Subway in Hart

The fries really didn't travel well at all and I needed to put them in the oven to crisp them. a dip was missing from my order meaning that I ordered a "dipper" but had nothing to dip it in. The delivery was fast and the driver seemed really nice

We were missing one drink (bottle oasis) and three cookies to go with the meal deals!! For £65 i would expect everything to be delivered!!

Bread was as hard as anything, could hardly eat it!

Have a load of extra salad in my sandwich I didn't want

After an exceptionally long day yesterday, my friend and I fancied a subway. He is allergic to gluten, egg and dairy, this makes it difficult to eat out. When entering this store for the first time, we were lucky enough to meet Himmat. His customer service was impeccable. I have never met a subway employee take that much care and attention in their customers or sandwiches. It felt like meeting an old friend for dinner. We ate our sandwiches in store. The store again was one of the cleanest we have come across. Sanitation is extremely important, especially when you have allergies. He did not even need to be asked to change gloves! I cannot think Himmat enough for this experience, we will definitely be returning to this store

ordered a tuna salad this evening with extra tuna , shredded cheese and lots of salad, I recieved practically a side salad with no cheese and four small blobs of tuna mayo. Unacceptable , it's not hard to make a salad with a decent amount of everything

everytime i have ordered here they have always gotten my order wrong. they never pick up the phone to deal with anything and have straight up cancelled my order after the driver arrived to pick up my order. today i ordered to find the lid of my nachos punched in with no jalapenos. (both my bf and i ordered jalapenos and i was the only one that didnt get them) despite my nacho box looking like it just lost in a street fight our cookies and drinks were missing from the order... tried calling and as always no response

Every single time we have ordered, they only deliver sub par quality. This time for example, I had ordered 2 meal deals and some cheese bites. They forget the jalepeños on my nachos again! And if that wasn’t bad enough, forgot the cookies AND DRINKS! Sort yourselves out for Christ sakes

This was the worst experience I’ve had with just eat! The order was over an hour late, the food was cold and the salad was all over the place. And to top it off, the food was just left on the doorstep! Don’t even see a driver. Absolutely awful.

It was delivered 2 hours after I ordered it, so my toasted bread was cold and soggy, plus it was 2 hours late so instead of having lunch, it was basically an early dinner.

They never make the sub to what u order online I didn’t want any source so didn’t click to add and they added source.

Completely cold, the meat and egg are supposed to be cooked hot and its all freezing cold/ almost frozen and not toasted either

Fleet Rd Subway, Himmat is such a genuine guy, I work nearby and his endurance for customer service is inspiring, every time I see him, he is going out of his way to engage with customers, he is putting other branches to shame with this positive attitude, thank you so much for the consistent, brilliant service, really hope he gets rewarded for consistently going above and beyond.

Order is wrong. Put on wrong bread. Asked for Italian herbs and cheese and got plain bread

The sandwiches were not toasted and were cold even the meatball sandwich it is not how I ordered it or what I expected to receive and would like a refund on the order

Ordered at 18:00. Driver assigned Within 15 mins but didn’t turn up to restaurant. Food delivered at 20:00 stone cold as it’s been sat in the shop nearly 2 hours. Worst experience Iv ever had. I’m really not happy having spent £30 for cold food that was very late

No idea who the guy behind the till was today late evening (Wednesday 28 June) - but the service was simply outstanding for any Subway. The gentleman was very polite, spoke well, and he really made sure we were looked after properly. (Eg adding toppings we requested, adhering to my wife’s request for a different toasting routine etc.) He clearly cares for his customers and this was refreshing. Late evening meant the place was empty and it perhaps allowed for the slow-paced, careful / detail-oriented service that we liked - not the rush you sometimes encounter in a Subway because there are others waiting to order. We tried the new menu and both my wife and I really liked the subs we ordered. We will be back for sure.

Food was awful one sandwich soggy and like it’s been ran over the other sandwich had two bits of sweetcorn which I am allergic to and had normal mayo on which I did not ask for extremely disappointed and would like a full refund for both sandwiches

Not a lot of fillings in the sandwich. I thought a foot long chicken and bacon should probably have more than 3 tiny shreds of bacon in it.

I didn’t get all my order no drink crisps or cookie but still got charged for it. Tried to use the app to say what was missing but it didn’t work bad service

2 items were not included in the delivery, not happy about this. JustEat have said they will refund.

Awful, salad missing, hard wedges, all squashed and tiny - not the usual size Subway bread.

Went there to order food at 6.55pm (restaurant is meant to be open until 9pm) walked in with an 'open sign' still shining bright.... this was not the case! Everything had been shut down and cleared away. Not impressed.

If there is no driver availability I feel the order shouldn’t be accepted

Sandwich clearly done ahead and delivery was picked up late so this arrived cold despite the aluminium foil which caused it to get soggy

Hi came to this subway a week ago owner said he got my back... Boys come punjabi kitchen greenford injection paji needs your help.

As you would expect, it's a subway! However it is exactly what i wanted and it tastes good.

Hash browns were burnt to a crisp and not edible… I asked for double meat and double cheese and got neither. I have pictures of it all. Just eat nor subway seem to be willing to do anything about either.

Service and food is good, the usual guy that works there is always friendly & polite however the cleanliness of the store is poor, the toilet facilities are disgusting - toilet bin is filthy, toilet room is generally dirty, rusty handrails and the sink definitely needs a deep clean.

Very generous salad box portions. Staff very friendly and chatty. I am now a regular customer 👍

I challenge anyone to find a Subway with better customer service. The staff here are super friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I’ve become a regular now just for the chit chat! The food is great too.

1.5 meatball exactly in my 6inch for 5£??? Joke… Misarabpe staff who hates you and hates food and they make sure its inedible… Also, THE GUY MESSED UP THE “closing of the sandwich”…. He closed it in a way that before he wrapped it the filling was squeezed out already… it was a disgrace…

Toasted sub arrived cold. The store is only a 6-7mins drive away. Not really good enough.

Better than most Subway stores I have been to. Warm and friendly service, treating every customer individually, in a clean and presentable store. Would recommend, left very impressed with the quality of the service and food.

When I opened subway on the just eat app the delivery time said 20-30mins ... when I placed my order it then gave me 60 - 80mins wait This meant I missed my lunch break. There was also items missing, for example the creamy ceased sauce, which made the salad dry

The gents were polite and attentive. They gave us restaurant type service for a takeaway salad and a sandwich . Salad was amazing too. Would definitely recommend.

Without a doubt one of the best Subway's I've been to the staff are always so up beat and friendly.

Waited nearly 2 hours for a delivery through Deliveroo, when they finally delivered - WOW - what a mess!! Order was wrong and duplicated. The Sub was a complete mess, broken bread, cold, fillings all over the show!!! Very disappointed, didn't eat it!!!!

Normally difficult to differentiate between big chains but having recently moved to the area needed a quick bite, the friendliest service I've recieved from a chain restaurant for as long as I can remember and a good sandwich. Will defenitly be visiting again soon.

Been a few times over the last few months when visiting relatives in Fleet and after a quick lunch to take home. The guys working in here always greet you with smile and know what they're doing. My last visit I ordered for myself, 3 kids and 2 other adults and they weren't phased by this at all, they kept up with what I was ordering, even with the 3 kids talking over me. They even made the effort to talk to the kids and ask them what extras they wanted with their meal deals. Nothing is too much for these guys and they are always polite and give great customer service. Look forward to my next visit.

The guys working here recently are really awesome and customer focussed. I will return many times as it is a pleasure to get subs from here, especially when they are so friendly.

The 3 chaps working on Saturday the 19th had great customer service and made perfect subs. I wouldn't normally leave a review about a fast food chain but my days did they take care making our sandwiches
