Sometimes there are some great staff here But today the drive thru had the same young guy on the window and wouldn’t redeem reward for a special and just rotten attitude really. I go for a coffee or drink to try and feel better but this doesn’t help.

Staff always very helpful and friendly, remember my name, and drink... New refit is great, feels bigger and cleaner... maybe a little sterile, but that's probably because it's so new

I ordered two regular coffee's on Thursday 14th March. I got charge for two large coffee's! My coffee was cold, i mentioned it the member of staff & he said I can add some hot water. I said I would like a fresh one please, the guy seemed put on. This was in the afternoon, one of the staff was swearing in the back ground over something! I came away very dissatisfied & won't bother again TBH

M3 Northbound Fleet Services drive through Starbucks.We ordered two flat white coffees which were served. Then continued our journey and stopped in a village to drink the coffee. It was horrible. I don’t know what milk was used but it certainly wasn’t cows milk. The two servers in the kiosk were chatting and clearly not concentrating. We will not return. A waste of money as for us the coffee was not drinkable and we tipped it away.

I got given the wrong size coffee. The assistant asked for his other colleague to refund me. Then I was issued the right size coffee and charged for that. I was told my original refund I would receive in 10mins. Rubbish....no refund received, just charged twice, for a large latte and a regular latte. £8.15 for one coffee, eek. I am really annoyed about it and will not go to Starbucks again, I feel totally humiliated!

Lovely coffee, just a shame so dirty, and stains all over the sofa and seats!

Staff all ways Friendly, visit regular, will be nice after a revamp nice place that can suit both baby and dogs.

Not overly busy. We were the only people ordering but received weak watery coffee. We generally use Starbucks cafes as they tend to be consistent with their quality but unfortunately were let down on this occasion. Very disappointed.

Lovely staff. Needs a re-up though. Then again, perhaps so does the entire high street. Loved my coffee. Thank you!

Always a welcoming face from the various staff members there, and the bonus is its dog friendly so you get to make a fuss with most dogs who frequent this establishment. Always good coffee too!

Run-down little hole that's waiting to close and be re-developed. It took 6 staff 5 minutes to make 2 coffees in an empty shop. They then failed to tell us that they were ready, so we had to guess if they were ours. Please close sooner rather than later.

The decking seating area was disgusting. Hadn’t been swept for days - tables dirty, fag ends all over the floor and bins overflowing. It makes me so angry that paying their high prices and then you have to sit down in filth. The manager should be ashamed.

Dreadful service. They forgot about the coffee I ordered although it had been made. When I asked them the girl could not have been ruder in the manner she gave it to me. Will never use them again.

We’ve just visited the Starbucks at Fleet Services - a basic bit of a clean wouldn’t go amiss! Toilet was absolutely disgusting, overflowing bins, no toilet paper. We had to ask for a cloth to clean the table and they did kindly come and do it for us but tbh they weren’t rushed off their feet. Even the chairs either had spilt coffee or crumbs and bits of pastry. I know it’s a service station but..! However, coffee was really nice - do love a Starbucks mocha :)

Too slow either understaffed or they are too slow. Every time it’s a long wait. Over 10 mins to get a coffee.

Seems every time I use this drive thru they never make the drinks correctly.. this time they've completely forgotten the syrup that goes in a white iced mocha so have basically got an iced latte which is not what I wanted. Definitely learnt my lesson now and won't be using this drive thru again.

Friendly and helpful service. Always predictable and good long opening hours. Coffee quality is always good. As you might expect from a large organisation, it's just a bit bland.

This is the filthiest starbucks I have been to. Miserable staff and very dirty. Young staff who don't give a crap, I would be miserable too if u had to work there!

My first (and last) visit to a Starbucks was at Fleet Services. While my wife sat down at a table with our selected pastries I waited for our coffees, and after about 12 minutes my name was called and one coffee was presented. After a further ten minute wait I asked if the second coffee was coming. No, came the reply, you must enquire back at the till. When I asked what I should enquire - its a missing coffee which I enquired about from the coffee maker- no answer was forthcoming. I gave up on the espresso, and took my now cold cappuccino to the table , to find that my pain au chocolat was horribly stale and hardly edible. Nor was the cappuccino good coffee. Plus the price; two coffees and two buns; £10. I am sure some Starbucks may be good, but this one at Fleet Services is a disaster, and renders a considerable disservice to the Starbucks chain. It wont get a second chance from me.

Avoid whenever the shift of teenagers are on. Moody little whiners who slam your drink down, shout your name and wander off before you've even stepped forward (it wasn't busy, I see why).

Last time we ever get a Starbucks at Fleet Service Station. From the very rude till guy arguing with us because we didn’t want to give our name - to the time it took to make our coffees, and the fact they left one sitting on the machine after we asked if the second one was coming - this is the last time we will ever buy a Starbucks coffee. They have the monopoly at these services, so it’ll be a cold drink next time we take a long drive south.

Veeerryyyy sloowwww and poor service. This drive thru gets packed in the morning by people who are going to work and still they don’t have enough staff to serve the customers. Waste of petrol just having to wait 20mins in drive thru. Pointless. They need to hire more staff so they serve customers quickly.

It was quiet when we used this venue. Nice and relaxing. But it does often get busy in the main part of the day

Appalling service at the drive thru. Check you actually get a shot of coffee in your cappuccino. I got a grande cup of hot milk and of course no way to take it back once you’re on the road again. Avoid stopping there if you can.

What a dreadful place. Freezing cold, dirty paper cups and plates everywhere, slow queues and rude staff at a premium price! You ought to be ashamed of yourselves Starbucks!

Ben was a great barista who made an amazing white chocolate frappé for me this week - was the best one so far. Hope to return this week for another one and maybe a cheeky cookie. Great work!!! 💅💅😍😍😍

Very poor service, waited a long time for 2 Expresso coffee's which were pretty grim flavour and not very enjoyable . Also small cups at £3.40 plus a further 5p to have them in a cup!, a complete rip off.

It was my birthday and two of the girls serving wished me happy birthday and was so kind. Honestly it’s the little things in life that mean the most. I can’t see also what the poor reviews are for this Starbucks it’s exactly the same as every other one at services but with really really nice staff members :) so happy today.

10 minute wait for an order of 1 small tea and 2 small hot chocolates. Painful stuff. A very young team getting no support or leadership and all looking thoroughly miserable. Starbucks you need to support your teams better.

We’re regulars, but try to avoid when possible now. Typically very poor service here, always out of stock of basic items, staff seem poorly trained and often unhelpful. Unfortunately this branch doesn’t do Starbucks’ brand much good.

Order taken for a Blonde roast coffee when they didn't actually have any Blonde roast available. Seating area and condiment area filthy, only 1 person making drinks. We ended up cancelling after a long wait, getting a refund and popping down to Costa at Winchester....

Dogs now allowed inside ? This is a food establishment what about the hygiene when people are eating. Just been in and there was 5 dogs barking sat all over the seats and floor. Always went there for a coffee but not any more . . All chairs taken by people working on computers . More like a dog show or office . Don’t go if you just want a coffee

Can't get a drink right. All the staff refuse to wear masks and are more interested in making jokes than making coffee. They now PRINT OUT what your order is on your cup. So I don't understand how they can still get it wrong. Fleet is full of amazing local coffee shops. Don't give your money to people who don't appreciate it.

Made an order to not even be told that they don’t accept cash?! Sat in a que for 20 mins… no signs or not even told when making a order?!?? moneys money? Absolutely ridiculous… it’s okay I’ll pop to cafe Nero or costa👍

Everytime I've been to the Fleet store I get fabulous service. The lady who now recognises me with my Almonds purchase is just so lovely, I keep missing her name. I always feel welcomed and whether busy or not she is always friendly and takes time to give you a smile. Thank you 😊

Nice friendly staff, some of which have been here years. They know the drill and they're fast too. Plenty of seating inside and out here. Probably fleet's best coffee. Free park on Branksomewood Road (3 min walk away).

Thought we would try again to see if anything had improved since the last time. Nope. Two lukewarm coffees, one lemon bun and a chocolate chip biscuit - just under £12. Appalling value.

Covid made it awkward to get sugar for instance. Tables (at least outside) were not cleaned.

Good and pricey as usual. Helpful staff. If you have dogs, they get a free little bit of cream. I think they call it a puppy chino or something g like that.

I can’t comment on the quality of the drinks as I threw them away. The guy making the coffees puts his fingers inside every cup. Not what I expect during Covid times. I regret not saying anything at the time. I hope this comment is noted by Starbucks and that they sort it out.

We love this particular branch for its ambiance. So does our dog enjoy the puppuchino!!

So, stopped at Fleet services for quick stop and as no queue used Starbucks to grab a couple of teas. Never have I had such a poor cup of tea. But put it down to rogue tea bag. I've had tea from Starbucks before at other venues so just thought ok, dodgy bag. Returning from my trip I stopped again for quick stop. Couldn't happen twice so no queue bought tea. Wrong! I'm not sure what they are using but DO NOT BUY TEA. There is no flavour at all, its insipid looking and the taste is indescribable and I can describe most things, another tea thrown away. Had I more time, I would have gone back in to complain. Not sure whats going on there, but Starbucks loses points on this one.

Ordered a iced matcha latte and it wasn’t even mixed it was just liquid with lumps of powder, politely asked if she could get the drink mixed and she half heartedly stirred it with a stick that did not do anything then I asked again and showed her all the lumps and powder and she just tried to pass me the drink with a stirrer to do it myself. It needs to be shaken or blended anyway a stirrer won’t do anything I’m just about to go on the motor way. I asked her and she actually had the cheek to try and refuse to do it. I’m paying £5 for one drink !!! I said well you either do it properly or I will make a formal complaint. She huffed and handed it to someone else to do as she must know she’s incompetent. Finally handed to me completed properly after waisting ten mins of my time and pissing me off ! Just don’t understand why people are so rude and so lazy when it’s their job ! She belongs in McDonald’s I would recommend to only go to fleet north bound if you are strong willed !

Thanks to lovely staff at Starbucks who helped me out. They were so kind when I stopped at the Services. I was running late to pick up my kids from School, & had trouble charging my car & was upset. I was sat on the phone trying to arrange childcare & the Staff must have seen me because they came to help & offered me a drink and called for the Service Staff to help me with the eclectic car charger too. Nice to have caring people in these difficult times. (Was Monday 16th 2pm)

I love a good coffee in most forms but my experiences so far haven't been great. I find drinks and snacks over rated and over priced in Starbucks generally. Most of the drinks contain a shocking amount of sugar in them too. As a wheelchair user, I did not find the staff or layout of the place thoughtful or wheelchair/disability friendly at all. The place was untidy, chairs pulled out which were not in use, having to squeeze the wheelchair through tight spaces to get to a table etc. It was like an assault course to get to a table! On entering Starbucks, my daughter was struggling to open and hold the stiff door whilst trying to wheel me in too. The place was very quiet and not busy, there was no queue. None of the staff, nor manager, got up to offer a helping hand... with the door or help to pull in chairs to make an easier, more accessible route and experience to find a suitable table. I found the actual experience of having a drink in the cafe, very unpleasant. There was the issue of it not being wheelchair friendly. Secondly, whilst we were at the counter ordering, I heard the manager (I think her name was Natalie), speaking to her staff members in a very rude, sarcastic and incredibly condescending way. She actually came across quite bullyish, if I'm to be completely honest. I really felt for the other staff but it also made myself and young daughter feel really uncomfortable. The manager seemed to know one of the customers who had purchased something and was seated. She was speaking to them over the counter, across the room. Her voice was booming, she carried on for some time and she had no regard for the other customers still in the cafe or had any social awareness. It was extremely irritating and loud and as someone who has an autism diagnosis, it started to trigger me and we decided to leave. I won't be going back.

This is pretty much an average run of the mill Starbucks, but we needed a WC and some caffeine so we stopped here. Wasn't impressed, but wasn't disappointed.

Grotty - tables not cleared.Every time I come here, just about every table is covered with old mugs and wrappers from several customers.I find that many Starbucks are similar - very slow at clearing tables. They just have the staff taking the money.Served by nice staff, who cannot leave till to clean up after guests.

I have visited Starbucks in Camberley, Farnborough and Fleet. The one in Fleet has the best service, followed by Camberley and then Farnborough which has no soft seating and has no atmosphere. I am judging them on the service provided in the Fleet branch.

The coffee is great. And when its quiet the venue is nice. Gets busy and you can't hear anything. Play music and you can't hear each other, somehow the venue echos all the wrong frequencies. If love to sit outside but then you need to sit with the smokers. Nice coffe though. But do a take away

For a company that is currently promoting re-useable takeaway cups to ‘save the planet’ they didn’t do a very good job of portraying that in their fleet service station cafe today. The first drink we ordered was a small latte to which we were quite abruptly informed by ‘Georgie’ that there were no small mugs available, she was implying either we buy a large coffee or take a plastic cup - which we were not prepared to do as we had decided to drink in to avoid using plastic! My mum suggested that maybe they quickly wash up a small cup if there was none available and the server didn’t seem to like this common sense but agreed to do so anyway, thankfully. The service we received just wasn’t amazing despite the coffee being nice as always. We might have appreciated the lack of small mug problem if we were issued with an apology when being informed or a suggestion that the small drink being put into a larger mug instead maybe? It’s just hypocritical for a company to display one thing on their mission statement but not to follow through with the service. As someone who has worked in hospitality for a number of years, I understand how stressful it can be when servicing many customers and making drinks in a fast paced environment, however, manners go a long way in situations like today.

Popped in for coffee as part of a road trip. Found the staff and service faultless and really pleased we stopped. Very nice ambiance done the whole site up well

Started my coffee journey with Starbucks so know they serve a decent coffee albeit a chain. Stopped off before work and ordered a cappuccino and a pain au chocolat but there weren’t any so was offered a chocolate twist instead. There is an art to making coffee and these guys definitely didn’t have it.. worst coffee ever and the chocolate twist was cold and clammy also disgusting and not worth being offered to anybody

Used this starbucks on the m3 heading to london early hours in the morning a few times never again night staff always sittng in the chairs on there phone or chatting then the look of the place is filthy in the coffee prep area around where the milk coffee is sitting i looked up above this area were there qas loads of flys and fruit flys buzzing around i paid £4.00 for my coffee and put in the bin when i got to the car as it made me feel sick to even drink it. I would have thought night time should be a time were there should be a full clean and disinfectant done as i accept day times are full on busy but there is no excusses for bad prep areas where food and drinks are served. If the staff serving can not clean correct it would pay to get someone that can as the loss of sales would be more than a cleaners wage

After being stuck in traffic for eternity badly needed a coffee. Queued up got served by mr and mrs uninterested, stood waiting amongst at least 10 others for 10 minutes in what seems unorganised chaos with everyone looking at each other wondering if your coffee is ever going to see the light of day! Ordered a Latte, tasted more like espresso! 2 sips and straight in the bin, tables and counters dirty and not cleaned will definitely not ever use a Starbucks ever!!

We just stopped for a quick snack but was quickly shocked how awful the Starbucks was! The staff seemed inattentive, at least 6 of them just chatting behind the counter and the cafe looked filthy.

Stopped here for coffee and a snack on a journey. Although as the driver, I had a coffee, we did not have a snack due to the filthy state of the cafe. The staff were only interested in chatting amongst themselves apart from one more mature guy who was actually doing the coffee. I have cancelled my Starbucks card off my 'phone as a result of this. We then stopped at the next services (M&S;) and Wild Bean where the passengers and I had our much needed coffee and snack. Shan't be using this Starbucks again!!!!!
