The best restaurants in Basingstoke and Deane South East

Okay so basically i went here and like and u it was cool and that but so like it wasnt you know that kind of chippy but yeah it was you know your normalchippy over here in coventry

Chips undercooked and fish overcooked. £22 on an awful dinner. My Dad and I threw most of it in the bin. 😔

Ordered via Just Eat. 2 hours later, the pizzas hadn't turned up. 3 or 4 of us tried to phone to query this; the phone connected and we could hear voices, then they hung up. Eventually one of us got through and they said they had recalled the driver and were re-making the pizzas. One of us got in his car and collected them himself. No apologies, no explanation, and they have delivered to our location before. Won't be using Dominos again in Chineham. Can't wait to see if the outlet reply to this.

Sunnys has easily become my go to Chinese takeaway! Great tasting food, very generous portions and service spot on! Would definitely recommend it! The salt & pepper chicken wings are amazing!

Cherie and Nicky are a credit to Costa, always smiling and very friendly. It is always busy in the shop but they always make you feel welcome The tables are always clean.

Always go here, been in amazingstoke now more than 20 years so is the place to go!! Got big windows at the front so don’t kick em in!! Food is good 👍🏼

Visited on my way to see family in Basingstoke. It wasn't very busy. I had a panini and coffee. The panini arrived quite quickly and was very tasty. Friendly staff and reasonable prices. Great place to watch people spending money.

Booked for a birthday meal at 7pm on 10th August and service was so bad drinks and starters took an hour to arrive and had to chase the main meals and finally came to the table at 9pm. After such a bad start they gave us the desert menu but didn’t come back to take the order so we paid the bill and left. Will not go back as this was there 1 year anniversary and if this is what it’s like I’m surprised they are still in business. Awful night which was supposed to be a family celebration.

Paid £10 and waited over half an hour for pie terrible.

I was surprised to find that in the ladies toilet with the handrail there was no toilet seat. That means that only 2 of the cubicles are usable. Not good at bust times.

Terrible customer service. I ordered some pizza deals. Food arrived and the pizza deal you ordered come through wrong. Ring them to try and resolve, to be told it's my problem I didn't select large from the drop down menu. I replied with when it states any large pizza for £9.99 delivered then you automatically believe it's going to be a large. The man then come on and shouted your problem next time ring and tell us and not order online. No resolved problem. Now lost a loyal customer as won't be returning to them. Shocking!!! Updated Review.......Absolutely disgusting behaviour tonight 21-09-24 as regular customer on a weekly basis treat for the kiddies! Well ive phoned to collect tonight and told no phone orders! And online only! i pay less on collection and Domino's are trying to force me to pay an extra £13 for the same pizza! Online TALK ABOUT RIP PEOPLE OFF!! and no loyalty for regulars!! Good by Domino's!

Awful service tonight. Drinks thrown onto the table at nearly £7 for 1 pint of beer. Food service was very very slow with 1 adult finishing dinner and still waiting and asking 3 times where the other adults mean was. When we asked we were told it would come. We chased again and told the same. We asked again and were then told it is coming. It finally come but so late... Awful dinning in experience. They are clearly prioritising all of the JUST EAT deliveries above customers who bother to go in and eat. Awful and a complete shambles.

Food's always good here. Great spot for lunch. Price is reasonable as well.
