The best restaurants in Basingstoke and Deane South East

This is my local Chinese, we have never had any problems from them. We usually collect and when we do it takes 10-15 minutes and the food is so tasty and hot! Delivery takes a little bit long about 45 minutes but any Chinese would be similar. No faults with this takeaway at all!

The best Chinese delivery I have eaten. Delivery was on time the food was piping hot. Nothing to complain about. Wish the delivery driver stayed fo a tip however my dog may have scared him off.

Chips undercooked and fish overcooked. £22 on an awful dinner. My Dad and I threw most of it in the bin. 😔

Cherie and Nicky are a credit to Costa, always smiling and very friendly. It is always busy in the shop but they always make you feel welcome The tables are always clean.

The amazing ladies (Debz & Lucy) who served at Pausa Basingstoke (in Oakridge), were brilliant. Thank you for the service you provided for us. Food was good. We will return for Mulberry Scone! Delicious.

Always go here, been in amazingstoke now more than 20 years so is the place to go!! Got big windows at the front so don’t kick em in!! Food is good 👍🏼

Sunnys has easily become my go to Chinese takeaway! Great tasting food, very generous portions and service spot on! Would definitely recommend it! The salt & pepper chicken wings are amazing!

Booked for a birthday meal at 7pm on 10th August and service was so bad drinks and starters took an hour to arrive and had to chase the main meals and finally came to the table at 9pm. After such a bad start they gave us the desert menu but didn’t come back to take the order so we paid the bill and left. Will not go back as this was there 1 year anniversary and if this is what it’s like I’m surprised they are still in business. Awful night which was supposed to be a family celebration.

No meal deals as no food! No fruit and what's left is rotten Asked manager why blank expression i knew asda was in trouble looks like it's worse than it is won't be shopping at asda agian unfortunately food shop that has no food!

Ordered via Just Eat. 2 hours later, the pizzas hadn't turned up. 3 or 4 of us tried to phone to query this; the phone connected and we could hear voices, then they hung up. Eventually one of us got through and they said they had recalled the driver and were re-making the pizzas. One of us got in his car and collected them himself. No apologies, no explanation, and they have delivered to our location before. Won't be using Dominos again in Chineham. Can't wait to see if the outlet reply to this.

Terrible customer service. I ordered some pizza deals. Food arrived and the pizza deal you ordered come through wrong. Ring them to try and resolve, to be told it's my problem I didn't select large from the drop down menu. I replied with when it states any large pizza for £9.99 delivered then you automatically believe it's going to be a large. The man then come on and shouted your problem next time ring and tell us and not order online. No resolved problem. Now lost a loyal customer as won't be returning to them. Shocking!!! My order did have a mistake however this was corrected and the lad down the other end of the phone was brilliant and really nice.
