Updated Review.......Absolutely disgusting behaviour tonight 21-09-24 as regular customer on a weekly basis treat for the kiddies! Well ive phoned to collect tonight and told no phone orders! And online only! i pay less on collection and Domino's are trying to force me to pay an extra £13 for the same pizza! Online TALK ABOUT RIP PEOPLE OFF!! and no loyalty for regulars!! Good by Domino's!

My mum is gluten and dairy free and Dominos said they can't do both. Not the best when people have severe allergies.

Ordered 9 pizzas via the web, they all turned up on time and were perfect for our party

Very good pizzas, garlic bread and wedges, delivered by a very friendly and patient delivery driver (Oli). Will definitely order again.

The website is simple and easy to use. It's great there are pictures of the food online as I like to see what the food is going to look like. We managed to select the food we wanted. However, when it came to payment, this did not work. It only gave us the options of Apple and Google pay. The payment by card section was greyed out. After this issue, we decided to call the branch to order through the phone. However, we could not get through on the phone as the phone line was dead. So third and finally, we drove to the branch and ordered in person. The kitchen seemed very clean and well maintained. The man who served us was prompt and polite. We waited for about 15 minutes until our food was served. Very quick service! All items were cooked correctly, and they did not miss anything we had asked for. The food tasted great, and we both enjoyed the pizza, sides and dessert.

Ordered a pizza on 8/3/24, via app from Dominos Tadley, delivery estimated to take around 25 - 35 minutes. After 1 hour - and no show of driver, I called Tadley Dominos and the staff said the pizza was on its way, but they couldn’t contact the driver to find out an ETA. I asked how long ago the driver left, and they said about 30 mins ago. I expressed my concern about whether the pizza would still be hot, their reply was that I should wait until delivery - and if that was an issue I should call back. Another 30 mins goes by - and still no pizza. I called again, and again was told the driver was on his way - but they had no means to find out an eta. I asked if they surely had a phone - so the staff said they would get in touch and would call me back and hung up the phone on me (never even took my number - they obviously couldn’t be bothered dealing with a complaint and just wanted me off the phone). 2 hours have now passed (I have now given up on the prospect of a Friday night takeaway) and still no sign of the pizza or driver. I called again, was still told the driver was on his way (I don’t live that far from the shop) however at this point I just demanded a refund - and was told it would be processed in 3/4 days - and if it hadn’t come through in that time - to call again and speak to a manager. They also refused to acknowledge the refund via email or text. The whole experience with Dominos at Tadley was a farce. The staff unhelpful. I won’t be ordering from here again.

I ordered for delivery and my order never turned up. I called the store and they said they can’t do anything as they’re shut and their drivers have confirmed they delivered to me which is false information so either the driver has delivered to the wrong person or taken the order for himself

Make good pizzas quickly. A good example of a Domino's. They could be more even with the spread of ingredients and the size of slices at times. I guess it depends who's on.

just went here to pick up my pizza after calling first to explain the app wouldn't let me select cash. i explained and asked if i could pay when i got there, they said that was fine. when i arrived they said they didn't take cash. i had driven from kingsclere so not a short journey. They basically said that they didn't say what they said and there was nothing they could do. so now i have no pizza and this will be a 40minute round trip. I have ordered here for years and never complain about anything but really unhappy.EDITED TO ADD I dont mind you are cashless (although that in itself is annoying) it was just so frustrating to be told I could pay cash on collection and do a 40 minute round trip to be told I can't when I arrived. Also annoyed you didn't own the mistake, I imagine you misheard what I was asking and just said yes as it was a bad line but just say hands up I made a mistake, don't try and say I didn't ask when I called twice to first check the app allowed cash on collection (went through whole order to find out it didn't) then called back to ask if I can pay cash on delivery and was told yes. Look at my other reviews I only ever leave good reviews, I am not a serial complainer just annoyed you won't own the mistake.

We eat from here way too much! Haha it’s good though as they deliver outside of Tadley and we struggle to have food delivered where we are. It’s quite common for them to put the wrong dip in though 🤷🏻‍♂️ Expensive as well but no other options around here for pizza delivery

I ordered some bacon and cheese wraps, and there were hairs 🤮, it's not the first time, this time I complained and they offered a £10 credit.

Had pizza from here on Saturday 13th August 2022. It was delivered in good by a friendly and efficient delivery guy. The order was accurate and the food was piping hot and tasty.

Thin nd crispy was cold and crispy all over Cheese was crispy aswell chicken select even seemed rushed .. Not good.. Rlly dissatisfied.. What's going on at that tadley store??

Did an amazing job... I ordered 22 large pizzas for a work event. They've smashed it brilliant service and their staff on the Facebook page we're really helpful in sorting all this out for us. Thanks will use it again.

Every time we order for delivery we state how many items we have ordered to request them to be delivered together. Every time it is incorrect, when we complained this evening we had the telephone hung up on is because we replied to the comment 'I packed that myself' with 'not very well then!'. When we called again to find out what was happening with the rest of our order we were originally told we were being refunded. After speaking to other members of staff we were eventually told we would receive the rest of our order! We wouldn't mind but our children were looking forward to this special treat.

Used these for years.. Absolutely shocked at the 1 thin based pizza took well over an hour to arrive.. No apology just "enjoy ya pizza" well I didnt..is the hot sauce icy aswell.. Dishonest company. I ordered a pizza and a bottle of drink. The pizza was delivered correctly but the drink was forgotten. The delivery driver said they would return with the drink but they did not. I complained both directly to dominoes (which wa totally ignored) and then to Paypal which was how i had paid, and a month later Dominoes magically provide some tracking information to dishonestly prove my drink was delivered. I had been orering twice a month from this branch but no more. I guess dishonestly keeping my £2.49 for the drink was much better than them continuing having me spend £40-£50 a month with them.

I placed an order and received it quite quickly, however there were items missing. The driver told me to ring Dominos, which I did, I was told they would get the items to me asap. 40 minutes later nothing had arrived, so I rang a second time to be told the driver had left with my items and should be with me asap. An hour later and still nothing, so I ring again for a 3rd time, to be told the items had only just come out of the oven and they would send right away. Finally the pizza arrived, we ordered an absolute banger with stuffed crust, we received some chicken thing, with classic crust and BBQ sauce. The pizza was for my daughter, who absolutely hates BBQ Sauce, so the pizza went in the rubbish. So a waste of money and time. NEVER WILL I USE DOMINOS AGAIN.

Absurdly longer delivery than stated on website, and wouldn't answer their phone when I tried chasing (multiple times). Driver not very apologetic when finally arrived either and food wasn't warm. If you have staff off sick then don't quote 30 mins delivery when it's going to be well over an hour, and answer your bloody phone and maybe offer vouchers as an apology.

Ordered a pizza for lunch. Client collected. Paid for extra toppings and received a plain cheese and tomato pizza! Robbed of toppings, client was annoyed and we had no time to return due to having a quick business lunch. Won’t bother returning as tried to report online but service was not working on mobile. Also the rest of the reviews speak for themselves so it will only be a matter of time before this place is closed down tbh. Domino’s have a certain level of standards which this branch just clearly can’t seem to match!

Just received my order, items are missing, I questioned the delivery driver who said I have no more, spoke to Jack who said he was the manager, he gave me a phone number for customer service - which is only open 9-5pm and I received my order at 6-30pm- and then he put the phone down, really helpful, to top things off the items received were stone cold, so here I am, tried to have a night off cooking for the kids which has resulted in money wasted with inedible food and having to make dinner.

They are very quick and never had an issue with them. Very friendly hard working staff and my favourite thing about the place is unlike many other domino's stores, they have olives as an option for toppings.

Just dreadful. The last two deliveries have been an hour after the tracker says they were delivered. They wont be getting a third chance to deliver cold over priced pizza.

It was not bad. But will not buy it again. We’ve got 3 different pizzas. Unfortunately I don’t like any.

Last four times we have ordered from this place they’ve messed up the order each time by either missing something out or giving us something different. Once or twice I’m willing to accept as mistakes happen but there is obviously a clear communication error between the delivery drivers and kitchen staff. After phoning up and being told I was going to receive my original order in the next half an hour, nobody turned up. Can’t fault the food but I may aswell order something different in hope that I actually get the right order next time. From Karen

The delivery took 1.5hrs to turn up and was cold. I'd recommend that you order your pizzas elsewhere.

I've been using this branch of Domino's for a number of years. Last night the order took 1.5hrs to turn up and was cold. My advise is order your pizza elsewhere. Very poor.

They used to do great pizzas but over the last month or so the quality has gone down quite significantly the food is at best warm and the deliveries are more often than not late and most of the time half of the order doesn't turn up.

Ordered the tandoori hot pizza and was given just toast chicken instead. Meal was delivered late and I was so hungry I decided to just accept it and eat it. I would be going to Ali Baba for pizza next time instead.

Two weeks ago made a large order which took two hours to deliver and was missing one item. When I phoned in, I received an apology and a £20 credit and reassurances that this was really unusual. Ordered tonight and nearly 3 hours from order (was told it would be a max of 1.5 hours) still nothing. They have offered to start the order again and offered me another voucher but what is the point of a voucher if the food never actually arrives. I will be steering well clear and asking for a full refund. Save time, enegery and lots of frustration by ordering from somewhere else.

Was never told how long the wait would be on ordering a take away.. Was waiting patiently for 45 minutes watching the staff picking at the food and eating it.. After waiting the 45 minutes I had to ask if my pizza is ready- and it was.. it was ready and sat there waiting for over 15 minutes on the side for one of the lazy staff that was wandering around to give it to me. So many staff there but doing nothing 🙄 Pizza was ok but would of been much quicker to grow a pizza and cook it yourself..

Orderd food at 5.20pm on a Friday night through there app. 30 minutes later it said food was out for delivery.. Waited a hour and still nothing.. Tried calling the store and no 1 picked up! 2 hours later husband drove to the store and the staff were so rude shouted at us to get out the shop and told us they don't answer there phones. Great customer service! Was told to speak to them outside in the pouring rain.. Then told to wait in the car whilst they cook our food so clearly wasn't out for delivery or even ready. Really wasn't happy with the 2 hour wait and no 1 apparently allowed to answer the phone

Picked up, waited an age. Was ready and they actually couldn't find it. Looked like chaos with confused delivery staff all over the place. Pizza was just OK and would of been stupid price without the offer. Going to be another several years before we try again.

Now, I know its Saturday, but we just got back from London hungry, so tried to order a Dominos pizza. “Do you want delivery?”; “yes!”. “That will be 3 hours”! As other reviews say -don’t bother!

Utterly shambolic. Usual experience is an expectation set by the app of c. 30minutes for delivery followed by no pizza delivery after an hour and the app confirming that it’s been delivered. A call to the store to ask where the pizza is gets the response “the driver is nearly with you” After about another 45 minutes and a couple more calls to the store (with the driver still nearly with me) I ask to speak to the manager and request a refund. This has happened now on three consecutive occasions. I have learnt my lesson and I will not be using them again.

This is the worst dominos I have ever used. Consistently an hour to an hour and a half to arrive and when it does it is cold and they don't bring everything.

Fab after getting my collection order wrong they sent a driver to me with the right order in good time..really good team.

Well,it was a cold wet night and nobody could be bothered to cook! ‘Come on ‘we said ‘it must be better than last time’ we said as we considered ordering from Tadley Dominoes for the 3rd time. Well!! We were more hopeful than correct. The pizza arrived an hour later, cold, soggy and tasteless! The wedges were disgusting! So we will huddle in front of the Fire and try not to mourn the £40 we will never get back. We will be strong, we will not cave, we will get in the car and pick up a Chinese or a pizza from Sainsburys next time. Our advice- just don’t bother!!

So i Ordered the cheese burger pizza and they forgot to put the sauce on which is the main part of the pizza and gave us cookies instead of garlic bread which to be fair they did credit me for. Fathers day i knew i had a credit to come so i thought id get a pizza with my daughter who is 4 years old ordered it got there to collect and they forgot to cook half my order which i had to wait 10mins for and to top it off the lady making the pizzas starred at me like i was some sort of #### so i sat down with my daughter waiting and all i could hear was swearing none stop which if i was on my own i wouldnt of really cared but as my 4 year old daughter listening to them they didnt seem to care there was a infant in store and just blasting there gobs off. Very unprofessional and that will be my last trip to dominoes

The app advises delivery within 24-32 minutes, yet we don't receive until after waiting for 1 hour and 17 minutes. Wouldn't mind so much but when it arrived it was pretty much stone cold! I appreciate it's a Friday and probably very busy but either adjust the average suggested delivery time or find a way of getting it out quicker and keeping it hotter! Disappointed!!

Thank you to the staff at Tadley Domino's tonight. Yummy pizza and just what was needed after 14hrs at work on a bank holiday.

Ordered our pizzas and they are normally very good. However in this instance we ordered a large with chicken, peppers and mushrooms. Pizza got delivered and it was burnt so we had it replaced. Next pizza came and it was worse than the first so we phoned and were told that because it was a FREE pizza the Manager said to put less cheese and toppings on. It wasn't a free pizza just do your job properly.

Ordered a pizza and the delivery was over an hour, also no one delivered it because we apparently weren’t in when we were in all evening. Called up to query where it was and they said that the delivery driver went back to the shop as no one was in! Didn’t even bother to call the number provided! Disgusting service! Will not be ordering from them again!

Customer service is very good, the guys and girls are all lovely, pizzas are always great, I do recommend collection over delivery simply because I'm impatient :)

Ordered online. It was a Friday night so expected some delay, 90 minutes later our freezing cold order arrived, missing the ice cream. Delivery driver did apologize and was polite, called the shop who said they would give us a credit not for next order. This is not the first time we have had a cold order. They clearly need more drivers or send less orders out in each delivery to prevent food arriving cold. Unfortunately this does not seem to be an uncommon complaint. We have collected in the past and food quality has always been OK, a little salty but this is a dominoes trait.

Food is fine, standard dominos. Delivery times can be pretty long. Regularly wait 1 - 2 hours.

Horrendous service! We are very regular guests and it seems every single time we order it takes them 2+ hours to deliver...I’m writing this whilst waiting two and half hours for our food. We’ve chased them THREE TIMES!! They said they have refunded us and the food still hasn’t arrived...Apologies, refunds and money off can only work so many times....Save your time and money...go elsewhere!

Great customer service the managers here are the best in all the dominos I’ve been to. Only thing I would improve is one member of staff who takes the orders could do with more training.

Consistently wait over an hour for delivery, tonight is a record, hour and a half. Phones not being picked up & remarkably frustrated! Worst experience in the last four years! Eventually had to go in & ask them to remake it! Really need to work on customer service & expectations!

Terrible service, pizzas always late then they give you a credit and the next time the credit pizza is late and then it’s late again , currently into 2:5 hour wait !! And still no pizza , I’m sure there are good dominoes but this is not one of them . Last time when it arrived 90 mins late and was burnt black ! Just awful!

We are normally big fans of Domino's Pizza, however the service we have received from this branch has been extremely slow. On one occasion we waited over 2 hours for our food from the time we ordered and had no explanation for the delay. Food arrived lukewarm, very disappointing. As much as we love Domino's Pizza, we just can't rely on their speed of service.

Delicious pizzas every time! Cooked to perfection and so fresh. Service is great and delivered quickly. Staff are really helpful and friendly.

The pizzas are always good, we always enjoy our food, very quick there, always deliver within the given time. The gluten free pizza isn’t worth having! It’s topping on a biscuit like base. The delivery is always hopeless, why can no one find the house! It’s not that difficult, it’s only a 5 minuet journey yet they clearly don’t know the area at all!

Tracker app showing as delivered and over an hour later, after 3 calls (all after the app showed order was delivered) the store advised they were sending another order. First 2 calls I was advised order is on its way 15 - 20 minutes clearly the order wasn’t on its way. From receipt of order to actual delivery was 2 hours 15 minutes!! Store advised on call number 3 they would speak with someone and credit my account not that I have one. I await a credit with baited breath!!

Rang up to ask if they do defence discount for 50% off. They said yes. So ordered my pizza went on to pay, showed my ID and they said they couldn’t give me my discount and wouldn’t give a reason why.

Always quick. Never had an order wrong.

This was the first time that I had ordered a pizza from Dominos anywhere, I had been to friends who have used the service. I made an order from my PC but at the end there was a glitch and the order did not go through. So I thought I would phone the order through. No problem here but it was £12 more expensive than the internet. Cancelled order and went through PC again, this time successful.

we didn't fancy cooking for our guests, so we parked up across the road and popped in, ordered two pizzas, garlic bread and some chicken wings, about 15 minutes later it arrived, tells me it was freshly baked, think maybe next time we should have ordered it online, as I suspect you can get two for one offers, which were not offered at the counter, or at least I don't think so.

He pedido un montón de pedidos de Tadley y que han sido siempre genial! He tenido el mismo conductor unas cuantas veces, creo que su nombre es Iván. Él es un crédito a la empresa y toma el servicio al cliente a otro nivel. No sólo tiene que reconocer mi coche y siempre que él realmente vino a wave la puerta con una galleta de perro como él sabe que tengo un perro amable y siempre saludaba. Podría ser sólo cosas poco, pero este hombre es ofrece un gran servicio y necesita reconocer!

You know what you are going to get here, however it would benefit from being hotter when delivered. The price is good, especially on a Tuesday when you get 2 for 1.

No estaba seguro de qué me apetecía comer así que decir quiero algo este gran y carne y me hicieron una pizza encantador, todo el mundo fue muy amable, pero no tomar un tiempo para cocinar.

Fox & Hounds paradas sirve comida bastante temprano en los fines de semana, y el domino's es un grito bastante bueno cuando eso suceda. Sabes lo que te vas a encontrar, es sencillo, comida decente. Quizás un poco caro si no estás obteniendo lo pagado por gastos de negocios, pero eso es cierto de todos Domino's.
