cold food boxes ripped food squashed and food out of boxes icecream all over bag so non left to eat

I ordered at 14:11, the estimated delivery time was 14:45. The ETA was then constantly changing for the next hour, going from 20 mins, up to 40, back down to 20 then up to 50 etc. My food then eventually arrived at 15:30, the burger and chips were stone cold so I had to reheat them and my mcflurry had completely melted. Absolutely awful service! And I was only offered a refund of £3.06...

Hospitality from Harman was fantastic, she serves customer with the smile always and quick with the service if we order anything additional. Food was great and hot as usual..

Standard McDonald's. Floor was a little bit slippery. I couldn't find any napkins upstairs. WC was very messy, with no soap.

Delivery guy was great but chips not cooked properly.

The courier was very rude he did not leave his car he rang me and shouted answer the door now. I went to the door he was still in his car i had to wait a couple of minutes with door open. He finally got out of car and went to wrong address. Not good

Time kept changing. Took over an hour from ordering to delivery as restaurant were “prepping” food (but in all honesty how long can a simple meal with no modifications take!?). Journey from restaurant to my home was extremely quick & cannot fault driver who even (begrudgingly) came up 2 flights of stairs as I couldn’t leave my child alone. It’s just a shame about the quality of the food!!

Really poor. Order took a long time to deliver. The courier turned up before the app said it was out for delivery and all food was stone cold. Suspect the delivery driver was performing multiple pickups hence food was so cold and app times were not accurate.

As usual, I visited with my kids, and while they were playing, my son accidentally bumped his head—an occurrence that’s common with young children. Despite the restaurant being quite busy, Laura, one of your brilliant staff members, immediately noticed the situation. She showed genuine concern, quickly brought a packet of ice for my son, and ensured he was comfortable. Her kindness and attentiveness were exceptional. Additionally, Soumi, the manager, approached us promptly with the accident logbook, handled the situation professionally, and ensured everything was documented properly. Both Laura and Soumi continued to check on us and asked about my son’s well-being, which I found incredibly thoughtful and reassuring. Their response and care in a busy environment truly stood out. Laura’s empathy and Soumi’s professionalism are a testament to the high standards upheld at your restaurant. Please extend my deepest thanks to Laura and Soumi for their exceptional service and support. They made what could have been a stressful experience into one where I felt truly cared for. They are both a tremendous asset to McDonald's, and their efforts deserve to be recognised.

Disgraceful customer service... if anything none existent. Two managers and not one knew how I could put a formal complain. And manager Primaya extemely disrespectful, awful example to her staff. I asked if I could be directed on how to make a complain and had a big tandrum and did not know how to deal with it so resorted to saying 'yes go and complain here is my name'. Don't know how this people are put in this positions when they can't even handle a customers request to put a complain. Disgusting service.

I used to work in McDonald's and this is one of the only ones I've visited in the past couple of years where they can actually dress the burgers properly. Nice clean restaurant and the staff were friendly, quick service and the food was hot 👍

It took over 2 hours for a simple order to be delivered and the food was cold and soggy. An absolutely awful service from the restaurant! If it was thay hard to cook and fulfill a "fast food" delivery, why except the order! Disgraceful!

If it was possible to give 0, believe me I would. Apparently the order was delivered at 11.35pm when the store closed at 11p.00pm. It doesn't take 36 minutes to get from Market Place, Basingstoke to Old Basing, Basingstoke; possibly 15 minutes at a push. Also, how did it get delivered when there was no-one to ask for the code? This store is really starting to suck!!
