It wasnt clear theg stopped the garlic and herb dip that is delivered with the pizzas. Boxes crushed and cold and not to normal standard

Food was pretty grim, sides arrived undercooked and needed a further 10 minutes of cooking at home. Driver made me leave my apartment building to collect in an external car park because he didn't want to park.

Food is really nice but the service from the staff is atrocious. Called them once because my food was still in the store at 40 minutes and they hanged up. Second time I called they gave me the wrong dips that i paid around £2 for and when I asked if they could fix it they told me they could bring the other dips I was supposed to have but I would have to pay £3 delivery fee. Such bullshit. And then when I wasn’t okay with this they hanged up. Please re train the staff because they are so rude especially the phone operatives

it didn't arrive at all. the app said it was delivered and they didn't turn up. I rang the resteraunt n they were closed. absolute joke. by then hardly any shops were open.

Papa John's definitely has my favourite pizza in Basingstoke. It is done quick, whether it is delivery or collection, it is cooked well, and it tastes amazing. I would definitely recommend it!

Came in to order a pizza and the staff were very kind and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed and recommended items on the menu to me. Kiera in particular was very helpful and the food was with me faster than expected!

The food was late and the driver was rude. This was due to I didn't hear him knocking on the door. I did explain I didn't hear him and also the app was saying the driver was still at the restaurant.

As someone who works here, it's the best job I have been in, the delivery drivers are such fun and bubbly people and the in store workers are always super helpful and understanding, from someone who knows what goes on in the kitchen, everything is super sanitary and as people may see we don't wear gloves however we wash our hands repeatedly throughout the day and everything is wiped down and cleaned with proper cleaning spray daily. Aswell as that, we have different cutters for different pizzas and different parchment papers for different dietary requirements and allergies/intolerances so there is no chance of cross contamination whatsoever.

Rico delivered our pizza and was fantastic when the sat nav took him the wrong way. He called me and this solved the problem quickly rather than aimlessly driving around like many delivery drivers do, leading to cold food being delivered. He was very polite and friendly

Pizza was great , the manager what can say , a total plonker , they charged me £20 for a £ 10 pizza I paid on my phone , it was a mistake no drama , then he came and charged that , I told him 4 times I paid on my phone , so he couldn't refund it , he still said what your card , so thinking after the 4 time he would of got I paid on my phone nope not all , my partner said just give us a tub of ice cream and leve it like that , nice and easy nope he was rude to her , in the end I said leave it took the pizza and left cus , one tonally rude bloke who needs to learn and listen to his customers, rather than talk over them when they are the ones trying to sort it rude man , never Evan said sorry for over charging us at all ....

Order came in the delivery time but only received part of my order. Had to phone papa johns who left me on and off hold for nearly 10 minutes while they tried to figure out. Then had to re make my missing pizza and send it out so my family didn't get to enjoy our meal together but they didn't even care how they unconvinced us

Tried ordering via website. Did not manage to alter 1/2 & 1/2 toppings. Sticking to Domino's. Easier website. Pity really wanted to try PJ'S as alternative to Domino's.

Had some trouble communicating that I had wanted a vegan pizza, turns out only the cheese was vegan, I had called them and they were happy to take it back and deliver a fresh vegan one, came extremely fast too, excellent service on their side.

Cookie a tiny bit burnt around the edges, otherwise fantastic as usual. Papa John's crust is the best locally imo

OKAY! Here I go.. We have always ordered from Papa Johns as the pizzas are always good 👍also as we pre order, the food is always hot. If it was delivered a bit late, its never been more than 10 minutes which is acceptable as the quality is still good. BUT OH MY GOODNESS tonight we pre ordered at around 9pm for delivery at 10.45pm. The app was notifying that it was on its way. Unfortunately the pizza didn't arrive until 11.40pm. We attempted to contact Papa Johns via telephone. Surprise surprise no answer as it was closed. Although the app informed us to enjoy our meal!!WHAT MEAL?We received a good will voucher for our order running late at 11.10pm so naturally we figured it would not be much longer. Oh how wrong we were. It was delivered at 11.40pm. Fair play to the delivery guy he was so apologetic,. But big disappointment with Papa Johns. Obviously the food was stone cold. Tomorrow morning I will definitely be demanding a full refund. Shame on you Papa Johns. UPDATE PAPA JOHNS! I have decided to renew my Review. A BIG WELL DONE to you all. Your delivery service has improved 💯,% As I am paralysed and obviously can't answer the door when my Carers have finished their shift. Papa John's has gone above and beyond with their delivery service. They have got to know me over time and the delivery guys are trustworthy as I have to give them details to enter my home. Food always hot I no longer order online as it saves confusion and I can give exact instructions. BANG ON. KEEP IT UP 👍

Ordered takeaway after an hour rang to see where food was as tracer said it had been delivered. Was told they couldn’t get hold of the driver. Asked for a refund again told couldn’t have one until food was returned. Had no food 🤣 asked for refund was told 7 days but couldn’t have a confirmation just to trust them. Food eventually arrived but was cold very disappointing as not cheap. Make your own minds up but mine was a poor experience

Recently moved into the area after some time away..have ordered from a different pizza place, and honestly been pretty disappointed.Tonights order was amazing.Hot, full of flavour and the delivery driver did exactly as I asked.Definately gonna be my go to for pizza.Thank you guys so much!!

Finally got around to order some pizza on my own as we used to get it quite often at work. When ordered mid day, my order was straight away cancelled due to lack of drivers - makes me question, why are you available on delivery platforms when not available? Got bit more successful on my next try day after, more towards evening time. Pizza itself was OK, expected slightly bigger as advertised as XXL yet it seems pretty much around the L size of other places. Not huge fan of their garlic dip, however can understand this can be just my preference.

The food was late and arrived cold and virtually inedible - if we didn’t have a child to feed we would have sent it back. The restaurant when we called said it was be there immediately having left 20 mins before - it didn’t arrive for another 15 minutes! The food was tasteless and greasy. We will never order from Papa Johns again!

Literally the worst experience ordering. Staff was rude and laughed down the phone when I said the food was cold and when I asked for a new one to be made they blatantly refused and wouldn’t help at all

Pizza was delivered around 20 - 25 minutes late.

I had to cancel my order as it took you 2hrs 40mins of which it was sat in the cutting and checking stage. I then had a guy phone 30 mins later and say he couldn't find my house even though the pizzas were cancelled by speaking to the store. To top it off a lady has just knocked at my door three hours later with the order doubled up to which I sent her back with them. Honestly it sounds like you are tieing yourselves up in knots I would suggest someone gets a hold of this store as its not very good for business 👎

The worst pizza experience ever. Ordered at 5pm for a pizza delivery at 7pm. The pizza didn’t arrive until 8:45pm. I phoned 2 times and someone at the store put me on hold once and then second time said it will come in 10 minutes. Which was a complete lie. When the pizza arrived 1 hour 45 minutes from requested time. The dips were missing and the pizza was cold. It’s as if they gave me a pizza cooked at 5pm. Someone at the restaurant offered to provide a refund but then it never happened 5 days on still waiting for this refund :/ Avoid papa johns you’re better off going somewhere else for a pizza.

Papadias was really nice. The Philly cheesesteak one was delivered without the sauce. I called up and they said they would send a new one. It arrived within the hour and was hot. It tasted lovely!

Incomplete order turned up , ice cream left out, driver tried telling me it was in the pizza box, showed him it was incomplete, still not having it. Showed him my order. He took pizza back at my request. Phoned shop to complain, after 10 minutes of being on hold they eventually agreed to remake my order. 20 minutes later the original driver turns up with what he said was a fresh pizza. Still no ice cream. He phoned his manager at the shop who told him not to give me the pizza as a new order was coming out. So driver was trying to pass off the old pizza as the new pizza. 21:30 my order tuned up after my order was placed at 20:25 approximately. So not happy with service or the way the call was initially handled. I heard the entire conversations between staff and later the driver. Not good.

Pizza was delicious, garlic butter sauce was stunning! Driver was super friendly and handled my delivery with care. Highly recommend!

🚨🚨DO NOT WORK, DELIVERY OR EAT HERE.🚨🚨 No gloves aprons or washing hands. Drives don’t get paid for deliveries to customers and I recorded “conversation” Lack of communication and horrible attitude with customer. SHUT THEM DOWN NOW 🚨🚨

Food never delivered and no answer to my calls.

The JustEat app changed to say my food had arrived even though it hadn’t. After the expected delivery window passed I waited another 15 mins before contacting the restaurant who said it would be a further 15 mins. Food finally arrived about an hour after expected delivery and was cold, which isn’t great if you’ve ordered the potato tots. The delivery driver was lovely though.
