There is an eat outside part to the drive through so decided to sit out in the sun. There is another Starbucks inside the main building. Expensive and small flat white.

Went in following a 4 hour drive, after waiting in the queue for roughly 15 minutes other customers had left. I then asked the 2 male workers when they would be able to serve me which they responded “we won’t as it’s just 2 of us and we are needed at drive thru”. Despite only 1 car left they still refused to serve any customers. Most disgusting service I have ever experienced.

Filthy! Everything was do dirty, the floor didn’t look like it had been washed in months, I asked for a china cup but changed my mind when offered a filthy cup! It felt like a health hazard, Starbucks, get your act together and teach your staff how to clean.

CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE! Ordered £20 on two breakfast rolls and two cold brews. The rolls were wrong and the cold brews seemed to be without coffee. Defiantly won’t be visiting this one again!

This has to be one of the worst Starbucks I have been to, recently purchased an almond croissant, after leaving the drive-through found this to be wet and not edible, when I returned the following day the manager informed me that's how they are served as they have no means of warming these up and showed me the plastic container they are stored in and directly served from! Today's visit resulted in an Americano coffee with gone off milk, by the time you realise you have been given either out of date bakery goods or gone off milk in your coffer it's too late! Don't bother!

Avoid this drive-thru Starbucks as whenever I've gone there they always get your drink wrong or give you someone else's order and overcharge you for someone else's drinks. I've tried calling customer services but there is never an answer. Avoid wasting your money and a wasted trip.

Terrible. 2 1/2 hours to be delivered. They did rung 2 hours after we ordered it and was told it would be another 1/2 hour. Delivery driver was really nice and very apologetic. The food was hot but was awful. My husband liked his chicken curry but my sweet & Sour was not nice at all. Will never order from them again.

The fries really didn't travel well at all and I needed to put them in the oven to crisp them. a dip was missing from my order meaning that I ordered a "dipper" but had nothing to dip it in. The delivery was fast and the driver seemed really nice

I use this cafe regularly. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They take particular care of people with particular needs. The filter coffee is great, and the staff ensure that brew is fresh . The food generally is good, but Starbucks HQ has an irritating habit of withdrawing my favourites. Still, this remains my morning cafe of choice.
