Became a little obsessed over the Starbucks keep cups in Ireland and across the UK (didn't have Starbucks in Aus at the time), and the selection at this one was brilliant! Coffee was tasty, the team was welcoming, the sandwich I grabbed was fresh, and it was a welcome break from driving between Stonehenge and London. The carpark had plenty of spaces and is set in amongst trees for a lovely setting to enjoy a late lunch 🙌 There's also a drive-thru Starbucks as you travel through the carpark to jump back on the M3.

Had to repeat our order several times to the guy at the till. When drinks came, despite order being correct on the cup, both were wrong (regular milk instead of soy in one and the other heaped with whipped cream despite asking for no cream). Annoying at the best of times, nightmare for anyone with allergies/intolerances.

If you’re using the drive-thru for a quick coffee don’t bother. Terribly slow service. Only one server on duty

My partner ordered an iced caramel machiato and we were given a hot one, they refused to remake it and told us to drive back round and queue again. We also paid in coins because we had a lot of change and they weren’t very happy about it. Bad customer service, don’t work in a customer facing role if you can’t provide good service

Gingerbread Spiced Latte - did not come with cream (usually you have to ask to not have cream). Wasn’t asked what size I wanted. Charged £5 for a tall, saw after that the sign said £4.95 (yes it’s just 5p but the point is the service was poor).

I do not usually drink Starbucks coffee. This visit (no alternatives on site) reminded me why. Weak but bitter coffee. As an added bonus they had run out of skimmed milk for my wife's latte!

I recently visited this branch. The staff were very nice. They were very effecient with the orders taking and delivering.

A great experience every time. Fleet service is my best stop on the way to London but Starbucks at the stop make it more favourable. Their coffee is great. There are two seating areas outdoor with great view, especially in the spring and summer.

Friendly staff and good service. Great that they also have drive through service too. I asked for a small cappuccino but was handed a large one. I guess I’ll just have a large one :)

Staff need more training!! Staff member on till friendly. Ordered an oat iced matcha, first of all it was made in a dairy jug, when I asked for it to be remade was met with the response ‘it is oat milk’. Then the drink was remade but not blended so there was lumps of matcha floating in the drink. Finally the drink was remade again with what tasted like half a bag of matcha and wasn’t even full up to the top of the cup. 3rd time going to this starbucks and always met with the worst customer service and attitude to making drinks correctly.

Staff don’t check whether you’re taking away or not so you get all the waste associated with takeout even though your eating in, not very environmentally friendly

Ordered a gluten free ham and cheese toastie, was just chucked in the microwave to melt the cheese still inside it's plastic bag.. afterwards they put the contents still in its plastic bag in a paper one, when opening, hot cheese spilled everywhere, ending in a minor burn.. no assistance afterwards regarding the complaint made. Members of staff although not rude definitely not helpful. Avoid it..

The worst Starbucks I have ever been to, completely Incompetent staff, my food was heated straight away but then I had to wait 20 minutes for one drink then another 10minutes for my second drink to be made, this is meant to be a quick and easy takeaway chain and yet I could have had a sit down dinner quicker.

Ordered a small oat milk cappuccino. Worst tasting coffee I have had in weeks. Soapy and foul tasting. Very poor. Avoid.

Don't know what they used but the coffee here was AWFUL. Waaaayyyyy too strong and very bitter. Staff were very polite though and accepts Starbucks card.

Incredibly, disrespectful service we had just received in this Starbucks! My partner ordered a medium size Toffee nut latte for me and by the time we got back into driving I’ve noticed that there was a huge empty gap into the cup! He asked for cream, but the size of the coffe into the cup was the one of a small (tall) coffee! I worked in Starbucks myself and I’ve NEVER ever did such a thing. Shameful service, considering the HUGE price of the coffee. Shame on you! Sunday the 6th of December at around 6:20/6:30pm. I’ll stick to Pret and Costa from now on.

Quick service and quality coffee. The staff needs further training on customer service and simple barista skills. Not friendly but it’s a decent Starbucks. For location and presentation 3 stars and if the customer service and staff’s coffee preparation was better than I would have given 5 stars.

No filter coffee available, how does a coffee chain run out of basic coffee!

Starbucks drive through, fleet Eastbound. 1 cup of mocha with way too much syrup and a chai latte which was just warm milk... shame you cant turn around once you've driven away...
