Love a cheeky BK when I’m in the festival place Burgers are Miles better than the cardboard patties at maccy Ds Bit pricey nowadays though !

This place is very hit and miss, sometimes you get hot food, sometimes cold. The best part is choosing your own drink from the machine.

Considering you have to do your own ordering I was surprised the food wasn't a lot warmer, the Burger Roll was cold and therefore took all the heat away from the Burger. The surroundings are well presented and clean, it's a shame about the Canteen Chairs

The store manager was stood in one of the exits for about half an hour on his phone of the festival place restaurant when I shouted hit twice saying excuse me I asked another member of staff to get him which he did I asked the store manager about being stood in the door way he had blocked two people with push chairs because he wasn’t paying any attention this made me very angry as I have a push chair when I asked if he would tell his staff off for doing the exact same thing he was doing this I go a lot of attitude from him and he stormed off this is the worst I have been spoke to in a Burger King he is meant to be in charge he is awful and not a role model for the rest of the team I know this won’t stop people going but think twice before spending your money there

Absolutely unprofessional approach, brazen behavior. I tried to complain to the manager about the rude behavior of his employees, but he didn't even let me speak, he started screaming and saying that he had 20 years of experience and knew how to do business properly. He threatened to call security and get me out, and that he never wants to see me here again. There were more people around me who saw his behavior and it is definitely a big shame for him as a manager. A big shame for this place. With his psychopathic behavior, he does not deserve to be in this position!

A generic burger and fries establishment. Bright and inviting decor, clean with friendly service. Handy for a quick bite to eat.

Me and my 2 sons want to Burger King our local is nice and fresh cooked on the grill unfortunately our local is a lot better than this one very very rude staff I ordered a chicken Royale and it came out with cheese with a ton of mayonnaise I did not order cheese on it and I just don’t understand y the burger had two tops instead of a top and bottom when I axed for a manager a guy in a green T-shirt came over to our table shouting at me and my two sons to leave or eat it or he was going to get security very very rude he kept saying he’s got 4 restaurants in the Basingstoke area and he know how to cook burgers i’ve took photos of the burger another members of the public was mortified me and my two sons we did not continue to eat as we was very embarrassed and we left the restaurant

I've eaten inside the mall, trying this Burger King & I've found it very good the quality of the beef/chicken...I approve thisone just for a quickly lunch or dinner.

Love love love Burger King, specially the Bean Burger, total comfort food, as for the chilli cheese bites - so good.

It was closed at 9 am . So no breakfast for me . What's going on . This is 2018 19 and Xmas . Awful . Awful .

I was short on time and needed something fast so this was my first choice but normally it would not have been. Food was average but service was pretty quick and the place was clean.

Came here for a bite to eat as we was starving. When we arrived the staff were very smiley. We tried the long box meal was was a bargain for chips drinks nuggets and one of their new long burgers. There was four I believe to choose from and I had the pepperoni one. It was so yummy, it had bbq sauce in it which I didn’t realise as I don’t like it but it tasted amazing and I would definitely recommend it and will be having it again. Hubby had the same. It was very clean in the restaurant. The ketchup pots are small but that’s fine we just got a few. The food was fresh and nice and hot and I love the different flavoured drinks. I had coke cherry and coke raspberry mixed together . Yummy

In all honesty not my first choice but my youngest daughter loves it. It is fine for what it is and it is kept very clean and the staff are friendly.

After me and a friend ordered our food and received 2 completely different burgers, we still decided to embark on our quest to fill our belly’s . However the quest was halted by the burnt beast that was the Loch Ness mozzarella monster. They were so burnt Hell itself turned them away, won’t ever be going there again

When shopping in town our preferred place to get a quick lunch is now Burger King. It always seems to taste fresher than McDonalds and this one was no exception. It was busy on a Saturday lunchtime but we managed to find a table. Burgers tasted fresh and chips were nice and hot too. We like the choice of drinks from the drinks machine. My only negative is that the TV situated above some of the tables is a bit irritating and far too loud. It was a challenge to have a conversation! Despite this it's a quick and convenient place for lunch and the food is good.

Went in for a double whopper burger and asked some tap water to take some pills. But it seems that Burger King does not serve Tap Water but one can buy bottles of water.

A quick lunch in the centre of Town. The service was prompt, the food of good quality and the facilities clean and tidy. Will have a return visit - does what it says on the tin so no complaints.

Restaurant was clean and tidy, meals were piping hot and fresh, had a wait a bit, but not too bad...

We had a double whopper and an Angus burger meal between us. Meals were what you would expect from Burger King. Burgers were cooked fresh, so a bit of a wait although it meant that the food was hot. Place was clean and can’t beat the Vanilla Coke in the drinks dispenser.

A warm welcome from the guy behind the counter. I had the long chilli cheeseburger meal with onion rings. The burger was ok a good amount of spice. The star of the show is the Coca Cola drinks machine, orange coke is my recommendation.

We went in on a quiet Sunday evening, there was no one else in there. I ordered our meals including 2 children's cheeseburgers. When we finally got all the food as they served 2 meals and then had to wait for fresh chips! Both children's cheeseburgers were minus the cheese! Took them back to the counter explained through the language barrier that they had no cheese, at this point a manager came over and said they were two cheeseburgers to which I replied minus the cheese. Then the other manager came over wow so much attention for burgers that were minus the cheese. I am sure they thought I was lying, although you could plainly see there wasnt any cheese, anyway the burgers were taken back, taken around the back where the burgers are made, as if they were just going to put cheese on the burgers I had handed back. I did tell them I wanted them to make me fresh burgers but not 100% convinced that's what I got! The manager told me they had the bins round the back! Management and staffs attitude definitely need looking at, as previous people have said they are not the friendliest, or most professional bunch I have come across

Un lugar fantástico para ir. Tienen una gran variedad de hamburguesas (que de pensamiento bueno? ). Servicio promedio pero las hamburguesas son nada pero pura clase. Puede sentir que su capacidad como arterias de colmatación comer la hamburguesa, como una hamburguesa debería ser! Recomendaría fuertemente.

Me han hay veces durante la visita del centro comercial me di cuenta de esta tienda están recibiendo pobres más pobres! Personal de servicio son realmente decepcionante. . Me han servido una hamburguesa fría una vez le pregunté a uno de personal cambió me respondió que eso es lo que venden si no te gusta u no! Estado aquí dos veces, ahora estoy ahora dos veces decepcionante, comida fría, tirado en una caja fría y patatas fritas crujientes, enormes trozos de árbol en mi hamburguesa, lo llaman de lechuga. Bebidas aguada. Sé que no es comida rápida espera que ser fantástico, pero no por debajo. No será una 3ª visita

Con un montón de opciones cerca es duro para seleccionar este lugar. La comida está bien, el servicio es rápido, pero no la mejor hamburguesa en la zona

Fuimos el lunes por la noche, su día más tranquilos. Nos recibieron con un recto da "Hola, ¿qué puedo conseguir. . . "Así que pedí una hamburguesa doble queso tocino comida. Nos preguntamos comer en/llevar antes de pedir el lector de tarjetas me pidió mi tarjeta, no confirmación de bill y regular para llevar puesto en mi mano una taza para beber.

Mi esposa y yo metimos en un rápido doble cheeseburger antes de visitar el cine, el restaurante estaba muy lleno, pero al final no sirven.

Incomplete food order, and when it was mentioned someone who looked like a senior member of staff almost threw the chips across the counter, we were told that all the self serve machines had Pepsi Max, we checked all 3 to find they didn't. The food looked and tasted horrible, very dry and just flavourless, the burger looked like it had gone through a press and the chicken strips were bone dry. for the money we spent on 5 small snack things it was over priced.

Very clean restaurant, polite staff, good value and good quality meat, well cooked. Good drink machines, full of choice. Fast service.My only issue is that some of the issues in my previous review have not been actioned upon and as a result Burger King will be directly contacted, particularly relating to introducing and promoting a loyalty scheme. I also feel that the staff should make more of an effort to smile. Additionally, the burger meat could have done with a touch more seasoning.Otherwise, this is an excellent restaurant. Far superior to McDonalds. I would happily return.

The Burger King restaurant is located on the ground floor of Festival Place in Basingstoke.The restaurant is usually very busy.I popped in for a quick snack and after a short time in the queue, I was served by a friendly member of staff.I ordered a cheese burger only. After paying, I got my order.There were lots of kids with their parents.My burger was delicious and enjoyable. The problem with fast food is that it does not take long to eat it. And when you finish your food, you wish you had ordered the larger sized burger instead. Burger King is an ideal place for a quick bite to eat.

Well deserving of its name. Great menu, burger & chicken sold. Burger was full of flavour, made as requested, hot and juicy. Meat cooked to perfection and of far superior quality to McDonalds, all for 99p! Portion size perfect for a snack and perfectly adequate for the low cost.Staff were very friendly and the burger was made quickly, although there was a slight wait to be served due to a very small queue, perhaps an extra pair of hands from the kitchen could come out when there is a queue to take orders. I don't think that there is a loyalty scheme, and if there is it isn't adequately promoted by staff.Clean.Overall, this is a great place to stop off for a snack or lunch. I strongly recommend.

In town to go to the Theatre, we wanted something to eat before the show, as a slimming world member and doing my best to eat healthily we went in to Burger King Festival Place as my SW food directory said I could have a Crispy Chicken Salad for 7.5 syns.At the counter we were told "Sorry we have no salad today" even though the boards are festooned with pictures of crispy chicken burgers and everything with lettuce spilling out of it, sadly there was no healthy eating option available.We went next door to Mister Ed's where I was provided with a beautiful Chicken Caesar salad, dressing on the side and it was delicious. All I had to count was 3.5 syns for the dressingWhere is the commitment of Burger King to help people eat more healthily?

I made a visit earlier today and was impressed overall with the rate of improvement since my previous contact with Burger King customer services.The service had improved to the point where I was no longer rushed to place an order and all staff were polite, friendly and courteous. There is a lack of a queuing structure and sometimes some people will push in front of others. I was stood for a couple of minutes waiting to place my order because not all of the tills were open - it was quite frustrating to see that the service was not as efficient as possible. Some staff smile more than others.The atmosphere was pretty standard, the TV had been replaced as well as the figures in the cabinet so that they match what is given in the kids meals. It isn't the most modern building, but nevertheless it was clean and a pleasant enough place to eat in.I can't really comment on the food as I only had an aero king fusion. A full visit to check on the standard of food will be made before the end of the first week of April. The menu has a good selection. The ice cream was pretty standard - unlike the rather misleading image on the menu, the chocolate chips were in fact not dispersed throughout the ice cream and instead covering the top. I was a little bit confused as to how it linked to aero as it appeared to just be standard chocolate chips on top as it was not bubbly like aero chocolate bars. Maybe some chocolate sauce on top could make all the difference in terms of presentation and taste - the ice cream wasn't the best tasting or quality I have had.99p for the ice cream was good and I would have it again, nevertheless the quality could have been further improved and I can kind of see why it was only 99p. The portion size was good. KFC and McDonalds are cheaper overall and KFC runs a full loyalty scheme which could be useful for all Burger Kings. Some full meals can reach £5 or £6 and you could just go to wimpy or any other sit down restaurant in the area and have a better quality meal for a similar price.Overall, I would recommend but further improvement and attention to detail as well as price reductions are required.

Awful, just sub standard for Burger King! Food looked thrown together. Won't be going back anytime soon.

-The standard of service at the time of my visit was poor. I was rushed into the queue by the cleaning lady before I had even finished looking at the menu.-The man at the till was expressionless and could have been more talkative and friendly - it is good practice to say 'thank you' after someone makes an order.+I was pleased to note fast and accurate service.-I was not offered sauces, salt or a napkin on my visit which was a shame scene as there was no condiment counter.-My friend said that the chilli cheese bites were poor in terms of taste.-Please see my comments under the value section regarding portion sizes.+The food was generally okay in terms of taste and I was pleased to note a 5/5 hygiene rating.+The menu was comprehensive and the drinks selection was great.-Considering the quality of the service, the value could have been improved by improving the all round experience.-I think that KFC and McDonalds are cheaper - however I think that the food was better here.-The portion size was tiny and I finished my meal quickly while still feeling hungry afterwards; for the amount of food, the value for money was poor.+I was pleased to see that vouchers are available if you look on-line and that you get a free whopper if you complete the on-line survey.Overall, I was expecting better from my visit today however the quality of food somewhat pulled it up from 1 star. I will make a revisit soon where I will expect to see a major improvement or else I will be in contact with head office. I will complete the on line survey and I would like a management response below explaining what you have done to rectify the issues present on the day of my visit; I will then regrade as appropriate after my revisit.The following matters were also noted at the time of my visit:-It is clear that you have not refurbished in quite some time - the TV in particular was not properly functioning and should be replaced.

Lets face it, we dont expect anything great in a fast food joint. However BK Basingstoke is absolutely foul!The food is bad, very bad. Everything I have tried has been pre-cooked and rewarmed a few times. Burgers are rubbery, buns are stale and fries extra greasy and soggy.The service is vile. Rude staff that demand cash for sundries such as ketchup and dips. They treat you as an inconvenience.Tables are rarely clean and the atmosphere is dreadful. Over amplified MTV belting out terrible pop songs.I have eaten in chain fast food restaurants from Compton, Los Angeles to Wellington (NZ) but this place is the absolute pits.

Quality of customer service is inconsistent; some staff are obviously well trained and some do not seem to know their job well. I went there a few times over 2 weeks. Each time I visited, I was given a slightly difference reply when I asked for some ketchup for my fries. A senior assistant manager told me a ketchup dip would cost me but packet ketchup was free. On another day, a staff asked me to pay for my ketchup regardless it was a dip or in packet. Yet, on another occasion, I was given one packet of ketchup for free, and charged for the second packet. That's mind boggling how much BK values its ketchup!

I just stopped off today because I noticed the cheap deal advertised in an elevator for the 99p Oreo ice cream. The location is great to stop off for lunch or just a snack when shopping. Upon entering you will notice the food hygiene rating of 5 displayed in the window. The building was clean and plenty of seating was provided; could do with some slight modernisation but all in all, it was adequate.The queue for the till was reasonable and service was fast, plenty of staff were provided and the assistant manager was friendly - he was the one serving me. I feel that the general food was possibly more expensive then McDonalds however the quality is always better. The offers are ridiculously cheap however the portions were poor in terms of size, they could have been much bigger. Food is always well presented.The variety of food is brilliant and drinks are even better. If burgers aren't your thing then chicken is also served. Food is always hot and cooked thoroughly. The Oreo ice cream was delicious and I was very pleasantly surprised.Overall, I will be sure to visit far more regularly and more then McDonalds and KFC. I would recommend to anyone looking for good, cheap food.

It's been a while since I had a Burger King and I was pleased with what I had, being tasty and well presented. I was amazed (easily done!) at the drinks choice though - over 100 different drinks variants, most of which seemed to be different flavours of coca cola, including some rather bizarre ones!

For a fast food place the food was very, Food was served hot. Service was fast. Tables were clean. Thank you.

One I got through the language barrier (The King meal & Chicken with chilli wrap) I had to navigate the big drinks machine (my first time). What happened to the days when the drink was put on your tray when you ordered. Now you have a tray in one hand while navigating the menu to get your drink.More importantly, the food was hot and the restaurant clean.

Burger king is really nice if u just want to relax and eat quickly sometimes they have off days but otherwise very polite and okay food

I have visited this Burger King several times and have only ever had bland, lukewarm food served. Other Burger King franchises make much better food. I'm really not sure how they manage to do it. Luckily for them, there isn't much comparable competition nearby - McDonalds is quite a walk out of the main shopping centre and the other burger places in this quarter (Gourmet Burger & Ed's Diner) offer a more formal and therefore costly experience.

Fantastic food, much better than it's rivals, good value for money in an okay building. Sometimes they get orders mixed up but this is quickly fixed for free.

Empty tables but you still have to wait 10 minutes before being acknowledged, The salad bar is not always stocked & not cleaned on a regular basis. Staff are young & do not have the customer experience at heart.

The service was quick, wasn't much of a wait. The food was hot and yummy by the time it arrived which didn't take too long either. Was happy with my meal to go!

Что еще можно добавить к названию. Не дорого, шумно, но если нужно поесть на скорую руку то вполне неплохое место. Как ни странно иногда даже можно столкнуться с очередью на входе в выходные, но скорее потому что мест куда можно сходить в этой английской деревне не так много, а вот местная молодежь любит зажечь в выходные.
