We had a delivery from these on Monday and was left deeply disappointed. We thought we would try it as it had a five star rating. We ordered shredded chilli beef with rice,soup and spring rolls. The beef was very brown and didn’t quite look right and when we tasted it all we could taste was hoi sin sauce. After a few mouthfuls my husband rang them and said it was full of hoi sin and not chilli beef. The phone call was not bery successful. They argued we were wrong and accused him of just trying to get a refund. This was not the case as the rest of the food was okay. After 10 minutes we gave in and said we would give this review but which they asked us not to dol They refunded the beef but not the rice that was ruined with the beef on top. Shocking customer service and will never use again and also advise others to avoid.

Jellified lumps.of white meat looked like dog food cubes. Tastless tomatoe dotted here and there and thin weak bland sauce. bean shoots, no onion for flavour. Complete waste of time and money. Hugely disapointed could not eat it. Look forward to chinese usually his has put me off for life..😣😡

Last minute idea to have a take away, luckily Chen's was able to supply the meal, when ordering I was told it could be up to an hour for delivery but it arrived in 35 minutes. Excellent service, exce;llent meal, definately will use Chen's again. Chen's is Take Away only, so some questions do not apply.

I always choose Chen's as the Chinese food I order is so delicious. Lovely big portion sizes of everything, delivered piping hot. Usually delivered in 30 mins. Understandably took longer this evening, so they gave my family and I,free prawn crackers and a bottle of Coca Cola. I asked for extra pineapples with my Sweet and Sour Chicken HK style, so yummy! Service with a smile, very kind people. I would definitely recommend them to everyone!

Disappointed with chicken curry no peas no carrots no onions which most Chinese restaurants supply. Also mushroom satay very runny expected to be like chicken satay bit thicker with peppers or something!!!!!!

Tried this place tonight and will definitely be going back. Food was beautiful and nice and was piping hot. Was also priced very reasonably considering the generous portions. Would recommend!!

I have been using this takeaway for many years and have always been satisfied and recently used a more expensive one in Camberley which was nowhere close as good. Regards to staff being rude the lady is far from it and engages well with all customers the son who says yes is not being ignorant I am thinking his English is limited and he is concentrating. The mixed meat curry is great.

I don't understand the last three reviews saying that this is rubbish and the staff are rude - don't get me wrong, they don't go out of their way to engage with customers and they always seem as though they are rushing, however, I have NEVER had a bad meal from here and have been using them for just over 12 years! Prices have slowly crept up and some items do seem expensive, however, we have tried a couple of others locally and they are just as expensive and the portions are no where near as big and the food is not as nice. Will continue to use unless they get silly expensive!!!

This was the first time we have used this take away and we won't be using it again. The man at the counter was rude and unhelpful. Once we got home, we realised that they had got our order wrong which was quite difficult to do seeing as we only order 4 dishes. The food itself was very bland and extremely dry. A waste of money.

Great Chinese every time. Free bottle of Coke with large orders. Curry's can vary, sometimes they are rather watery, always taste good though. Have had no problems with any other dishes. Best Chinese in the area!

Every time we order food from Chen's we are very satisfied by the great value, speedy service and delicious food.

If you are going to Sandhurst park, then pop in For a cuppa tea, nice cakes and icecream....a hit with the locals......what you see is what you get.....clean, neat, good view of lovely park.

No soy una persona grande chino. Me gustan algunas cosas así que mis pedidos mi parecer extraño, pero el servicio aquí la comida siempre es rápido y lleva genial. Recomiendo sin duda las patatas fritas. A veces, simplemente, me viene por la causa de patatas fritas son tan bueno.

Absolutamente horrible servicio de Chen es esta noche. Normalmente, Chen es bueno, pero esta noche nos permitieron bajar gran tiempo y va a tomar mucho tiempo para olvidar.

We have used Chens for a number of years now, they have a good choice of menu and the food tastes great. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Very extensive range of dishes, good portion size and very flavoursome. Will take phone orders but the wait in the place itself is not onerous, it's well decorated, there are current newspapers and plenty of seats.
