Removed vegan nuggets. Also waited for 45 minutes. I get it's bank holiday weekend. But come on. You knew it would be busy. There's about 60+ individuals waiting to be served here. Bit of foresight and consideration that's all.

Worst packing ever! You packed ice creams with hot food! Drinks the same! They should be packed separately! Separately hot food and separately cold items! Missing fries as well!

Totally the wrong order delivered, had bacon on the burger food was really cold

Wasted a ton of time as the order machines were not working adm staff instead of asking people to come to the cashier and do something about it were just staring in vain.. lol

The service is beyond lazy which is quite remarkable in itself. We were the ONLY customers and the lady in the kitchen played on her phone. When she noticed that we watched her doing so she flushed and quickly put her phone away. When we got the Children’s menu they gave it to us in a paper bag. When I asked if they don’t have a box for children in which the children’s menu comes in they answered “yes but it doesn’t come with a toy.” I then asked again if we please have the box as this is easier to carry for our toddler. The response was “Sure if you must!” 🤣 It’s so bad that it is almost funny again. Blimey!

Not a fast food place. 20min waiting for an order. A small, simple order. Not good enough I'm afraid.

2 hours after order it was delivered, wrong sauces and wrong drinks. Cold chips! Oh and can’t select the lateness of delivery always falls back to 5 Mins. Never using this app again!!! Terrible!

Burger King Fleet Southbound… I had stopped off here at about 10PM with a friend to get a bite to eat, I had been fancying a Burger King since the start of the road trip. I thought I was majorly disappointed at first because I got confused with it being a second kiosk for KFC, turns out it was Burger King! The screens are laid out in a confusing manner and in peak busy times could be distressing to some visitors. Food and service I couldn’t really complain, burger was burger, chips were chips. And for the time of night, food had came reasonably fast. All in all a 3/5.

He didn’t wait for me to open the door and just left the food on the floor

I am trying to find help with my order, I recently placed an order and cancelled the old address and put in a new address for my food to be delivered, do I get a new order or a refund as I did nit get my meal. Paid £26.

Good took nearly 90 mins to arrive and was cold on arrival

Food was alright albeit a bit cold! But Not happy with Just eat, I find it extremely frustrating how you constantly change the eta and then say delivered on time! I ordered this at 11.54 and only just arrived, appalling service and I couldn’t even speak to anyone! I think I’ve had enough now !

My guilty pleasure on the drive home to see the dragon and kids. They did forget an item one week and it almost broke my heart when I realised several miles down the M3. I complained the next week and the manager begrudgingly replaced it for me. Don't come between me and my chili cheese bites.

Very long wait when it originally said 20 minutes

The food itself was OK but barely warm by the time it got to me. I'm grateful I'm vegan or I wouldn't have eaten it. My original estimate was 15-20 minutes and that continued to increase until it was finally delivered. Perhaps some form of enhancement for the app where you give the customer the option to agree to food delivery if it's outside optimal delivery time?

Remove these chumps from just eat. They have no drivers, they are morons who can't read an order. They'll take the order but they won't deliver it, unless your very lucky, then it will arrive hours late, cold with half the bits missing.

Delivery was 2 hrs late and cold when it did finally arrive tried calling the restaurant for 1 and a half hrs and not a single person answered the phone very unimpressed with this restaurant will not be ordering from here again

Popped in on the way down to Weymouth from Kent for a bite to eat. I got a chicken fries and chips meal to share with my partner and a few nibbles. Food was good, up to the usual Burger King standards, and the service was fast. The price was fairly expensive for fast food, and there were visible finger marks on the touchscreens to order, so it would be nicer to see them getting cleaned regularly.

Really disorganised, waited 15 minutes with only a couple of people ahead of us and then the burger was cold when it arrived.

The drivers Sat Nav wasn’t up to date so I had to give him directions over the phone while he got here.

Ordered meal at 18:53 and never turned up until 22:10. At one point there was no update on the app to show what was happening and the eta was showing for a time that had already passed.

Nearly 2 hours to get my order, after the app saying 30-40 minutes at order point. Turned up stone cold and items missing. Utter shambles.

Absolutely shocking. Bacon on the wrong meal. All the food was stone cold. Over an hour late. Driver said he came straight from restaurant when I watched him on the map going everywhere apart from straight here. 100% disgusting never going to order from there again. Wish I stuck with mac Donald and it would of been here within 15mins. Ok they make the odd mistake but bot like this. This was supposed to be a treat for my daughter for getting a good school report. Word of advice people don't order from here only order from the restaurant in Farnborough. Shocking is an understatement.

Very disappointed and won’t be ordering again. My order originally said it would take 25-50 minutes. Then, after ordering it increased to over an hour. The food then arrived at 10.10pm, after being ordered at 8.24pm. Unsurprisingly the food was stone cold and part of our order (onion rings) were missing. We attempted to call the restaurant to see what was happening, before the food arrived, however the number went through to an automatic message from just eat with no option to speak the restaurant. Extremely disappointed and a complete waste of money.

Food that was delivered was not ordered, anyone with allergies needs to be extremely careful, food order came nearly to £30.00, delivered an hour & half later than latest estimate, most of the meal was incorrect.

Generally Just Eat is Good to Very Good. On this occasion the Restaurant ordered from was Extremely Poor. Waiting 2 hours of a delivery then the main part of my meal was missing. Not Good Enough! Also, told Your Driver is at the Restaurant within a few minutes of placing the order - the Driver says he was at the restaurant waiting for our order for 25 to 30 mins. I appreciate its Friday, rush hour, motorways etc BUT give a realistic estimated time of delivery so the customer can make an informed choice. 2 hours later - I have no Meal!!!!!

My order was missing half of the items. Very disappointing

My order took over 2hours to deliver. After an hour I wanted to cancel but I’m pretty confident this is actually impossible, if you follow the steps you provide you just end up in the exact same position. My experience last night was just dreadful. I tried ringing the restaurant as you suggest and that didn’t work. I couldn’t complain or cancel, and I couldn’t even reorder as you’d taken the money. As a minimum, I need a full refund, I would also like a phone call so I can fully explain my experience because it’s left me concerned for future orders.
