Not that late but I had to go out and if the restaurant had mentioned the actual time I could have looked elsewhere, not only late but cold.

I ordered a chicken wrap for my child and the chicken wasn’t even cut up into pieces it was whole. The food wasn’t warm when we got it and the sauces was just chucked on top on the meat in the middle it wasn’t put all over it so most of the meat and nothing on. Won’t be ordering from here again!

usually my experience with charcoal grill is good i got confconfused over my order it thought I put a garlic bread on and hadn't but they did forget my burger and cake and instead of helping me he hung up I have had to use more money to order what was missing and I doubt just eat will refund me i stopped using just eat because of things like this plus it was so late the lady on the phone said it was on its way even though it said delivered the whole experience was awful

service doesn’t even deserve a star i rang up as my order hasn’t arrived after the delivery time and i got told it’s on its way and hung up on straight away

I ordered kebab with chips and burger sauce with cheese. When received the food through uber eats there was a tablespoon worth of burger sauce right at the bottom. The chips were stale and the lettuce was bitter. The kebab was so dry and tasteless. Didn’t even want to give my dog any. The drink was the best bit because they didn’t make it. Absolutely shocking and do not recommend this place at all.

Cold & dry. Ordered tomato sauce for my daughter, no sauce. Paid extra for cheesy chips for my son, no cheese. Have to say the garlic bread, although cold, was nice.

food was meant to be delivered an hour ago still has not came we have called the restaurant s couple times they said it’s on the way. they have started declining my calls because it has not arrived and is very very late

Order was late, not hot, no salad on my kebab , chips and salad. And asked for no bun on burger. Really poor.

I hate leaving poor reviews but we’re in the middle of moving and needed something cheap and cheerful. The food was warm at best and soggy, they stated a 1 hour delivery time initially and then after I rang the store when it changed to delivered and then sent a message also through the app it changed to an extra 25 min wait. All in all a very poor experience and we certainly will be crossing this store off our list.

Food was cold and unappetising when it arrived, an hour after the original delivery time. App declared food was delivered by the allotted time and it was only because I challenged the delivery though the just eat support that I got an updated time of delivery (30mins!) and the food was still a further 15 mins late! Couldn’t get through to restaurant to get updated time! Refused any refund as restaurant said they were sorry but just busier than usual - 1 free item missing too AVOID!

Never arrived and didnt answer repeated attempts to call them to find out why. Have had to see full refund via JE app.

Second time I’ve ordered, absolutely delicious chicken wrap and chips. I’ll be ordering again from here - it’s so good, everything tastes fresh and is packaged up with real care. Can’t imagine there’s a better chicken/grill place in Basingstoke - 5 stars!

Food was v cold. Burger was squashed and chicken tikka kebab has split all into the bag and also was extremely hot 🥵 in flavour and wasn’t like tikka. Pizza was cold also and all the chips and wedges. They should not do multiple orders in one delivery as they don’t keep it hot. Takeaways are not cheap and it felt like a waste of money.

Food was pretty good, but arrived cold because delivery was super late.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order. The delivery was over an hour late, and when it finally arrived, the food was stone-cold. It’s clear that it had been sitting around for a while before being delivered. For the price I paid, I expected much better service and at least a warm meal. I won’t be ordering from here again. This was a waste of time and money.

Didn’t receive my order after the second time

Ordered food half an hour before closing and two hours later it hasn't shown up yet and they're closed. Deliveroo won't do anything because it still shows as delivering etc.

Missing a couple bits from our order. All the food was needing warming up once here and the sauce exploded everywhere. Tasty though

hardly warm, the salad was in a sandwich bag and was sloppy and there was loads of fatty chewy bits of meat!

10pm delivery: cold, tough, dried-out vomit. Never again. And for the case where nothing was delivered, I received curt, aggressive and useless responses over the phone. With no refund. Avoid 100%.

Ribs were microwaveable ones! Burger was decent but bun was burnt and broke up after first bite and the kebab wrap was decent! No negatives on that! Other than it being wrapped with the paper inside the wrap!

My order has still not turned up it was being delayed and then said 9.35 now still hasn’t been delivered

If i could give this takeaway a minus score I would. Food was shockingly bad. Chips were dark brown soggy and disgusting. Lettuce in the burgers are about a week old. Their helpful chat person on the online ordering system told me that it’s quite normal for this to happen and for lettuce to discolour on hot foot. Absolutely not! This was old brown manky lettuce. Whole meal went in the bin and £30 wasted

Food was show was delivered in app, called up the restaurant, the guy was pretty rude considering it was late and they’d marked it as delivered. Anyways 40 minutes later the food showed up cold, soggy, crushed and my can of tango was somehow too hot to hold… 5th time ordering with similar issues, only kept going for the stamps but definitely not ordering again

Seriously terrible. The polystyrene packaging had more moisture in it than the contents...apart from the chips which may have been dropped in a puddle at some point.

Food was over an hour late, multiple calls to restaurant and driver. When food arrives driver tells me it’s now £5 delivery fee or food is returned. The order states free delivery and have never paid delivery before. Paid extra for late and cold.

despite putting in the correct address, the order I made was very late. I called the restaurant and the guy who answered phone a man, who I could hear in the background. he eventually got back to me and assured me that the order would "arrive in one minute" (that is word for word what he said). I waited for a while and eventually a woman called me asking for directions and I had to guide her to my doorstep as if she had never been to Basingstoke before. The food arrived cold and inedible. 👎👎👎

Absolutely love this place, there pasty cheese and garlic bread is legendary, we've tried pretty much everything on the menu and never disappointed.

Food was late by over a hour. Food was cold, cans of drink were warm. Received wrong drinks. Extremely disappointed as I also received a bag of lettuce that should’ve been in my wrap.

The food was 20 minutes late and when we phoned the restaurant and said we haven’t received our order they hung up on us (the man was very rude when this was brought up) when we phoned again they asked no details for our order just kept saying on the way even though the app was telling us it had been delivered. When we received the food it was cold and greasy, the meat was horrible and all burnt (like it was yesterday’s re-heated), the chips were soggy and cold. Very disappointed and unhappy

pathetic, ordered a kebab on a Thursday night, not busy in town, so far it's been over an hour and still no sign of it, despite the app saying it's been delivered

Delivery was great, the food was meh. The burger patty were burnt the top bun was burnt. I didn’t receive one of my drinks the one that was supposed to come with my meal deal. It was for my fiancé because he a type 1 diabetic and we ran out of drinks and when I called the restaurant to have them redeliver he just told me no didn’t even receive a type of refund for it. He just said he will give me extras whenever I reorder from there. The kebab and fries were good.

Ordered mix kebab. Was told it's one size for £9 I got 2 pieces of chicken and a small handful of donner meat. Absolutely outrageous for £9 never seen a kebab so small and tasteless in all life

Horrendous the delivery driver had to call asking me to direct him from streets away and even when he was ‘in view’ and I gave directions he was rude and kept saying ‘not my fault I don’t know this address!

It was marked as being delivered before it was. I had to walk into the street and find the delivery driver. It was quite literally the worst lamb kebab I’ve ever had in my life. completely dry ridiculously spicy, which is what it should not be..

There’s a lot of bad reviews but I’m not too sure why. The food was warm and good tasting. For the price you pay you don’t expect Michelin star food but it’s decent quality and good flavour. Portion sizes are really good

So I ordered Margarita Pizza Cheesy chips and garlic mushrooms Good value for money and very big portions. Majority of these folks complaining. Its not a 5 star restaurant 😂 Order wisely. If you are ordering cheap takeout.
