a Tuesday evening. When it arrived it was so overcooked the burger patty was hard, and there was a white hair in it. I will not be returning, thoroughly disappointed.

Customer service is absolutely shocking. First of all being late then they miss half of the order. When contacted they said we have all the food, which we clearly didn’t. After finally listening that there was items missing, the reply was you can collect or have money off next order. If I wanted to collect my food I wouldn’t have got a delivery! Burgers thrown together and milk shakes fallen over. What kind of customer service is that!

Delivery details are wrong, website states 45 mins, email confirms the same… 1 hour in I call and they say they can’t adjust this, which is of course a load of rubbish. They are just trying to obtain business by lying on their timelines. It’s a huge shame as food is good - better off ordering through third party company and claiming compensation against them but I ordered direct.
