I use this cafe regularly. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They take particular care of people with particular needs. The filter coffee is great, and the staff ensure that brew is fresh . The food generally is good, but Starbucks HQ has an irritating habit of withdrawing my favourites. Still, this remains my morning cafe of choice.

One person in sit down, no one in drive through Requested a coffee, visited the refresh area. 10:17hrs. My coffee on counter when I returned. No cup holder, or to just confirm that was my coffee. Visited Starbucks Fleet services northbound on early Sunday evening. Staff very friendly and the tables looked clean. I ordered a decaf latte. However it just tasted of smoky milk. Most unpleasant and I could not drink it.

Sorry, but just cannot agree with the "put-down" reviews. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were no dirty cups, etc on the tables (which were certainly clean). There was a good choice of snacks and drinks. The coffee was up to the usual good Starbucks standard, hot and tasty and, considering where you are, not over priced.

Sometimes there are some great staff here But today the drive thru had the same young guy on the window and wouldn’t redeem reward for a special and just rotten attitude really. I go for a coffee or drink to try and feel better but this doesn’t help.

I ordered two regular coffee's on Thursday 14th March. I got charge for two large coffee's! My coffee was cold, i mentioned it the member of staff & he said I can add some hot water. I said I would like a fresh one please, the guy seemed put on. This was in the afternoon, one of the staff was swearing in the back ground over something! I came away very dissatisfied & won't bother again TBH

M3 Northbound Fleet Services drive through Starbucks.We ordered two flat white coffees which were served. Then continued our journey and stopped in a village to drink the coffee. It was horrible. I don’t know what milk was used but it certainly wasn’t cows milk. The two servers in the kiosk were chatting and clearly not concentrating. We will not return. A waste of money as for us the coffee was not drinkable and we tipped it away.

I got given the wrong size coffee. The assistant asked for his other colleague to refund me. Then I was issued the right size coffee and charged for that. I was told my original refund I would receive in 10mins. Rubbish....no refund received, just charged twice, for a large latte and a regular latte. £8.15 for one coffee, eek. I am really annoyed about it and will not go to Starbucks again, I feel totally humiliated!

Run-down little hole that's waiting to close and be re-developed. It took 6 staff 5 minutes to make 2 coffees in an empty shop. They then failed to tell us that they were ready, so we had to guess if they were ours. Please close sooner rather than later.

The decking seating area was disgusting. Hadn’t been swept for days - tables dirty, fag ends all over the floor and bins overflowing. It makes me so angry that paying their high prices and then you have to sit down in filth. The manager should be ashamed.

We’ve just visited the Starbucks at Fleet Services - a basic bit of a clean wouldn’t go amiss! Toilet was absolutely disgusting, overflowing bins, no toilet paper. We had to ask for a cloth to clean the table and they did kindly come and do it for us but tbh they weren’t rushed off their feet. Even the chairs either had spilt coffee or crumbs and bits of pastry. I know it’s a service station but..! However, coffee was really nice - do love a Starbucks mocha :)

Seems every time I use this drive thru they never make the drinks correctly.. this time they've completely forgotten the syrup that goes in a white iced mocha so have basically got an iced latte which is not what I wanted. Definitely learnt my lesson now and won't be using this drive thru again.

My first (and last) visit to a Starbucks was at Fleet Services. While my wife sat down at a table with our selected pastries I waited for our coffees, and after about 12 minutes my name was called and one coffee was presented. After a further ten minute wait I asked if the second coffee was coming. No, came the reply, you must enquire back at the till. When I asked what I should enquire - its a missing coffee which I enquired about from the coffee maker- no answer was forthcoming. I gave up on the espresso, and took my now cold cappuccino to the table , to find that my pain au chocolat was horribly stale and hardly edible. Nor was the cappuccino good coffee. Plus the price; two coffees and two buns; £10. I am sure some Starbucks may be good, but this one at Fleet Services is a disaster, and renders a considerable disservice to the Starbucks chain. It wont get a second chance from me.

Last time we ever get a Starbucks at Fleet Service Station. From the very rude till guy arguing with us because we didn’t want to give our name - to the time it took to make our coffees, and the fact they left one sitting on the machine after we asked if the second one was coming - this is the last time we will ever buy a Starbucks coffee. They have the monopoly at these services, so it’ll be a cold drink next time we take a long drive south.

Appalling service at the drive thru. Check you actually get a shot of coffee in your cappuccino. I got a grande cup of hot milk and of course no way to take it back once you’re on the road again. Avoid stopping there if you can.

Can't get a drink right. All the staff refuse to wear masks and are more interested in making jokes than making coffee. They now PRINT OUT what your order is on your cup. So, stopped at Fleet services for quick stop and as no queue used Starbucks to grab a couple of teas. Never have I had such a poor cup of tea. But put it down to rogue tea bag. I've had tea from Starbucks before at other venues so just thought ok, dodgy bag. Returning from my trip I stopped again for quick stop. Couldn't happen twice so no queue bought tea. Wrong! I'm not sure what they are using but DO NOT BUY TEA. There is no flavour at all, its insipid looking and the taste is indescribable and I can describe most things, another tea thrown away. Had I more time, I would have gone back in to complain. Not sure whats going on there, but Starbucks loses points on this one.

Ordered a iced matcha latte and it wasn’t even mixed it was just liquid with lumps of powder, politely asked if she could get the drink mixed and she half heartedly stirred it with a stick that did not do anything then I asked again and showed her all the lumps and powder and she just tried to pass me the drink with a stirrer to do it myself. It needs to be shaken or blended anyway a stirrer won’t do anything I’m just about to go on the motor way. I asked her and she actually had the cheek to try and refuse to do it. I’m paying £5 for one drink !!! I said well you either do it properly or I will make a formal complaint. She huffed and handed it to someone else to do as she must know she’s incompetent. Finally handed to me completed properly after waisting ten mins of my time and pissing me off ! Just don’t understand why people are so rude and so lazy when it’s their job ! She belongs in McDonald’s I would recommend to only go to fleet north bound if you are strong willed !

Thanks to lovely staff at Starbucks who helped me out. They were so kind when I stopped at the Services. I was running late to pick up my kids from School, & had trouble charging my car & was upset. I was sat on the phone trying to arrange childcare & the Staff must have seen me because they came to help & offered me a drink and called for the Service Staff to help me with the eclectic car charger too. Nice to have caring people in these difficult times. (Was Monday 16th 2pm)

I love a good coffee in most forms but my experiences so far haven't been great. I find drinks and snacks over rated and over priced in Starbucks generally. Most of the drinks contain a shocking amount of sugar in them too. As a wheelchair user, I did not find the staff or layout of the place thoughtful or wheelchair/disability friendly at all. The place was untidy, chairs pulled out which were not in use, having to squeeze the wheelchair through tight spaces to get to a table etc. It was like an assault course to get to a table! On entering Starbucks, my daughter was struggling to open and hold the stiff door whilst trying to wheel me in too. The place was very quiet and not busy, there was no queue. None of the staff, nor manager, got up to offer a helping hand... with the door or help to pull in chairs to make an easier, more accessible route and experience to find a suitable table. I found the actual experience of having a drink in the cafe, very unpleasant. There was the issue of it not being wheelchair friendly. Secondly, whilst we were at the counter ordering, I heard the manager (I think her name was Natalie), speaking to her staff members in a very rude, sarcastic and incredibly condescending way. She actually came across quite bullyish, if I'm to be completely honest. I really felt for the other staff but it also made myself and young daughter feel really uncomfortable. The manager seemed to know one of the customers who had purchased something and was seated. She was speaking to them over the counter, across the room. Her voice was booming, she carried on for some time and she had no regard for the other customers still in the cafe or had any social awareness. It was extremely irritating and loud and as someone who has an autism diagnosis, it started to trigger me and we decided to leave. I won't be going back.

I have visited Starbucks in Camberley, Farnborough and Fleet. The one in Fleet has the best service, followed by Camberley and then Farnborough which has no soft seating and has no atmosphere. I am judging them on the service provided in the Fleet branch.

For a company that is currently promoting re-useable takeaway cups to ‘save the planet’ they didn’t do a very good job of portraying that in their fleet service station cafe today. The first drink we ordered was a small latte to which we were quite abruptly informed by ‘Georgie’ that there were no small mugs available, she was implying either we buy a large coffee or take a plastic cup - which we were not prepared to do as we had decided to drink in to avoid using plastic! My mum suggested that maybe they quickly wash up a small cup if there was none available and the server didn’t seem to like this common sense but agreed to do so anyway, thankfully. The service we received just wasn’t amazing despite the coffee being nice as always. We might have appreciated the lack of small mug problem if we were issued with an apology when being informed or a suggestion that the small drink being put into a larger mug instead maybe? It’s just hypocritical for a company to display one thing on their mission statement but not to follow through with the service. As someone who has worked in hospitality for a number of years, I understand how stressful it can be when servicing many customers and making drinks in a fast paced environment, however, manners go a long way in situations like today.

Enjoyed a very nice HUGE coffee at Costa in Fleet high street. Excellent service from very friendly lovely staff. Usual Costa menu. No complaints. Nice atmosphere.

What a find. Had a great night with lovely supper, spotless bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast was perfect as well. All freshly decorated. Highly recommended and already booked 2 more stays.
