Pizza Hut Delivery in Basingstoke and Deane

Not had Pizza Hut delivery for ages, so I thought I'd give them a go again. Ordered a couple of "handcrafted" pizzas and some sides. Delivery was on time, food was hot and tasted just like in the restaurants. What more could you ask for? I'd be happy to order again.

One of the worst pizzas I ever. I ordered last night from them the pizza was not cooked properly and I asked them to but they refused to leave it in the oven for a bit longer and the chicken wings had so much hair on them.

Ordered 2 pizzas, a cookie dough, wedges, and halloumi fries. Food was delivered cold, ice cream pot had melted. Opened box and my pizza looked like a slice was missing. Tried to push together but it still seemed the pizza had a missing slice. The store initially said they would re do the whole order then called me back and said the deliveroo driver said the food was fine so they only re did one pizza.

When I phoned thew my order they I got hung up on the first time and than the second time they could not understand what I was saying. When I got there I tried to explain what I was saying on the phone but none of the staff understand what I was saying. The food was ok at best but I do worry what happening behind the scenes.

Have a pizza hut so close to town is amazing you can go out for a few drinks and if you fancyed some pizza you have a choice between domino's or pizza hut. And the food here is really nice and isn't expensive.

So finally got a chance to try new Melts from promotion. Not bad, quite tasty actually. Portion was decent for it's price as well. Garlic bread fairly standard too. Cookie slightly bigger than expected, which was very nice surprise. What also surprised me that while ordering, cookie was meant to come with small ice cream which didn't arrive and thus making desert bit too pricey. Food arrived fast though.

Ordered from here before, and it was fine. However, our latest trip was awful! Waited 10 minutes before someone finally stuck their head round the corner after I asked if they were closed. With three people standing around out the back, we just left. They obviously didn't need our money.

Ordered on good faith after using this store for many years, after this occasion I won't be returning. They stole my money after failing to deliver my food. Have phoned the store 4 times and emailed customer services and the CEO to try and resolve. No reply from the CEO and generic templated response from customer services who have not met their own commitment of when they said they will reply. Avoid this store.

Only ordered some Doritos as had a craving and had some tablets to take with food. After waiting an hour and half called the store as got a message delivered. The guy just told me a bunch of lies, firstly quoting the wrong address then all of a sudden fresh in oven then driver is nearly with you. Another half an hour later it arrived stone cold. Would never order again but the customer service is just as bad as pretty much non existent. Wouldn’t even give them a one star but minus ten, I don’t know what’s happened to Pizza Hut but it’s like they don’t care.

Honestly, don't bother absolutely useless, been 2 hours plus, why our app chose those waste of space place I don't know, Brighton hill one never had an issue. Apparently the blokes been on the a339 around the corner from purs for an hour plus. ORDER ELSEWHERE CHECK APP AND MAKE SURE ITS NOT THIS ONE.

Ordered a pizza at 23:03 and it still hadn’t arrived by 23:50. Tried to call but got put on hold and couldn’t speak to anyone. Finally said it arrived at 00:03, but didn’t arrive to my house. Second time I’ve had to deal with this for this restaurant. Won’t be ordering again from here.

This Pizza Hut is without doubt the best I have ever been to. We have moved from the area and used to order in Reading. This Hut has never got an order wrong and always really high quality food. Service always pleasant. Just wanted that noted against this place as I am very impressed.

I would love to give no stars but I can't, this restaurant was poorly run the manger/supervisor was rude and gave our pizza away to a delivery, driver got no apologies my daughter ate hers without us in the end i took my pizza home when I eventually got had to keep asking for my sides i had ordered would not recommend this place at all.....

i buyed one family pizza at 18:45, .. they says 75 to85 minutes to arrive.. now is 21:10 and my pizza not arrived. i tried to ring.. but nobody answer the phone.. occupated.. and now nopizza and no money back.NEVER MORE MOTHERS..

Nachos were barely topped and cold. Mac and cheese was burnt on one side (as in dry, inedible crunchy pasta!) with all the sauce on the other side and again cold... all of it had obviously been sat in the shop for a long time. one of the dips was also missing... couldn't be bothered to ring as I know these sorts of places dont care. But safe to say I'm sticking to dominos or papa John's next time

Would give negative stars if I could. Made my smol friend wait too long for food. Her belly smol so she is not carrying much food around and she is very hungry. Terrible. Would not reccomend.

Usually a good service but today waited over an hour and a half for a pizza, ring them to find out why they said driver left 5-10 mins ago 20mins later still no delivery,. Shan't be using this service again

Ordered a peperoni feast and garlic bread. They delivered burnt garlic bread and burnt pizza. There was hardly any cheese and peporoni. The pizza looked noyhing like their adverts. NEVER ordering again and strongly advise anyone else from ordering from Pizza hut. They dont care about customers just want to sell burnt baked dough and pose this off as pizza.

Quite possibly the worst delivery experience I’ve ever had...... ordered online, delivery time was SUPPOSED to take 35 minutes it’s turned up after 80 minutes, it was cold, chewy and inedible! We phoned to complain after 2 hours another pizza arrived slightly warmer and less chewy. I was offered a voucher but would never get food from Pizza Hut again. Very disappointed

Always worth checking online or in shop for a voucher or special offer before ordering. I've found this branch to be fast and helpful when ordering.

We ordered at 5:30pm. It is now more than two hours late... All to cook some pizza and drive 10 minutes. Starving! Each time I called to chase they said it was a few minutes away. When the food arrived it was barely warm.

First time coming in the restaurant and had the worst experience, worst food and worst customer service. I ordered a buffet for myself and the buffet food weren't particularly appetising. The pizza's had no flavour and not enough topping to go with it. The food were coming slow. Also, on the salad section the crisps were stale and had no flavour or sauce to go with it. Lack of staff. Food were cooked burnt and individually ordered pizza's took long to be ready.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Ordered our meal at 18:50. The time is now 20:44 and there is STILL no pizza here. My boyfriend has been waiting so long he has actually walked to the store to complain! Only then, nearly TWO HOURS LATER do we get a phone call from the delivery driver telling us she has our order downstairs! Angry doesnt begin to describe it! Second time this has happened and won’t be ordering again!

Not feeling well but needed someting to eat, Pizza hut has always been a go to for me... So i placed order online, paid for delivery etc and was told that it would be 35-45 minutes.... now an hour and three quarters later, still no pizza! It says they are open til 11pm, however no answer when i call their number surely they should not have accepted payment, or even allowed anyone to make an order online if they are shut! what now? i paid for nothing and am left upset lost a customer, simple as but they probably wont care anyway!

Very quick delivery , arrived at requested time. Friendly service. However , pizza was worst I’ve ever had, far too much tomato sauce hardly any cheese, it was wet and soggy. I couldn’t eat it and fed it to the dog! We ordered 5 pizzas and the others also commented and said it was not the usual standard of Pizza Hut.

Well where do I start we was the only ones in there and I can see why now made my pizza wrong so I sat and watched my girlfriend eat her dinner alone may aswel gone out alone so apon paying I asked for a little discount on a 40quid bill and got my 2.95 drink knocked off what a joke considering this ruined the whole out for dinner experience I know it’s Pizza Hut and not the ritz but like they say you try every thing once and for me it is the once and to top it off my pizza had so much grease I thought that john trivolta was about to do a duet

Omg !! So we ordered 20 minutes ago and boom!!! On my door ! Not only was this pizza fast,, it was with out fail one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had ! The staff member on the phone was excellent and very helpful, and as I said before a very fast delivery. No grease or anything on the pizza it was wicked,, well done Pizza Hut you’ve won me over !! Stuff dominos!!! Never again,,, thank you we all enjoyed 😀

Ordered a few pizza's and bits while staying at The Apollo Hotel in Basingstoke. Used these guys and was truly blown away by the speed and quality of the service and food provided. Ordered and delivered within 20 minutes. The Pizza's were excellent. As so was the rest of the order. Bravo Pizza Hut Basingstoke.

Went to have dinner at Pizza Hut , Festival Place. We went in at around 5pm , 29/07/17. The bloke who served seems not to care. He looks like he doesn't want to be there. We were waiting for just over 30 mins , and no one even come to serve us. We left to go somewhere else ! I will never ever go back there. Will never recommend it to anyone !!!

Puzza hut.... nicely placed between shopping mall and drive way

So annoyed right now. Ordered a small pizza, potato wedges, nachos and garlic bread. Firstly we had no wedges delivered to us, then we also discovered the nachos were stone cold. It took my husband ten minutes to actually get through on the phone and they say they will send out the wedges and a fresh nachos. That was now an hour ago and it's now 11.10pm, so I'm guessing we aren't getting those(!) My husband has spoken to the customer service number, so hopefully we can have some resolution there, but yeah, worse service ever.

There can be a wait for food but its consistent and good pizza. They have some good deals on as well. The delivery service is quick and friendly

Waited 55 minuets for a delivery and only half the order was delivered, they then sent us around different pizza huts and eventually we got the rest of our order.

Had a delivery in last night and didn't think much of it if I'm being honest. A delivery time wasn't specified. The delivery man wasn't impolite but at the same time he didn't make much of an effort to speak to us. The chicken was fine, but would have been nicer hotter. Garlic bread was, in my opinion, slightly overdone. I'm never a fan of potato wedges, so I can't really comment on them. I cannot comment on value, as I didn't place the order. I would say that it is good they have a loyalty app.

Very efficiently run outfit, who are always ready to do a deal. Delivery is swift and always within quoted times, and the staff are pleansant and easy to deal with.

We ordered two pizzas, garlic bread and wedges from this place last night. It took 1hour 25 minutes to arrive. Just After an hour had passed, i phoned to ask where it was. Only to have a rude guy on the phone telling me a maximum of 5 minutes. No apology what so ever. Another 20 minutes went by before it arrived..... Then when we sat down to eat, they were COLD!! Keep well away, we normally order from Dominos who have got the service nailed. We only went with pizza hut as a deal came through the door. Never again.

I ordered delivery using the easy too navigate on line system yesterday for delivery today and the food actually got here early! The man was friendly and overall, the standard of service was above what I was expecting ... well done!The food was of an overall very good standard as it usually is ... the chicken was delicious but could have been slightly more seasoned as could the garlic bread. The menu offers an extensive range of items and portion sizes are satisfactory.Based on the quality of food and service, I would rank the value as excellent. Some restaurants have a loyalty system and this could be introduced throughout the chain to further add to the great value. Not as many deals as dominoes but the food and service was far superior here and you can find some vouchers if you look on line ... menus are occasionally posted through the door with vouchers. All pizza hut food is expensive, and if it wasn't for us having a 50% off voucher, the value grade would drop. I strongly recommend that you do everything possible to reduce the cost of your food.Overall, I would be sure to recommend over dominoes due to the far superior standards. The lack of a reward system or extensive range of vouchers will mean that you could find yourself spending a bit more, however, and the generally expensive food throughout the chain.In terms of further action, I will make another visit as soon as possible where I will check up on minor improvements to food and value. Otherwise, well done on your standards of food and service and I will be sure to order more regularly. You may wish to write a management response, however this is not necessary based on the positive feedback. I definitely recommend. Excellent!

Disappointed, late deliver of cold not quite cooked pizza which would have been a Friday night treat, unable to get through by phone to complain. shocking!

Ordered 2 pizzas, potato wedges and a bottle of coke one evening. I made the toppings I wanted very clear in the phone. Waited 45 minutes then they arrived. Unfortunately I noticed after the delivery guy had gone that we were given the complete wrong pizzas so I called them up and specified what I had ordered. The guy taking my order (who's English was poor) wasn't even apologetic at first about the wrong pizzas, and when I asked him to repeat my order back to me he said completely different. I had to tell him "No, did I even mention the word mushroom in my order, where did you even hear that word come out of my mouth?!" He then told me I'd have to wait another 45 minutes. Over an hour later the right ones showed up, with some new potato wedges as the others were cold by this point, and some of them were black - yes, black (which, again, I didn't notice until after the guy left - I really should start checking at the door!) Plus the delivery guy might have breathed an inaudible grunt as he handed the food to me, with no apology. I lost my appetite in the end. Horrible service. I only chose Pizza Hut over Dominoes because of the deal.

The food is what you expect, but the salad cart needs constant cleaning, the staff are young and don't really want you there

Very good food however we waited for longer then expected after the delivery man got lost on the way to our house, he was apologetic though and so can be forgiven. Could be a bit cheaper but you get what you pay for.
