Really lovely staff. Very welcoming and friendly and amazing breakfast for the money. . Especially the hash browns which were perfect !

We went in for a cup of tea at this self-service cafe. The service was slow because a new member of staff was being trained but not properly guided or supervised. We then looked for a table. The cafe was less than a quarter full but there was not one clear table to sit at! There were no clearing staff in sight so we cleared a table for ourselves, but of course we could not wipe it down. About 10 minutes later a member of staff appeared, surveyed the tables and left without taking a single item with them. Shortly after another member of staff appeared and cleared one table (one down only forty left) and took a full tray out. Two minutes later she came back and started on the next table. Then the first member of staff came back and started remonstrating with the one clearing the table. She then went off and the table clearer took a second tray out. At this rate she was never going to clear all the tables as new ones were being created quicker that she could deal with them. A bit of common sense is required: use a trolley so that several tables can be cleared at a time.

Very good fish and chips, however very oily. Really good service and all the food was hot. I would definitely have it again.

I was served but daisy and grace. They were so helpful going through the menu and were very bubbly and friendly. Both ladies are a credit to the store

Not a pleasant visit - waited 10 minutes for my order apparently because I ordered Fillet of a fish My son and I were continually having to flick away flies as were the tables close to us and wee weren’t even close to the bins Upstairs closed during school holidays so difficult to find a seat Tried to use the one toilet before I left which was disabled and it was being used by the manager - when I finally got in there was no toilet roll - I complained about all of the above to be told that this was a disabled toilet

There is no lights outside in the car park they should add lights for people who is walking to KFC and Greg's I don't known what they are using the money for

The most tastiest, best value breakfast I've ever had at a motorway services. We had the Big Breakfast at £8.99 each, two teas plus toast for £25 total for two. Big portions, well cooked and quick, friendly service. A real change to the usual services experience!

Lovely pastries and space but consistently lacking customer service. The staff are in no rush at all to serve you, seat you or clear tables and are generally not particularly helpful. Sometimes they bring a side salad with your lunch, sometimes they don’t. 3 stars as a result.

Basic food. Friendly young staff. Chef adds one or two nice touches.

Absolutely appalling service, and awful food. We had the incorrect order sent. So I called up and said politely that we had the wrong dish. The horrible man on the phone decided to tell me it was my fault. I ordered a paneer tikka masala. But it came dry with no sauce and he told me it was my fault for not asking for sauce in the notes. Even though the dish says it comes with sauce already! He then tried to blame it on Uber eats. I’ve tried to eat it and the paneer is so dry and the rice has no flavour. The box that the dish came in even had an ‘m’ on it for masala but yet it came dry. I have paid a lot of money for dry rice and dry paneer and been spoken to very poorly on the phone. Mistakes happen and easily and would have happily waited for the correct one to arrive but he wouldn’t help.

Became a little obsessed over the Starbucks keep cups in Ireland and across the UK (didn't have Starbucks in Aus at the time), and the selection at this one was brilliant! Coffee was tasty, the team was welcoming, the sandwich I grabbed was fresh, and it was a welcome break from driving between Stonehenge and London. The carpark had plenty of spaces and is set in amongst trees for a lovely setting to enjoy a late lunch 🙌 There's also a drive-thru Starbucks as you travel through the carpark to jump back on the M3.
