Ordered food half an hour before closing and two hours later it hasn't shown up yet and they're closed. Deliveroo won't do anything because it still shows as delivering etc.

Good food and great portions. Does the job!

hardly warm, the salad was in a sandwich bag and was sloppy and there was loads of fatty chewy bits of meat!

Absolutely disgusting, ordered chicken wrap. Ate half and then started to feel unwell. I then spent the next 3 days in bed with food poisoning. Shouldn’t be Ben be given a food hygiene rating,

10pm delivery: cold, tough, dried-out vomit. Never again. And for the case where nothing was delivered, I received curt, aggressive and useless responses over the phone. With no refund. Avoid 100%.

Ribs were microwaveable ones! Burger was decent but bun was burnt and broke up after first bite and the kebab wrap was decent! No negatives on that! Other than it being wrapped with the paper inside the wrap!

My order has still not turned up it was being delayed and then said 9.35 now still hasn’t been delivered

If i could give this takeaway a minus score I would. Food was shockingly bad. Chips were dark brown soggy and disgusting. Lettuce in the burgers are about a week old. Their helpful chat person on the online ordering system told me that it’s quite normal for this to happen and for lettuce to discolour on hot foot. Absolutely not! This was old brown manky lettuce. Whole meal went in the bin and £30 wasted

Food was show was delivered in app, called up the restaurant, the guy was pretty rude considering it was late and they’d marked it as delivered. Anyways 40 minutes later the food showed up cold, soggy, crushed and my can of tango was somehow too hot to hold… 5th time ordering with similar issues, only kept going for the stamps but definitely not ordering again

Seriously terrible. The polystyrene packaging had more moisture in it than the contents...apart from the chips which may have been dropped in a puddle at some point.

Food was over an hour late, multiple calls to restaurant and driver. When food arrives driver tells me it’s now £5 delivery fee or food is returned. The order states free delivery and have never paid delivery before. Paid extra for late and cold.

Ordered at 10:01pm its now 11:40 and still no food has arrived! Called 3 times and they stated they will call the driver… we live 15 mins away tops from this restaurant and still nothing.

despite putting in the correct address, the order I made was very late. I called the restaurant and the guy who answered phone a man, who I could hear in the background. he eventually got back to me and assured me that the order would "arrive in one minute" (that is word for word what he said). I waited for a while and eventually a woman called me asking for directions and I had to guide her to my doorstep as if she had never been to Basingstoke before. The food arrived cold and inedible. 👎👎👎

Absolutely love this place, there pasty cheese and garlic bread is legendary, we've tried pretty much everything on the menu and never disappointed.

Items missing. Overly greasy and unpleasant food. Probably the worst takeaway I’ve had in a long time. I wouldn’t order from there again.

Food was late by over a hour. Food was cold, cans of drink were warm. Received wrong drinks. Extremely disappointed as I also received a bag of lettuce that should’ve been in my wrap.

The food was 20 minutes late and when we phoned the restaurant and said we haven’t received our order they hung up on us (the man was very rude when this was brought up) when we phoned again they asked no details for our order just kept saying on the way even though the app was telling us it had been delivered. When we received the food it was cold and greasy, the meat was horrible and all burnt (like it was yesterday’s re-heated), the chips were soggy and cold. Very disappointed and unhappy

Delivery was great, the food was meh. The burger patty were burnt the top bun was burnt. I didn’t receive one of my drinks the one that was supposed to come with my meal deal. It was for my fiancé because he a type 1 diabetic and we ran out of drinks and when I called the restaurant to have them redeliver he just told me no didn’t even receive a type of refund for it. He just said he will give me extras whenever I reorder from there. The kebab and fries were good.

Horrendous the delivery driver had to call asking me to direct him from streets away and even when he was ‘in view’ and I gave directions he was rude and kept saying ‘not my fault I don’t know this address!

It was marked as being delivered before it was. I had to walk into the street and find the delivery driver. It was quite literally the worst lamb kebab I’ve ever had in my life. completely dry ridiculously spicy, which is what it should not be..

There’s a lot of bad reviews but I’m not too sure why. The food was warm and good tasting. For the price you pay you don’t expect Michelin star food but it’s decent quality and good flavour. Portion sizes are really good

So I ordered Margarita Pizza Cheesy chips and garlic mushrooms Good value for money and very big portions. Majority of these folks complaining. Its not a 5 star restaurant 😂 Order wisely. If you are ordering cheap takeout.

I don’t normally leave bad reviews but this was just awful, we Ordered through just eat, it said that it had been delivered but it hadn’t. Called the restaurant and they said that when the order comes through they say it has been delivered straight away which I think is very wrong. I tried to be as nice as I could but they just hung up on me then the just eat order got changed to on its way and will be delivered at 3:50 it’s now 4 and still no updates.

Ordered cheesy chips with burger sauce and a chicken kebab wrap with chilli sauce. The chips were cold, no cheese and an abysmal amount of burger sauce, also asked for salt and vinegar with the chips, this was also not carried out. The wrap had no chilli sauce.

Unfortunately order was 20 mins late. Restaurant were nice when I called. Food we had was nice but had the wrong dessert packed. Putting it down to a busy evening and traffic so would order again regardless. Previous meals have always been spot on.

I had put a request in to the restaurant to say that my food hadn't arrived by 9pm, despite them saying that food had been delivered. They sent message to say that it would be here by 9.25pm. It still wasn't delivered by this time, so I rang the restaurant to be told that the food was out for delivery (I couldn't track the driver as it wasn't available). It finally arrived at 9.40pm. The food was lukewarm, not surprising really. I took screen shots as I asked for my money back

Over an hour and 15mins delivery time. Turned up cold,and basically inedible!!!!!, you can't contact them directly, and if you do and complain, they simply hang up !!!!!!, a totally useless business, save your money and go elsewhere !!!!!!!.

Ordered delivery, took an hour at not the busiest time of day. Arrived cold, pita bread was burnt and not cut so had to put filling in myself. Meat was full of fat and grizzle. Won’t be using these again.

3rd time ordering, first two times food was good, warm and tasty. Delivery late both times. I didn’t understand why the bad reviews, this time I now see. I waited 15mins shy of 2 hours for frankly a meal I wouldn’t serve my dogs. It’s a no from me.

Possibly the worst kebab I have ever had. Thin sliced rubbery chicken. Tasted overly salty. It arrived deconstructed? Two mouthfuls and in the bin. Come on Charcoal Grill it’s chicken and salad in a pitta. Get better quality meat and salad and you might end up producing something good

Worst food I’ve ever ordered - was horrific and the food was not eaten. I have images to prove this. I was disgusted at the food that was delivered to me late, cold and the meat was severely over cooked. I do not want a credit I want my money back otherwise I will never order from just eat again. Charcoal grill should be removed!
