The chicken was completely soggy and in the bucket it was all drumsticks. The chips were also soggy. This was the worst kfc I’ve ever had.

Easy ordering, kept up to date about delivery. Quick delivery and food was ready to eat.

Been using this branch for years. Today was the worst ever. Asked for two chicken breasts plus legs. No breasts just thighs. Skin on chicken was soggy. Chips were a strange colour and limp !

Quality and timing fantastic, however, to receive only drumsticks out of a 6pc Chicken meal is not great. Pretty poor. Would have expected two as a minimum. Will try another branch next time.

Was pleased with the order for chicken burgers, but have stopped ordering the chicken pieces as they were always dried as if been cooked and left for some time before serving.

Not keen on drivers parking on the driveway.

The food we received was fine. We did not receive the coleslaw that was chosen as a side in both box meals. A very disappointed customer who feels overcharged if KFC don't deliver the items clearly ordered on the receipt

Never ordering from Just Eat again, just ordered my Xmas diner from KFC Yately, order said delivered yet never got my order, delivery driver called me as I guess he/she could not find my address, I answered and he/she hung up

Zinger burger and coleslaw missing from a 5 item order. Surely even a monkey could have got that right. Laughable

I am happy that the food is good and delivered on time. However, I am very unhappy there was no coleslaw delivered, which I had ordered and paid for. Extremely disappointed as this is the second time I have ordered and there has been something missing

This order was not delivered!! Driver did not attempt to call me to say they couldn’t find location and map showed that he still had our order over 30 mins later. We called kfc who agreed they could see he still had it and told us to contact just eat

Hot Food was cold on delivery and cold drinks were warm. Meals had to be microwaved to edible temperature and were no longer pleasant to eat.

Very Soggy batter, Dried up cold chicken, flat drinks. Had to return my 2 piece signature chicken because it was inedible. Don't come here.

Items were missing, Delivery driver kept extending delivery time by 10 minutes. Suppose to get here by 12.30 came at 12.52 food was really cold.

I have had an item missing from my order twice in a row now. how hard is it to make a small order correctly.

Chicken was great as usual but what have they done to the chips?? They tasted like there was some awful herby flavour on them and they were so greasy. I’ve always liked their chips but if this is something new they are doing then I’m afraid I won’t be ordering again, they were grim.

They had one meal when we ordered over £60 worth of food. Tried to call the restaurant no answer! Had to do a refund on here which can take 7days.

Freezing food and warm cans of drink. Absolutely rubbish. On the upside they actually got my order right this time albeit cold and inedible.

Ordered via Just Eat. One soft drink missing from the order and the other that came was a luke warm can. The chips were also stale and not up to the usual KFC standards.

Very average establishment. Food is alright but can sometimes taste a little off but all in all I haven't really ever had a bad experience. The staff they have now in the evenings seem to be quite welcoming

Chicken was almost cold and the box with the fillets in was squashed and broken. Please remember we have to pay for this and it’s not cheap. Very disappointing

Just ordered a zinger rice box and had it delivered because I have covid. When I opened the box there was no rice, just chicken and salad. Plus the 2 small pieces of chicken breast instead of 1 larger piece was very dry and the whole thing inedible and had to be put in the bin . Obviously because I have covid I can't take it back but I won't be ordering from there anymore.

I had ordered 8 pieces of Boneless fried chicken for which they take only 3-4 minutes to prepare but I’ve to say chicken is so cold. They didn’t even realize that customer is paying for it. You should take a little more time but please give orders according to KFC standards. It’s also smelling may be they are using rotten chicken. It’s a request be stick to the standard & give more attention while dispensing your orders so that the customer doesn’t suffer even after paying… I spent £7 but got nothing well 🙏

I order a 6 piece sharing bucket, 8 hot wings, 2 corn on the cobs, a rice box and 4 fries and a bottle of Tango but I received an 8 piece dipping boneless feast with the same drink.

Driver was amazing as I asked for delivery at the wrong address and he came the address I was at because he was amazing!

Delivery driver called and said he did not have my address so had to re give , this was already when order was late by 20 minutes. When order arrived all food was cold, burger bun had a bite missing out of it and was hard and stale. Worst food I have ever had from this store

Gave my entire family food poisoning that's 9 people with the pukes. All fell ill within an hour if each other and the food from this take away was the only thing we had all eaten the same. Will be avoiding in the future

One of the best KFC chains around. The staff are always polite and friendly, fast and nothing has ever been missed. Doesn't seem overly greasy either compared to some others.

Delivery was Good, but the food is not up to expectations, there were no tissue paper and also non of the free sachet source was included. It was so dry and tasteless.

The worst kfc around the driest chicken I’ve ever had and this isn’t the 1st time it’s been like that and chips half cooked absolute rubbish.

Thank you. I've been having an awful time due to personal matters, and in tears. The staff were very kind about it, admittedly it made me cry more but I do appreciate your kindness. Food was hot, everything was there, came on time, driver was lovely. I have absolutely no complaints. Thank you again.

Possible winner for the worst KFC in the UK award. Whether ordering online or in person, 75% of your orders will be wrong and/or items you paid for. If you are lucky enough to receive what you ordered and paid for, what you receive will have a 50% chance of either looking like it’s been run over by a truck and/or cold. Complaining about this will either result in no response at all or attitude. Quite how they are able to hold a franchise is difficult to know. They are deeply appreciated by the local rat population however, live in numbers around it and have an endless supply of food.

Status said delivered 5-10 minutes before it was actually delivered (Longer than it actually takes to drive from the restaurant to delivery point).

Contender for the worst KFC in the country. Working local to this KFC, we have made numerous orders to this branch... AND EVERY SINGLE TIME IT IS WRONG. Without fail, they miss items completely or give the wrong order. It is almost impressive, impressively bad.

Just had delivery from Just eat, cold burgers and soggy chips, Also the burgers were assembled by someone who really doesnt enjoy their job, worst kfc ever to be honest our last experience at Yateley kfc wasnt great so lesson learned, never again
