McDonald's in Basingstoke and Deane

If it was possible to give 0, believe me I would. Apparently the order was delivered at 11.35pm when the store closed at 11p.00pm. It doesn't take 36 minutes to get from Market Place, Basingstoke to Old Basing, Basingstoke; possibly 15 minutes at a push. Also, how did it get delivered when there was no-one to ask for the code? This store is really starting to suck!!

two meals had to wait two hours

I watched the driver go past my house only to go to the other side of town and then back to me, taking nearly half and hour to deliver cold food and a completely melted milkshake. Absolutely terrible?

Not sure what the driver was upto but he was all over the map. The burget was clearly thrown in the box and had been deconstructed. All food was cold chips were emptied into big bag before putting burger box in, milkshake was close to defrosted.

The diver never delivered my food and took off with it

Once again food was cold as courier was sat at restaurant for 45 mins.

All the food was stone cold. Drinks had leaked out so bottom of the bag was soiled. Then the drinks themselves are completely flat.

I don't think jus eats gives a dam this is happening so often that jus eats makes it sound like it's the customer fault because they have to complain more often than they'd like to my complaint is against jus eats for ignoring so many customers of the bad service you get 70 per cent of the time shame on you

Everything was cold and not enjoyable

A good Mcdonalds. Easy access from the car park. Large seating areas. The app worked well here. Ordered before arrival, specified a table. Food delivered to our table efficiently

Was in your store today. Freezing!!! I think you have good budget from your earning to be able to instal a proper heating specially for upstairs.

a pretty good mcdonalds, though its proximity to a nearby school make any time after 3pm extremely packed. if you avoid these peak times however you get a nice experience with fast service

The food was cold and it didn't look or taste good all.

Place does not close until 11pm but staff were hastening to close sections and stack seats at only 6pm. The upstairs was already closed and with it and unacceptably, the main toilets. The disabled toilet could be accessed via the staff. Too many places are like this, minimal service, keen to anticipate closing time.

The delivery driver had difficulty understanding the 4 digit code that I was telling him. I said the number slowly and clearly, but the driver was not properly listening to me and kept interrupting me so I had to say the code several times which was frustrating. I did try to show him the code to help him understand but he was not interested. I order a Diet Coke as part of my delivery and was given full sugar Coke. The delivery was on time and exactly as the app said.

Fab service for a Saturday night. Can't complain.

Delivery was very quick, with an accurate delivery time. The delivery driver was polite and friendly.

Absolutely diabolical service. Never arrived. After 2 hours said delivered and nothing. 3 hours later still saying delivered but kept changing time was supposed to be delivered. Was later than the actual current time. Never again. Shocking.

Sorry but this is a terrible macs. The new ones are soulless places. Please start again.

Raw fries and sticky. The food was a 0, Service was bad as only a few staff making burgers and stuff by the wait time was 15 mintues 15 MINTUES, where as burger King can do in about 50 seconds or even 5 seconds because they are predone. Atmosphere was 0 it was bad, people and kids were annoying and the worker was wiping tables with just a cloth no bleach, and paper and other s* on the floor

Should train staff how to make burgers and what ingredients should be in them and what amount. If extra pickles means 1 actual pickle with sauce and cheese all over side of bun and box then this is your place.

Expected delivery time continually changed. I ended up waiting nearly 2 hours and when it arrived it was stone cold.

Disgusting and appalling. Nearly 2hrs from order to delivery. Over 1hr and 20mins from being complete at the restaurant to delivery. Cold food, liquid ice cream, tepid drink. Absolutely shocking and unacceptable.

Such a joke so if i pick up [is 7.69] and to order for home delivery is with 4.92£ more i understand the delivery charge and maybe service fee wich is bigger then any site for food, but small order fee... serious is a large meal not like i ordered just a drink or fries... I placed an order at 21:39 and my order got delivered at 22:39. Not only that the drink was poured aware .....Spirit zero just remaining very little in the container.

I was waiting 20 minutes before the restaurant Acknowledged my order. Then the restaurant kept on changing the delivery time they added an extra 50 minutes.

Positive: nice and affordable food, able to use my app awards, friendly staff, soft play for kids Negative : I saw 2 teenagers smoking vape inside and thankfully one of the staff asked them to stop smoking. Please be more stricks about not smoking inside. Thanks

Late delivery with missing items

I didn’t get my chips and I got the wrong drink

completely wrong order so had no food

The process from ordering to delivery took well over an hour. Delivery time kept getting pushed back repeatedly. This was a small order.

Breakfast bap was as advertised and was great.

The last 3 times we have ordered via my partners account the food has been wrong or missing items. Really disappointed and really a massive inconvenience!! Not happy!!! Hard earned money paid for the food and when it doesn’t arrive it’s frustrating and upsetting! Please sort it out!

Great play area for little ones, forget eating the chicken nuggets 🤣 keeps them happy so you can at least have cuppa while it's hot

Slow, staff just looked at customers waiting even tho they knew the pay-points were not working. Their only focus seemed to be on the deliveroo drivers

We orded at 7.30 am and it took 2 hrs for them to deliver it to us when it arrived it was somebody else order the service is awful tried ringing McDonald’s to find out where it was they don’t even answer the phone so now I have to go to work with out breakfast 30 odd pound wasted McDonald’s market place gone down hill

Normal McDonald's but this one has a big soft play area for the smaller kids. Menu as expected and now ordered by electronic device with option for delivery to table. Chose to pick up order and food was hotter than delivered to table option
