Worst dominoes I’ve been to. Somehow messed up the order completely. I ordered a meteor pizza and they somehow ready that as a chicken pizza.

Rang up to place a order for a collection, we'll I didn't succeed. The lady on the phone kept me on the phone for about 8-10 mins , she confirmed my name the kept saying one moment. I explained I was minutes away before she rudely interrupted me too, she was very rude. So I explained I wasn't going to continue with order . I originally made this complaint 11-12 months ago. I never did get a call etc from the management. Just shows how little they think of the customers.shocking

Gone down hill. Had to wait over an hour for delivery - never been this long before, have had pizzas here for years. Other places better and faster.

Wow BAD after ordering a pizza via the website that clearly asks for post code my nearest is Brighton hill Basingstoke … website sent to wrong store … waiting at the Brighton hill stor told order not ready yet it’s in oven.. lied !!!!! Then when asked 20 mins later told they do not have an order for me omg this is an absolute shambles

We just ordered pizza from Brighton hill branch. The food came cold and the wrong pizza was delivered. We called to inform them of this and the manager an Asian male taking on the background as a teenager answered the phone showed absolute disregard for the mistake they made and offered no solution. Be careful.

Order 2 pizzas and 4 sides the chips were undercooked the chicken strips were cold the extra toppings were no where to be seen

I placed an order and when one item didn’t arrived, I called to let them know, a very nice man answered the phone and corrected the issue, sending someone out to bring the missing item along with an extra item, very grateful and appreciative! Thank you for your kind customer service! Definitely coming here again!

I placed an order for delivery on the 6/11/2023 for both myself and my family, We ordered a meatball marinara pizza, potato wedges, Chicken kickers, Dominoes cookies for our son, We spent over £30, When the food arrived it was cold and tasteless, Both me and my family experienced unpleasant food poisoning symptoms from this restaurant it made us all really ill, I have reported this food safety issue including poor quality hygiene, environmental health, We are regular Customer of the franchise but we will not be returning anytime soon or plans to in the future,

Utterly horrific. Ordered at 6pm delivered the wrong order..so caught the driver and he took it back..redelivered, order wrong again..went back to shop and never came back. Called to shop, spoke to 3 people, two of which barely spoke English, explaining the situation to all three. Asked for refund, said would refund one side and hung up! Not even a sorry…horrendous..

Can’t fault, never had an issue! Usually order for work colleagues and have never let us down. Always been delivered at the time requested and never had a wrong or faulty order. Will continue to use going forwards.

I ordered 80 pizzas (yes 80!!) for a company event and the service was just amazing. The guys arrived 20 mins early as they didn't want to be late! I thought this was just great. They also had to wait around for me for a little while as the meeting was still going on. Absolutely great service and pizzas. Thanks!

Never answer the phone, so when I called to say I’ve receive the wrong order (Giving meat feast with bacon, which which is against my dietary needs and very far off from the cheese pizza I ordered). It left me throwing my dinner away, and having to reorder.

I called up to place a large order as the website wasn't working and kept freezing whenever I went to pay. After going through 8 pizza and a lot of amendments, dips and sides, which took over 20 mins because after every change it took a while of clicking in the background before I could continue, and at times the person taking the order would just start talking to someone else in the background. After finally finishing the order relay, I asked about the discount and waited for them to search for it. The total amount didn't match what I had online so I asked them to repeat the order back to me. When (a different person) did, the last 3 pizzas I had ordered weren't even on there so I had repeat them to get them on there. Then I had issues with the price so the manager came in the phone and told me they don't accept online discounts in store even if the website is broken. He wasn't aware of any card limit despite working there for a very long time as he said. Turns out the discount of getting 50% off when you spend over £100 doesn't work as there is a £75 card limit. We phoned the Chineham site and they were also aware of the issue. Although they were much more helpful and found a work around with getting the pizzas half price and a separate discount on the sides and the person also made me aware after I asked that there is a way to complain about the broken discount on the website, which was much better than the dismissive response I got from Brighton Hill.

food tasted good, as always. but v disappointed to open the box and see this.

Not a very good experience at all, ordered 5 pizzas and each one was not good in the centre and when ordering extra cheese they all should have been covered fully, a little handful is not enough and the toppings where just the same amount hardly nothing.. I must say that this was not our first bad very poor little helpings this is just not good enough sorry guys you have been awarded the most Stingy toppings Trophy come on get your act together as you might Lose more customers as my family will not be coming back to you

Domino’s is a great Pizza chain and a favourite of mine! Food is quick and always high quality!

I had a bad pizza from the last time (February) so I went other places. I thought I will try again and it was worse. Very disappointed. Less topping as usual as well. So I will continue to go other places. One star rating is to much to give. 0 stars

The delivery driver who apparently has been in the local area of ages and does delivery as his profession could not find the address ,not even using gps. The delivery driver told me he would come back and try to deliver later but after 10 minutes i got a call from the branch i ordered from and was told apparently the driver could not find the address and was asked for directions at which point i decided cancelling the order was the best course of action. What a colossal waste of time. The delivery driver that "attempted" delivery was one Emmanuel the deliverer.

Decent pizza and very good covid controls.

First order in a long time, and usually use a different shop. Will never use Brighton hill again. Pizza was under cooked, as was garlic pizza bread and wedges. Very let down

We've had few orders in the past 4-5 months. Unfortunately it looks like due to low competition, Basingstoke Domino's branch is getting highly demotivated to cook just good domino pizza. Due to lack of offers we're paying more, but the quality of pizzas is getting worse every next time. I fear there might not be next time for me. Not in Basingstoke branch.

Terrible service and the food put me in hospital and when I went to complain they told me that I was a liar. This Domino's pizza should be closed down as is not safe to eat this food. Poor service and wrong order. Do not buy here any longer for your own safety. Food poisoning risk present!!!!!

Went along with my daughter who is celiac and she gets fed up with the small pizzas, but not tonight. We got two pizzas for her for just over £13, one very happy child.

Placed order online, got order number and confirmation. Called 45minutes after to see where it was, after repeating my phone number and address 20 times they said there is no order. I asked why as i have an order number and just got told no order no order.

Was spoken to like s**t. Bad food and staff had very bad attitude. I don't know how much they paid the guy who give out stars for cleanliness but it's was very dirty from what I could see. I'd give half a star rating but there's no option for that

Why do kids insist on Domino's ???!!! They tempt you with 30% off deals etc......But it still adds up to well over £40 for a couple of pizzas, wedges (£4 for a handful of wedges!!!!!!!!!) and couple of sides!!!.....Yes, it arrived quite promptly, yes, it tasted nice(apart from the sour taste of being ripped off!), plus the kids were happy!!!.......The only good thing!

Good customer service experience friendly staff

We ordered online with confirmation received at 6.45pm on Friday night fully expecting to wait 45-60 minutes for delivery as it was a weekend. We checked the online pizza tracking website regularly from 45 mins being advised food was ‘out for delivery’. After just over 1 hour tried to call which took 10 mins to get through (no automated messaging, just rang out then got disconnected) Got through (1 hr 20 mins now) being told pizza would be leaving in 10 mins, with me in 15, in contrast to what the website said. After another 15 mins tried to call again, same result taking an age to get through...now fully 1 hour 50 minutes since order placement! Told pizza not left, would be with us in 10-15 minutes!?! At this point with zero confidence we asked to cancel the order. I understand it was a busy Friday night however the systemic failure to communicate & such bad customer experience was incredible...if you’ve not got staff to fulfil orders/deliveries then move them to the other store in town or advise wait times...the website was totally wrong & staff no idea what was going on? Waiting for the refund... I’d advise using Pizza Hut or Papa John’s from Brighton Hill area...or be ready to grow old & hungry waiting!!

The best dominos ive had! On time, perfectly cooked with generous toppings and not over cooked! I could actually taste the toppings onion, mushroom and sweetcorn still had flavour! Pepperoni wasnt cremated. 😋 I will choose Brighton Hill over the town centre from here on! They are just as busy, but the pleasant staff and food quality surpass the town centre store tenfold! Thank you 😀

I’ve ordered pizza from here a few times using the app and home delivery service. It works really well and my review is based on a number of orders over the last few years. Sometimes you get a driver who can’t find your address but the food still arrives hot. For ease of ordering and excellent vegetarian food options it gets 5 stars from me.

Went into empty Dominos where one guy was working. He was making pizzas and said to me he would be a minute. Another worker came out and told me to wait for him. He began putting stickers on boxes. I waited 5 minutes and the guy making pizzas finally finished, turned to me and said it would be 30 minutes because they were very busy. I asked the guy why he couldn't have told me this when I first walked in. He said he was busy. I said to him that he doesnt make pizzas with his mouth and could have told me about the big wait. I left.

Over-charged me by at least £10

Efficient and friendly place. Took our order with a smile and enthusiasm. Generally a good atmosphere in there between customers and employees. Beyond fast too. Seemed like we had only just paid and put our order in and it was all ready.

Like most dominoes they always seem over priced and a little sloppy when they get to you, however this establishment is one of the better. I always wait for a deal and that makes it semi worth it but I have to say with a deal and the prompt delivery this is one of the better places to order and overall I was impressed with the quality and taste of the product. I’m normally left disappointed but they actually managed to deliver.

Came here with my side ting, was quay from London as don't want my main girl to clock. Pizza was okay nothing special. I had bare munchies so was eating 3 large between us. Waiter, with a blonde shaved head and piercings, ellis or something, stankkk of weed. Saw him touch my pizza too. My girl weren't impressed. Terrible.

Ordred pizza online for a movie night came within a reasonable time and a warm welcome when i opened the door. Pizza was nice and hot. Defiantly will be ordering again from dominos.

Do not order from this establishment, it is run by people who do not care and have no idea what customer service is, Ordered pizzas order was for £43:00 waited 1 hour was told they did not have our order, Asked to speak to manager who they said his name was Mr Nice !!!!!!, but not available, Ask' if we placed the order again how quickly get the order to us to be told it would be at least half an hour, Until this restaurant changes it's staff and new staff get proper training we would advise to go to another Pizza outlet, Honest Review, Happy Holidays, Larry and Judy Webb.

Visited Domino's last weekend, only because another take away was queuing out the door. Kids hungry lol opted for pizza... last few times we've visited the Domino's in Brighton hill it's not been the best. But we thought give it another go as it might be different.... Mmmmm nope still poorly cooked pizza we ordered 2x medium and 2x large, medium pizza cooked perfectly and the large again slightly undercooked cheese 1/2 melted and other toppings uncooked not as you would expect on a pizza, uncooked and not enjoyable to be honest. Finding the pizzas very salty as well the morning after. Not sure I'll be ordering a cheeky takeaway from Dominos anytime soon... Sorry for such a negative review just a shame as it used to be spot on and what's annoying is that you can only order from the Domino's nearest to your locations

Nunca tuvimos una pizza Dominos antes. Pedimos una comida para llevar. Sirve rápidamente. Me gustó cómo la orden apareció en pantalla con un calendario y es progreso. e. "En el horno". Pizza en sí era agradable, buena cantidad de ingredientes. Pedimos un martes así que era comprar uno obtenga uno gratis, lo que hizo que fuera una buena relación calidad-precio. Sin duda tienen una nuevo. Una ensalada sería una buena adición, ya que teníamos que ir al lado de Asda a comprarlo

Our kids will only eat Domino's Pizza. Won't eat Supermarket Pizza's or Pappa Johns, or Herbies. I kind of agree with them. Domionos are moreish to the extreme - the downside is that they are expensive to astronomical levels. You would have to be mad to pay full price (£15 each for what they call a medium, which is really about enough for 1 person) ... but search google for vouchercodes or hotukdeals and you can usually get 35-50% off the advertised price. £60 for pizzas for 4 people is insane... but if you can half it with vouchers, then it is a nice treat.

It pains me to say it, but we all love a Domino's once in a while. I've had a few from the 3 outlets in Basingstoke and Brighton Hill is the best, staff are on the ball unlike other branches and delivery timescales are kept to. Orders always arrive piping hot and completely correct and if it wasn't for the overwhelming shame I feel approx. 1h after devouring a large meteor, I'd have it more often.Cookies are good too

I love the Texas BBQ pizza which is great for people who like sweeter tasting pizzas. These guys have delivered to me out in the sticks(ish) for a few years now and I've always had nice hot pizza and met with friendly staff. They often run bargains online and last time I got the '2 for the price of 1' offer I froze the spare one. Talking about it just reminded me to go and get it out of the freezer so I can enjoy a pizza fest before hubby gets back home! :-)

Picked up a couple of large pizzas on Sunday night. Was really easy to order using the app and the food was ready to collect really quickly. Pizzas were delicious. The only downside is the price - we had a 50% off voucher and wouldn't have had dominos if we did not have this.

Dropped in with family and bought a couple of pizzas for lunch. Service was friendly - the guy helped us find the best deal - which was a large pizza for £4.99 which we thought was pretty good. Pizza was ready in just over ten minutes. And it was hot and tasted good too.

Tasty pizza, service is slow phone through you order first. When waiting you can see on the screen it's ready but not one is distributing them and they are just sat there.

Waitress was very attentive food was very hot and very tasty. The salad cart was also fresh and topped up. I was asked for drinks every time she passed the table. 100% all round well done.
