Awful food, order took over 2 hours longer than advertised expected delivery time, when it finally arrived the pizzas were cold. We tried to reheat them which made them tough and we ended throwing them away. Won't be ordering again!

Food turned up over 1 hour late, and when it did everything was stone cold. Cheesey chips were in edible and paid £26 for a takeaway that I couldn't eat

Delivery driver wouldn't deliver to our front door. i'd be more understanding I didn't have health conditions that make going to collect my food difficult. Fortunately was delivered very fast, but this is probably something your drivers need to be made aware of.

Missing the 2 cheesy chips. Called the restaurant and they said I’d have to wait 45 minutes for them to send some. Agreed but here we are and hour and 10 minutes later and no chips. They did offer something free next time but it’s not the point. Paid for something we didn’t get.

Really good food, can’t fault the food or the service

Quick service and delivered hot! Food was all cooked well and plenty of toppings on the pizza! Really great prices for the take away food they do.

This is my go to pizza place in Basingstoke and a decent price too. Would recommend thin base and ask to have a bbq sauce base. Only issue I had was that I got the wrong pizza, but called them up and they replaced it. Pro tip - Do not order through just eat or uber eats. Pizza world have their own website and these are the best prices and offers. Makes things easier also if things go wrong

Ordered at around 8.30 for it to arrive nearly 2 hours later stone cold. Cheesy chips were welded to the box and had to call 3 times only to be fobbed off each time. Won’t bother with this place anymore. They’re rude on the phone too.

Order was delivered late. The kebab was scraps of meat, scraped from the bottom of the pan and it was cold. The pitta was stale, inedible and shattered into pieces when you tried to open it. The chips and chip packaging was damaged and the chips were cold. Hands down the worst order I’ve ever had on just eat.

My order was delayed for two hours

Fuster cluck, stone cold, missing items, no sauce, burnt food (yes cold burnt food) no drink, and was an 50mins late. Never ordering from this place ever again.

Ordered at 8pm and 10.30pm called after several times they said driver couldn’t come. Waited over 2 hrs!! Not good. Very bad service. After multiple calls and different person saying driver left. Was told this over 5 times. 1.5 hrs later no one came.!!!!!!! VERY BAD SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE!!!!!!

Just had the best kebab delivery from pizza world. Me and my boyfriend ordered lamb and chicken kebab meal and are very impressed with quality, value and delivery time.

Good pizza but delivered cold and not for the first time. There was a 25 minute gap between saying its on its way and getting to me. I live 5 minutes away. Maybe they need a better delivery service.

Beware. Ordered on Uber Eats, delivery time continually pushed back until I eventually called to be told they were never coming despite having taken the money. When asked what he had done to tell me this he said nothing. I have therefore been charged for food which this company had no intention of bringing and no money refunded. Do not order from here either directly or via a third party. You will regret it.

Not happy at all Called the shop to tell them I was missing salary and pitta bread the man in the shop tried to tell me it don’t come with that even tho it even stats it on the order and was obnoxious and then he just put the phone down on me he food was disgusting I have always got the same from that place if you check my orders I have placed but this was just terrible I have thrown the meat away and just eat the jalapeño and that is it what a waste of money I won’t be ordering from their again

Absolutely awful!! First off, when delivered the food was on its side. Grease everywhere- all in the bag, over can of coke etc… whatever it was in the container, was over cooked to the point it could have been classed as coal! Chicken was over cooked, very chewy. Would not recommend at all!

Over 2hrs late. Their excuse was that the driver had gone to the wrong address. Only once I called the shop. The expected delivery time change twice and I requested money back and the restaurant rejected the request.

Basingstoke: Ordered for delivery 3x 1/4 lb Burgers with cheese. There was no cheese on the burgers. There was no beef in the burgers. These are for vegans. Flat and dry tasteless patties. Also, Ordered Mayo with the chips. No mayo received. Never this joint again.

Absolutely dreadful, ordered via the app, waited 45mins no delivery, was told it'd be 5to 7mins.checked the app again & it stated order cancelled due to shop being closed(it wasn't because I'd spoken to a worker there) money taken from account... No order, down by £14 & staff that don't give a bloody toss. Absolutely disgusting company.

The food was really nice and the delivery was slightly late but we didn’t mind , the delivery driver was very good and apologetic. A great service and great food.

30 pound I spent for a delivery that took 1hr 30 min I never use just eat normally uber and this pizza shop normally is always late the food was no satisfactory rubbery cooked an hour ago awaiting delivery just eat you need to sort your lives out and stop giving business like these that can not provide a quality food service or even a delivery on you platform because all you will do is loose customers

Order was 40mins late and more than one item was missing from the order unfortunately. Contacted the restaurant 3 times and they were not overly helpful either.

50 mins late and all food is stone cold. I called the restaurant on delivery and was told I’ll do better next time. I won’t be ordering again.

Terrible! Never ever order food. Don't pay online, pay cash on delivery. Pathetic service. Ordered food @7.45, followed up @8.30 was told driver on the way. Again followed up at 8.55, was told 5 mins driver would be there. In the meantime read reviews and realized how pathetic it is. finally had to cancel the order. Driver came for delivery @9.45, glad we hadn't paid online, was able to refuse delivery. Please don't ever go anywhere near it.

One of the worst places I have ever come across, if not THE worst. I waited 2 hours for my order, and in the end it didn’t even get delivered. Every time I called they said it’s on the way, driver 5 mins away. I had to request Uber eats to give my money back because I didn’t get anything. Absolute joke of a takeaway

Driver turned up with no change, even though I said cash - £23.83 no changed was given to him, I don’t know why no change was given as I clearly wouldn’t have had the 3p. The food come 20-30 minutes early and was disgusting, the cheeseburger basically dissolved in my mouth. No sauce was put on it, the bun was burnt and the meat was dry like it had been sat there all day. The chicken kebab was all grissle/fat basically no decent meat

I did not receive my order at all!

Ordered a farmhouse pizza, a portion of chips & 2 redbulls. Arrived nearly an hour late, STONE cold. Once I opened the bags I realised I had been given a single bottle of coke instead of the redbulls & the pizza was plain except for some pieces of PINEAPPLE thrown on! I mean seriously, how can they get it so wrong?!? The chips were OK though.

Wrong order, wanted LARGE doner side of fries & Hot wings. Got SMALL meat n chips ..chips were soggy and cold. Hot wings were so dry and overcooked they went in the bin, clad was limp browned lettuce with white cabbage n onion ,,,,,thats no salad ....would avoid.

Fine if you want the wrong toppings. Anchovies are hard to ignore on a chicken and ham pizza though...

Arrived on time but took over an hour, arrived cold and rubber-like very disappointed.

Ordered ribs, salad and wedges. Wedges were barely warm, the ribs were cold and slightly chilled as if they'd just been defrosted and wrapped for delivery without seeing an oven. Salad was alright. Very disappointed.

Ordered a kebab the kebab was ok but the side salad that came with it was very poor tomato tasted off

Order hadn't arrived within 2 hours of ordering. Was told on the 1st call to them that pizza is on its way. On 2nd call to them we get told they will make the pizza and get it out to us. Terrible service and unhelpful staff.
