I have been 2 times before, the price is SO expensive, but it’s so yummy I still come. We came and got charged an extra £2.50 just for dairy free ice cream and £1 extra (add on to £4.50) for plain waffle. I asked how this is fair and the pricing as my friend and I are splitting, I got spoken to like I was stupid and after understanding what the worker meant, she rudely said ‘that’s what I said!’. Not to mention the 15 minute wait and we waited 10 minutes before she even started to cook the waffle. This ruined my experience and will be the last time coming here!

Had super service from Ruben and Reg who were very polite and cleared away our plates efficiently. Our food was good and a pleasant evening had by all the family . Thank you stone house , Oakley

A revamped Wagamama, seated quickly, served with manners and the food was quickly made, nice and hot and tasty. An excellent experience.

came on a saturday evening with friends for cheap food and drinks, this is exactly what we got. had fish chips and beans which came out nice and hot, i also brought a cocktail the new draught chocolate orange one which might i say was very tasty and will definitely be ordering the food and drinks again. me and my friends all had a great time and was served by a lovely lady called cadence who made our experience from the beginning very enjoyable. will be coming again!!

Fair play to Hamil - they were short-staffed on delivery drivers and ours hadn't turned up for a long time, so he had the food remade. Lovely chap

Have not been here for a while. Seems quiet. Now I know why. I ordered a fruit scone, when it arrived it is so hot there is steam coming off it. I mentioned it to the waitress who said we serve them warm! I said there is warm hot !! it just makes all the fat melt and the scone turn hard. She then brought name a cold one, it is so stale you could brake a tooth, what is worse they don’t care. Such a shame.

Cafe was extremely sanitary. I noticed one particular boy was especially nice always attentive and even stopped to have a chat after I ordered my halloumi ciabatta. Name badge said Harry lovely boy!

I ordered two large chips to take away. When I opened them at home we could barely eat 1/2 of what we ordered as they were Rock hard and un-edible. Obviously had been the dregs of the leftovers. The bare faced cheek to sell these to a customer is unbelievable.

Went to watch the FA cup final. Bar staff done a sweepstake. We pulled out 30>40 min united scoring. They refused to payout. Would not go. Beer was flat and not great.

Ordered our food over phone picked up order got home was missing chow main. Called and explained and after complaining was told their delivery driver would deliver a chow main plus refund for 2 chow mains in about half an hour. After an hour we called to ask where the driver was and was told he would be along soon and asked why we were worried about the time when it was only a refund coming. We told her that we had been told a chow main was getting sent as well and the woman on the phone denied it and said it was only supposed to be a cash refund. When I complained that we had been told we would be getting the chow main as well, the woman started laughing, as did some one in the back ground. The driver did eventually turn up with the refund, but needless to say we will not be using them again. It was the first and last time. We only used them this time because Woos were not available. Apparently these people have a long history of bad service including rudeness and also of getting things wrong. Plus I see now some poor hygiene ratings in the past, also are more expensive than any other Chinese I have used. My advice is go to Woos and avoid this bunch of clowns!

Had a chicken Royale, skinny portion of chopped and shaped chicken so salty and tasteless, tiny portion for regular fries. The chocolate milkshake was disgusting, it tasted horrible it left a nasty synthetic aftertaste. Tasted absolutely nothing like chocolate… I would question if there was any chocolate in it. I would not recommend to anyone and wished I had not subjected my granddaughter to this highly processed tasteless food

2 for 1 offer on spirit drinks. Watered down. Absolutely disgusting. £8 for basically 2 mixers. Don't be fooled. Save your money
