Didn’t even deliver my food , don’t waste you’re money

it's not about being late, you didn't give decent food. I am not paying 30 quid for microwaved food!

Went to wrong address and received stone cold food.

I ordered a doner kebab wrap with lettuce, cabbage, cucumber and mayo. My wrap only had cucumber and mayo. I also ordered a medium chicken and doner kebab with cucumber, onion, lettuce and chilli peppers. The kebab never came with salad. The doner wrap was also very greasy and struggled to eat it towards the end. Only thing I enjoyed was the cheesy chips. Very disappointed.

Food arrived on time, would have been earlier but there was roadworks on my street, food was very tasty, I order here frequently and have never had any issuses with the place or delivery, their very good with their communication.

Yet again, another late delivery and cold food delivered by this takeaway. At £5 for a delivery charge, warm food should not be optional!

Cant enjoy my food if its not delivered

This is by far the worst food I have ever tasted the "tika" was microwaved to such an extent that it was inedible. Lamb donner was burned to a crisp with chips that taste like they have been sitting on a shelf for a week Please avoid at all cost this place is a hazard to human health

I ordered off the just eat app as it was one place open doing burgers and chips, and im sorry to say the chips tasted like they had been re warmed up in the microwave from lunchtime or previous day the burger and chicken nuggets were ok though

Wanted to put a 0 - place needs to be shut down. Have just paid extra for salad, bacon & sauce to be added to two burger meals. They asked what sauce and salad we wanted. We confirmed, we have two burgers and chips dry and no salad, sauce or bacon. Sometimes you expect this delivery but not for collection when you are stood right there! Must be a money laundering shop.

I paid for the extra topping, but I didn’t get any! How much is it? 1 kg of beef? Why on a donor pizza there is less than hundred gram of donor? I paid £30 for my pizza I could buy a few kilo of beef!

The food didn’t get here till 10.30 pm when finally driver got here we turnt food away! As was much later than it said it would be!

Food missing again. Given this place too many chances but there’s always something not delivered. Driver doesn’t knock on the door, knocks on the window and expects us to go out.

Food was awful, cold no suitable for eating. Rang up for another order to be sent out. And still cold and burnt wrap couldn’t be eaten. Do not order from this place

Everything we ordered went in the bin. What a waste of money. Nothing was edible, bland, taste, chewy lamb, greased and dried up kebab, burnt pitta breads, bread boiled looking chicken wings coated in greasy bread crumbs. The most disgusting food I ever ordered in my lifetime.

my chips cheese had a hot food on them what impacted my ibs within seconds as I.am allergic to hot foods

The only positive thing from me is that the delivery was quick. Probably because their food is so bad, nobody else is ordering it. Donna kebab meat was barely warm, and the lamb in the mixed kebab was like eating rubber bands. The only heat on the pitta bread came from chilli sauce that had leaked from the kebab meat.

Today I went to Charcoal Grill in Basingstoke and I brought a chicken fillet burger meal with chips the burger was cold and didn't have no salad inside no mayo no ketchup first time I went and brought the chicken burger meal without salad or sauce nothing all plain and empty at last add the salad and sause Wouldn't fancy buying the chicken burger meal never again and small portions of chips aswl

the burgers were really nice but im sorry to say the chips didn't taste fresh they tasted like they had been cooked yesterday and put in the microwave

The driver knocked on the gate!!!!! Phoned to say we were not answering. How can you hear someone knocking on the gate? Both gates to the property are open. Food looked like it had been swung around. Would like to attach pictures but not available to do so.

In the past been ok with food. However tonight disappointed. The chips were reheated so hard and some burnt. I tasted a few and they tasted horrible.

Took around an hour from ordering, the wrap was tasty but the pizza was a little bit cold and the chips were very cold and inedible…..they went straight in the bin.

Amazing as always served more than i asked for i appreciate it.

Chicken and doner kebab was super greasy yet somehow dry as cardboard. Meat was inedible and burnt. Chips were somehow wet on the inside? Tasted like really bad mash. The spicy wings and the garlic mushrooms were really good though! The hygiene of the food is questionable. In summary, really great value for money, actually quite cheap and very fast delivery! A bit of roulette on if you get really good food or not

Wait 1.5 hr and then when I messaged on the app & said that the driver was still not here, they said give it 10 more minutes and they’ll be there. I waited then rang the restaurant. They were very busy and the driver was outside&he wasn’t 5 minutes later whilst still on the phone he’s telling me he’s there he isn’t but he walks around corner finally&it’s all freezing I told the man to give me a refund and he completely ignored me and hung up the phone&driver walked off, food not properly prepped

Ordered via uber eats, both of the kebabs were cold and the meat was rock hard so you could barley eat any of it. We ordered a 7” Hawaiian pizza for our son which for some reason came with pepperoni and mushrooms on it. Our son has a mushroom allergy so couldn’t eat it and all they offered was to remake it and deliver it within an hour. The kids 4 chicken nuggets meal came thrown in a box with a handful of chips if that and only 2 nuggets not 4 like advertised.

Food has been delivered to wrong address

I ordered at 12pm with an estimated delivery time of 12.40-1300 but it didn't arrive. I thing complained on the app that's its late so it added another 15 mins but it still didn't arrive. I called them in total 12 times. Only once did they answer at 1330 to say its left and its on jts way. should be another 10 minutes. its now 1425 and I still haven't received my order. I cant cancel as they don't answer the phone and I am now cooking my own food. DONT ORDER

Every single time we order something is missing or wrong. Normally the drinks are either not there or wrong ones but this time 2 portions of chips are missing. We only continue to use as it’s the only place that will deliver to us because of address but it’s getting beyond a joke.

Barely warm on arrival and definitely reconstituted fish - flat and tasteless but had to eat it as it was all I had. Arrival time kept changing so delivery was ‘on time’. Only place that delivered vid and chips to my address. Wont order again, would rather go without, very disappointing.

I ordered a collection of a meal last night. I arrived 10 minutes after phoning to find my meal ready to go they also gave me a discount for collecting for £15 I received 2 doner kebabs a qtr pounder burger and three portions of chips the food was hot and fresh and tasty extremely good value would certainly recommend and will be using again

The chicken kebab had bone in it and totally put me of my food. The lamb donner swimming in oil. Waste of my money

All our ‘hot’ food turned up cold. No suprise when it turned up late, 50 minutes after being out for delivery. The driver then had no change on her so I had to overpay for cold food. Very disappointed

Ordered for 5 people, the kebab was so greasy it had made its way through the paper, kebab meat was spicy, burger was undercooked, pitta was burnt, pizza is supposed to be cut but wasn't and apparently according to the store the kebab meat is meant to be spicy?? This caused a lot of upset If you've ordered via the app and you need a refund, you have to go via the app and not the store they won't take responsibility Would NOT recommend it to anyone!!!!!

Due for delivery between 330 and 350. didn't turn up until 440, by which time i had to leave. wife said food was cold by then. restuarant refused to refund claiming weather conditions. it was ra8ning. never again.

I am outraged with this service, I have placed an order over an hour ago, I had called the restaurant to advise them of my address and to confirm the delivery time which I was told would be from 11:50 to 12:15am I have still not recieved my order or any communication from the restaurant and we have called over 10 times without answer leaving me with nothing but the question of where is my food, where is my money, and where is the 2 hours I have spent waiting instead of making me and my families dinner. I am appalled at the lack of communication and the terrible service I have received. How is this place still running? Do yourself a favour and order from literally anywhere else.

I need a refund. The original delivery time was 14:00. At 14:50 I sent a message to the restaurant. They then said it would be 15:00. At 15:25 I called to say cancel the order and refund me. He said I would have to contact Just Eat. Then, at 15:45 the food arrived! I refused it as it was too late for me!

Took my order never was delivered , scams stay away

It was never delivered, it’s fine if the restaurant is closed, but at least switch your orders off so that people don’t place non existent orders, just saves the hassle for everyone.

Food came 30 minutes late and when the food arrived it was cold and the amount fat in the chicken kebab meant I barely had any edible chicken to eat! Pizza was so cold it was hard and I couldn’t eat it.

I ordered a chicken wrap for my child and the chicken wasn’t even cut up into pieces it was whole. The food wasn’t warm when we got it and the sauces was just chucked on top on the meat in the middle it wasn’t put all over it so most of the meat and nothing on. Won’t be ordering from here again!

usually my experience with charcoal grill is good i got confconfused over my order it thought I put a garlic bread on and hadn't but they did forget my burger and cake and instead of helping me he hung up I have had to use more money to order what was missing and I doubt just eat will refund me i stopped using just eat because of things like this plus it was so late the lady on the phone said it was on its way even though it said delivered the whole experience was awful

Great food again, no issues. I did make a mistake when ordering online, rang them and they sorted before delivery.

Cold & dry. Ordered tomato sauce for my daughter, no sauce. Paid extra for cheesy chips for my son, no cheese. Have to say the garlic bread, although cold, was nice.

I ordered kebab with chips and burger sauce with cheese. When received the food through uber eats there was a tablespoon worth of burger sauce right at the bottom. The chips were stale and the lettuce was bitter. The kebab was so dry and tasteless. Didn’t even want to give my dog any. The drink was the best bit because they didn’t make it. Absolutely shocking and do not recommend this place at all.
