best place in Basingstoke for high quality food. the guy who runs the place hand delivers the food himself and, although I had been living in birmingham for 4 years and it being at least that long since I had ordered from there, he remembered me well and blessed the portion sizes. I would order food from NJ Food Street on my way back from school many years ago and the food is always great quality and big portions. well worth it!

Was the worse pizza I've ever order swimming in grease and the order was wrong and burnt on toppings. Moved to the area was rewarding my helpers 80 quid wasted most went in the bin. Sort it out as this is unfair on customers.

I always enjoy my food from here, reasonably priced and generous portions. Tonight's delivery was pre-booked and arrived exactly on time, to the minute!!!

Delivery was quick and driver was sound, food was hot and fresh, but overall poor and bad value for money. The he meat was vile, over spiced over seasons and poor quality meat, tin like. I’ve worked all over the country and this could be one of the worst, especially for the price 13 quid for a xl kebab which comes in a tiny tray. Really disappointed, don’t trust all the reviews

Food was fantastic apart from the pitta bread it was stale so that was disappointing but everything else was fantastic

Collection, was after a chicken wrap. They said they’re not doing them right now but could do me a naan version. Was absolutely gorgeous. Service was wonderful. Offered me the television remote, gave me some chicken to eat while I waited. Excellent food, always been good. Fantastic staff.

My first port of call. The food is always tasty and hot, the staff friendly and welcoming. They're always willing to give you a few extra chillies or an extra dash of sauce on your kebab!

Always go here for food, Great customer service very friendly and inviting. The Chicken is crispy, tender and well cooked. We also get the wings which are very tasty. Pizza has a good kick to it and is always cooked to perfection. I recommend NJ Foods to everyone who either wants to eat in or takeaway you won't be disappointed. I requested to separate kebab from chips, they called to say they cannot facilitate this as no small boxes, I said can’t just put in a bigger box to which they said yes but I would need to give driver an additional £2, ridiculous! Aside from this the Fish was greasy with skin on, chips stone cold and not many in box. Kebab looked very pale, needed further cooking in air fryer, chips which came with kebab were nice.

Friendly staff and driver, gave me an XL doner when I only ordered a large, result!, kebab was spot on as usual, cheers to the people at NJ.

We order from here regularly and it never disappoints, food is good and plenty of choice and right down to the friendly delivery drivers these guys always have us coming back as repeat customers

Delivery was only a few minutes late (which didn’t bother me) but the delivery guy was very apologetic and very polite which was a nice touch, Food was hot and very nice. Happy to recommend

As promised, I withdraw my below complaint. After seeing the usual faces behind the counter, we tonight went back for chicken. The owner could not have been more apologetic for our previous experience and as such, made us the best and biggest kebabs we have ever had. Thanks guys, nice to see service has resumed as normal! What an absolutely shame! Used to be a great local kebab that did amazing lemon and herb chicken kebabs. Hoped it was a one off until tonight where we ordered a cheeseburger (husband) and lemon and herb chicken kebab (me) I took the chicken back. Cold and pink, no pitta bread and wrong salad. I had a burger instead as I didn’t want to risk the chicken again. Equally as disappointed with the burger, flavourless and bland. Chips were ok. Won’t be going back, such a shame especially given the amount of money spent and that it’s such a treat for us at the moment!!

Food, service and atmosphere all shocking. Not worth the money!!! Got 2 meals both of which were wrong!! Resulted in being overcharged. Owner got physically angry slamming the card machine on the counter and being rude to his own staff. Wouldn’t recommend!!

This was my go too takeaway but the Lamb kebab so undercooked and cold as a brown woman it was paler than my skin. The chicken wings so overpriced. 5 small ones for only £8 is crazy. Never ordering again.

Literally the worst takeaway I have ever had. Chips that were both burned and undercooked at the same time, and a piece of oven fish that had been deep fried to the point where it was like tough steak to chew. Utterly repulsive!

Worst food I have had in a very long time. Bland, horrible consistency of batter and overdone.

We ordered garlic bread was rock hard and burnt-- everything was cold didn't come with a just eat driver! Didn't come in a heated bag so no wonder why it was cold... Shame because we like this place.

Food was delayed and ny order was not even fully right. Rather than pick the kebab and chips cheaper option i paid for kebab seperately and cheesy chips and i didnt even get the cheesy chips. So i paid an extra £5 for nothing

We ordered a pizza and a lamb donner kebab, it took an hour and a half to arrive and when it arrived the food was incorrect and cold. We was given just a lump of chicken on the bone instead of the kebab.

Food is good and the happy gent behind the counter always makes my kids smile.

This is very poor service to attend to. Javed is such a creep and so is his employ. They askes personal questions and they asked me to be Muslim and was judging me for being different religion. I have also noticed they askes little children personal questions, so my advice is to adults that has kids should be aware! Very unprofessional behaviour to talk to customers like that.

Chips felt like they were fried 2 hours ago and have been sitting around. Chicken was cold and also tasted as if it had been sat arround for a long time. Battered sausage was super greasy. And delivery took 1.5hr and was 30mins late and shown as delivered 20mins before it showed up. The first time ordering here won't be again

To be honest you guys smashed it, I've been in Basingstoke for 2 years now and your kebab was banging, best kebab since I went to turkey. You definitely have another loyal customer.

Nothing was an to much of an issue

Peri peri was really nice but the chips were just stiff. Should be soft in the middle and a lil crispy on the outside for fish and chips but they were not that at all. Came quickly though
