Simply ignored by the rude staff, the place was very quiet too, they seem to float around lazily chatting to collection drivers. Not a recommendation from me

2.5hrs to arrive, stone cold and offered £4.11 back against a £17 order!!! Unacceptable

both orders were wrong. no jalapeños on either Burrito and salsa in one of them. coke was a zero not original. Really disappointed as usually food always excellent.

90 mins late, container had basically disintegrated and food was pretty cold. Not restaurant’s fault but inability to cancel order or receive refund meant this was inevitable

Food was very burnt upon arrival, not edible. Such a shame as was excited by them reopening, what a let down

I ordered food for my family at 12, it said 12:30 /1pm delivery. Our food did not arrive until 3:15! We were no longer even home so we had the food cold for our dinner. Shocking service from Just Eat. Festival street kitchen food was great as always.

The restaurant moved to these larger premises earlier this year and is now busier than ever. The food is a very high quality and the curryI had today was the ‘chicken panag’ which was great. As you can see from my picture they offer a wide choice of food to appeal to everyone. I bought the large size dish but it was too big for lunch so they packed it up for me to take home.

ordered at 15.03. picked it up myself at 18.00. your drivers did not turn up. no delivery was made. restaurant staff very politeand helpful

so happy your back, was looking falword to eating our meals but only got 1 brieto ans I ordered 2 :( don't think I'll order online again as I don't trust the delivery guys the bag was not sealed when I got it and had to share the one brieto that was delivered food was good, but due to only getting half my order I'm annoyed

Good was great, main issue is with delivery and tracking... feel like Just Eat is sending out drivers on multiple deliveries so the delivery time keeps changing and the driver isn't trackable.

Never got our order even though we have been charged and it says the food has been delivered

This was the 2nd time we visited, looking for a quick but substantial meal. I had the jerk chicken, with some pineapple coleslaw (!). It was great! Big bits of chicken, nice sauce, big portion. Nice vibe to the place, with friendly and informative staff. Will certainly make this a regular haunt

I've ordered a couple of times since they moved to their new locations, the price has doubled for a much worse product. Orders are consistently wrong, even at their old location except now the food isn't good enough to make up for it.

This is a great spot for lunch. It’s not fancy but our hamburger was as good or better than most we have had at high end places. We split it and it was ample as we had fries. Our friend had a chicken curry and said it was excellent too. They were very welcoming and accommodating. Would definitely recommend it.

Met with some friends here and we were so impressed! Lovely staff, great food at great prices. Drinks were great and very good value. We had a great time and even came away with two free burritos that had been cancelled- we will be back!

Stopped by whilst shopping for 2x kids Mac & Cheese and 1x special Hoisin Chickens, both food and service was excellent and at a reasonable price, will absolutely be going back. 😀

This place was so amazing staff very friendly and assuring keeping us up to date with our food, we order our food through the QR codes on the tables and our food couldn’t have been quicker! The quality was amazing and the quantity we had for the price was brilliant will definitely be coming back, highly recommended if you have a big group and we even had a few freebies! So happy i stumbled across this lovely place whilst doing a bit of shopping on our first night of staying locally for Carfest. Kyle was so helpful with my questions and then all 8 of us went back at 6 and were offered the option of sitting upstairs which was just fab as it felt like our own little area! I realise we just got lucky with that but pleased to say the food was fabulous too!!! Also appreciate that they keep drink prices very reasonable unlike so many other places!! We would 100% recommend it!! Thanks again Kyle and Ryan - hope I have remembered the right names!!!

I am angry right now. I went it today after ordering my food for collection. When the app told me my meal was being prepared I went in and asked where the pickup point was. They asked about my app order and told me to sit and wait. Fine. Turns out they hadn’t started my order at all. They then took and fulfilled 15 orders while I sat there waiting. They were asked whether they wanted their medium rare, what I eventually got was a cooked to death well well done burger, that oddly was put on the grill last. Cucumber instead of lettuce on mine, everyone else got lettuce. I didn’t eat half the burger. If I had just waited to order at the counter I would have been served a good 15 minutes earlier and got an edible burger. Don’t use the app. Does not save time and they clearly have a lower priority in both quality and time. I was gutted.

Incredible food and an awesome atmosphere. Service was excellent and Lacie was outstanding in a group of amazing people. Really like the glasses they had as well.

THIS IS THE BEST FOOD PLACE EVER!!! All their food is fresh and cooked to perfection, everyone there is so kind. Their portion sizes are huge. I highly recommend the chilli bef and Cajun chicken burritos. 500 million stars, genuinely. They even made me food after they were closed once. Love them<3

Had the vegi jerk for a lunch, oh my god I will be getting that again! I’m not vegetarian by any means but as they were sold out of the chicken (no surprise if it’s as good as the veg option) I thought I wanted to try it and was not disappointed at all it was so tasty and the staff are amazing making the lunch all the better. Will be going back !

Popped in Friday to grab a bite to eat with my family, the staff there was extremely friendly and helpful, they even have little bench tables for children which my 2 absolutely loved, the food we had was outstanding can not fault a thing at all, highly recommend this place to everyone, thank you guys

The mini burrito tasted good but it wasn't a proper burrito as it didn't include beans, guacamole or salsa. £11 for the full size one is too expensive for lunch when you can get a meal deal for £3.40.

when I received my order I could see large continuous drops coming out the bottom of the bag,I opened my drink,there was just about an inch and a half of the coffee left,to say I'm disappointed with the retailer is no exaggeration,it wasn't the delivery man at fault it was packed in a very unstable way.

This place is always excellent lovely food and the staff are always lovely and friendly great place to have a different kind of food.

Service and place are great. Unfortunately the food is not. The burrito which was labelled pulled pork was not that. Which tasted of a mixture of sweet and sour/ tomato ketchup. Which was inedible and ending up throwing it after 3 bites via spoon. As it wasnt wrapped properly either. The mac and cheese was bland at best. For 9.00 for a large could seek out a better food experience in festival place. No spices. Just a basic pre boxed store bought mac and cheese. My review: i would not eat here again. Ever. Its overpriced for the quality. Would implore you ( the viewer) to explore other options, El Bigote. M&S for the mac and cheese. I leave 2 stars because the owner is nice

The food was nice, but a little cold. Service was good, but would like to be spoken to in a none 'chav' way. The atmosphere was terrible. Families letting their children run about all over the place. Staff never stepped in once to ask them to stop. Felt like playschool and not a place to eat. I would think twice about going back there to eat. I think staff training is needed on how to address certain issues.

Went here to try it out and had 'Jungle chicken'. It was really good and I highly recommend it. Portion size was decent. Nice place to sit in as well - good atmosphere.

Highly recommend Festival Street kitchen! We hired Danielle and her team to cater our wedding and they were absolutely fabulous 👌 The food was fresh, prepared on site and served hot. We chose a simple menu and we had a couple of dietary requirements but they were very accomodating. As for the food, absolutely delicious! and the portions are generous. My personal favourite, the pulled pork Quesildia. Excellent food, good people with a passion for what they do, can't go wrong with Festival food kitchen.

Thought I’ll give the breakfast a go as the big pan is always enjoyable my go to place when in town for something to eat but was disappointed with ordering due to Missing breakfast wrap and in the breakfast wrap we received 1 piece of bacon was undercooked in and in the bap the sausages were burnt and dry. It may of been a busy morning causing this mistake happening may give it a while and give it a try in the future but will probably stick to the big pan when I’m in town thanks

Had the mac and cheese burger with extra bacon hands down one of the best burgers I've ever had - would love to know the mac and cheese recipe! Chips were okay, could be a bit crisper. Very reasonably priced and would recommend for a quick bite.

Wanted to come here when it opened inside and I am glad we did, we had ordered a quesadilla and nachos, it was so good and the size was more then enough. The price for the food was really good for the quality and quantity of food you get, also they had a small play kitchen where my daughter was able to pretend to cook up food, yes it's a small area at the moment but was told they are hoping to make a bigger play area. The staff where friendly and explained all the different options and also seemed very passionate about the place and upcoming development of the place and also future events they want to plan and get into place.would differently recommended to anybody and everyone.

Food was pretty dire and expensive for what it was. I had the Paella and it was pretty forgettable. Kids had cheese burgers and some bizarre looking fries. Looked promising but was just pretty terrible. Atmosphere was reasonable and the staff seemed fine. Me personally though I wouldn't return again as I come for good food. Basically flushed £23 down the toilet for nothing. Very disappointing.

The Mac and cheese was disgusting. The pasta was all mushy and over cooked. It tasted stachy and potatoey couldn't even taste the cheese

Visted today for lunch and had the big pan special which was tuscan chicken and wow the taste was outstanding, was served by a very happy chatty lady with dark hair, nice size and good value for money very full belly

Food was bland needed a bunch of salt and pepper. Food sizes are above normal but can do better taste to improve

The food was lovely, tasty and hot. Just really disappointing that the delivery time gradually increased, being an hour and a half from ordering until we actually received it.

Visited in the new premises on Friday, lots on the menu at a very reasonable price. The staff were all very friendly and the service good.

The curry which was the special today was absolutely unreal and it was a nice combination of flavours, unfortunately however the chips I was personally not a fan of. Staff were lovely and service was quick

Food was incredible and fresh. We had the Caribbean chicken curry and the Cajun chicken. It really was delicious. Chilled atmosphere even during peak lunch time rush. I have coeliac disease and the manager was so knowledgeable and took my dietary requirements so seriously. Nothing seemed to phase or bother her. Already looking forward to going back.

Been before so food is actually not bad. But last two visits it has been over priced and not as good, then my final time I was turned away as they were not serving food, yet two people were sat eating 🤷, it was @ 11.20 am 👍🏼

I booked a table here for my child’s birthday, as it was somewhere new we hadn’t been before and I know it’s casual and has a children’s area. But my expectations were exceeded in every area - from the ease of booking and the accomodating of me changing the time and number of guests, to the good food and the fact they’d even put some decorations on the table. The food was quick, delicious and good value, but the standout point for everyone in our group was the staff. From the minute we arrived, they were courteous and helpful and couldn’t do more to make sure we had everything we wanted. Thank you to Chris, Ethan and Ryan for treating us so well. I honestly didn’t expect such fantastic service from somewhere that isn’t a “fancy” restaurant but wow - they went above and beyond. Thank you all and we will certainly be back soon!

Driver was 2 hours late and just eat didn't offer any compensation.
