Always spot on, delivery drivers are very friendly. Can’t complain at all, used them for a few years and will continue to return.

Food was not cooked at all had to put it in oven for 15 mins

I paid extra for special garlic dip and it wasnt even in my order. I tried to report it ti get refunded at least, but for some reason i cant. Not happy!

Very good service, the staff were friendly and the pizza was piping hot when I got it home.

Con artist, ordered off just eat, food never arrived, they marked it as delivered now refusing to give money back

don't order from here, and don't order on just eat. placed an order didn't arrive in the alloted time, called the restraunt. no answer, changed my delivery status to delivered essentially stealing my money. crooks

Normally it’s good but I ordered at just gone 6:00 pm and it’s now 8:35 pm and it says my delivery has delivered so I call papa johns and the guy has an attitude and he finally says my delivery is gonna be 5 mins 30 mins later I call back and it’s the same guy with an even worse attitude and says 20 mins I wait 20 mins I get a call saying my delivery is here I call the intercom on my gate the first call fails so I call again and it goes through and I wait a minute for him to pull up my driveway

Never got my order expect a full refund

It was disappointing that my order was canceled 1 hour after I placed my order. I will definitely never order from here again.

Poor service, and they never even delivered my food in the end, just said that they had done. So I waited till 11.45pm and called the restaurant to my surprise no one picked up. So I was left paying £30 for no food delivery. I will be taking this further

Food takes well over an hour to come, stone cold and poorly presented or not as advertised.

Has it been delivered? I’ve not had a delivery or any updates to say it’s on its way so where is it? I have not received my food.

Took my money and didn’t deliver my food

After my order was accepted, I waited for it to come only after waiting for 30 mins after it should've arrived, I checked online and they were closed for over 1 hour and 30 mins. I would rather have someone reject my order because it will go over the closing time rather than accept it and never bring it after charging me.

My friend and I have upset stomachs after ordering a large margarita this lunchtime just past. Not impressed and would think twice before ordering again.

Fresh, tastey and barely any grease in sight! Super quick to arrive, 15mins on a Friday night and with a friendly smiley driver! Tops the other pizza places in Fleet no problem 🤗 very happy family with the overall service and custom, thankyou to the team at PJs Fleet!

Papa Johns!! Our order, which was meant to arrive at 23:35 last night, was never delivered! We stayed up till 1am and it’s definitely not here nor outside. App now says delivered, in the morning?? You must be joking.

1 pizza was all to one side and no bbq dips that we ordered 4 in total wasn’t in the delivery.

PJs....what the heck!! Pulled Pork Pizza... DON'T ORDER!! Ordered 2 Spicy Pulled pork medium pizzas (half price, thank the Lord!) Hardly any pulled pork, tiny pieces and very over cooked, couldn't taste it at all. Not your usual standard. Not impressed. Bit over board with the Jalepenos, basically a Jalepeno BBQ pizza. Won't order it again guys sorry. Not worth the money.

Pizza turned up only warm not hot the party in the garden pizza had hardly any topping on the pizza there was only 3 mushrooms on top to be precise, the other pizza had hardly any pepperoni on top and was very dry sadly we won't be using papa John's again

Great food and super speedy service

I really like the food, delivery was quick and a pleasant & friendly driver. Restaurant also telephoned to ask about a suitable replacement for an unavailable item One niggle - which is why I removed a star from restaurant service - is that once again the dips which were supposed to come with the sides were not included.

Couldn’t fault it will definitely use again

2/01/21 I placed my order at 18.55 and received an email saying the restaurant accepted my order and it would be delivered by 19.45. It got to 20.00 so I called Papa John’s directly just incase they where having trouble finding us. I spoke to a young lad who kept telling me they don’t deliver to my address. I asked him why the app would accept postcodes they don’t deliver to (10min drive away). I asked if I could come and collect my pizza to which he told me he had sent a driver out for me. I said thank you and waited another 25 minutes (I waited outside on the main road) and still no show of my pizza. I called back at 20.25 and spoke to a lady who told me my pizza wasn’t on its way and worst of all it hasn’t even been made. The young lad who I spoke to before lied to me and wasted my evening waiting for food to arrive that hadn’t even been made!! I asked for a refund as I never received any food. Luckily I ordered Dominos at 20.40 and was delivered in 15 minutes. I’ll be making sure my refund reaches my account in the next 3-5 days, but I received a text from just eat saying they’d delivered my order rather than one saying a refund will be issued.

I am very sorry to say that we got our food late and it was very squashed and wrong. We have never had anything like this with papa johns before. We also were missing our dips.

My desserts were burnt. A very disappointing experience I will probably not be buying from there in the future.

Missing toppings which I had paid for, olives and pineapple and sauce for the potatoes.

Ordered pizza with garlic and herb dip- they gave me the wrong dip when I phoned up to ask for the right dip they just told me they had sold out of garlic herb dip, so rather than tell me that before they just charged me for a dip I didnt want! And just to put the icing on the cake the pizza arrives half cold! Lazy bunch of cowboys- dont bother ordering from them because they wont bother getting the order right! Order dominoes or captions instead!

The person we spoke to on the phone; . Didn’t have a good understanding or level of English. . Or was just being deliberately vague and difficult. . The person didn’t understand the menu and kept confusing very simple questions with very random responses.

Best pizzas ever very clean store

Pizza itself was lovely. Wouldn’t recommend the vegan pepperoni - tasted of too mu smoke flavouring and not much else. Other tastier options are available.

First time Ordering - A great vegetarian vegan choice . pizza was HOT , Tasty and the delivery time was perfect ..Why have I never ordered before ! Bye Dominos .cauliflower dips -cheese garlic bread and a veggie pizza ..Was lovely .

Nothing but issues when I order from here, no food turning up, wrong food turning up, missing items etc. I'd go elsewhere but they're the only people that do a decent vegan option.

This is the second time we have ordered a pizza from here after having a good first experience. Unfortunately the second time round our pizza arrived stone cold, we had to heat it up in the oven before we could enjoy it. My partner phoned up to mention our pizza was very disappointing and got passed to a manger who refused to provide her with their name and hung up on her twice after saying he couldn’t hear her, even though the person before seemed to hear perfectly well. After that the pizza was not only the problem this was completely unacceptable and unnecessary rudeness which came from a so called manager? They refused any refund, this is a massive shame and won’t be ordering here again. DON’T order from here in case there is an issue with your delivery as it won’t get resolved!

Ordered 2 large pizzas and took over an hour to arrive, both pizza was almost cold. Wont be ordering here anymore as this now the 3rd time this has happened

Absolutely no good. 1hr wait and pizza still not delivered. Papa John's is a great brand but the guy running this franchise is no good. Dominoes has a better reputation in the town and you can see why.

Food was delivered early, but this wasn’t shown on the tracking app so the driver was waiting for 20 minutes outside as we didn’t know he was here.

Original Tandoori Spice pizza, dip crusts in honey and mustard dip, heaven.

2 hours and I'm still waiting for my pizza to arrive. Cancelled it in the end, got my money back. will be buying from elsewhere from now on. Absolutely disgusting wait for a pizza!

Tried Papa John's after our usual pizza place was unavailable. food arrived very cold after a really long wait. Hardly any toppings even though I asked for one ingredient to be doubled up. wedges were undercooked, chocolate brownie was over cooked. phoned up to complain to be offered repeatedly a replacement meal but by this point my appetite had completely gone so insisted on a refund. From other reviews i can see this is not a one of occurance, wish I had read those before ordering. such a shame, has left a bad atmosphere over my evening

Ordered pizza which arrived an hour later but they didn't provide the dip that was paid for. Rang but no-one answered the phone until about an hour after the pizza had arrived. I was promised a dip on 'next order! Pizza was COLD, toppings dry and rubbery! Worst pizza and service in a long time! There will be NO next time! I wouldn't recommend!

Great brand but poorly executed franchise

Poor service! Last order I had from them it came one and a half hour later. When it did arrive they left the drink off. They promised to give the same meal for free for compensation. I called up and a different franchise has taken over and will not uphold the offer!

Ordered 3 cookies which all turned up burnt, rang up to complain and the manager told me he's would ring me back in 2-4 minutes, then I rang them back 45 mins after and he told me that the cookies was not burnt and refused to send me 3 more, offered me a free cookie with the next order which I won't be using

Dough overload, severe lack of toppings, bland and very boring pizzas. Really disappointed. First and last visit on the same evening.

Just been in got cheated out of a pound by some young kid I had to point out what he did. Similar lots of lousy customer service. Living in hotel close to fleet pond endup giving half the pizza to the ducks. So the ducks love the pizza here.

First time trying to order: staff member on the phone said he was busy, could I call back later, put the phone down. Surprise; I'm not calling back.

I'm a lover of pizza but I really didn't enjoy the ones we got from here. I wouldn't use them again.
