Greggs in Hart

Long queue but the team was quick enough, ..hard job though.. they have to deal with lots of rude customers..any way Greggs is Greggs, always the best!

Food was ok but I found the staff were very rude to a customer and very abrupt to us. No smiles, no please or thank you's from any of the members of staff there to any of their customers.

Absolutely freezing food, rude staff and very inconsiderate. Over charged me when my and my friend said we were paying separately beforehand. Asked is there was any warm food and the only food she said was “warm” was the pizza, meaning that they know the food there is cold but haven’t done anything about it!

Worth visiting if you need a quick snack they have plenty on offer and a resonable priced. The staff are very attentive and quick.

I bought 2 magic bags from Greggs in Yateley today. I did an LFT and tested positive for Covid so sent my husband and 4 young children to collect them with the code. My husband does not have a modern phone with a camera. The staff were very rude, mocked his phone and refused to give him the bags. The ‘manager Simmona’ I spoke to who said she needed to see a picture of the code. I tried to explain I was ill at home with Covid and that my husband didn’t have a camera phone. I said I would happily email a picture or send to a mobile of a staff member. She refused. I said I couldn’t possibly know the code which I gave her and she confirmed that she had 2 bags with that code, but refused to give them to my husband. She then told me I should have gone down with my phone, I explained that I had tested positive for Covid and she said ‘so what, so have I!’ I was gobsmacked. I asked her if she meant to say she had Covid and she said ‘yes, but I feel well enough to work and so I am here at work’ I was dumbfounded. My mother died of Covid in November and I was disgusted by this point that this ‘manager’ was talking to me in such a way, laughing and mocking me. It was despicable behaviour. She told me she had to go as she had lots of customer (which was a lie as my husband told me he was the only person in the store!) I tried to call head office, but had no joy. When I called back to reason with her (my husband who was in the store with my 4 young children told me she told me to call the greggs store) i did and I got a man on the phone who was very VERY rude. He said he was refusing to give them as I didn’t have the picture. He then laughed and scoffed at me and even said “Do you understand English?” I was very cross and he then continued to say that his shift had finished and he wanted to go home, before hanging up on me. The magic bags would have gone in the bin and I was trying to protect the staff by not coming down. Avoid this place at all costs

I ordered a sausage bap and specified no sauce as I’m allergic to tomatoes. Without acknowledging my sauce preference the woman proceeded to give me ketchup which I was unbeknownst to. After taking a couple bites I noticed something was wrong and then my lips began to swell up due to having an allergic reaction to the tomato sauce. Never will I be visiting them again. Such ignorance

If you like a lettuce roll then go here. That’s all you get in the roll. Service is good and friendly but the fillings are poor especially if you don’t like eating leaves

Friendly staff,quick service, super food, Did not expect to have so many seats, nice and clean, For sure i will be back , ,soon...

I was in the toilet and one of the staff unlocked the door from the outside and luckily I was already washing my hands. She didnt give any explanation or anything just walked away. It was Another customer who explained to me that he was trying to use the toilet and thought the door was jammed and called the staff.

Its Greggs , what more do I need to say. Cheap cakes and eat for locals on the go. Carpark can get manic as its very small and right next to KFC. Greatest creation ever....Katsu chicken slices R.I.P ;-(

I repeat, the best sausage rolls in the universe. On a recent trip to Eversley, we drove past a Greggs, and had to make a I turn to go back and pick up some of their hot, flakey sausage rolls. 100% delicious.. living in the US with infrequent trips to the UK, I make a point of filling up on this man-made wonder.

Always hard to resist a steak and stilton bake when feeling a bit peckish but they only seem to come in two temperatures....stone cold or molten lava. Breakfast deals are always good value for money and staff always friendly but never seem to have enough of anything ready.

Sometimes, living locally I fancy a nice warm pastie. You can only buy freezing cold pasties here. And they never seem to be on the ball with cooking a fresh batch when the ones on display start to run low. Staff are always courteous polite and pleasant it’s just a shame about the quality of the food.

I have never been in a Greggs. It’s horrible. Litter strewn car park does not bode well. Inside it is appalling, cheap nasty chairs, monosyllabic heavily tattooed server and the ‘food’, all high fat ‘slices’ served tepid. 2 middle aged men sitting down in ‘sportswear’ eating junk. The irony was not lost on me. This was probably the worst establishment serving ‘food’ that I have ever been in. It was was disgusting!

all of minimal nutritional value and overprice - for the inactive a flabby: I/we cannot shop there, except perhaps for bread

Fancied a cappucino after my morning swim! Friendly staff and great coffee. Bought some freshly baked bread when I was there for toasting and sandwiches :-)

I felt the need to write this review. Standing in line waiting to buy a sandwich and coffee, one of the staff accidentally dropped the food tongs. I was shocked to when an elderly member of staff shouted 'Two second rule' picked the tongs up and continued to use them..... This place has a lot to learn about hygiene. I think it will be just coffee machine from now on.Greggs customer service has not replied to my complaint
