Missing drinks and very soggy fries

Food was absolutely freezing when got here, had 2 of the smallest bags of chips you’ll ever see, absolutely awful. Won’t be ordering again.

ordered 2 big pizzas, its my usual order for a while, i order from the same guy usually in store. today i ordered for collection via phone call, and realised it was someone else i asked for toppings of vegetables then he said we don't have that, he said we only have meat. besides that he then said come in and have a look yourself the toppings you want and he HANG UP the phone TWICE??? which was extremely rude! i went into the shop and they had all the toppings!!! ordered my pizza took it home and the BASE OF THE PIZZA WAS LIKE A ROCK! THIN AND CRUNCHY! nothing to chew on it was like a rock! these were two 18inch pizzas THAT WERE WASTED! really disappointed!!!!

I'm not quite sure what I've just eaten 😶 I ordered large lamb doner meat with chips, chillis and red cabbage. I asked for chilli sauce, and that was the strangest part of the meal. The bright orange colour and the pasty consistency of it were *very* peculiar. Somewhat different! It was quite off-putting, but I carried on regardless and finished most of it. It had its good points, and I've suffered no ill effects so far. Mind you, I've got a strong constitution 😊 All in all, I wouldn't recommend this take-away.

bread was soggy and tasted horrid for a £6 or £7 burger add chips and cheese meat it's self was greasy and not nice looked like just been chucked into a container delivery driver was rude certainly not ording from here again rip off

I ask for a large kebab with mayo, chilli sauce with all the salad when I got it I had hardly no kebab meat very little onions and a slice of cucumber with mint sauce NEVER GOING TO ORDER THERE AGAIN!!!

Terrible service. Spent close to £50 here and asked for a couple of sauces for the pizzas and was asked to pay 60p for what ordinarily comes for free. Customer behind me also had the same issue, asked for his kebab sauce to be separate and they wanted additional payment but happy to pour it directly on the kebab for free. Pizzas were second rate, wings were dry and cold as they took these out the hot display, packed and left them on the side first while the pizzas cooked, odd thing to do. Avoid this place, so many better in the area and save dealing with their sauce paranoia. “Tim” served me and didn’t seem to care I wasn’t happy and going to leave a review.

My burger was wrong it had cheese in then I was send another which was also wrong with one patty not two

Not as described on page. awful chips, small portions and different drinks than what was ordered. would not recommend.

I am long term fan of Grill N Chill but this order was just garbage. The food was luke warm at best, it was missing extra items we asked for the salad was just red cabbage. All round just a bad bad show from one of my fave take aways.

Food arrived cold, haloumi wasn’t cooked at all really, kofte tasted of nothing but salt, the lamb and chicken shish weren’t much better. Really disappointing, won’t be ordering from here again.

Food arrived within timescale advised, but portion sizes not great- Large chips were more like small. Missing can of drink from kids meal. And not a lot of salad on kebabs. Family did enjoy food

Just had chichen shish from there almost threw up absolutely disgusting no flavour covered in salt after taste like baby vomit. - reprorting to trading standards.

Not enough salad in the kebab to go with the meat.

Go here for lunch with the work lot , always decent and a good price with a friendly service A++

Order from here always good before pizzas are really good . This time order a burger the bun was so soggy it was horrible or large fries did not get

I order from here a lot but sadly was left disappointed last night. Went in and asked for a large kebab, with a side order of large chips and a slice of extra pita bread, charged me £16. Got home to find no pitta bread at all when I should have had 2, and they put the chips in with the kebab? so in the end I had a small kebab, a small chips, with no pitta bread at all, and still got charged full price. Not happy at all.

have to say reference delivery the driver didnt have a clue where i was considering i gave instructions on the order with Grill & chill they need to verbally tell all drivers where to go but also like to say the Best Pizza had in ages / All other pizza takeaways take note cant beat chill & grill and even discounted offer on site highly recommend them

Ordered a few times in the past never any real problem , ordered last night 28th April the doner meat was awful with a strange taste and the chilli sauce was different to normal - it was awful too - threw most of it in the bin but still woke up at 4 this morning with a bad belly ache and diarrhoea from 8 this morning i will not be ordering from here again

Honestly the best pizza and Black Forest milkshake too, will not order from domino’s and Pizza Hut again. Nice quick turn around on delivery too.

Driver was rude. Wandered around our street with no clue where he was looking (the only house with a light on!). Offered no apology for being late. Burger bun was soggy, chips weren’t cooked properly and the popcorn chicken was horrible. Wouldn’t feed food from here to a stray dog or my in laws.

I ordered a chicken donor but it was spicy and the chicken had bits of bone and gristle in it.

Amazing chicken wings today! They are usually crispy, but today they were flame grilled and I must say they were BETTER! Great food as always, best kebab and chip shop in the area HANDs DOWN!!

I have never had such a plain burger and it was ment to be a mega burger and I ordered extra cheese and come with 1 bit of cheese and the kebab was cold as a rock

You’ve lost a customer! Order from here quite often. Most recent order was donner meat and chips. Ordered by phone and stressed that I wasn’t given what should have been considered a large the last time I ordered and so can you please give me more donner and chips this time. The guy recognised this and said he’d give me extra donner. What arrived was donner meat and pitta. Argued with me on the phone about what I’d ordered and said he will send the chips. Meat was disgusting and had a chemical like taste which was a first. Delivery driver did not seem happy that he had to come back just with chips which were in a slither of paper and a plastic bag which did nothing but make the chips wet and soggy.

Only kebab shop I use best in the area and cheapest for good quality food would highly recommend

Arrived quickly was hot and fresh good portion sizes

Kebab was light on salad, no chilli's and lamb was overdone

I would have preferred some salad like lettuce, cabbage or onions but their site doesn't let you choose, so it looked very dry but the cheese smoothed chips were ace.

Really not up to my taste at all. Falafel wrap was all cabbage, chicken was fried in old oil and everything was delivered way too cold to consume. Never ordering from this place again

Have tried here before and it was awful but after reading recent reviews, gave it another go as wanted pizza and kebab. Pizza was good, really good. Kebab was good too. Flavours of both were good. The garlic sauce on the lamb was the best ever!! Only criticism was it wasn't hot

Food was cold, tasty but cold, even though it came early?

The food was very rock solid on this occasion, especially the hot wings. It is when the food has been cooked and left on the warmer. Sadly I had to chuck most away :/

Milkshakes are delicious and so are the kebabs. The kids meals are a little small but still delicious. Burgers are great too. Our favourite for kebabs now

Very expensive for what you get. Very little meat in the kebabs and the salad was not fresh. The quality and quantity was very poor After eating the kebab,we got a horrible pasty taste in our mouths. Can't recommend at all and would not order again from this shop

Any time we want a kebab we ALWAYS want a Grill 'n Chill. The staff are fabulous and always friendly. The kebabs are great and always packed full. You won't go hungry, that's for sure. The best way to order is to walk in the door, but other than that we order through their website for collection. Because we always order the same sauces on our meel and chips I think they spot our order coming through and by the time I've gotten in the car and arrived (5-10 mins) it's always just being wrapped up to be ready. Highly recommended

I usually always order from here however the lamb kebab came crispy as looking like it had been under the counter all day, not impressed

Food was delivered quickly, unfortunately for the price (£12 a kebab) the portion were incredibly small and wasn't the best tasting, definitely won't be returning.
