McDonald's in Hart

Not a pleasant visit - waited 10 minutes for my order apparently because I ordered Fillet of a fish My son and I were continually having to flick away flies as were the tables close to us and wee weren’t even close to the bins Upstairs closed during school holidays so difficult to find a seat Tried to use the one toilet before I left which was disabled and it was being used by the manager - when I finally got in there was no toilet roll - I complained about all of the above to be told that this was a disabled toilet

We are not a regular, however this time both burgers and the takeaway one were all virtually cold. I took mine to the counter to be told their microwave was broken and they would make a new one. Not what I asked for but ok. When I went back to our table, I find both fries were dry and cold. I asked for my McPlant, and then both fries and take away burger had to be replaced. Lots of staff behind the counter not really bothered 😕

This place is always busy. Probably one of the most popular food stops on the M3. And they space is really small. Yet the staff manage to get through orders really quickly and efficiently, and the place is always clean. Really impressive. We've stopped here for breakfast many times over the years, only once had a problem (drink came out wrong) and it was quickly and politely remedied.

We used the machine to order and pay. The staff were just responsible for putting food in bags. Number 80 on our ticket and we got the slow dumb guy. All the other staff were powering through their tickets while he shuffled about looking half-witted and achieving not very much. Number 96 dealt with before he'd managed to put 2 burgers and some ketchup in a bag. Burgers were so cold the cheese hadn't even tried to melt so must have been cold when they were put in the buns. The guy 'cleaning' the place managed to squirt me with disinfectant. There were about 30 staff all just standing around scratching looking like they'd never seen the place before and didn't know where they were. I cannot imagine the mentality of people who really want to do a bad job and fail at such simple tasks.

A chicken burger was disgusting and my cheeseburger was cold, cheese cold not melted and a bun old. How you can sell this crap if McDonald has always good food. The staff standing and doing nothing. Such a shame I have never had so poor food.

Unfortunately our takeaway order was incomplete, a fact we noticed while pulling out onto the motorway. On phoning the restaurant we were told that they only price refunds in-store. Pretty cheeky for a service station location. no apology made.

Waited 10 mins after my food for a drink as it was forgotten (they forgot to make it) then whilst watching the staff at the drinks machine I witnessed a scruffy looking boy licking his fingers after making a strawberry lemonade 🤢 vile !!! He then proceeded to touch food without washing his hands

I literally ordered only a 20 nugget meal with 4 sauces and they forgot the sauces. How do you screw up a ONE ITEM purchase

A pleasant offering at thus busy service station and a very nice surprise with a complimentary upgrade to a large coffee. Hot food and of usual high standard.highly efficient staff.

Visited at lunchtime. Lots of people waiting to use the ordering screens, but no queuing system so there was confusion over when screens were free, and no personal space to make payment. We then had a very long wait for our food, and again there were crowds of people crammed into the waiting area. Eventually served by a supervisor who quizzed us on the vouchers we had used. As there was not enough seating at Mcdonalds, we walked across the bridge to sit in the southbound services. We then found our food was cold, all our chip portions were only two thirds full, and some of our order was wrong. Usually we like Mcdonalds, but we will not be returning to this branch. There are several other places to eat at Fleet services to try instead.

I give the order they repeat it whilst putting it into the computer all correct?until I get home and find it's not what I ordered jesus how hard is it.

It's a McDonald's so you know what your going to get. Polite staff service is quite quick not a bad place to go if you have been on the motorway and need something to eat quick

The Coffee was as expected but the surroundings at the Mc D's was as smart as any I have ever been to. The floor was litter-free and the tables were clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and very attentive. Definitely one of the best we have been to. 5 stars.

Typical McDonalds, prices arn't too bad. food was fresh and warm, staff were sorta happy. Of course I will be back

This McD is an average looking branch, not the prettiest or well-maintained. We did not purchase the main meals, just the ice cream after doing shopping. Typical McD ice cream which the kids enjoy. Staff wasn't particularly friendly, but did what they are supposed to.

Could you send your staff on a "how to fill a drink/carton of chips to the top course" please.. Thanks

Husband & I called into M3 northbound service station when on a recent visit to friends in Bracknell.

Very busy services, as was McDonald’s, got takeaway, quick service, staff pleasant, quick cheap grub and the kids love it. It is what it is but always go for a Mackky D, can’t go wrong.

You know what you are likely to receive at Mc D's and Fleet Mc D's is a good appearance of a well-run establishment. We ordered two wraps, one of which was the wrap of the day, at £1.99 and 2 coffees.

We visited this McDonald's for a bit to eat in the even g before going back to our hotel. It was busy in there so it took a while to get our food but there was plenty of space to sit down. We actually ordered the wrong thing and after we told a member of staff they e planned the mistake we had made but they changed our food.

Typical McDonald's at the motorway services. Always very busy and limited seating. Self service ordering points have now been installed which eases the queues to order. On this occasion napkins and ketchup had run out at the self service point so had to ask, which staff helpfully provided. Overall a good place to stop, but always crowded so expect queues.

McDonald's is McDonald's, quick and easy when your on the go or travelling. The food was fresh and tasty, service with a smile and plenty of seating around the complex, we'd stop at this services again as its a good stop off and convenient of the Motorway.

At Mc D’s you know what standard is on offer and usually it is delivered.

On visiting McDonalds today we ordered peri peri chicken wrap meal to take away. On sipping the milkshake it was chocolate rather than strawberry and I haven’t had chocolate in over 15 years and quickly spat it out in the Car. It was very distressing for me as I gave chocolate up and to have this taste in my mouth was awful. All I got was an apology. What happens if I was allergic ? Went back to Car to find the wrap was barely warm. I gave up eating the meal by that point. Very disappointing

It's McDonald's, nothing else to say. Cheap processed, fast food, uninspired, uninteresting. Avoid the coffee, it's awful.

Iz and I were heading up from Cornwall back to Reigate and pulled over for our favourite McMuffin breakfast to go.

Supuse que me iba a llegar en un McDonalds sirve rápidamente en el M3, pedir era rápido, pero la espera fue de 20 minutos para 2 muffins para el desayuno y bebidas. Desafortunadamente, la limpieza era pobre también donde yo opté por limpiar una mesa como no había nadie alrededor. Yo no determinados por qué el sábado por la mañana nadie parecía preparado, no vayas si tienes prisa!

One happy meal was promptly served, nice and warm. It did the job and we were on our way. Staff were friendly and there was no lengthy queue.

Just a quick pop in for a diet coke. The order screens made life much easier and service much quicker. Overall a good experience and cheaper than WH Smiths!

Stopped in here for a quick meal on the way back to London from Devon; the ordering was all by a very fancy automated system at stand up towers which then places your order and you wait in a line to pick up your order number, but I couldn't get my American credit card to work (even though I have a chip card) and ended up having to get my sister in law to pay and give her the cash. Most McDonald's food tastes the same all over the world but at this very busy service center the food did not taste fresh nor was it particularly hot. My sister in law's chicken Mcnuggets were truly awful.
